Only the naive or insidious let "Free Speech" be abused to the point of harboring extreme censorship.

Facts.

On the weekend of Oct 23rd, the current BO of this board hired around 5 extra "good folk, trust me".

On that same weekend, there started a mass spam campaign that involved gore, girls in yellow, pepe's, and american flags. Posted by the same means, of 40+ individual posts per thread.

No actions were taken by the new team of 5 extra "good folk, trust me" against this drumbeat deployment.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger begged for 100 votes from the Chinese-American community. He won by 159 votes.

A petition to recall embattled California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom is picking up serious steam as the governor faces backlash over stringent coronavirus lockdown orders, a hypocritical dinner visit to the French Laundry, and an emerging unemployment scam.

As of Thursday afternoon, the petition had been signed more than 820,000 times, Rescue California representatives told Fox News. That's more than half the 1.5 million signatures needed to force a recall vote, and the group still has several more months to go to reach the requirement. The deadline for gathering signatures has been set for March 10, 2021.

Rescue California's campaign manager, Anne Dunsmore, told the news outlet that there are at least 2,000 to 3,000 active volunteers on the ground propelling the initiative forward.

"The citizen movement on this [effort] is really something to see, and you have to see it to believe it," she said of the sixth attempt to oust the governor in just under two years.

If the recall qualifies for the March ballot, California residents would simply vote yes or no as to whether Newsom should remain in office. Further down the ballot, they would cast votes for a host of ambitious Republican challengers — and perhaps even some Democrats — who either garner 65 nomination signatures and pay a roughly $4,000 filing fee, or just garner 7,000 signatures.

Reporting on the news, Politico's Carla Marinucci acknowledged that the "long shot" effort is getting "serious" and even has Newsom's team "increasingly concerned."

She pointed to several factors making the recall effort a realistic threat, one of which is that it has received backing from both local and national Republican Party figures.

Recently re-elected Rep. David Valadao reportedly confirmed the move, saying, "We all support it. Our campaign offices all had the petitions there. A lot of our events had folks there gathering signatures.''

Reps Gosar, Biggs, Banks, Gohmert, More Join Mo Brooks’ Call For Congressional Election Integrity Hearings

A total of 19 members of the U.S. House are calling for immediate Congressional election integrity hearings

Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) is now joined by a growing coalition of 18 Republican members of the House in his call for immediate Congressional hearings on election integrity.

National File reported on Wednesday that Rep. Brooks had written a letter to Mitch McConnell and Nancy Pelosi, along with other Congessional leaders, demanding immediate hearings to examine the integrity of the recent federal elections.

National File can now reveal that Brooks is joined in his call by 18 other Republican House Representatives.

Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), a steadfast surrogate for election integrity, who has appeared at numerous Stop the Steal rallies, was the first to publicly declare his backing of the letter in a tweet.

Gosar and Brooks will now be joined by Reps. Andy Biggs, Mike Rogers, Jim Banks, David Rouzer, Ted Budd, Lance Gooden, Brian Babin, Bob Gibbs, Ralph Norman, Greg Steube, Jody Hice, Mike Kelley, Jeff Duncan, Louie Gohmert, Randy Weber, Scott DesJarlais, and Mike Garcia.

In the letter, they note that the presidential election has been subject to “dozens” of lawsuits which “may or will be the subject of extensive floor debate” on January 6th when Congress will assess the Electoral College votes.

As Congress is “the final and ultimate judge, jury, and arbiter of all contested elections,” the letter declares that Congress must hold hearings immediately.

Following National File’s reporting of the letter on Wednesday, supporters of President Trump came out and backed the call for election integrity, including Dr Kelli Ward, the chair of the Arizona GOP, Lauren Witzke, former Senate candidate in Delaware, and Jarome Bell, candidate for Virginia’s second Congressional district.

Nuclear weapons agency breached amid massive cyber onslaught

The Energy Department and National Nuclear Security Administration, which maintains the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile, have evidence that hackers accessed their networks as part of an extensive espionage operation that has affected at least half a dozen federal agencies, officials directly familiar with the matter said.

On Thursday, DOE and NNSA officials began coordinating notifications about the breach to their congressional oversight bodies after being briefed by Rocky Campione, the chief information officer at DOE.

They found suspicious activity in networks belonging to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Sandia and Los Alamos national laboratories in New Mexico and Washington, the Office of Secure Transportation and the Richland Field Office of the DOE. The hackers have been able to do more damage at FERC than the other agencies, the officials said, but did not elaborate.

Federal investigators have been combing through networks in recent days to determine what hackers had been able to access and/or steal, and officials at DOE still don’t know whether the attackers were able to access anything, the people said, noting that the investigation is ongoing and they may not know the full extent of the damage “for weeks.”

The Bidens not only made money participating in corrupt activities, but they also participated in activities by claiming “the family could provide a wealth of introductions and business opportunities at the highest levels”.

We reported a week ago that in addition to Hunter Biden, Jim Biden was being investigated by the Feds:

In addition to the probe into Hunter Biden, federal authorities in the Western District of Pennsylvania are conducting a criminal investigation of a hospital business in which Joe Biden’s brother James was involved. Federal officials have asked questions about James Biden’s role in the business, according to a second person with direct knowledge of that investigation, who said it remains ongoing.

According to reports from a year ago, Jim Biden was sued for his actions with others in allegedly attempting to steal the business model from a man in the hospital business. The Federalist reported about Jim Biden’s case in May 2020:

In January the FBI raided the offices of Americore Health, a health care company that manages rural hospitals, where James Biden, brother of former vice president candidate and current presidential candidate Joe Biden, was a major investor. Documents prepared as part of an ongoing lawsuit against Biden and his business partners, hedge fund managers Michael Lewitt and Amer Rustom, allege they are in violation of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and have committed fraud related to their investments in Americore and another company, Diverse Medical Management. The documents, prepared in March, were never submitted to the court and sources now say the lawsuit is headed for a settlement.

California Clearly Violated Election Law—Votes are Invalid

California has been mostly absent from the discussion of election law violation, but new information reveals that wording legally required to be on its ballots was missing, in direct violation of its own state law. This means the ballots should not have been cast or counted, yet California certified its ballots, anyway, and thus illegally cast its electoral votes for Joe Biden.

Let’s be clear about something: Our nation’s founders tried for years to work out their differences with England’s King George. But George was a tyrant, and a war broke out that lasted eight years. After that war, our founders avoided creating a government that was ruled by a man—they decided to be governed by laws.

Unfortunately, we now have states ignoring their own state and federal election laws, and by disregarding these laws, their election results must be nullified. Either that, or we’re no longer a country governed by laws.

California violated its own election laws

In California state law, the election code is titled “Division 13. BALLOTS, SAMPLE BALLOTS, AND VOTER PAMPHLETS.”

In Article 1 of this code we find Election Code 13200, which reads as follows:

“Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter [Chapter 3] shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”

That’s straightforward English. It’s at the 9th grade reading level, so assuming California’s election officials can understand it, her it is one more time, with emphasis:

“Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter [Chapter 3] shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”

When we read a little further, we find Section 13205. Since we’re talking about the election of the President and Vice President, we’ll look at the applicable subsection:

13205 (b). In elections when electors of President and Vice President of the United States are to be chosen, there shall be placed upon the ballot, in addition to the instructions to voters as provided in this chapter, an instruction as follows:

“To vote for all of the electors of a party, mark the voting target next to the names of the presidential and vice presidential candidates of that party. A mark of the voting target next to the name of a party and its presidential and vice presidential candidate, is a vote for all of the electors of that party, but for no other candidates.”

This Napa County ballot is missing required text from Section 13205 (b). California code 13244 states sample ballots must match actual ballots, including instructions.

In other words, by California law, the paragraph quoted was supposed to appear on all California ballots. And remember, according to Section 13200, “Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter [Chapter 3] shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”

And guess what? According to data collected by the American Independent Party in California, those words did not appear on ballots in 53 of California’s 58 counties.

In the remaining five counties, ballots required additional wording that is outlined in California Election Code 12305 (c). Some of those county’s ballots included the wording from section (b), but ballots in all five of those counties were still missing the required wording from section (c).

This means 100 percent of California’s voting was conducted in complete violation of its state election laws.

Alpin

This Alpine County’s ballot has the required text for section 13205 (b) but not the text for section (c) which was required for Alpine County.

If the United States is to be a country governed by laws, none of the ballots from California should have been cast nor counted. It’s right there in California state code. Thus, all of California’s ballots are invalid, they cannot be officially counted in the state’s vote totals, and California’s electoral college votes must be invalidated.

The way I see it, there's only two options left for Trump:

For those pushing Option 2, the problem is once you let that dog off the chain, it will be nigh-impossible to control it and prevent high amounts of collateral damage against non-participants. Hunter Biden's former business associates were looking to "get Joe involved" in a joint venture with Chinese Energy Company CEFC and make the venture appear as a "truly family business" to the Chinese, according to text messages obtained and reviewed by Fox News.

In text messages dating back to 2017, Hunter's now-ex-associates James Gilliar and Tony Bobulinski discussed a breakdown of the joint venture with CEFC, the "stakes" and appeared to suggest getting the now-president-elect involved.

In a back-and-forth over the terms of the company, Gilliar, in a May 11, 2017 text message to Bobulinski, wrote: "Man U are right let's get the company set up, then tell H and family the high stakes and get Joe involved."

It is unclear how Gilliar proposed getting Biden involved. Biden repeatedly has denied being involved with his son’s business dealings.

In another exchange, Bobulinski, in a text message to Gilliar on April 30, 2017, asked, "what is the deal w Jim Biden as he wasn’t part of the discussion but now seems a focal point."

Gilliar replied: "With H demons, could be good to have a back up, he strengthens our USP to Chinese as it looks like a truly family business, and I like the dude."

"USP" in business dealings typically stands for "unique selling proposition" or "unique selling point." A source, though, said "USP" could also stand for U.S. persons.

Days earlier, in a conversation to set up a meeting with those involved, including what appeared to be high-level CEFC executives including the chairman—slated for Sunday, May 7, 2017— Gilliar asked Bobulinski to come up with an "a lister to meet chairman Sunday."

"Ok. A ‘lister’?" Bobulinski replied on May 4, 2017.

"Top person at same level as chairman, who would like to access China or money," Gilliar replied. "It’s the way it works culturally for them."

Days after that meeting, Gilliar sent an email discussing "renumeration packages" for those involved in the deal. The email included a note that "Hunter [Biden] has some office expectations he will elaborate."

A proposed equity split referenced "20" for "H" and "10 held by H for the big guy?" with no further details. Bobulinski repeatedly has said "the big guy" was Joe Biden.

"Joe Biden has never even considered being involved in business with his family, nor in any overseas business whatsoever," Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates told Fox News in October. "He has never held stock in any such business arrangements nor has any family member or any other person ever held stock for him."

The investigation, according to a source familiar with the matter, began in 2018.

Gun company accuses Dem leaders of violating First Amendment

One of the country's largest gun manufacturers has filed a federal suit accusing the state of New Jersey of violating its First Amendment rights.

Smith & Wesson sued the state Tuesday in response to a broad subpoena issued by New Jersey attorney general Gurbir Grewal (D.). The case, filed in federal district court, seeks to have the subpoena—which demanded a decade's worth of advertising and sales records—thrown out and declared unconstitutional.

"The New Jersey Attorney General has taken a series of actions to suppress Smith & Wesson's speech, and with the intention of damaging Smith & Wesson both financially and reputationally," the complaint from the company said. "The most recent such action is the issuance of an administrative subpoena … on October 13, 2020 that allegedly seeks evidence of consumer fraud relating to advertising – but in reality, it seeks to suppress and punish lawful speech regarding gun ownership in order to advance an anti-Second Amendment agenda that the Attorney General publicly committed to pursue."

Grewal's office did not respond to a request for comment.

Larry Keane, senior vice president and general counsel of the National Shooting Sports Foundation, said New Jersey's subpoena is part of a concerted effort to hobble the gun industry through frivolous court proceedings. Such probes are meant to "get to discovery" in the hopes of forcing gun companies to agree to new regulations in legal settlements, according to Keane.

"They will … try to impose through settlements [gun-control] measures they can't get passed through Congress or in the states," he told the Washington Free Beacon. "It's regulation through litigation."

Keane compared the new legal movement to one in the 1990s that tried to run up gun companies' legal bills through cases attempting to hold them responsible for the criminal acts of third parties. The extensive litigation inspired the bipartisan Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, which guaranteed liability protection to gunmakers.

William Yeatman, a research fellow at the Cato Institute's Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies, told the Free Beacon that Smith & Wesson faces an uphill battle, as state law gives Grewal a great deal of discretion in issuing subpoenas.

"In this context, New Jersey has tremendous latitude to investigate," he said. "Nevertheless, there are limits, and AGs generally aren't allowed to go on fishing expeditions, especially when constitutional rights are possibly at play."

Keane said the suit is a reminder that the gun industry will not back down from legal fights it believes are mainly intended to put gunmakers out of business.

"It is a signal to gun-control groups, the white-shoe law firms, and anti-gun politicians that the industry is not going to take this lying down any more than we did 20 years ago," he said. "We were underestimated 20 years ago and they're underestimating us now."
