Peter Navarro is launching a lawsuit against Pelosi and the Jan 6 committee

Last month the House voted to find him in contempt of Congress for refusing to give evidence to lawmakers investigating the 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol

But in an 88-page filing, he argues that the committee had no legal right to subpoena him and that the contempt of Congress vote should be overturned

 

Former Trump adviser Peter Navarro is launching legal action against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the January 6 committee, claiming that they have no legal right to hold him in contempt of Congress for refusing to give evidence.

 

He faces possible criminal charges after the House last month voted to forward the case to the Department of Justice.

 

But in an 88-page legal filing shared with DailyMail.com, Navarro argues that President Joe Biden had no authority to waive former President Donald Trump's executive privilege or his former adviser's 'testimonial immunity.'

 

And he said the courts must intervene to protect the separation of powers, and ensure that lawmakers were not getting into matters of justice.

 

'Repeated abuses by partisans and political score settlers like those on the Committee have institutionalized a partisan weaponization of Congress' investigatory powers that now threatens the delicate balance and separation of powers between the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of our government,' he says in a filing to be lodged at the District of Columbia district court.

NDP MP wants to label NRA directors as terrorists

 

Long-time NDP MP Charlie Angus is repeating a demand to put the National Rifle Association (NRA) on a terror watch list and ban its directors from entering Canada.

 

Angus first referred to the American gun rights advocacy group as terrorists in 2019 after mass shootings in Dayton, Ohio and El Paso, Texas. On Sunday, he called on the Trudeau government to officially consider the US gun lobby a terrorist organization.

 

โ€œThree years ago I proposed putting the NRA on Canadaโ€™s terror watchlist. Itโ€™s time that Attorney General (David Lametti) took seriously the need to ensure that the NRA are not allowed to cross our borders,โ€ wrote Angus.

 

In a tweet from 2019, Angus cited โ€œa long history of attempting to meddle in public safety policiesโ€ as a reason behind the proposed ban.

 

Canadaโ€™s Anti-Terrorism Act requires the federal government list entities defined as terrorist organizations. If Angus were to have his way, the NRA would be included alongside Al Qaida, ISIS, the Taliban and other terrorist groups.

 

Listing under the Anti-Terrorism Act would open up an organization to seizures of property and the freezing of its financial assets.

 

โ€œIt is not a crime to be listed,โ€ writes Public Safety Canada. โ€œHowever, one of the consequences of being listed is that the entityโ€™s property can be the subject of seizure/restraint and/or forfeiture. In addition, institutions such as banks, brokerages, etc. are subject to reporting requirements with respect to an entityโ€™s property and must not allow those entities to access the property.โ€

Israel PM publishes Iran intel documents alleging it spied on UN nuclear agency

 

Israeli Prime Minister, Naftali Bennett, today published documents he claims were stolen from Iran, which allegedly show that Iranian intelligence spied on the United Nations' Atomic Agency.

 

After Iran's Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, was asked a question at the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos last week regarding allegations of Iran spying on the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), he stated that "unfortunately, the Zionists are spreading lots of lies".

 

The Israeli premier today posted a video on his Twitter account showing the Iranian Foreign Minister's comment, after which Bennett appears and says: "Spreading lies? Come on. I'm holding the proof of your lies right here in my hands" while holding up photocopies of the documents.

 

"You see, after Iran stole classified documents from the UN's Atomic Agency, Iran used that information to figure out what the Atomic Agency was hoping to find, and then created cover stories and hid evidence to evade their nuclear probes", he claimed.

 

"So how do we know this? Because we got our hands on Iran's deception plan a few years back. And it's right here in my hands," he stated, referring to an operation by Israeli agents in 2018, which saw them attain and steal hundreds of thousands of Iranian documents detailing the country's nuclear programme.

 

"Here it is, in the Persian language, hundreds of pages marked with the stamp of Iran's Ministry of Intelligence," Bennett said in the video. He afterwards posted a Google drive link containing the documents, which consist of IAEA documents allegedly stolen by Iran, false company registration papers and confidential Iranian intelligence papers regarding the Atomic Agency.

 

Although most of the documents bear official stamps, insignias, and signatures โ€“ as well as handwritten notes such as one written by Iran's Defence Minister to the now-assassinated top nuclear scientist, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh โ€“ it cannot be independently verified whether they are real or fabricated.

 

Bennett's video and apparent exposรฉ comes a week after the Wall Street Journal published a report on the Iranian spying on the IAEA, based on the documents stolen by Tel Aviv. The report said then that it received access to those documents "from a Middle East intelligence agency that hails from a country that opposes Iran's nuclear program", which is now confirmed โ€“ unsurprisingly โ€“ to be Israel.

Jury Verdict, Clinton Lawyer Michael Sussmann Found Not Guilty of Lying to FBI

 

All media reporting of this case will be done through the prism of their own cooperation in the perpetration of the fraud.The MSM knew along with everyone else inside and outside of government, that their efforts to create the Trump-Russia conspiracy and collusion narrative were based on fraudulent pretext manufactured by the Clinton campaign. They all knew it. They all acted collaboratively, and they all engaged purposefully.

 

Michael Sussmann was accused of lying to the FBI about working for Hillary Clinton at the time he took fraudulent information to the FBI about Donald Trump. A Washington DC jury has found Sussmann NOT GUILTY.

 

While Sussmann was pushing fraudulent information into the open hands of FBI Legal Counsel James Baker, another Clinton campaign contractor, Glenn Simpson from Fusion GPS, was pushing similarly constructed fraudulent information -including the Christopher Steele dossier- into the media and DOJ via Bruce Ohr.

 

The not guilty verdict simply means the FBI knew, or should have known, Michael Sussmann was delivering the fraudulent Trump-Russia collusion nonsense directly from the Hillary Clinton team. The FBI claims they didnโ€™t know, the jury by finding Sussmann not guilty, says the FBI did know.

 

The BIGGER question is, whatโ€™s next?

 

Durham constructed this case around the premise the FBI and DOJ was duped or tricked by Hillary Clinton operatives, specifically including Michael Sussmann. It would be very weird if Durham now flipped the premise and began targeting DOJ or FBI officials around the premise they were โ€œnot duped.โ€

 

Therefore, I still think Durham stays exclusively focused on the outside actors and ignores all of the corrupt internal DOJ and FBI activity.

 

The prosecutorial approach by John Durham positioned all of the corruption outside the institutions of government, thereby protecting them.

 

The bad guys, the corrupt lawbreakers, are the people directly connected to the Clinton Campaign and all of the political and legal agents in/around the Clinton political machine.

 

As the Durham narrative unfolded, the brave and honorable institutions of government were victims to the horrible, terrible activity by the Clinton outsiders.

2 days after the Gaurdian of the Galaxy ride called Cosmic Rewind opened at Epcot center, fires happened, power went out, people got stuck over Memorial Day weekend.

Breaking: Emergency Situation at Epcotright now

Fire department officials are on the scene and multiple locations in the park are closed including attractions, transportation, and more.

 

Emergency Situation at Epcot

 

Despite it being a busy holiday weekend at Disney World, emergencies do happen. Currently, several locations at Epcot are being evacuated due to smoke. Here is what we know.

 

A friend of the blog shares that at approximately 3:45 pm today, May 29, smoke was seen rising from the pin shop near the park entrance of Epcot. We are unsure what the smoke is coming from. It may be a fire inside the building or somewhere around the building.

 

The pin shop is located after you enter the park and past the pylons. On one side of Spaceship Earth sits Pin Traders and on the other side sits Gateway Gifts.

 

What is closed?

 

At approximately 3:45 pm Cast Members evacuated Guests from the pin shop. Then, just a few minutes later Spaceship Earth also was evacuated. It is important for any Guests in the area to listen to Cast Member instructions and remain calm.

 

Currently, people in the area can smell the smoke and a chemical, although we are unsure what the cause of the issue is.

 

Since the monorail runs through the park, it is also closed to Guests as well. Those who wish to leave the park must get on a bus at the front entrance or head to the International Gateway to get on the Skyliner. Disney would either get those Guests off as quickly as possible or hold the monorail back while the emergency is handled.

 

At this time, nothing else appears to be closed.

 

Emergency personnel is on scene

 

We are told that fire department officials and crew have arrived, but at this time there are no trucks in the park. Our friend also shares that there are no injuries that they are aware of at this time.

 

If we learn any additional details, we will be sure to share that information. Stay tuned for any updates.

We were there and leaving when it started. You could smell the fire and hear the panic in the cast members evacuating and directing guests. They had that park exit also briefly blocked but we were able to leave as the monorail was being evacuated

The early sell-out before park opening means that those guests not staying at a Disney hotel have no option to purchase Lightning Lane access.

 

Since Genie launched at Walt Disney World, guests of a Disney Resort Hotel can make their first purchase starting at 7:00am on the day of their visit, while other guests can make their first Lightning Lane purchase when the park opens. This gives a huge advantage to resort hotel guests for high-demand Lightning Lane purchases.

 

At Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind, Individual Lightning Lane purchase is reaching capacity at around 7:15am, 75 minutes before non-resort guests can make a Lightning Lane purchase

 

Assuming this pattern holds, the only option for non-resort hotel guests to ride Cosmic Rewind is to secure a Virtual Queue boarding group at 7am or 1pm. Both of those distribution windows are incredibly short, reaching capacity in 3 seconds.

FBI records on search for fabled gold raise more questions

A scientific analysis commissioned by the FBI shortly before agents went digging for buried treasure suggested that a huge quantity of gold could be below the surface, according to newly released government documents and photos that deepen the mystery of the 2018 excavation in remote western Pennsylvania.

 

The report, by a geophysicist who performed microgravity testing at the site, hinted at an underground object with a mass of up to 9 tons and a density consistent with gold. The FBI used the consultant's work to obtain a warrant to seize the gold โ€” if there was any to be found.

 

The government has long claimed its dig was a bust. But a father-son pair of treasure hunters who spent years hunting for the fabled Civil War-era gold โ€” and who led agents to the woodland site, hoping for a finder's fee โ€” suspect the FBI double-crossed them and made off with a cache that could be worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

 

The newly revealed geophysical survey was part of a court-ordered release of government records on the FBI's treasure hunt at Dent's Run, about 135 miles (220 kilometers) northeast of Pittsburgh, where legend says an 1863 shipment of Union gold was either lost or stolen on its way to the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia.

 

Dennis and Kem Parada, who co-own the treasure-hunting outfit Finders Keepers, successfully sued the Justice Department for the records after being stonewalled by the FBI. Finders Keepers provided the FBI records to The Associated Press. The FBI subsequently posted them on its website.

 

The technical survey data collected by geophysical consulting firm Enviroscan gave credence to the treasure hunters' own extensive fieldwork at the site โ€” and prompted the FBI to excavate in a massive, secretive operation that lasted for several frigid days in late winter of 2018.

 

John Louie, a geophysics professor at the University of Nevada, Reno, unconnected to the dig, reviewed Enviroscanโ€™s report at the request of the AP and said the firmโ€™s โ€œmethods were very good,โ€ and โ€œtheir conclusions represent a physically reasonable hypothesisโ€ that gold was buried at the site.

 

But he cautioned the subsurface gravity anomaly that Enviroscan identified did not definitively establish the presence of gold. There are other technical reasons why Enviroscanโ€™s data could have turned out the way it did, Louie said.

 

โ€œThus, it is also entirely reasonable that the FBI did not find anything at the site, because there was not really any gold there,โ€ he said via email.

 

Enviroscan co-founder Tim Bechtel declined to comment about his work at Dentโ€™s Run, saying the FBI has not given him permission to talk. The FBI would not discuss Bechtel this week but said that after the dig, agents โ€œdid not take any subsequent steps to reconcile the geophysical-survey findings with the absence of gold or any other metal.โ€

 

Other documents in the just-released FBI case file raise still more questions.

 

A one-paragraph FBI report, dated March 13, 2019 โ€” exactly one year after the dig โ€” asserted agents found nothing at Dentโ€™s Run. No โ€œmetals, items, and/or other relevant materials were found,โ€ the report said. โ€œDue to other priority work โ€ฆ the FBI will close the captioned case.โ€

 

Anne Weismann, a lawyer for Finders Keepers, cast doubt on the FBI reportโ€™s credibility. She cited its brevity, as well as its timing โ€” it was written after Finders Keepers began pressing the government for records.

 

โ€œIt does not read like one would expect,โ€ said Weismann, a former Justice Department lawyer. โ€œIf that is the official record in the file of what they did and why they did it, it says almost nothing, and it's crazy.โ€

 

She added that if the government does not produce a fuller, more contemporaneous accounting of its search for the gold, it โ€œwill heighten my view that this is not an accurate record and this was created as a cover-up. And I don't say that lightly.โ€

 

In response, the FBI said the single-page document โ€œis representative of the standard summaries filed when formally closing an FBI investigation.โ€

 

The agency has consistently denied it found anything.
