The mystery of the Murray-Darlingโ€™s vanishing flows

 

It might be the biggest whodunnit โ€” or what-dunnit โ€” in Australia.

 

More than 2 trillion litres of water โ€” enough to fill Sydney Harbour four and a half times โ€” has gone missing from our largest and most precious river system โ€” the Murray-Darling Basin.

 

And itโ€™s happened in what was already one of the driest periods the basin has seen.

 

According to an investigation by some of Australiaโ€™s top water scientists, shared exclusively with the ABC, 20 per cent of the water expected to flow down the rivers from 2012-2019 was simply not there. Thatโ€™s despite almost $7 billion being spent to protect the health of the systemโ€™s rivers and ecosystems that rely on them.

 

Was it stolen? Was it lost? Has climate change made it go up in steam? Or was it simply never there in the first place?

 

There are clues scattered up and down the rivers but one simple message is clear in the scientistsโ€™ findings. For the first time, they provide evidence that the Murray-Darling Basin Plan โ€” the most expensive environmental program in Australiaโ€™s history โ€” is delivering much less water than was expected.

 

And the implications could be huge.

 

It covers a seventh of the continent, is home to nearly 10 per cent of Australia's people, and produces a third of our food.

 

This enormous network of rivers, creeks, wetlands and valleys is what's known as the Murray-Darling Basin.

 

To save the struggling river system, by 2019, federal and state governments had spent $6.7 billion, recovering 2.1 trillion litres of water to put back into the rivers.

He also said Google and other companies like it are unaccountable to anyone and that thatโ€™s a serious threat for democracy.

These companies have to ability shift opinions, attitudes, beliefs, purchases, and even voting, he continued. Theyโ€™ve become the โ€œtechnological elitesโ€ President Eisenhower warned about in his famous 1961 speech on the military-industrial complex.

 

Dr. Epstein also stated that its not just Googleโ€™s search engine thatโ€™s problematic, but the massive amount of surveillance and censorship the company engages in as well.

 

โ€œGoogle deliberately gives all of their their premium services free of charge to educational institutions around the world. Elementary schools, high schools, colleges, top universities use Google. And all of that information is being recorded and analyzed,โ€ he said.

 

During President Obamaโ€™s second term, six federal agencies were run by former Google executives, he added. Under Trump, all of those people have been kicked out, and the lawsuits have started again. Dr. Epstein said that if Joe Biden gets elected in 2020, those lawsuits will be dropped.

 

Dr. Epstein also explained to me that Google stores and analyzes not only every search youโ€™ve conducted, but also every email youโ€™ve ever drafted, sent, and even deleted! Android phones spy on you when youโ€™re not even using them, he said.

 

โ€œYou have to get away from Google. That's the first thingโ€ฆyou must not use Gmailโ€ฆyouโ€™ve got to dump Chrome, Googleโ€™s browser. You've gotta dump Android, which is Googleโ€™s operating system.โ€

Minnesota Senator Dr. Scott Jensen revealed that doctors in the US

were being instructed by the CDC and National Vital Statistics to write

cause of death on death certificates as COVID-19, even in some cases

when no testing had been done. He also said that doctors were paid

an additional $7000 for diagnosing COVID-19, and a whopping $39,000

if a ventilator was used, 3X the normal amount without COVID-19.

Dr. Jensen is no longer under investigation for speaking out.

 

At the beginning of this medical psy-op, Dr. Anthony Fauci told the world that millions would die in the US of COVID-19, which of course didn't happen. Yet, the media worldwide is still reacting like it did.

 

Over and over again we are told by the CDC and WHO via the controlled media, "More cases are being reported", "Cases are on the rise" and "There's been a surge in cases". The non-stop repeating of these phrases is a form of brainwashing. It is meant to put us in a state of fear and panic where we no longer have the ability to think for ourselves. We become helpless obedient sheep.

 

We are meant to believe that all cases represent very sick contagious people that are in our community, that can infect us and/or our loved ones. This is not a reality. While someone may be genuinely sick from this virus. Most people didn't even know they had the virus, many had mild symptoms, and near 80% of deaths were elderly people with pre-existing conditions. The recovery rate is over 99%. It was recently announced by the CDC that 6% of the 153,504 deaths recorded actually died from COVID-19, that's 9,210 deaths, the other 94% had 2-3 serious health conditions with advanced age.

 

Keep in mind that the virus peaked (in deaths) in April and morphed several times since, with a death rate on par with a regular flu season. This is why we hear mainly of cases today (August 31st) and not many deaths.

 

WHAT DO "CASES" REALLY MEAN?

 

Let's look at testing. The inventor of the RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel or PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test was a scientist named Kary Mullis. He said the PCR should never be used as a tool in "the diagnosis of infectious diseases."

 

Why is that?

 

The process is very complicated but simply stated, the PCR test does not look for the virus and is non-binary, meaning it actually doesn't determine a false or positive reading. It looks for tiny strands of foreign non-human DNA, which are then compared with various partial viral DNA, these tiny strands are then cycled or amplified several times, creating possibly a billion or more copies of the original sample. The problem is, the more you cycle, the more you have false positives.

 

The PCR test cannot determine viral load, so you may have a tiny strand of non-active viral material in you, and depending on the amount of cycling, you could test positive. That's a problem.

 

It should be noted that SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19 has never been isolated 100% thus no gold standard or passing Koch's postulates - a series of 4 conditions that must be met to establish an infectious agent as the cause of a particular disease or condition. So what does the PCR test look for, if we don't know exactly what we are looking at?

Health Secretary Matt Hancock yesterday warned that the UK 'must do everything in our power' to stop a second surge of people going into hospital with the coronavirus, which he said was starting to happen in Europe.

 

But experts told MailOnline Mr Hancock's comments were 'alarmist' and that there is currently 'no sign' of a second wave coming over the horizon. The data shows hospital cases are also not rising by much in Europe, contrary to the Health Secretary's claim.

 

As of yesterday there were only 764 people in hospital with Covid-19 in the UK, just 60 of whom are in intensive care. This is a sharp drop from a peak of 19,872 hospitalised patients on April 12.

 

The falling number of hospital cases comes despite infections having been on the rise since lockdown restrictions were lifted at the start of July. Experts say this is because the groups getting infected and diagnosed now are completely different to those at the start of the pandemic.

 

Scientists say it is younger people driving up infections and they are less likely to get seriously ill and end up in hospital. For that reason, hospital cases and deaths will not necessarily follow higher cases, and there may not be a deadly wave like the first.

 

Another 1,295 people were diagnosed with the virus in Britain yesterday, following 1,406 the day before, and the seven-day average number of daily cases is now 1,339 โ€“ a 27 per cent increase on last Tuesday and the highest since June 11.

 

Professor Carl Heneghan, a medicine expert at the University of Oxford, said: 'There is currently no second wave. What we are seeing is a sharp rise in the number of healthy people who are carrying the virus, but exhibiting no symptoms. Almost all of them are young. They are being spotted because โ€“ finally โ€“ a comprehensive system of national test and trace is in place.'

The GRADE system looks at things like risk of bias. For example, studies that are โ€œblindedโ€ โ€“ in which patients donโ€™t know whether they are getting the actual treatment or a placebo โ€“ offer higher-quality evidence than โ€œunblindedโ€ studies. Blinding is important because people who know what treatment they are getting can experience greater placebo effects than those who do not know what treatment they are getting.

 

Among other things, GRADE also considers whether the studies were imprecise because of differences in the way the treatment was used. In the 2016 review, researchers found that 13.5% โ€“ about one in seven โ€“ reported that treatments were supported by high-quality evidence. Lack of high-quality evidence, according to GRADE, means that future studies might overturn the results.

 

The 154 studies were chosen because they were updates of a previous review of 608 systematic reviews, conducted in 2016. This allows us to check whether reviews that had been updated with new evidence had higher-quality evidence. They didnโ€™t. In the 2016 study, 13.5% reported that treatments were supported by high-quality evidence, so there was a trend towards lower quality as more evidence was gathered.

 

There were a few limitations to the study. First, the sample size in the study may not have been representative, and other studies have found that over 40% of medical treatments are likely to be effective. Also, the sample in the study was not large enough to check whether there were certain types of medical treatments (pharmacological, surgical, psychological) that were better than others. It is also possible that the โ€œgold standardโ€ for ranking evidence (GRADE) is too strict.

Few Victorian inventions have the grace and charm of the Ictรญneo, the series of two wooden submarines built by Narcรญs Monturiol i Estarrol in the second half of the nineteenth century.

 

Unlike some of the better known early submarines from his contemporaries in Germany, France and the United States, the Catalan inventor managed to build submarines that operated flawlessly.

 

The Ictรญneo II was the first combustion engine driven submarine ever, pioneering concepts that were only rivalled in the 1940s. Sadly, both submarines were eventually scrapped and Monturiol died penniless and forgotten.

 

Monturiolโ€™s Ictรญneo (derived from the Greek words for fish and for ship) was launched in 1859 in Barcelona harbour to instant success. Monturiol, who possessed no scientific education, became a local hero. The submarine, made of olive wood supported with oak rings and sheathed in two-millimetre thick copper, measured only 23 feet (7 meters) in length and offered hardly enough space for the captain and the four man crew who powered the ship by cranking.

 

Despite it's low-tech appearance, the Ictรญneo was a marvel of sophisticated technology, decades ahead of its time. The vessel had a double hull - a spherical inner shell that resisted the water pressure, and an outer fish-like shell that protected the submarine and was used for steerage and hydrodynamics.

 

Between both hulls were four ballast tanks, controlled from within the cabin by valves letting in water or forcing in air. During driving, pitch was controlled by a weight which could be moved along a rail. This micromanagement of buoyancy allowed the Ictรญneo to remain at extremely precise depths - a feat which other submarines at that time could not achieve.

After beginning a traditionally grim month on strong footing, stocks advanced on Wednesday, with markets encouraged by some constructive U.S. economic data and moderating COVID-19 infections. Both the S&P 500 and Nasdaq sailed to fresh record closing levels. Equities held a firm tone even after a closely watched report on monthly private payroll gains sharply missed expectations Wednesday morning. Tech stocks once again led the charge, with industry bellwethers like Amazon (AMZN) and Google (GOOG) all opening at new record highs โ€” '''but Apple (AAPL) and Tesla (TSLA) pulled back sharply from their post-stock split highs-AAPL was down $170BN today, more than an 'Exxon' with TSLA tanking for the second day in a row after the carmaker became more valuable than 18 other automakers in the U.S., western Europe and Japan combined.

The record surge higher in stocks is occurring as liquidity crashes to record lows-Cap#3 as the FRBNY has basically shot it's load and the market is now relying on darkpool trading to keep it at these levels.

Meanwhile, Macyโ€™s (M) temporarily alleviated fears with an encouraging earnings report, while AMCโ€™s (AMC) news that it would be reopening more theaters this weekend sent the stock on a tear. Hopes of more support directly to individuals and businesses also helped buoy equities further. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said Tuesday during a congressional hearing of the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis that he believed a bipartisan agreement on further fiscal stimulus โ€œstill should be reached.โ€

 

Historically, September tends to be a weak month for stocks. In fact, according to LPL Financial, it has been the worst-performing for markets, on average, since 1950. The S&P 500 (^GSPC) has dropped about 1% on average that month since 1950, LPL data shows. U.S. data continues to show resilience, with construction spending nearly flat in July, but with the prior month revised sharply higher. Meanwhile, the manufacturing sector continues to rebound, with the ISM Manufacturing Index hitting its highest levels since August 2018. New orders jumped during the month, but the employment component remained in recession territory โ€” in line with still fragile labor market. However, reports on the labor market have showed a more tepid recovery, with ADP reporting that private payroll gains in August totaled 428,000, or less than half the 1 million jobs expected to have come back during the month. Still, the report has recently consistently undershot the job gains reported by the Department of Labor in its own monthly jobs reports. Investors largely shrugged off ADPโ€™s print in pre-market trading. The dollar gained 92.64 +0.30 0.33% today and this "found" it's way to the Gold and Silver markets- Gold-Cap#4 and Silver dropped -0.64 -2.28%

The S&P 500 jumped the most in almost two months to an all-time high, with some of this yearโ€™s least-loved shares helping fuel the rally. The Russell 1000 Value Index rose 1.7%, beating its growth counterpart. Utilities and financial stocks two of the three worst performing sectors in 2020 each rose more than 1.4%. The Stoxx Europe 600 Index added the most in three weeks.

TSA tries out another (illegal) biometric โ€œID verificationโ€ system

 

Today the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) announced that it has launched a โ€œpilotโ€ at Washington National Airport (DCA) of yet another scheme for biometric identification and tracking of domestic air travelers.

 

The new โ€œtouchless ID verificationโ€ stations at DCA include a webcam (at top center of photo above) a magnetic-stripe reader (lower left) for drivers licenses and other ID cards, and a photographic scanner for passports (lower right).

 

Travelers who volunteer to use the new system are directed to insert their drivers license, ID card, or passport into the appropriate reader, stand on a marked spot in front of the webcam, and remove their face mask, so that the image from the ID (or, more likely, from some back-end image database linked to the ID, although that hasnโ€™t been disclosed) and the image from the webcam can be compared by some undisclosed algorithm.

 

As weโ€™ve noted previously, it appears to us that (1) the TSA has no general authority to require travelers to show their faces or remove face masks, and (2) in many jurisdictions, orders issued by state or local health authorities currently require all people in public places such as airports to wear masks.

 

The TSA describes this system as โ€œtouchlessโ€. But while TSA staff donโ€™t have to touch travelersโ€™ IDs, each traveler has to touch the same ID card or passport scanner. Then, immediately after touching the scanner, they have to touch their face again to put their mask back on.

 

The TSA press release (reproduced in full below, since it doesnโ€™t seem to be available on the TSAโ€™s website) doesnโ€™t say how long this โ€œpilotโ€ will last. In practice, expansions of TSA tracking of travelers have typically been rolled out incrementally, initially announced with reassuring statements that โ€œthis is only a testโ€ and is โ€œvoluntaryโ€, but then continued indefinitely and made compulsory as a condition of passage through TSA checkpoints.

 

The TSA signs at the new ID verification stations says that mug shots are voluntary, but that โ€œYou must still insert or scan your identity document in the device, even if you do not have your photo taken.โ€ No legal basis for this purported requirement is specified:

While traditional forms of espionage rely on specialised training, China has adopted what is known as the โ€˜thousand grains of sandโ€™ strategy. It uses thousands of amateur information collectors. Professionals, business people, students and even tourists are encouraged to provide information to handlers in embassies and consulates. This is no haphazard operation but is directed by professionals in the intelligence services who target particular pieces of intellectual property, often working with factories and research labs in China, and then finding people who can acquire what they seek.

The U.S. Department of Energy, whose work includes nuclear weapons and advanced R&D on energy, has been heavily targeted to this end. Around 35,000 foreign researchers are employed in the departmentโ€™s labs, 10,000 of them from China. In Silicon Valley, around one in ten high-tech workers is from mainland China. According to one report, so many scientists from the science and technology labs of Los Alamos have returned to Chinese universities and research institutes that people have dubbed them the โ€˜Los Alamos clubโ€™. Early life

Farnham was born in Piscataquis County, Maine[1][2][5] and grew up in Bangor. According to an article in the Bangor Daily News, he graduated from Bangor High School in 1967,[1] but his 2008 campaign website stated that Farnham was active duty in the United States Naval Reserve from 1964 to 1968, travelling to the Mediterranean and receiving an honorable discharge.[2]

 

Labor career

He became a commercial/industrial painting contractor for over 25 years,[1][4][6][7][8] first working with other companies, then founding K&R Christopher in 1986.[2] He was on the board of the Chicago Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA),[2] was board president for the Finishing Contractors Association of Chicago[6] and was involved in lobbying for the association.[1] He also renovated the Elgin Dairy Company building into luxury condominiums.[2]

 

Illinois House of Representatives

In November 2008, he defeated two-term Republican Ruth Munson in the heavily Republican 43rd representative district of the Illinois House of Representatives, winning by 322 votes.[1]

 

Farnham was in the Illinois House from January 2009 to March 2014.[9] The district included portions of Elgin, Carpentersville, East Dundee and South Elgin.[10] His House committee assignments included Aging, Appropriations (Human Services), Consumer Protection, Education Reform, State Government Administration, and Veterans' Affairs starting with the 96th General Assembly;[11] Disability Services, Elementary & Secondary Education (and its Mandate Subcommittee), and Environment & Energy starting with the 97th General Assembly.[12] He co-sponsored two bills to increase penalties for child pornography.[4]

 

On March 13, 2014, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations raided Farnham's home and his district office in Elgin to execute federal search warrants.[13]

 

Farnham ran unopposed in the 2014 Democratic primary, winning on Tuesday, March 18, but resigned the following day, saying that he had been "battling serious health issues for a number of years".[6][14]

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC) uses a commercial, off-the-shelf, automated application to wirelessly collect text messages sent to or from FBI-issued mobile devices. The application is supposed to collect the messages and store them so they are retained by ESOC. ESOC would then have the ability to produce text messages during the discovery process of criminal and civil matters, as well as for internal investigations. During the Office of the Inspector Generalโ€™s (OIG) work that resulted in the report, A Review of Various Actions by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department

of Justice in Advance of the 2016 Election,

The Problem

 

The OIG requested from the FBI text messages of, among others, two employees in connection with the Pre-election Review. When the OIG received the text message production from FBI, there was a time period of several months for which FBI did not produce text messages for mobile devices used by the two FBI employees. The FBI informed the OIG that it was aware that there were deficiencies in its collection application and that it was changing the model of the mobile device issued to FBI employees as part of a regular technical refresh and to mitigate the problem. However, the OIG later learned that, even after upgrading to new devices, the data collection tool utilized by the FBI was still not reliably collecting text messages from approximately 10 percent of more than 31,000 FBI-issued mobile devices. In addition, during the OIGโ€™s forensic examination of FBI mobile devices that were used by the two employees, the OIG discovered a database on the mobile devices containing a plain text repository of a substantial number of text messages sent and received by those devices.

Criminal case

 

On March 19, federal agents also took Farnham's State House chamber laptop. On March 20, the search warrant was made public.[15]

 

On April 28, 2014, Farnham was charged. After receiving a tip that a Yahoo! e-mail address was being used to trade child pornography, investigators found chat logs from June 2013 to January 2014, in which the user bragged in detail about a sexual encounter with a 6-year-old girl and said that "12 is about as old as i can handle." The account's use was traced back to Farnham's home Comcast Internet service.[7] At least two videos of child pornography were found on Farnham's Elgin legislative office computer.[7] In addition to two videos showing victims as young as 2 or 3, investigators found over 2,750 images of child pornography.[4]

 

Farnham pleaded guilty on December 5, 2014. Farnham's attorney said that Farnham's details of a 6-year-old girl were fictional and that Farnham "has never, never abused any child, never had any physical contact with a child."[4] The attorney also said that Farnham has a "complex set of medical problems" including bladder cancer and hepatitis C, as well as pulmonary fibrosis for which Farnham was seeking to begin an experimental drug treatment,[13] but "without a lung transplant, it's likely he's going to die in the penitentiary".[4] The court continued Farnham's home confinement, which he had been on since his arrest,[13] with stipulations that he not go on his condominium's patio or use the Internet, until his March 2015 sentencing hearing.[4][needs update]

 

On March 19, 2015, Farnham was sentenced to eight years in prison. U.S. District Judge Edmond E. Chang also ordered Farnham to pay a $30,000 fine.[16] He surrendered to the Federal Bureau of Prisons on May 19, 2015, to begin serving his sentence.[17][18][19]

 

In February 2016 Farnham was sued by two minors who claim they appear in child pornography found on his computer.[20]

 

Death

 

Keith Farnham died on June 18, 2017 at Butner Federal Correctional Complex in North Carolina. He was 69.[3] Farnham was suffering from bladder cancer, lung disease, and pulmonary fibrosis.[21]

Bohai Harvest RST Shanghai Equity, an investment firm that Hunter Biden owns a stake in, initially invested in Megvii, a sanctioned Chinese tech company that specializes in facial recognition software, in 2017, according to the companyโ€™s website. The firm holds a nearly 2 percent stake in Megvii through two holding companies, according to a prospectus filed by Megvii as part of its application for a listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange last year. Last year, the U.S. Department of Commerce added Megvii to its list of sanctioned entities that were "implicated in human-rights violations and abuses in the implementation of China's campaign of repression, mass arbitrary detention, and high-technology surveillance against Uighurs, Kazakhs, and other members of Muslim minority groups." Hunter Bidenโ€™s foreign business dealings have been a point of contention throughout his fatherโ€™s campaign. "Surveillance is central," said Irwin. "Chinese surveillance companies have been totally enabling the Chinese government to do what itโ€™s doing." "Where Megvii and these facial recognition companies come in is they analyze the data and they spit out some sort of algorithm" to determine whether individuals under surveillance should be detained, said Irwin. He said the Chinese government has been systematically targeting Uighurs through a program of high-tech surveillance, reeducation and forced labor camps, and other repressive security measures. Megvii has denied its involvement with state security, and last summer Human Rights Watch retracted part of a report that claimed to find source code evidence linking Megvii to police surveillance technology used against the Uighurs.

Wall Streetโ€™s Felon Banks to Go Live with their Own Stock Exchange this Month

 

Members Exchange (MEMX), a brand new stock exchange, has announced that it will begin live trading of select stocks for the first time on September 21 with a full phase-in on September 29.

 

Criminal histories are, apparently, no barrier to running a stock exchange in the United States to the deeply conflicted way of thinking of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which issued its approval to operate the exchange on May 5.

 

Investors in the new stock exchange are some of the most serially-charged Wall Street banks, including JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and UBS, along with the hedge fund, Citadel Securities. BlackRock, which is up to its neck in the Federal Reserveโ€™s deeply conflicted bailout programs, is also an investor, as is the high-frequency trading firm, Virtu Financial, and others.

 

JPMorgan Chase has been criminally investigated by the U.S. Department of Justice at least four times in the past seven years. A criminal probe in 2013 looked at how the bank had used bank depositorsโ€™ savings to gamble in exotic derivatives in London, eventually losing $6.2 billion. That case was known as the London Whale and ended in the bank paying $900 million in fines. No criminal charges were brought against the bank.

 

In 2014, JPMorgan Chase was charged with two criminal felony counts for how it mishandled the business account of Ponzi mastermind, Bernie Madoff. JPMorganโ€™s compliance staff looked the other way at screaming red flags of money laundering in the Madoff account for decades. Bank employees told authorities in the U.K. that it thought Madoff might be running a Ponzi scheme. It filed no such concerns with U.S. regulators. The bank pleaded guilty to both felony counts.

 

In 2015, the Justice Department brought another criminal felony count against the bank, this time for engaging with other banks in rigging foreign exchange markets. The bank again pleaded guilty. In both the 2014 and 2015 cases, JPMorgan Chase was given a deferred prosecution agreement by the Justice Department.

 

On September 16 of last year, the Justice Department indicted two current and one former precious metal traders at JPMorgan Chase on criminal RICO charges, a charge typically leveled at organized crime members. The traders were charged with running a racketeering enterprise out of the precious metals trading desk at JPMorgan Chase. The bank has indicated in an SEC filing that the bank itself remains under a criminal probe in the matter.

 

In July of this year, Goldman Sachs settled a criminal indictment against it in Malaysia for $3.9 billion over its involvement in a bribery and kickback scandal known as 1MDB. According to a Bloomberg report in December, the U.S. Department of Justice also has an ongoing criminal investigation of the firm related to the same matter.

 

According to the 10-K (Annual Report) that Goldman filed with the SEC on February 21, it is cooperating with the Department of Justice in the 1MDB case but the resolution โ€œcould result in the imposition of significant fines, penalties and other sanctions against the firm, including restrictions on the firmโ€™s activities.โ€ Letโ€™s hope that not being allowed to own a stock exchange is one of those restrictionsโ€ฆ

Lockheed Corporation, of course, would end up merging with Martin Marietta in 1993 to become Lockheed Martin, one of the nation's largest defense contractors. The fact that John Ramsey was the president and CEO of a tech company owned by such a major part of our military-industrial complex raised some eyebrows when this case broke. Most notable was Robert Sterling's 1998 article on this case, which combined the history of Lockheed Martin's corrupt dealings, other pedophile ring cases like Franklin, and John's military background to suggest that Access was a "stick in CIA stick and carrot affairs".

 

Such an accusation is of course far from proven, but I've come to believe that something about Access Graphics doesn't add up, and that it is indeed likely to be an intelligence front. Like Robert Sterling, I don't have any direct proof, just a lot of tantalizing associations, but I wanted to put it all together to show how well the case stacks up, and also solicit people who might have any additional evidence. The following evidence hints at Access Graphics being a CIA front involved in child pornography, satellite espionage, and/or the PROMIS software development:

 

One early story in the tabloids (The Star, "JonBenet Dad Linked to Kiddie Porn Scandal", 1997/04/29) claimed that child pornography had been found on Access Graphics computers. While anything printed in the tabloids should be taken with a grain of salt, it is worth noting that neither the Ramseys nor Lockheed Martin had any reaction to the story, in spite of the very disturbing allegations made against their company and the fact that the Ramseys would later sue the same tabloid over a Burke-did-it story (Boulder Daily Camera, "Ramseys sue Star on behalf of son", 1999/12/01). Robert Sterling, noting the CIA's historical involvement in the tabloid press, wrote "if anyone has a better explanation than that it was released by the Star to discredit the report, I'd like to hear it". If the report is true, Access Graphics would appear to have some involvement in child pornography.

 

As mentioned above, a key witness in the JonBenet case was Nancy Krebs. She claimed abuse at the hands of oilman Fleet White Sr., oilman Fleet White Jr. (John Ramsey's best friend in Boulder, who hosted the Christmas party that the family attended right before JonBenet's death), and "Uncle Johnny" who she identified as John Ramsey. Nancy specifically accused John of producing child pornography and setting up various front companies to launder the profits from it:

Sentinel is a software case management system developed by the US FBI with the aim to replace digital and paper processes with purely digital workflows during investigations.[1] There was a previous failed project called Virtual Case File.

 

The project started in 2006 with a $425 million budget. After several delays, new leadership, a slightly bigger budget, and adoption of agile software development method,[2] Sentinel was completed under budget and was in use agency-wide on July 1 2012.[3]

 

An audit of the program in 2014, two years after completion, revealed ongoing issues with Sentinel's search function, with only 42 percent of surveyed FBI employees indicating that they often found results they needed.[4][5] In spite of this, the audit was broadly positive, and found that most FBI employees reported that Sentinel enhanced their ability to enter and share case information.

FBI puts Sentinel on hold

The FBI will delay starting new work on Sentinel, its web-based case file application, FBI Director Robert Mueller told a House panel March 17.

 

Mueller's decision to prolong Sentinel's second phase and delay additional work on its third and fourth phases could add $30 million to the project's price tag, Congressional sources told the New York Times.

 

Mueller told the House Appropriations commerce, justice and science subcommittee that the FBI is adjusting the system "so that when we roll it out, it would be successful."

 

"On the one hand there were certain things that users requested," Mueller said according to a transcript of the hearing quoted by Government Computer News. "Secondly there were coding issues and thirdly we want to make certain that the system when it goes out meets the,I guess it would bethe infrastructure requirements."

that article is long. the cops were watching her hosue for years because she was the bail money holder. Reason this is true is all the race baiting lawyers and networks have been saying early, "their were no drugs at the house, the cops warrant was looking for drugs." Which is a big lie. They knew she would bring bail to the main guy and his workers. they got the main guy recorded on the phone with Brionna telling her people will be by to get money,

 

The news/scum lawyers also said they were looking for another man who was already in custody. That is also a lie. A no knock warrant is hard to get. years of survelance and they usually hit multiple spots at the same time. They got the main guy at one address and were trying to get the bail house at the same time.
