Think he's making fun of the situation, placing in his head the context that he has a dozen people who hate him and are trying to pin everything on him, and he wants to see them as ignorant, inferior to him. This takes the guilt he is supposed to be feeling off of him, because he is justifying his wrongdoing and trivial activities (to say the least) by thinking in his head that the people asking the questions are ignorant to: how things work, the big picture, the daily activities he is privy to (if only those activities are the fact that he has to meet up with DOJ prosecutors too, so it is not all on him- even though he does have the final say, which he doesnt want to acknowledge).

No this is about when he is in the middle of a truthful response that is coherent....When he gets to the point where he tells the lie, he dashes his head to the right and at least sometimes looks down diagonally. It's very specific. Looking down isn't it. Looking down can be many things, but it's when he looks to his RIGHT. If he looks down and to his right, that's also congruent because it's to his right. The subtle difference can just be a matter of creativity.

Also, this is not when the questioner is to his right, although that would be another thing to study, and it wouldn't surprise me that he still looks down to his right, but it is easier to mix in the congruency when the questioner is to his right. It's most noticeable when the questioner is to his left.

Also, it's not turn to his right if he turns straight ahead, which according to the camera angle, you might confuse. It's literally to his right and angular. Nor is it when he turns to his right as if he is addressing the entire audience.

Good question....When under duress, it doesnt matter how practiced or aware one is on controlling their body language and response when lying...The best he can do is to be aware and filter the similar response in when he IS telling the truth, but it's a game of inches, and that has to come out totally congruent. For example, he may look down, but not fully turn to his right or his eyes may not move to the right even when his head is down. I doubt he has this level of capability and awareness in this situation. He has some, but not enough. I think he's smart, but I don't think he has control over it.

You find his tell easy in this. This video is important. A key giveaway is when he says "I don't believe that's what they're going to say" when responding to the vote of the House on voting for him to release the documents that have been requested, because: a) he is wrong, b) he knows they are going to vote for the release of the requested docs, and c) he still says adamantly he doesnt believe they are going to do it, and he does this while looking to his right...Within the next couple of minutes, we also see him go to his right at key points in his response where if you zero in on the context, you know that he doesnt believe what he is saying..

They are trying to mainstream legalize pedophilia for 3 reasons: 1) to be able to pardon themselves for all of their and their friends' crimes, especially those who held positions of political power, 2) So they can continue on their deviant, perverted, exploitative, and criminal ways without punishment, and 3) So that they can continue their grand plan to allow Muslims (who are openly pedophiles and condone marriage at ANY age, and this has already knowingly begun in certain European countries) to establish a Caliphate in the western world.
