AAPS Challenges the AMA on Efforts to Suppress Ivermectin Use in COVID

In a letter to American Medical Association president Gerald Harmon, M.D., the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) raises questions concerning the AMA’s “startling and unprecedented position that American physicians should immediately stop prescribing, and pharmacists should stop honoring their prescriptions for ivermectin for COVID-19 patients.”

AAPS points out that many physicians disagree with the AMA, writing around 88,000 ivermectin prescriptions per week. Also the Chairman of the Tokyo Medical Association, Haruo Ozaki, recommended that all doctors in Japan immediately begin using ivermectin to treat COVID.

AAPS asks that the AMA state its criteria for advising pharmacists to refuse to fill prescriptions, or for stopping the off-label use of long-approved drugs, recognizing that some 20 percent of prescriptions are for off-label indications.

AAPS also asks for an explanation of AMA’s demand to restrict ivermectin to use within a clinical study while promoting mass use of novel vaccinations outside of studies despite FDA warnings of serious adverse effects such as myocarditis.

“We believe that these questions get to the heart of issues of physician and patient autonomy, as well as scientific principles such as the need for a control group in experiments,” states the AAPS letter.

Abstract

In 2015, the Nobel Committee for Physiology or Medicine, in its only award for treatments of infectious diseases since six decades prior, honoured the discovery of ivermectin (IVM), a multifaceted drug deployed against some of the world’s most devastating tropical diseases. Since March 2020, when IVM was first used against a new global scourge, COVID-19, more than 20 randomized clinical trials (RCTs) have tracked such inpatient and outpatient treatments. Six of seven meta-analyses of IVM treatment RCTs reporting in 2021 found notable reductions in COVID-19 fatalities, with a mean 31% relative risk of mortality vs. controls.During mass IVM treatments in Peru, excess deaths fell by a mean of 74% over 30 days in its ten states with the most extensive treatments. Reductions in deaths correlated with the extent of IVM distributions in all 25 states with p < 0.002. Sharp reductions in morbidity using IVM were also observed in two animal models, of SARS-CoV-2 and a related betacoronavirus. The indicated biological mechanism of IVM, competitive binding with SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, is likely non-epitope specific, possibly yielding full efficacy against emerging viral mutant strains.....

Conclusion

We believe that the evidence to date supports the worldwide extension of IVM treatments for COVID-19, complementary to immunizations. The indicated biological mechanism of IVM, competitive binding with SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, is likely non-epitope specific, as reviewed [8], possibly yielding full efficacy against emerging viral mutant strains. IVM has been safely used in 3.7 billion doses since 1987, well tolerated even at much greater than standard doses [34,35] and used without serious AEs in the three high-dose COVID-19 treatment studies noted above [34,36,37]. In the current international emergency of COVID-19, with mutant viral strains, vaccination refusals and potentially waning immunities over months presenting new challenges,IVM can be an effective component of the mix of therapeutics deployed against this pandemic.

True The Vote Update: Videos Show Evidence Of Ballot Harvesting

True The Vote may soon publicly release their alleged video evidence of ballot harvesting in the 2020 election. An Aug. 29 statement from Catherine Engelbrecht says the ballot trafficking initiative is “one of three investigations undertaken by True the Vote and … is just the beginning.” UncoverDC referred to the ballot trafficking project in an article on Aug. 24.

The updated message on the True The Vote website explains that “a select team of contractors and set out to determine whether widespread ballot trafficking was occurring as part of an organized criminal enterprise.” Suspicions of purposeful and planned ballot trafficking capitalizing on mass mail-in voting and the “harried installation of ballot drop boxes” prompted the group to “focus on the grifts that would necessarily leave trackable, provable data trails.”

They used a tracking methodology explained in a series written by the NYTimes, called The Privacy Project, explains Engelbrecht. Per Breitbart reporting, a yet-to-be-publicly-released document

says that True The Vote has spent the last several months since late last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data—a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings—between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The data includes geofenced points of interest like ballot drop box locations, as well as UPS stores and select government, commercial, and non-governmental organization (NGO) facilities…[including] precise patterns of life for 242 suspected ballot traffickers in Georgia and 202 traffickers in Arizona.

To test our trafficking theory, we acquired over ten trillion location-based cell signals in major metropolitan areas across six states. Initially, we worked with whistleblowers and witnesses, but soon enough, the data alone told the tale. Using mobile and GPS data, we mapped the travel patterns of ballot traffickers to ballot drop boxes…

All our research, including suspected locations where ballots were delivered, processed, and distributed, along with the individual devices associated, has been submitted in the form of a formal complaint, along with all data, to the FBI. Briefings have been provided to state law enforcement and political leadership in several states. These conversations will continue to broaden in the coming days.

We’ve also acquired over a petabyte of video surveillance data. The quality of this video is inferior overall; lighting is bad, cameras are poorly positioned, timestamps are manipulated, key timeframes are often missing. Nevertheless, we are working video by video, using proprietary AI-based code we’ve written to screen the over 100,000 clips in our possession. The result? We are successfully finding video evidence that corroborates the digital data and supports the need for full investigations by law enforcement.

Our novel approach offers never before seen insights into the exploitation of America’s elections.

True The Vote says it is an ongoing, “massive undertaking” tracking six states and one which they have reported to law enforcement. Engelbrecht emphasizes that they did “nothing untoward” because “all of this data is regularly bought and sold, about all of us.”

Engelbrecht mentions that if law enforcement fails to act, True The Vote will “release all data, all video, publicly.” The hope, she says, is to expose ballot trafficking “on a massive scale.”

Of note is their work on developing an “app to automate citizen-led voter roll clean-up efforts called IV3.” Its release has been delayed “to first share all of the above information with you.” They hope to launch it in the second week of September. The app will help citizens participate actively in the mission to secure honest elections.

Engelbrecht’s message concluded with a reminder to “stay engaged.”

3) Twitter Permanently Suspends former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson

Fox News reported that Twitter “permanently suspended” former New York Times journalist and author Alex Berenson for his alleged “repeated violations of [the platform’s] COVID-19 misinformation rules.” In “the tweet that did it,” as Berenson described it, he claimed that the controversial COVID-19 vaccines should not be thought of as vaccines but rather as “therapeutic[s].”

4) Twitter Temporarily Restricts Account of Former President Donald Trump’s Spokeswoman

Twitter reportedly restricted the account of former President Donald Trump’s chief spokeswoman Liz Harrington temporarily in August. The account has been used to share messages from former President Donald Trump after the platform banned him in January. Twitter reportedly restricted the account because it appeared to contain “some unusual activity.” Users were asked if they “still want[ed] to view it” before seeing her tweets.

5) Twitter Suspends Press Secretary of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis

Twitter reportedly suspended the press secretary of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) for 12 hours after the Associated Press (AP) appeared to call for her termination in a letter to the governor. His press secretary, Christina Pushaw, reportedly disagreed with a story from the AP and called for her followers to “‘drag them’” in response to the story.

Bank of Israel buys $1.6 bln of FX in Aug to contain shekel, $27 bln Jan-Aug

The Bank of Israel said on Sunday it bought $1.64 billion of foreign currency in August to help bring its forex reserves to a record high $205.91 billion.

The reserves, which represent 47% of Israel’s GDP, grew $4.22 billion last month, the central bank said. It said in January, when the shekel hit its strongest level since April 1996 at 3.11 per dollar, that it would buy $30 billion of foreign currency in 2021, up from $21 billion last year. It has bought some $27.3 billion over the first eight months of 2021. Bank of Israel Governor Amir Yaron has said the central bank would continue to intervene when necessary, even after the programme ends.

The shekel eased since January to 3.30 per dollar by July 20 with the help of the interventions, but it has since appreciated to a current level of 3.20. Policymakers have cited as reasons for the shekel’s strength the global weakness of the dollar, strong foreign investment flows into Israel, a wide current account surplus and optimism that a rapid COVID-19 vaccine rollout will quickly lead to an economic recovery. The central bank also said it bought 3.3 billion shekels ($1.0 billion) of Israeli government bonds last month to bring its total since March 2020, when it began that purchase programme, to 75 billion shekels. Its balance of corporate bond purchases held steady at 3.5 billion shekels.

The Bank of Israel has said it will eventually buy up to 85 billion shekels worth of government bonds under the programme, which is set to end later in 2021.

The term Primary Water was coined by the late Dr. Stephen Riess, the geophysicist who independently discovered its existence and pioneered its development, beginning in the 1930s until his death in December 1985.

“My discovery was put to a field test by locating and drilling many wells. The records to date from these tests is 70 producing wells out of 72 attempts, all drilled in hard rock, all located in distressed areas generally considered unproductive.” (Dr. Stephen Riess, 1954) Primary water is a little known renewable resource that originates deep within the earth. When conditions are right, oxygen combines with hydrogen to make new water.

This water is constantly being pushed up toward the surface under great pressure. The water finds its way towards the surface through fissures or faults. Depending on the geology, primary water can be accessed close to the surface, or even flow out as a spring. Primary water has never been a part of the hydrologic cycle until it finally arrives at the surface.

Traditional hydrologic cycle water is finite and volumes fluctuate relative to available rain and snowmelt. Primary water is renewable and plentiful regardless of the weather.

This priceless interview from 1985 of Dr. Stephen Riess is presented in its entirety regardless of camera movement and colorful language. Ross Frazier: This is Escondido, Sunday the 22nd of September 1985 and we’re taking instruction from Dr. Stephen Riess, an eminent earth scientist at his home in Escondido, high on a rock promontory overlooking the valley and showing massive protrusions of granite boulders all around.

Stephen Riess is a very controversial scientist and has extensive knowledge worldwide in the finding of water. Turning to address Dr. Stephen Riess . . . Do you have any immediate finds in Escondido in the last three or four months? Dr. Riess: Yes we’ve been successful in drilling some very good wells and it happens that both locations are on the highest parts in the county.

A thousand feet higher than the pump stations for the water supply from the water resources department. And the cost of pumping it from there, these stations, the river water from Sacramento up into these reservoirs here is $93 an acre foot in power bills and it is poor quality water.

So the point now is that this water wells can produce the water for $20 pumping cost instead of $93 to lift it from the pipeline below up to the surface.

Ross Frazier: And with no carrying of silt or anything of that nature. Dr. Riess: No. It’s clean water. Ross Frazier: The water here is very pure water, isn’t it? Dr. Riess: It’s exceptionally good. It’s usually about one-third of the mineral content of the prevailing Colorado River water. Ross Frazier: This is because you’re extracting primary water from very deep. Dr. Riess: This is because it is primary water obtained below the crust and is in the non-oxidizing zone. Ross Frazier: So this is not being oxidized? Dr. Riess: No. Ross Frazier: And it is not picking up contaminants.

Dr. Riess: It does not dissolve or pick up any contaminants and therefore it is superior water. It does not need any more cleaning or pre-treatment for the distribution system. Ross Frazier: And you don’t have any, or very little if any, radiation? Dr. Riess: Well, there may be fast dissolving radon which is about one day lifetime in the water in the reservoir. Ross Frazier: And radon will not be a really factor here. Dr. Riess: No, it is no factor at all. Ross Frazier: Because it’s decay is so rapid.

Dr. Riess: Right now. And in itself is not very serious. Ross Frazier: It wouldn’t be anywhere near the contaminants that could be picked up as a result of surface testing of nuclear weapons. Dr. Riess: Naturally, that is the point. When they are talking about claiming waters, bad waters, which are already bad at the origin from the faucet and then going to the industrial and whatever uses there are and then go through the sewage lines, the retreating is absolute insanity. Ross Frazier: It is not necessary because . . .
