As a Contractor, for both Army and Marines, I work sometimes directly with the younger Enlisted, and NCO's. So to give you a general idea of how things work when it comes to TV shows, usually every show is developed and owned by a production company. Often it is names you never hear of, or sometimes a star might launch one and do 1-2 shows but they basically fund and shoot the show. They then take it out and try to get a network to pick it up and then the network then pays the company a fee and airs it.

So for example, Seinfeld ran on NBC and most people naturally would think oh NBC owns Seinfeld but again, the networks are just the company that airs the shows, they don't actually fund or make them.

So that then leads you to Castle Rock, which is in fact the company who developed Seinfeld and why their name is in the credits. It was owned by a few people but 2 pieces of shit in the Q-sphere are relevant….ROb Reiner who owned it, and Stpehen King (Piece of shit #2), who they named it after because of the name of his fictitious town in his novels.

Where this gets funny and TOP KEK is they sold their company to Turner after Seinfeld was on the air but not yet the hit it was and then Turner consulted with Steve Bannon's company who looked it over and took a piece of it. So Bannon became rich off it and probably why Reiner and King lose their fucking minds at Trump and Bannon.

There are a tremendous amount of Hollywood references in play across the Q posts and there is no doubt in my mind that Bannon is on the squad and I am sure there are more that we don't know but heavily influence it. Remember while no doubt this is MI planning, screenwriters and storytellers probably are part of the team as well.

I don't know if Castle Rock is exactly a Bannon taunt but if not, I'd say it's in the neighborhood.
