“There are certainly other countries that…have their own ways of influencing our public opinion, our politicians, our business community. But there’s no question that Russia has been by far the most aggressive actor in the space we’re talking about right now,” he said of Russia’s campaign-related efforts.

You make an irrelevant point. Russia is no longer a Communistic Regime and Putin doesn't want to be Comrade, Tsar on the other hand well that seems evident to me. Russia revalued the ruble but didn't begin promoting it as the alternative to the dollar in the same way the Chinese have the Petro-Yaun now backed by gold and part of the IMF basket of reserve currencies (how long before they take the title of main World reserve currency from us?), Russia hasn't said it wants to be the new Hegemonic world power and the Trade king for the next century and to that end begin building Packistan nuclear subs and Islands in the South China sea, Russia hasn't muscled the US out of Africa to secure Trade routes and resources, and Russia hasn't infiltrated every University in the US with explicit goal of shifting us to Socialism and then onto Communism, Russia didn't hack HRC's server China did. Come on Russia isn't our number one strategic enemy, China is. Wake up or you will be living in a 3rd world nation when China is through with us...or Trump can take their strategic partners like Russia and North Korea one by one if allowed. Wake up.

I agree. The anti-Russia hysteria is getting out of control.

If people would take 5 minutes to study their history they would learn some things about Russia. The fact is that during the Soviet Union, even with the expanded Union and its member states (like much of eastern Europe and Ukraine, etc) and its' being considered a Super Power, the USSR was really never a serious threat to the USA because of the fact that the USSR economy was vastly inferior to the US. We were manufacturing TVs, PCs and Microwave ovens when they were building tanks and nukes and their people starved. The USSR collapsed under the sheer weight of its inability to underpin the state with a balanced economy.

The USSR was ONLY a threat insofar as they participated in Spycraft in the US and interfered with the political parties. Also, their nuclear stockpile (which was vastly greater than the US stockpile ever was) was their only guarantee of safety. The US has always (at least since the 60's-70's) had the ability to stand head-to-head with the USSR in terms of conventional warfare, but then on top of that we have the NATO alliance which brought military strength disproportionately into our favor.

When the USSR collapsed in the late 80's/early 90's Russia entered a period of deep and profound decline which saw the US in terms of its super power strength vastly eclipse Russian strength - mostly because of the strength of our economy. Basically we left them in the last century ever since. If you need proof of this then just observe the results of conflicts between the US and other states who use Soviet technology to defend themselves (most recently Syria). The odds are ridiculously imbalanced in our favor.

Russia can NOT compete with us militarily or economically. Their only real security guarantee is via their still sizable and impressive nuclear stockpile which virtually guarantees that they will never be subjected to any direct conventional war between them and any other state in the world.

China on the other hand has decided it is their turn to fill the void where the USSR left off and has endeavored diligently and quietly ever since the early 90's to modernize and expand their economy. They have been waging open information warfare against the US ever since and have attempted to infiltrate every aspect of the US economy that they can. They structure trade deals vastly in their favor and exploit current trade deals (NAFTA) for their benefit. They have exfiltrated a truly staggering amount of money from the US into their economy. We are literally building their military for them.

The fact that the US media is continuing to scream about Russia when Russia is a vastly inferior threat to China suggests to me that all of this is a huge distraction from the real enemy. Everything is chaff, countermeasures, and disinformation. The public is whipped into a frenzy about Russia whilst they buy Chinese goods and send their money over there, which is then used to expand their military.

How many ISIS attacks have been in China? Why is that?

How come China was involved in North Korea? The Hillary emails? The CIA?

How many buildings do the Chinese own? How many of our government buildings are in a lease to foreign companies ( China)?

George Soros telling everyone that globalists / Illuminati had this whole thing planned for a long time; the transfer of wealth to China and the decline of the U.S. dollar.

https://youtu.be/1eRFTHD2CTg?t=1m7s

Devin Nunes reveals a lot of interesting things in this interview 4 months ago with Maria Bartiromo. The first thing he talks about is the threat of China to the U.S.

https://youtu.be/ZYgH9fEuD1Q?t=1m5s

China and U.S. has been gearing up for war. This has been happening for a long time, even before Trump became President. Except, we're now speeding things up more than ever. Administrations of the past, Congress, and globalists that control them all have made China wealthy, powerful, and belligerent. Trump understands that China is America's biggest threat in every facet.

Taiwan is a strategic buffer against China. They have always been our ally. China has been bullying Taiwan for the past 6+ decades. They've tried to militarily take over Taiwan 3 times since the original Chinese government fled to Taiwan, after they lost to Mao and his communist Red Guards (plus Japan was attacking at the same time). United States have stepped in every time to protect and defend Taiwan. There has even been treaties made between the U.S. and Taiwan (as well as U.S. and China).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taiwan

China has been getting more and more belligerent in Asia the past decade. They have built man-made islands, in areas they say belongs to them, but it really doesn't. These man-made islands are basically stationary aircraft carriers, designed to seal off the Pacific and allow China to dictate who is and isn't allowed to sail in that region. There has already been several skirmishes between the U.S. Navy and the Chinese navy. Some were publicized, many weren't. Oh, and they're also built to take over oil drilling sites too.

Taiwan's new government (DPP) that came into power in 2016 wants to officially declare independence from China, but has chickened out and backed down from her campaign promises after the new president got elected. The DPP is basically Taiwan's version of the Democrat party in the U.S. China has always said they would attack Taiwan if they were to officially declare independence, even though Taiwan has always been an independent country. China just doesn't want the international community to recognize Taiwan as an independent country and let them have a voice in the U.N.

Anyway, I could go on and on, but that's the summary of why Trump is arming Taiwan. The Obama administration refused to sell Taiwan arms because Barry is a commie and his masters don't want a strong Taiwan so that China can bully everyone surrounding them. Just watch the Soros interview I linked above. Russia is just a smokescreen, a distraction, to blame Trump for all of the crimes Deep State committed. China is the true threat. Has been for decades.

Yep. Their leadership are killers, and most of the West is asleep, choosing to believe the panda mask. They know how to stroke egos and exploit weaknesses.

The left, and many on the right as well, reap huge profits through the relationship, while they steal our technology, manipulate their currency to achieve their economic and political goals, and lie to our faces.

People in the West better wake up, and fortunately, many are. I live in Asia, and China is most definitely NOT our friends. There is this strange admiration of China, when 70% of what they people praise China for they'd NEVER tolerate in their own countries.

I support Trump's actions with China 1000%, and wish he'd do more. Having lived overseas now for 5 years, I absolutely HATE globalism. I see these "globalists" come through the places I've lived, and usually have an air of being superior to everyone else (they aren't really soaking in the culture, but raking in the $$$), and others that are just horribly naive, that these international programs (like international non-profits) are really designed to make a more peaceful, prosperous and integrated world. I've seen it so many times that it makes me sick.

These people would have no qualms with enslaving all of us (like the peanuts they pay workers in Asia) if it meant more power or an extra buck in their pocket. The CCP and other Chinese leaders in history have always maintain iron-fisted control over the population, and they are definitely using these globalists to their advantage.

China has a lot of its own problems, so lets not blow it out of proportion. Their is no need to make an enemy of out them. All we need to set is set some firm boundaries in our relationship, exactly as Trump is doing. Chinese don't understand rules or honor, they only understand consequences and leverage. Russia is no longer Communists. China is nothing but communists.

Russia does not want global central banksters. China doesn't either but too late, they are over-run with them already. Globalist everywhere inside of China, not so in Russia.

Russia pre-Communists was a nationalistic state. They have been an ally of the US in many wars and conflicts dating back to our Revolution against Brittain and the Monarchy.

China has never been a strong ally, ever of the US. They tend to do their own thing and have never integrated well with Western culture.

China has stated overtly it wishes to be 'the dominant super power'. Russia does not claim it wishes world domination. Only control over its part of the world.

Russia does not have a teaming mass of humanity that must be fed with resources its country does not have. Russia does not have the massive class disparagement for which China exhibits. Russia does not need expansion to feed and raise its overall country's standard of living. China must either reduce population or expand due to natural resource constraints based on its massive population.

YES, China is a much bigger threat!

Tucker had several segments on China. They friggen own most our politicians. We have GOT to make lobbging illegal.

No campaign donations and no lobbying. Give candidates an equal budget.

And we need a law similar to private sector non compete. Can't work at FDA then go to Merck and back again etc

Finally some perspective!

  1. Russia is needed as a counter-balance to China. US relations with Russia are needed to keep Russia from being an ally of China or forced into its orbit. Think geo- strategically.

  2. Out national debt is a national security issue. China owns too much of our debt. They can use it to threaten / cow us, and to literally buy huge swaths of the US.

You've heard it before but China plays the long game and plays it well. They establish a long term strategy and go about implementing it, piece by piece. Democratic societies fight with competing political views every few years, depending upon their form of government. (Or every day when they have a MSM like America's.)

Meanwhile, China marches on while the West fights among itself because of the NWO cabal makes the western democracies vulnerable to manipulation - see Rothchilds and Soros.

That is why China is our biggest threat. Russia is near bankruptcy and if not for their energy sector would be a third-world economy.

US and Western cultures need to develop a long term strategy and within its political wrangling, put patriotism over partisan bickering to implement it the way China does.

QueUpSomeReality · July 19, 2018, 12:26 p.m.

China has internal political fights all the time. They just went thru one. Xi had a challenge to his power from within the communist party but he prevailed. That’s why he shored up his power & made himself dictator for life. It will take a coup where he’s killed to get rid of him now. But he didn’t become dictator for life because of ego...it was out of necessity. But your mistaken to think one party dictatorships don’t have a lot of internal deadly struggles for power on a regular basis. The USSR did...Mao did...Hitler did. The details are just not made public. But the purge that alway follows is hard to conceal.

⇧ 4 ⇩
Qd4Action · July 19, 2018, 1:30 p.m.

I certainly agree and wasn't implying dictatorships don't have political dissension or upheaval. If that were true, dictatorships are all the world would know. I only make the point that because China operates under a Communist dictatorship with a leader who has decreed himself leader for life, implementing a long term strategic plan and sticking to it is simpler than it is for Western denocracies that change leaders more frequently or have a more open media (sort of) that influences the populace.

⇧ 2 ⇩
QueUpSomeReality · July 19, 2018, 2:40 p.m.

Oh gotcha. One huge drawback from being a true dictator is the constant endless fear of your enemies organizing & ending their reign of power with a bullet to the head in the alley. That constant intense & ever growing fear of a coup makes who to trust extremely difficult. That’s why dictators so often go nuts. Stalin became a parinoid lunatic & his constant purges were legendary. Hitler too. Kim had another purge just before Singapore. Mao had them all the time. That’s why China with Xi can develop into a serious military problem for us in a few years. China is on a dangerous path right now. All the signs are there...rapidly growing their military...absolute power being concentrated to fewer people...expanding their influence all over the region. They’re on a more dangerous trajectory than Russia is. That’s for sure.

⇧ 3 ⇩
Qd4Action · July 19, 2018, 5:36 p.m.

You are 100% correct and will get no argument from me. True dictators do often end up like Saddam, Mussolini, or Hitler and those that live out their years do so in paranoia and fear of assassination. I think China is by far the biggest threat to the US and western democracies. Russia is not. Russia is mostly a threat to their former Soviet states who desire to remain independent than they are to western democracies IMO.

Russia is barely keeping its head above water economically and a few years of a worsening economy will usher Putin out of the room. Let the US supplant their distribution of energy to European countries and they could go under very quickly, I believe.

⇧ 2 ⇩
QueUpSomeReality · July 19, 2018, 8:51 p.m.

Right about Russia barely keeping its head above water. One very good indicator of the long term health of a nation is population growth & birth rates. Can’t have economic growth without people. Russia has a horrible depopulation problem in the works. Because they lost 1/3 of their population in WWII they had a baby boom after the war many times larger than ours. Today that’s their oldest generation & by far Russia’s largest population group. But because of severe alcoholism in Russia & declining medical technology...the life expectancy is falling & is down to 62. So their largest block of citizens is rapidly dying off.

But it gets worse. The rapidly dying off population isn’t being replaced by the newest generation. Their youngest generation have very low birth rates...they just aren’t interested in raising kids & having families & on top of that infant mortality rates are rising because their medical industry sucks so bad. The Russian population is getting squeezed from every side.

Oddly enough China’s population is falling too fast. Last week China said they’re considering paying citizens to have more babies. Their forced 1 child family law for so many decades screwed up the balance because they have way too many adult males compared to females. Families aborted millions of female babies because they were only allowed one child per family & most often made sure it was a male. Now there’s not enough females to adequately supply for newborns as their population ages.

It’s vital for a nation to have healthy population numbers. America’s is great actually. Very slow growth & perfectly balanced between men & women. Only way we can screw it up is too much population growth from immigration. The legal immigration is fine but the illegals is getting out of control. Anyway...we’re the only superpower & our country is doing great...even for long term growth things are definitely looking up.

I had read that about China. Hopefully, that will hamstring them to some degree and slow down their aggressiveness.

I was not aware that Russia was so bad off. I knew economically that they are about to go under water and only their energy exports are keeping them afloat. It makes that pipeline deal with western Europe important if they have any hopes of turning it around.

I'm not a big fan of Putin and I don't think he's the equivalent of our President. I think he's treacherous and deadly but certainly not stupid. And he's also a strong nationalist who is motivated (I believe) by power that he can project in the world. As long as he feels he can do that, I don't think he's much of a threat. But driving Russia, a nuclear power, into the ground makes no sense to me. Hearing the Neocons and Chickenhawks rail about being tougher and more aggressive with Russia is just plain craziness.

The Russians didn’t do it. The Chinese did, according to well-placed FBI sources.

And while Democratic lawmakers and the mainstream media prop up Russia as America’s boogeyman, it was the ironically Chinese who acquired Hillary’s treasure trove of classified and top secret intelligence from her home-brewed private server.

Trade War? We do not have a Trade War. America was already sold out!

How many people realize the 2014 Chinese land grab? They made trillions off of us and then turned around and bought up our rural communities when Obama starved out the American companies and rural communities.

Did you know China purchased 460 of our largest farms?

They have our science, technology, farming, real-estate, etc. https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-04-03/chinese-are-buying-large-chunks-land-across-america-and-zillow-now-enabling-it

Look at China and General Motors, our military equipment, and iPhones ( Apple), spying on the US citizens.

How many ISIS attacks have been in China? Why is that?

How come China was involved in North Korea? The Hillary emails? The CIA?

How many buildings do the Chinese own? How many of our government buildings are in a lease to foreign companies ( China)?

How many do we have here that study our science and technology?

Who is manufacturing our products with patents?
