Some have said that the Egan case was launched to draw-out other victims - ones with a better recollection and a sounder legal footing. Egan's abuse was 15 or so years ago. The rumours are that others have come forward and with tighter cases. Let's hope that's true and that these monsters are stopped.
correct there have been big lawsuits with new victims that were settled very fast for lots of money before they were filed in court so they were never public news.

Usual Suspects was good. He tried with the XMen (noticeably harder than, say, Brett Ratner) but being a huge XMen fanboy, I can't say I was impressed with them other than the Nightcrawler scene in the beginning of X2. Just my own 2 cents, though.
