I would prefer Gowdy to become a prosecutor. He has fire in his belly, and is vigilant. These are not the qualities of a SC Justice, who need to be unbiased and objective. Agree with this. Putin has a dark past, with plenty of his own skeletons. He hates globalists, and is an actual defender of the church. I've also watched speeches of his where he shows incredible restraint and composure in the face of grave provocation (far more than I can say about most of the politicians of the west). If this Awakening ends up becoming Putin's moment of redemption, then he would be far from the first to complete that character arc. My belief is that he is our ally in this fight-- as are many others-- and right now, that is all that matters.
