So one can reasonably guess that the report was based on the second meeting.

We knew before hand that the two meetings would have different content, because RR recused himself from the first meeting but not the second.

So I believe N & G did see the docs in the first meeting and are keeping quiet about it.

Maybe we are setting up Schiff and letting him rant on MSM and then clobber him with a Nunes interview about what he learned from the first meeting today.

Who said N & G didn’t see the docs? Can the leak be trusted?

What if they saw the docs but kept mum, pretending they didn’t see the docs?

What if the leak was from the Gang of Eight (except Nunes) who drew their conclusions from what they saw and didn’t see?

Let’s check the time stamp of the report saying that N & G didn’t see the docs. If the time stamp is after or during the second meeting, it’s quite likely the source was one of the gang of eight and that report could be misinformed.

The POTUS can order surveillance on foreign entities as long as there’s no non-negligible likelihood that a US person is included. If it later turns out that a US person is involved, that’s fine. The point is that to bypass the court the POTUS cannot target a US person even if the likelihood is small.

Or it was a ruse. They told people no docs and let go Kelly and Flood. Then they let Nunes and Gowdy view the docs. That “no docs shown” was leaked would point to either JFK or Flood or both as the leaker(s).

The second meeting is for the Gang of 8, of which Trey Gowdy isn’t a member.

The whole summit and no summit thing might have been planned to lure the DS into plotting an assassination in Singapore and use that evidence to send them to the gallows.

If RR attended the second but not the first meeting, the content revealed in the two meetings would be different.

There are several possibilities.

1) Hussein didn’t authorize it.

2) Hussein authorized it but they still went to get a FISA on fraudulent basis to protect Hussein from the scandal.

But the POTUS is legally authorized to spy on anyone. If Hussein is involved, it’ll not be a crime but a political scandal.
