HAPPENING NOW: DOJ says in court (during a fortitously timed Proud Boys hearing) that it anticipates the Jan. 6 select committee releasing all 1,000 witness transcripts in September, along with its final report.

That could occur during or right around the timing if the Proud Boys trial, which is slated to begin in August, and both sides in the case are concerned about what affect this could have on their timing.

According to whistleblower allegations, Nina Jankowicz may have been hired

because of her relationship with executives at Twitter. Consistent with these allegations, Silvers’

briefing notes state that both Pickles and Roth know Jankowicz.16

A recent DHS strategy

document further discusses efforts to “[e]mpower partners to mitigate MDM threats.”17

The

document states that in certain cases, federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial or

nongovernmental partners “may be better positioned to mitigate MDM Threats based on their

capabilities and authorities.”

I’ve been waiting 7 years for the US Disinformation Governance Board to open its doors. It was the only natural progression of Ukraine’s Information Operation against US citizens and journalists possible. Its inception was only a matter of time under a Democrat US President.

Consider the following carefully. They are both talking about the same thing (tweets above), just framing it differently. Dobriansky was the leader of the US-Ukrainian Diaspora lobby (UCCA) until it looked like a flagrant conflict of interest and stepped down to support the Clinton campaign openly.His group is the most powerful lobby in WDCtoday and is larger than the Saudi Arabian lobby in clout and influence. This military information operation (IO) still being used against Americans was designed to overthrow governments and when working properly, provides an across media “re-education camp” for all dissenting voices.

Comply or get crushed.The goal is to instill a form of Americanized Ukrainian nationalism into all aspects of American life and politics. So, what was the testing lab Dobriansky tweeted about and Chalupa wrote about? The products of SCL-IOTA Global’s work in Ukraine that Nina Jankowiciz helped to sell to the American public.

This included: The narratives, Russian collusion, Trump Russia saga, DNC hack, ODNI stolen election, Manafort Black ledger, George Papadopoulos, Trump Tower, etc.

Jankowicz was the (S)strategic communications expert for the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Relations (MFA) spokesperson through this period. The MFA was limited in statements to what the Ministry of Information Policy (MIP) was putting out. The MIP originated with Joel Harding, SCL- IOTA Global’s Information Operation manager for Ukraine and Syria in January 2015. Jankowicz worked with the MIP Christina Dobrovolska who in turn managed the InformNapalm hacking and OSINT- IO combined teams consisting of Shaltai Boltai (DNC hacking fame), RUH8 which worked under the umbrella of Ukraine Cyber Alliance, and Cyber Hunta.

These are the groups that physically created all the narratives above, Jankowicz and Ukrainian MIP manager Dobrovolska, who was also an Obama-Biden State Department go-between with the Ukrainian government handled all the so-called Intel and information coming out of Ukraine to destroy the Trump campaign and followed through by working to destroy the Trump presidency after.Jankowicz maintained direct ties to the Broadcasting Board of Governorsthrough multiple channels including Harding and Karen Kornbluh.

The US Disinformation Governance Board (DGB) is modeled on Ukraine’s MIP. It should be noted that the first actions the MIP took was to create an online army to deplatform American journalists and start Myrotvorets, Ukraine’s hit for hire site. The first victims were Ukrainian journalists criticizing Poroshenko. First, they targeted Democratic progressive journos that spoke against HRC’s campaign. Then the de-platforming of websites began.

What most people don’t understand is that the closest political ideology to nationalism is the progressives. They took ideological progressives down the same road in 2016-2017 to create a never-Trump army in the US. 2020 was the next logical evolution bringing progressives onboard because nationalist tendencies were cultured by culling the herd. Further into this hit piece article, there is some good information and I was curious just how long Gregg Phillips has been analyzing the elections. I myself didn't realize he was involved in the 2016 election.

Gregg says that there are individuals and groups and others have made threats that they shouldn't be looking into stuff; then offers to sacrifice themselves for others, and other 'deals'…and they've all been turned away. No deals.

He also talks about high how the corruption goes, and he says pretty much begins at the State level, anything from there all the way to F.B.I., forget it he says "they're useless". Their strategy has been to build cooperation at the local and municipal levels which has been very successful and they are ready this coming mid-term.

Improving cross-border payments with multi-CBDCs

Cross-border payments today can be slow and expensive. Unlike domestic payments, where banks can pay each other directly on a single national payments platform, there is no single international platform today for cross-border payments and settlements.

Instead, the correspondent banking model is used, where banks hold foreign currency accounts with each other. A single cross-border payment could pass through multiple correspondent banks, using the foreign currencies held with them. Each leg of the overall transaction takes time and effort to process, with fees levied that add up quickly and are passed on to customers, resulting in slow and costly cross-border payments.

A multi-currency common settlement platform would enable transacting parties to pay each other in different currencies directly, without the need for intermediaries such as correspondent banks.

In terms of design, the project faced challenges related to governance, process, and technology.

For a multi-CBDC platform shared by different central banks, governance is a key consideration to properly assign each participant the right amount of privileges and modes of access. In the first place, participants will gain access to the platform through the nodes they host or the nodes hosted by others. Also, each participant would have a different level of access.

Technologically, the project’s technical prototypes were developed on two different DLT platforms—Corda and Quorum. The Corda platform development was led by the technology provider R3 while the Quorum platform development was led by Partior, an open industry platform.

Moreover, R3’s prototype deployed on the Azure cloud infrastructure while Partior has deployed its prototype on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Multi-CBDC Payments to Challenge Traditional Settlement Methods like SWIFT

Unlike traditional payment settlement methods, which rely on intermediaries and correspondent banks, a multi-CBDC platform would enable participants to transact directly with each other using different CBDCs. This would significantly decrease the time required for a settlement, thus increasing speed.

Moreover, currently, a single cross-border transfer requires multiple ledgers to be updated on different systems, making the process time-consuming. However, since transfers are recorded on a single ledger on a multi-CBDC platform, the settlement process is simplified and costs are reduced.

It is also worth noting that a multi-CBDC platform would reduce duplicative processes and automate operations through smart contracts. Furthermore, using smart contracts, banks can also offer conditional payments, enabling customers to receive payment upon the fulfillment of predefined conditions.

In a nutshell, a multi-CBDC platform could be a game-changer for international settlements considering that it could significantly cut costs and increase speed. Therefore, it can significantly challenge traditional financial transaction providers like SWIFT.
