Rev. Al Sharpton gets giant raise, and his charity spends $1M on jets, limos

Rev. Al Sharpton’s charity nearly doubled his compensation and also shelled out close to $300,000 for private jets so that he and other bigwigs could attend “important gatherings.”

The National Action Network paid Sharpton $348,174 in 2021 as its president and CEO and gave him a hefty bonus of $278,503 — plus $22,117 worth of benefits for total compensation of $648,794, its latest tax filing shows.

The preacher’s 2020 compensation came to $347,183, which did not include a bonus.

NAN also forked over nearly $1 million on private jets and limos.

It paid $291,833 to Apollo Jets, which brokers private plane flights — from Lear jets to 737s — and boasts on its website about celebrity clients like Derek Jeter and Shaquille O’Neal. NAN also spent $650,134 on Carey International, a high-end

Sharpton, 68, and other NAN senior staff, along with victims’ families got to fly on the private flights to events, funerals and “important gatherings,” according to a NAN spokeswoman.

“Some of it was me. Some of it was the chairman. Some of it was victims’ families,” Sharpton told The Post, noting the pandemic was still forcing commercial carriers to cancel flights.

He said every flight was reimbursed by a donor, but he wouldn’t name the contributors.

Blue Star Jets is fading to black.

The private-jet-chartering company — named after the airline in the 1987 film “Wall Street” — is quietly going out of business after 16 years.

Todd Rome, Blue Star’s president, is now working with his bigger former rival, Apollo Jets.Ricky Sitomer, Blue Star’s CEO who co-founded the company with Rome, is “doing his own thing,” Rome said.

Blue Star, which sponsored Bridgehampton Polo for five summers and advertised in upscale magazines, will disappear.

“The more volume you do, the better pricing you get,” Rome told me. “We feel our efforts combined will take over this industry.”

Apollo was founded by Al Palagonia, the handsome pal of Spike Lee who once did time for pump-and-dump stock fraud schemes.

One industry insider said, “It’s a race for survival in the private-jet space. There’s mass consolidation taking place.”

When Ara wasn’t studying Armenian, he could be found at Pelham Country Club showing off his killer backhand on the paddle courts and his scratch golf skills on the greens.

Although he did not have any children, Ara was eager to share his knowledge and love with his six nieces and nephews. Whether it be a lesson on how to play lacrosse from a moving vehicle or making something magically disappear, ‘Uncle’ always knew how to make his nieces and nephews smile. The many kind words, texts, emails and messages sent to Ara and his family are testimony to the strong friendships he cherished.

Boca Raton mansion sells for $9M

Catherine Stile had paid $3.3M for the land in 2017, and built the house a year later

A mansion in the Royal Yacht & Country Club in Boca Raton sold for $9.4 million.

Catherine Stile of Brooklyn sold the 8,361-square-foot mansion at 261 West Alexander Palm Road toTiffany Palagonia, according to records.

Stile had paid $3.3 million for the land in 2017, and built the house one year later, records show.

In September, Stile paid $2.9 million for the almost 3,000-square-foot waterfront house at 2909 Spanish River Road in Boca Raton, across the Gulf Stream from Royal Palm.

The two-story mansion she sold has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, according to an online listing. David W. Roberts with Royal Palm Properties represented the seller. Carlos Alleyne with RE/MAX Advantage Plus represented the buyer.

It was listed in June 2018 for $12.5 million. The price dropped to $12.3 million in September 2018, then $12 million in April 2019.

The Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club has seen some notable sales this year. A Boca Raton plastic surgeon bought a mansion for $5.5 million in August. A former Amazon executive who created its business-to-business sales program paid $5.15 million for a mansion at the club that same month. In May, the former CEO of the craft store Michaels and his wife sold their waterfront estate at the club for $10 million.

A federal judge declined to hold Trump in contempt over classified documents seized from Mar-a-Lago.

 

Joe Biden’s corrupt Justice Department asked a federal judge to hold President Trump’s team in contempt for ‘failing to comply with a subpoena’ related to the Mar-a-Lago documents.

 

The Justice Department in May issued Trump a subpoena to return so-called classified records stored at Mar-a-Lago.

 

The DOJ asked US District Judge Beryl Howell, an Obama appointee, to hold Trump’s office in contempt for failing to return all documents.

 

Judge Howell refused to hold Trump in contempt and told the lawyers to hash out their dispute themselves.

 

ABC News reported:

 

A federal judge in Washington declined to hold former President Donald Trump or his legal team in contempt of court following a court hearing Friday as the Justice Department had requested, sources familiar with the matter told ABC News.

 

The judge instead urged the Justice Department and Trump’s legal team to resolve the dispute themselves, the sources said.

 

The DOJ had urged the judge to hold Trump’s team in contempt over failure to fully comply with a May subpoena for documents with classified markings that was directed to Trump’s custodian of records — a person the Trump legal team has not identified.

 

The proceedings were under seal and not public.

 

“The President and his counsel will continue to be transparent and cooperative, even in the face of the highly weaponized and corrupt witch-hunt from the Department of ‘Justice,'” Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung said in a statement.

 

“If the Department of ‘Justice’ can go after President Trump, they will surely come after any American who they disagree with,” Cheung added. “President Trump is the only one who stands in the way of the un-American weaponization of law enforcement.”

 

Trump’s lawyers were forced to search at least two of Trump’s properties for classified materials after the Mar-a-Lago raid.

 

The lawyers were instructed by an Obama-appointed federal judge to search Trump’s New Jersey Bedminster golf club and Trump Tower New York to “attest they had fully complied with a May grand jury subpoena” according to a leak to the Washington Post.

 

U.S. District Judge Beryl A. Howell told Trump’s legal team to continue their search for classified documents after the Justice Department claimed Trump’s previous searches were incomplete.

 

No new materials were found at either property.

I experienced a related incident over a decade ago. A blood sample was taken from me for the FIB, and I thought this violated my rights. The person doing the blood draw (I was locked up at the time) discussed what had happened when someone else tried to object on constitutional grounds and it wasn't pretty. This individual wanted to say that they didn't think allowing a blood draw was like "the mark of the Beast" or something along those lines. Then the individual claimed that when it was the "mark" they would line up with people like me and go to detention or whatever. (My recollections may not be real great on this conversation but I've remembered the basics.)

 

Mulling over what happened I realized something profound. If you have been an instrument of denying someone else their rights please don't assume you will be able to stand up for your own when the time comes. The person figuring that they could "steal" my blood probably thinks it will be relatively simple to resist someday when "they" come for them. I'm not so sure it works like that.

The Army vs. Navy game is set for this weekend in Philadelphia. One of the best parts of the annual Army vs. Navy game is the unique uniforms each service academy wears for one of the biggest college football games of the year. The amount of detail in each design is staggering and reveals the unique history behind these two institutions.

 

This year’s game is no different, so let’s look at what Army and Navy will wear. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. ET from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. CBS will broadcast the game. Navy is favored by 2.5 points and the total is set at 32.5 points. Army is 5-6 this season and is riding a two-game winning streak, while Navy sits at 4-7.

 

Army honors the 1st Armored Division

Army will be honoring the 1st Armored Division with its uniforms this year. According to the Army website, the uniform tells the story of the soldiers of the 1st Armored Division during World War II, and this year is the 80th anniversary of Operation Torch. The 1st Armored Division was formed in 1940 at Fort Knox in Kentucky.

 

The uniform and helmet feature mud splatters that look like the armored vehicles in the operations in North Africa. The jersey is light brown with gold uniform numbers and mud splatter across the bottom.

 

The unit patch is also featured on the side of the helmet. Each player will wear his cadet regiment number and company mascots on the shoulder. Some examples include Avengers, Zoo, Gators and more. That connects each player to his company at West Point.

 

The nameplate on each player’s helmet features the streamer of the Operation Torch campaign. The green represents the green fields of Europe, and the brown stripes represent the sands of Africa on the edges.

 

Navy to wear astronaut-themed uniforms

Did you know that 54 United States Naval Academy graduates have become astronauts? Now you do. And that’s why the Navy will wear space-themed uniforms for the 2022 Army-Navy game.

 

The uniform is meant to copy what a spacewalk suit looks like and uses the “meatball” logo and Helvetica font that NASA has used for decades on signage and printouts.

 

On one side, the helmet features an astronaut on a spacewalk while the other side features a NASA logo. Even the cleats were designed to mimic shoes worn in space. They’re all white with shiny dots to represent stars.

Brunson filed a pro se (NO LAWYER) civil action in Utah state court against hundreds… (… means I skipped some stuff) He alleged that before accepting the electoral votes on January 6, 2021, defendants intentionally refused to investigate evidence that the November 2020 presidential election was fraudulent (OF COURSE THIS IS TRUE)

 

Defendants…filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction failure to state a (VALID) claim….The action (WAS) dismissed for two reasons: (1) Brunson lacked …standing and (2) sovereign immunity barred the claims (THIS NEXT IS IMPORTANT) who were sued in their official capacity only. (WHAICH MEANS THEY IMMUNE AND THE COURT HERE NOTES THERE WERE OTHER GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL THEY DIDN’T EVEN GET TO)

 

Brunson filed a timely objection (BUT)… did not address the (LEGAL ARGUMENTS WHICH SUPPORTED THE DISMISSAL – THIS WAS FATAL BECAUSE THE COURT RULED THAT) …”he had “waived any objections to [those] conclusions.”

 

Brunson… (ARGUED) …that the district court’s judgment is invalid because it fails to set forth the legal basis for the judgment. (THE COULRT STATED THAT) This argument is frivolous. (THIS IS ACCURATE BRUNSON CONFUSED THE JUDGMENT AND THE OPINION WHICH IS A LEGAL TECHNICALITY)

 

(THE COURT OBSERVED THAT) Although Mr. Brunson’s objection was timely, he did not specifically challenge the…standing analysis. The firm waiver rule therefore applies unless the interests of justice dictate otherwise. A felony arrest warrant has been issued for an official in President Joe Biden’s administration. Sam Brinton, an official with the Department of Energy, was accused of stealing a woman’s luggage at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport last month, The New York Post reported.

 

“Brinton, who made history as one of the federal government’s first gender-fluid officials, allegedly stole luggage from another traveler at Harry Reid International Airport in Vegas on an unknown date, according to the outlet,” The Post said. “Details about the alleged theft are scarce, but 8 News Now stated Brinton, 35, was charged with grand larceny with a value between $1,200 and $5,000.”

 

On Tuesday Georgia Republican R​ep. ​Andrew Clyde and 15 other Republicans sent a letter to Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm demanding that Brinton resign.

 

“We write to respectfully demand the resignation of the Department of Energy’s Deputy Assistant Secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition, Sam Brinton, who was recently put on leave following felony theft charges,” the letter said.

 

“Despite not checking a bag before flying out of Washington, D.C., surveillance footage reveals Brinton taking and leaving with luggage from the baggage carousel at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport on September 16th.1 After initially lying to the police, Brinton later admitted to taking a suitcase valued at $2,325 and hiding the owner’s belongings in a hotel room.2 Alarmingly, Brinton has been observed using the stolen suitcase on multiple trips to Washington, D.C.3 , and was ultimately charged with felony theft, which carries a penalty of up to five years imprisonment, a $10,000 fine, or both,” it said.

 

“As you are aware, your Department issued notice that Sam Brinton was placed on leave without providing crucial context clarifying that Brinton’s recent employment status was the result of a felony charge. Brinton’s actions, along with your Department’s lack of transparency when dealing with this matter, reflect poorly on the Department of Energy, and they raise concern as to the Biden Administration’s priorities when appointing high-ranking officials. It is imperative that we do not allow a person charged with a felony to influence America’s policies,” the lawmakers said.

 

“Furthermore, our nation is in the midst of an energy crisis – a crisis that was unquestionably created by the Biden Administration’s reckless, radical, and failed policies. Your Department should be dedicated to a pro-American energy agenda, focusing on restoring energy independence and lowering energy prices across the nation. However, to many Americans, it appears that you are more interested in playing politics and protecting an employee who admitted to felony theft to police than providing real solutions for hard-working Americans,” they said.

 

“Therefore, we demand the resignation of Sam Brinton, and we implore you to set aside petty politics and appoint only the most qualified and dedicated individuals to influence America’s energy sector,” they said as they asked for a response by December 30.

I hope somehow this is a response to my Elijah post, I maybe stretching it a bit. Nevertheless that hospital was a cesspool infiltrated with a bunch of Satanists and the cops in my area work with them. If anyone read the post or gave a shit, they would have recognized that they attempted to murder me twice in that short space of time, once by the cops and the other by the hospital. Do not think for even one second that I am a fool, I knew the risk I was taking, but it had to be done in order to save future lives and to get the message out. This is why I always say "at all costs". Sorry but that video clip triggered an emotional response because I know I could have killed all of them: cops and staff members, they have no clue; I just gave them an inkling. I hope this refers to that because that cesspool has to be cleaned in order to save future lives.

& agree with the general sentiment. To some extent already true.. to some extent black people are one of the most gaslit groups.. I mean there's obviously no shortage of ignorant & belligerent black people, but these are the ones you notice, these are the ones that get viral on the internet, these are the ones more-or-less depicted in most entertainment, they become headlines etc.. No one cares about the black people that are mowing their lawn or paying some bills, or doing something altruistic with a mild-mannered approach..

Make families great again in general.. that's perhaps at the root of many of our global problems.. the family in general has been weakened.. obviously due to greater connectivity and mobility, information & relationship overload.. somethings gotta give to keep up with it all, and we've taken too much away from the value of family..

 

Personally, I don't understand why so many people without kids are allowed to vote.. if I wasn't cautious about any kind of slippery slope.. I would be all-for an add'l 2 votes for every functioning family household. Doesn't matter if you have 1 kid or 2 kids, or if you're a couple or a primary single-parent, the household gets 2 extra votes, representing the value of having a vested interest in the next generation.. That would permanently tilt things toward maga.. so much of the left is infested with impulses and motives that have only to do with tunnel-visioned individuals who have removed themselves from the gene pool by not reproducing.. they should still have votes, but good grief.. they should represent a potential swing vote when there's a polarization among all the family households of our country.. it shouldn't be most of the family households vs a shit ton of individuals, including college students and incarcerated people…

 

I'm interested in any challenge to this, but I don't see how there could be any macro-level evil that came from further empowering family households.. And I see a lot of macro-level good from it.
