The Wyoming Republican Party will no longer recognize Liz Cheney as a member of the GOP in its second formal rebuke. The resolution factored in her vote to impeach President Donald Trump, her participation in the partisan 1/6 witch-hunt committee, and her alliance with Nancy Pelosi.

The 31-29 vote on Saturday in Buffalo, Wyoming by the state party central committee followed votes by local GOP officials in about one-third of Wyoming’s 23 counties to expel Cheney from the Republican Party.

Remember that juries must convict unanimously in Wisconsin. There are only 2 states: Louisiana and Oregon where they do not need to convict unanimously. 12 people are not going to find Rittenhouse guilty of these charges. Even if 1 won’t bend their view, it will be a hung trial and he walks. This has been a fascinating trial case of how judges should act, how the state shouldn’t conduct themselves and a story of true courage in a time where courage is hard to find. ❤️

In her re-election bid announcement video, it states how she has gained respect from both parties and saved the touring program during COVID-19. Murkowski has had a long history of not only Anti-Trump views but also moderate to liberal views on critical issues.

As we previously reported, “The Alaska Republican State Central announced on Saturday their endorsement of Kelly Tshibaka for the U.S. Senate race for 2022. The seat is currently held by Lisa Murkowski (R).

Tshibaka proudly shared the endorsement on her Twitter account, ‘I am honored to be Endorsed by the Alaska Republican Party! In the Senate, I will always fight for our Conservative values.’“

With an endorsement from former President Donald Trump and the Alaska Republican Party, Murkowski seems to be toast in the primary. If she losses the primary she could potentially run as an independent and thus split GOP votes and possibly hand Democrats a key seat in the Senate.

Once again, Senator Rogers is calling out RINOs and calling on them to resign as in her eyes, they have failed their voters and this country. We will have to see how the primary turns out in 2022.

Austria laid down the most tyrannical lockdown restrictions in the world by prohibiting unvaccinated people from leaving their homes freely…so everyone in Austria just went out for a public stroll in protest.

OVER 10,000 PROTESTERS DEFY WORLD’S FIRST-EVER QUARANTINE FOR THE UNVACCINATED IN AUSTRIA

Around 10,000 protestors gathered on Sunday in Austria to protest the announcement of Austria’s new quarantine imposed on the unvaccinated only.

Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg announced that as of Monday morning, unvaccinated Austrians ages 12 and older would be forced to remain in their homes except for essential activities.

Thousands of protesters rallied against the announcement, which is seen as another effort to take away a person’s right to make their own medical decisions. Citizens from all backgrounds united to show their opposition to the Austrian government’s strict policies, leading to numerous arrests being made by Austrian authorities.

Chancellor Schallenberg prefaced the announcement of the new quarantine mandate, saying, “We are not taking this step lightly, but unfortunately it is necessary.”

In Sunday’s statement, Chancellor Schallenberg also stated: “Our task as the federal government is to protect the people of Austria. We are fulfilling this responsibility.”

Austria’s new quarantine mandate is part of the latest effort to combat surging cases of Covid-19 in Europe. According to the Live Covid-19 Vaccination Tracker, less than 65 percent of Austria’s 8.9 million population have been fully vaccinated for Covid-19. This percentage, one of the lowest vaccination percentages in Europe, prompted the Austrian government to respond by mandating a quarantine for non-essential activities for the unvaccinated.

The New York Times reported, “Under new rules announced by the government on Sunday, adults and minors 12 and older who have not been vaccinated or recovered from a coronavirus infection cannot go outside except to buy groceries, seek medical care or travel to school or work.”

These restrictions are the first in the world to affect only those who are unvaccinated. The Austrian government also announced that police will be on patrol to ensure that the unvaccinated population is remaining indoors. Reports indicate the fine for violating this new lockdown could amount up to 1,450 euros, or $1,660.

Chancellor Schallenberg claims that the goal of the new mandate is to motivate the unvaccinated to “get themselves vaccinated.” However, many Austrians see this as a form of discrimination between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated, a concern that has been echoed many times in the United States.

In the United States, the Biden administration is receiving intense blowback for efforts to mandate federal workers, healthcare workers, and businesses with over 100 employees to receive the Covid-19 vaccine. With anti-vaccine mandate protests sweeping the globe, many are left wondering whether freedom or government overreach will prevail.

Senator Cotton Letter to US Attorney General Merrick Garland:

A. Please provide any case where federal prosecutors charged conspiracy to transport stolen goods and/or reciept of stolen goods with respect to a journalist recieving information from a source and describe how that comports with the First Amendment protections articulated in Bartnicki v. Vopper.

B. Please provide all cases where federal prosecutors charged NSPA where a personal effect such as a diary had been stolen in an isolated incident.

C. Please provide the search warrants for any cellphones collected from O’Keefe and his associates as well as the supporting applications

D. Please provide all federal prosecutions where prosecutors charged transportation of stolen property where a good had been abandoned by the complaining owner

E. The NSPA has a jurisdictional requirement that the property stolen have a value of $5,000 or more. Please provide the process in which you assessed Ashley Biden’s diary as having a fair market value of $5,000 or more.
