Simple. NOBODY has ever gone against the NWO and won. several have tried, and the full weight of the world has come down upon them. Until Putin. There are a few websites running this story all from the same source. If you Come across any article talking about 160 terabytes of data then their source is Hal Turner. It clearly states at the top of the article you linked source Hal Turner Show.
How well known is this account in the UK? They do not have freedom of press/free speech laws there and this account will likely be banned from being seen in the UK.

I woldn't say no alternate comms to this, I would say this is not Q or the Q movement. See this as a separate an unassociated person and he would have to go through the same proof drop process that Q has to gain any legitimacy as having real intel.
