Air Force Reveals An Afghanistan Evac Flight Was Almost Hijacked

The U.S. Air Force revealed that five individuals who boarded an evacuation flight out of Afghanistan’s Hamid Karzai International Airport (HKIA) in August intended to hijack the plane but U.S. forces were able to prevent the situation from happening.

The Air Force said in a statement, “As a steady stream of C-17s entered HKIA, PRTF personnel started tracking military and commercial flights into HKIA. ‘The data they were tracking was pivotal to managing airflow/airspace and requests for additional airlift support based on the numbers they got through the gates,’ [Lt. Col. Brian Desautels] said. On one occasion after they received an intel tip, five people onboard one of the commercial flights intended to hijack the aircraft. ‘Our team worked to get them clear of the NATO ramp, relocated to the north side away from friendly forces, then ultimately onto the south side where the situation was handled,’ he said.”

The Air Force also addressed the ISIS attack on the HKIA that killed 13 U.S. servicemembers.

“The sewage alley near Abbey Gate was packed with over 10,000 people when it was bombed around 6 p.m. local time. The terrorists then engaged with small arms fire.… Eleven Marines, one Navy corpsman and one Soldier were killed in the attack,” the statement said. “Seventeen service members were wounded and received care at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, before being transported to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. One Marine was still in “serious but stable condition,” according to a U.S. Marines spokesperson, as reported Oct. 6.”

“More than a thousand service members attended the ramp ceremony of the 13 KIA at HKIA,” the statement added. “Ramp ceremonies have historically never been shown before, but this one was mistakenly uploaded and then removed on the Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. On social media, veterans and servicemembers shared the photos and memories of their own experiences at ramp ceremonies, as the fall of Afghanistan has been more emotional for many who have served there.”

Rapper and actor Ice Cube was scheduled to star in Sony's yet-to-shoot "Oh Hell No" comedy movie but walked away from the project after turning down the film producers' request that he get a COVID-19 vaccination, the Hollywood Reporter said Friday.

The artist had partnered with comedic actor and musician Jack Black for the movie back in June, and the duo were supposed to begin filming in Hawaii this winter.

12,000 Air Force Personnel, Including Elite Pilots, Have Rejected Vax Order As Tuesday Deadline Looms

The deadline is looming for US Air Force personnel to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and many thousands are still refusing, according to the latest reports. For many at this point, it's also too late to receive both jabs by the next Tuesday, Nov. 2 deadline. Other branches like the Navy have deadlines coming later in November, but the Air Force will be the first test case as it set the earliest deadline.

The Washington Post is now at the end of the week reporting that up to 12,000 Air Force personnel are still declining the vaccine, causing alarm within the top chain of command who are worried it will impact force readiness, particularly as some forces in key positions face discharge over their vax refusal. "The fact that it’s a choice leading to potential loss to readiness is striking," a military policy analyst with the Center for a New American Security Katherine L. Kuzminski, told the Post.

Short of full discharge, those refusing the mandate could be charged under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), based on prior Defense Department statements. Currently some class action lawsuits are said to be underway among troops - including reservists - who argue the mandate violations their individual medical freedom and Constitutional rights.

When it comes to the Air Force especially, there's a risk of losing pilots and technicians - people in elite and highly skilled positions - who have undergone years of prior training at a government and taxpayer cost of millions of dollars. The Hill summarizes the dilemma facing military top brass as follows:

However, with such a significant amount of service members rejecting the vaccine mandate, officials are faced with a dilemma — take action against those who rejected the mandate and possibly face serious setbacks within units that should be ready for a crisis, or go back on a wide-scale requirement established in August by the top military leaders.

If military leaders back down, it could set a precedent allowing personnel to more readily push back against future mandates - for example if a booster shot is ordered - something the Biden administration has signaled it may be prepared to do.

"The Air Force is the third-largest military service at 324,000 members, the Post noted. So even a small percentage of the ranks can be substantial," The Hill summarizes further of the situation.

The US Navy is of similar size in terms of active duty members. The Navy and other branches are also at risk of seeing a mass exodus. Earlier this month a report in AFP underscored that "If all the services take the same hard line that the navy is taking, it risks losing as many as 46,000 troops, though presumably more will accept vaccinations before the deadline." The Navy's deadline is Nov.28 for all to be in full compliance.

US Supreme Court Rejects Maine Health Care Workers’ Challenge to Vaccine Mandate in 6-3 Vote – Amy Coney Barrett, Kavanaugh Join Liberal Justices

The US Supreme Court on Friday rejected a challenge from a group of Maine health care workers seeking to block a vaccine mandate based on religious grounds.

Recall, Democrat Governor Janet Mills in August announced that healthcare workers in Maine must be fully vaccinated by October 29.

The Liberty Counsel filed a lawsuit on behalf of approximately 2,000 healthcare workers in August.

Last Tuesday the Supreme Court declined to hear an emergency appeal attempting to stop a Covid vaccine mandate for healthcare workers in Maine.

Far-left Justice Stephen Breyer, who oversees complaints for the First Circuit, rejected the emergency appeal last week in the first time the highest court of the land has weighed in on a statewide Covid vaccine mandate.

Breyer denied the emergency request “without prejudice” which left the door open for Liberty Counsel to file another application for injunctive relief and Breyer referred it to the entire court.

On Friday, the highest court of the land in a 6-3 vote rejected the health care workers’ request.

Three conservative justices, Neil Gorsuch, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito said they would have ruled in favor of the Christian group seeking relief from the Covid vaccine mandate.

“Healthcare workers who have served on the front line of a pandemic for the last 18 months are now being fired and their practices shuttered,” Gorsuch wrote in a dissenting opinion. “All for adhering to their constitutionally protected religious beliefs. Their plight is worthy of our attention. I would grant relief.”

Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh, both Trump appointees, wrote an opinion concurring with the liberals in the denial of injunctive relief.

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem signed an executive order this week to “protect” state employees against President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate by allowing them to easily obtain medical and religious exemptions.

Noem said the move was necessary to ensure that employees aren’t forced to get COVID-19 vaccinations under Biden’s initiative, which covers not only people directly paid by federal contracts but also anyone who works to support them

State lawmakers have said South Dakotans are being denied medical and religious exemptions from feds and have called for a special session to stop it.

Noem spokesman Jordan Overturf said Noem’s exemptions are “explicit and offer a clear path” for state workers to opt-out of the shots.

In a press release from Noem’s office, the governor said that employees who wish to receive a medical exemption from the vaccine mandate need a note from a doctor stating that the COVID-19 vaccination is too risky for health reasons.

Workers who wish to be exempted for religious reasons must fill out a form from the Bureau of Human Resources that states that they “dissent and object to receiving a COVID-19 vaccine on religious grounds, which includes moral, ethical, and philosophical beliefs or principles.”

“Due to established precedent, this Executive Order does not apply to service members with the South Dakota National Guard who must meet federal readiness responsibilities for deployment,” the release adds.

It also states that Noem will work during next year’s legislative session with South Dakota lawmakers to make these “protections” for state employees permanent, and “to extend similar health and religious liberty protections” to employees of private businesses who adopted mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policies.

The governor earlier criticized proposals by Republican lawmakers to ban vaccine mandates as “not conservative” because they’re telling businesses what to do and how to treat their employees. This order, spokesman Overturf said, is about upholding rights already included in the Constitution.

“She has repeatedly said private businesses should offer medical and religious exemptions for COVID vaccine mandates,” Overturf said.

Noem earlier said on Twitter that the state will “l stand up to defend freedom,” referring to the president’s vaccine mandates.

“@JoeBiden see you in court,” she wrote in September, later adding that her legal team is prepared to stand up to the Biden administration’s mandates.

President Trump has thrown the gauntlet in his proverbial duel with the Pulitzer Prize Board by accusing them of being “too embarrassed” to respond to his Oct. 3 letter. He penned a scathing message slamming their decision to award the New York Times and The Washington Post staff the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting for their coverage of the “Russia Hoax.”

During Trump’s time in the White House, the mainstream media dogmatically pursued allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin, a theory that has now been debunked.

“For two years, these institutions feverishly pushed one Russia story after another and – despite lacking any credible evidence – attempted to persuade the public that my campaign had colluded with the Russian government,” his letter to the Pulitzer Prize Board stated.

“Contemporaneously with that reporting, numerous conservative news outlets and commentators questioned the legitimacy of these reports,” he continued, “exposing the clear logical fallacies contained in their narratives and pointing to the clear lack of evidence underpinning them.”

In 2019, Trump tweeted: “So funny that The New York Times & The Washington Post got a Pulitzer Prize for their coverage (100% NEGATIVE and FAKE!) of Collusion with Russia – And there was No Collusion! So, they were either duped or corrupt?”

Since NYT and WaPo received Pulitzer prizes for a series of articles centered around the Russia collusion conspiracy theory, Trump has been exonerated of any charges related to those accusations:

In light of the legal revelations that have cleared President Trump’s name, the utter sensationalism and seemingly malicious collaboration of megalithic mainstream news outlets appears to have been exposed. Considering this, Trump’s demand that the Pulitzer prizes be rescinded seems completely fair, especially if the reporting done on the Russia conspiracy was based on erroneous and inaccurate information.

The Pulitzer Prize Board appears to be dodging the 45th president’s request. According to Trump, they perhaps “don’t know how” to respond. Trump’s initial letter held no quarter, demanding that the two left-leaning outlets voluntarily surrender their prizes for National Reporting. “However,” he finished, “should they fail to do so, I would expect that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation, including stripping the recipients of their prize and retracting the false statements which remain on the Pulitzer website.”

Trump’s statements on the matter seem to significantly weaken the legitimacy and impact of the Pulitzer Prize, which has long been a bastion of honor and esteem in American society. It begs the question: If a Pulitzer Prize has been erroneously issued for fallacious reporting, then what is the worth of receiving anything from the Pulitzer Board, today?

President Trump has an answer: “These Pulitzer Prizes for totally incorrect reporting have become worthless and meaningless.”

The Wall Street Journal just did a white-washed statement, so incorrectly, almost as incorrect as their views on tariffs against China, a country that has been ripping off the United States for years (not even including the disaster of the China Virus), trying to justify the fraud of an election in Pennsylvania, but also saying "even if" we are right, "Mr. Trump would be two states short of victory."

Wrong! We were only talking about Pennsylvania, we weren't talking about other states, which are also wrapped up in large scale fraud or election improprieties. As an example (https://www.oann.com/wisconsin-may-surpass-arizona-and-be-first-state-to-decertify-2020-election/) take a look at what happened yesterday in Racine, Wisconsin, where a brave Patriot Sheriff and his staff found fraud and criminal activity with regard to what took place with ballot harvesting and other things in nursing homes, which the Wisconsin Election Commission ordered to be done throughout the state. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

There are many other improprieties in Wisconsin, including numerous laws broken, according (https://legis.wisconsin.gov/lab/media/3288/21-19full.pdf) to a new report from the Legislative Audit Bureau, who identified at least 44,272 illegal "indefinitely confined" votes who did not show Voter ID. Almost 7% of a sample of mail-in ballots were missing information required by law, and therefore should not have counted, which would amount to 32,431 illegal ballots.

The thing the Wall Street Journal is right about is the statement that "their attempts to censor Mr. Trump have done nothing to diminish his popularity," and "our advice would be to examine [the Democrats'] own standards after they fell so easily for false Russian collusion claims."

The only problem is they didn't fall for it, the Democrats and Crooked Hillary Clinton (with her now indicted lawyer, Michael Sussman, etc.) illegally created the RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA and UKRAINE, UKRAINE, UKRAINE scams, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, and many more.

For whatever reason, the Wall Street Journal is doing a complete cover-up of the facts and figures behind the 2020 Presidential Election. Northern Virginia police departments increases presence amid purported ISIS threat against shopping malls

Police in Northern Virginia are increasing their presence around shopping malls and high-volume roads and transit areas in response to a purported threat from ISIS.

A law enforcement source told CBS News the recent threat against a mall in Northern Virginia this Halloween weekend originated from ISIS. It is the basis for a law enforcement-sensitive alert that was issued.

Out of an abundance of caution, Fairfax County’s police chief said his department is ready to respond if the threat materializes.

Chief Kevin Davis said he learned of the threat through regional intelligence partners in the last 24 hours. While he wouldn’t describe it in detail, Davis said his department is responding in-kind.

“We have ramped up our presence at places where people shop, at places where people recreate, gather, dine. It’s our responsibility to do that we routinely do this,” Davis said at a news conference Friday.

Fairfax County officers expect to be on high alert around holidays, he said, but there is more reason to be cautious going into next week.

“We have an election coming up next Tuesday where we’ll have increased patrols throughout the next several days out of an abundance of caution, because that’s what we do as a public safety agency,” Davis said.

The Arlington County Police Department said they had heard the “non-specific, unconfirmed threat to shopping centers.” They recommended that shoppers remain attentive while going about their normal routine, especially in large crowds of people.

Arlington police said they will be deploying additional police in the county for the weekend.

Prince William County police said they are aware of the reports, and will be working with fellow law enforcement agencies in the area to share information.

“While we have not received any credible information of a threat, we do ask our community to remain vigilant while we continue working with our law enforcement partners to ensure everyone remains safe,” Prince William police said in a statement.

WTOP reached out to the FBI, which had no comment but said it takes all potential threats to public safety seriously.

D.C. Judge Blocks Military Members And Employees From Being Fired Over Vaccine Mandate After Lawsuit

Several unvaccinated government employees, including active-duty military members, who were named in the lawsuit challenging the president’s vaccination mandate as illegal were granted a temporary restraining order on Thursday by a federal judge in Washington.

The plaintiffs are requesting a religious exemption from the Biden vaccination requirement for federal employees, which was originally disclosed officially on September 9.

As reported by Fox News, District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled that none of the civilian employee plaintiffs would be subject to discipline while their request for a religious exemption was ongoing.

Additionally, according to Judge Kollar-Kotelly’s judgment, Kotelly’s active-duty military plaintiffs whose religious exemption petitions have been refused will not be penalized or separated while their appeals are pending.

Jenna Ellis, a political journalist, and lawyer shared the decision on Twitter on Thursday: “This is an amazing development from the DC District Court in the stand for OUR RIGHTS against the unconstitutional vaccine mandates,” she said.
