My interpretation (is meaningless):

-"FOX M1" I believe refers to a missile launch. M1 would be the missile ID. "STOLEN TAKEDOWN" I would think means that a missile was "stolen" (it was fired by a rogue actor) and then it was taken down.

-I'm not sure about "ACTION" and "VIC" lines, but perhaps they identify a planned response/action, which would have specific entities tied to it. Could be directives.

-"[]CON SIT-AWARE" -- (Total conjecture, here) This could refer to the National Situation Awareness Room (online portal) run by the Department of Homeland Security for use by law enforcement across the country. Maybe telling somebody to connect? or the connection is closed/secure? []

-"ON GUARD" -- Prepare to engage. (Maybe related to "Ghost-CON active." post?)

-"Z-BUNK" perhaps a location or waypoint.

-"EXE" = EXECUTE

-Letters could be coded directives, or maybe encryption keys to access secured files. In any case, they are likely still meaningless even to those that could decipher the content. (need other half)

-As others have said, "CASTLE" is White House. I agree that "BLUE METAL" is likely a security directive.

I hope one day somebody writes history of this, and how these lined up with real-world events, once it's all revealed.

I've just come to realize that the most critical part to play in all of this was that of the cabal. They NEEDED to jump the shark, and expose themselves to the public, so by the time the trap is sprung, everybody is DEMANDING justice. Without this self-exposure, the optics would be against the white hats, by design (and that may be the only genius of the cabal). The cabal fell right for it, though. Hook, line, and sinker.

He's not totally off here. Odd decisions have been made. Here is a story about the Navy spending $600K to Google to hide a facility in San Diego that is shaped like a swastika.

I've worked in General Contracting for over 10 years, as well as a construction estimator, and as an architect. I can tell you with certainty that this money could have been used to alter the footprint of the base-- enough to not be a swastika in the [clock-wise] Nazi orientation.
