Five whistleblowers with extensive direct experience with ousted Michigan Republican Party (MIGOP) Chair Kristina Karamo have gone on the record with Bigger Truth Media to expose the covert operator with self-professed ties to the national intelligence community (IC) who has systematically brainwashed Karamo and every member of her inner circle within MIGOP.

 

This operator, Mike Labadie, who was a registered Democrat in California in 2016, has engaged in a plan that appears to have begun in 2017 or even earlier to raise up a previously unknown Christian conservative, bring her under his complete and domineering control and make her into a powerful political figure who would ignite the imaginations of the conservative grassroots. Israel Offers Substantial 2-Month Gaza Ceasefire For Release Of All Hostages

 

In a huge and surprise development, Israel has made a substantial proposal for a new ceasefire deal that includes multiple phases at the end of which all remaining hostages held in Gaza would be released. The negotiations front has been quiet and considered to be a failure for the past couple months, leading to general pessimism that Israel had a new proposal in the works. At the same time the Red Sea crisis and damage to global shipping through the vital transit waterway has reached a boiling point.

 

Israeli officials have confirmed the deal on the table to Axios, which has involved Qatari and Egyptian mediators, but it's still too early to know whether Hamas will seriously contemplate it, given continued fierce ground fighting happening in the southern Strip, focused particularly on the city of Khan Younis. Yet it's a rare hopeful sign after weeks of regional escalation and worsening news.

 

Axios writes in the breaking Monday report that "While the proposal doesn't include an agreement to end the war, it is the longest period of ceasefire that Israel has offered Hamas since the start of the war." The proposed deal envisions a two-month long pause in fighting.

France's farmer lobby turns up heat on government, says protests to continue

 

French farmers will continue to protest pending government action, union representatives told reporters after a meeting with Prime Minister Gabriel Attal and Farming Minister Marc Fesneau to address the reasons for the demonstrations.

"We told him (Attal) we wouldn't settle for words," Arnaud Rousseau, head of FNSEA, France's largest farm union, told reporters after the meeting. "We told (him) that, to build confidence, he needed to go into the field. He committed to meeting farmers in the field in the coming days"

 

Fesneau said the first proclamations for farmers would be presented this week, French news broadcast television BFM TV reported.

Farmers in France are protesting over price pressures, taxes, and green regulation - grievances shared by farmers across Europe.

Farmers blocked roads in parts of France last week in action similar to widespread protests by farmers in Germany.

They cite a government tax on tractor fuel, cheap imports, water storage issues, price pressures from retailers and government red tape among their grievances.

 

President Emmanuel Macron is wary of farmers' growing support for the far right ahead of the European Parliament elections in June. The government has put a draft farming law on hold, saying it wanted to hear from farming representatives first to include additional measures to support the sector.

FARMERS SAY LIVELIHOODS UNDER THREAT

Farming policy has always been a sensitive issue in France, the European Union's biggest agricultural producer, with thousands of independent producers of wine, meat and dairy. Farmers have a track record of disruptive protests.

The Sinister Links Between Jeffrey Epstein, CBDCs, and Bitcoin

 

The purpose of this article is to create awareness of the urgent threat of Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), to discuss and describe Jeffrey Epstein’s potential involvement in both funding CBDCs as well as his possible role in changing the underlying purpose of Bitcoin, rendering it unusable as a cash alternative for day-to-day transactions. The article also provides a snippet from my book, The Final Countdown, which goes into detail and further provides practical advice for avoiding CBDCs.

 

The CBDC Threat

Imagine a future where every dollar you spend is tracked—not by a bank, but by the government. This isn’t a distant sci-fi scenario; it’s a real possibility with the advent of Central Bank Digital Currencies, or CBDCs. These are not just new forms of money; they are potentially powerful tools for monitoring and controlling human behavior.

 

The concept is simple yet profound – a digital currency issued by the government that can be programmed with specific rules. For instance, your savings could be frozen if your online activities don’t align with governmental standards, or mandatory spending could be enforced to stimulate the economy. This level of control could extend to everyday choices, dictating the groceries you buy or the vacations you can access, all based on a digital scoring system.

 

My book delves into this topic, painting a picture of a future where CBDCs could lead us into a dystopian society and the first chapter is available here.

 

The urgency of this matter propelled me towards cryptocurrencies and precious metals in 2019, when I completely exited the dollar. It compelled me to author a book, and even run for presidential office to shed light on these critical issues. As a fellow at Brownstone Institute, my current focus is to educate and empower others about the potential risks of CBDCs, with possible implementation before the 2024 elections.

 

In my travels, I’ve encountered significant gaps in public awareness about CBDCs. Over 80% of Americans have never even heard of them, as mainstream media seldom covers the topic. Those who have view CBDCs as a distant future concern, or believe they offer financial convenience and inclusivity, a belief held particularly among younger generations.

 

This article aims to clarify and warn about the current state of CBDC technology in the US, explain the existing political momentum for their adoption, and highlight the intriguing yet concerning connections between Jeffrey Epstein and cryptocurrency developments. Epstein’s link to the MIT Multimedia Lab, which played a pivotal role in significant CBDC trials and influenced changes to Bitcoin’s functionality, suggests a narrative far from the revolutionary currency Bitcoin once was, and potentially melding it into a tool for the elite.

 

Documents released by the US District Court for the Southern District of New York have only deepened the mystery surrounding Epstein’s motives and actions. His interest in cryptocurrency has been documented as early as 2017, and while the full extent of his involvement remains unclear, the ties are enough to warrant scrutiny.

 

In raising the alarm on Epstein’s connection to the crypto and CBDC ecosystem, I aim to challenge any narrative that paints CBDCs in a purely positive light. Proponents of CBDCs, such as the WEF, World Bank, UN, Central Banks, and politicians like Senator Elizabeth Warren. claim that CBDCs promote financial inclusions and fight terrorism and money laundering. This is not the true intent, only clever marketing. They are about control, which should be acutely apparent after experiencing the tyranny and erosion of personal freedoms during Covid. This article, along with upcoming video interviews, will aim to peel back the layers of this complex issue and explore the potential consequences to our financial liberties.

Trump’s lawyer confirms his concern about Supreme Court ballot ruling

Former President Trump’s attorney Alina Habba on Wednesday said the former president is concerned the U.S. Supreme Court justices may “shy away from being pro-Trump,” and rule against him in regard to the recent decisions in Colorado and Maine that kicked him off the states’ 2024 primary ballots.

 

Responding to New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman’s recent comments about Trump’s concerns, Habba during an interview on Fox News said, “That’s a concern he’s voiced to me, he’s voiced to everybody publicly, not privately. And I can tell you that his concern is a valid one.”

 

“You know, Republicans are conservative, they get nervous. They unfortunately … sometimes shy away from being pro-Trump because they feel that even if the law is on our side, they are swayed much like the Democratic side, right?” Habba told Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum. “So they’re trying so hard to look neutral that sometimes, they make the wrong call.”

 

Colorado and Maine both removed Trump from their 2024 state primary ballots last month, ruling he is ineligible to run for president under the 14th Amendment’s insurrection clause.

 

Trump on Wednesday appealed Colorado’s ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court, one day after he appealed Maine’s decision — which came from Maine’s Secretary of State Shenna Bellows — in the state’s superior court, though the dispute could ultimately also reach the U.S. Supreme Court, which currently has a 6-3 conservative majority.

 

Three of the justices on the nation’s highest bench were appointed by Trump, a point of concern Haberman addressed last week.

 

“They believe, generally speaking, he and his advisers, that they will have success at the Supreme Court, but he has also voiced some concern that a court that has — he appointed three of the justices at the Supreme Court and gave the conservatives a supermajority — he is concerned that they are going to look as if they’re trying not to rule in his favor and might rule against him,” Haberman said during a CNN appearance last week.

 

“It’s a very clean cut,” she said. “There’s no … politics that should be involved in this. It’s just simply American, and if the justices read the law, as I do, as most Americans and attorneys do, even [Alan Dershowitz] — who’s a known liberal — it’s just a simple decision, and it should have nothing to do with if you’re Republican or Democrat.”

 

Habba was making an apparent reference to attorney Alan Dershowitz’s comments against rulings from Colorado and Maine. Dershowitz last month called Colorado’s decision “an attempt to totally manipulate an amendment that was never designed to disqualify people in future election,” Forbes reported.

 

A number of legal experts have thrown out varying predictions for how the nation’s highest court could rule if it decides to hear the case. Former Attorney General Bill Barr called Colorado’s case “legally wrong and untenable,” while former federal Judge Michael Luttig said the Centennial State’s ruling is not “anti-democratic,” but rather the conduct that prompted the disqualification was anti-democratic.

 

Former White House lawyer Ty Cobb predicted the U.S. Supreme Court could rule “9-0” in favor of Trump if he appeals the Colorado Supreme Court decision, saying last month he believes the “law is clear.”

Sen. Ted Cruz blasted the Left’s attacks on Federalist Society Board Co-Chairman Leonard Leo and other conservative friends of Supreme Court justices as an attempt to undermine the Constitution itself.

“From Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s court-packing scheme to the attacks on Justice Clarence Thomas, and from the smear tactics used to defame Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the libels against Leonard Leo, Democrats will stop at nothing to delegitimize the Supreme Court,” Cruz, R-Texas, told The Daily Signal in a statement Wednesday.

Leo, as co-chair of The Federalist Society’s board of directors, helps lead a premiere legal organization advocating for an originalist and textualist interpretation of the Constitution.

Former President Donald Trump consulted with The Federalist Society to select his Supreme Court nominees.

“See these Democrat attacks for what they are—a full-on assault on our Constitution,” Cruz added. “Democrats hate our system of separation of powers, and they are willing to burn down the Supreme Court to accomplish their goals.”

Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin, D-Ill., and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., announced Monday that the Senate Judiciary Committee will vote to authorize issuing subpoenas to Leo and wealthy Republican donors Harlan Crow and Robin Arkley II.

Crow has provided flights and lodge stays for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, and Arkley has hosted Justice Samuel Alito and Leo at his own lodge.

Durbin, who chairs the committee, and Whitehouse, who chairs the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight, Agency Action, and Federal Rights, condemned Supreme Court justices for purportedly accepting “lavish, undisclosed gifts” and thereby enabling “their wealthy benefactors and other individuals with business before the court to gain private access to the justices.”

 

“The Supreme Court is in an ethical crisis of its own making,” the Democrats said.

“Thanks to investigative reporting, we now know that for decades, some justices have been joining billionaires with business before the Court on their private planes and yachts or receiving gifts such as private school tuition for a family member.”

Durbin and Whitehouse referred to a series of articles “exposing” the personal relationships between Supreme Court justices and conservative leaders like Leo.

The opening salvo, ProPublica’s article about Thomas’ failure to disclose a transaction with Crow, a billionaire real estate tycoon, exaggerated Thomas’ mistake, which the justice went on to correct.

The Wall Street Journal’s James Taranto noted that the left-leaning outlets running breathless “ethics” stories on the Supreme Court create a “heads-I-win, tails-you-lose” situation.

“If you follow the rules perfectly, ‘ethics experts’ will fault you for failing to disclose when it isn’t required and for what you disclose when it is,” Taranto noted.

Critics have noted that the ethics attacks appear to be an orchestrated campaign to undermine the court as it moves in an originalist direction.

Pro-abortion activists opposed the Supreme Court’s ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization (2022), which struck down Roe v. Wade (1973) and allowed states to make their own laws on abortion.

LGBTQ campaigners have demonized the court’s rulings upholding free speech and religious freedom in cases where Christians have refused to grant their artistic support to celebrate same-sex weddings.

 

After Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election, Democrats in the House and Senate drafted legislation to appoint new Supreme Court justices.

Biden created a presidential commission on the court to analyze judicial reform, but that effort appears not to be headed toward any concrete changes.

 

In lieu of structural changes to the Supreme Court, it seems many on the Left have resorted to attacking the court’s current members by insinuating impropriety without highlighting any clear quid pro quos.

Critics, among them Cruz, claim that Democrats’ real concern isn’t with corruption but with the court’s rulings on hot-button issues like abortion.

Yet those rulings are rooted in constitutional principles. Dobbs, for example, did not amend the Constitution to repeal a right to abortion.

Rather, in that case, the court concluded that Roe v. Wade was wrongly decided and that the Constitution does not bar state laws on abortion.

By contrast, previous Supreme Court majorities twisted the Constitution to find new rights, such as the Roe right to abortion, where they do not exist in the plain text of the document, originalists claim.

The Left revolted against the court when it abandoned this practice in favor of dedication to the original public meaning of the Constitution, originalists say.

As such, by insinuating corruption on the Supreme Court, the Left is undermining not only the justices appointed by Republican presidents such as Donald Trump, but the Constitution itself, Cruz says.

US mayors praise Chinese government after visit to Wuhan for climate change and sustainability exchange

 

Six mayors from the United States participated in an exchange with the Chinese government in which they traveled to take part in the U.S. Heartland China Association's Yangtze-Mississippi Municipality Energy Transition Exchange project.

 

The mayors who made the trip were Mayor Jim Brainard of Carmel, Indiana; Mayor Barbara Buffaloe of Columbia, Missouri; Mayor Lee Harris of Shelby County, Tennessee; Mayor Chokwe Lumumba from Jackson, Mississippi; Mayor Kim Norton of Rochester, Minnesota; and Mayor Robyn Tannehill of Oxford, Mississippi.

 

The exchange was officially part of an effort to promote best practices between communities along the two major rivers, particularly in regards to "energy transition, climate mitigation, and green economy."

 

The two sides discussed opportunities for possible collaboration and took a trip to Voyah Automobile, a Chinese-state owned luxury car manufacturer now specializing in electric vehicles. The cars are reportedly sold in Russia, Israel, Turkey, and Belarus, as well as China.

 

As reported by Natalie Winters, several of the mayors praised China's approach to green energy policies. Specifically, electric vehicle investments and alleged carbon-reducing infrastructure were Chinese policies that some of the mayors hoped to implement in the United States.

 

"We were talking about climate change," said Columbia, Missouri, Mayor Buffaloe. "I know that in order for us to solve climate change, or at least reduce the impacts it's having on our communities and make sure we have a planet for our future generations, that it's going to take us working on things like electrical vehicle transformation, renewable energy both production, as well as scale and supply."

 

Buffaloe went on to state that the "best practices" she learned in China should be implemented in American communities.

 

"It's about our communities learning from one another, sharing these best practices, and then implementing them in our own communities. We need all kinds of exchanges with China."

 

Shelby County, Tennessee, Mayor Harris praised Chinese investments surrounding carbon emissions.

 

"China is quickly making the right kinds of investments, and those are investments in infrastructure, that's investments in reducing carbon emissions, that's investments in new tech like electric vehicles, and we've got a lot of work to do."

 

Mayor Brainard of Carmel, Indiana, said that the work conducted alongside Chinese politicians should be implement worldwide.

 

"Collaboration between U.S. and Chinese mayors not only benefits the hundreds of millions of people living in our two countries, but the ongoing joint work will lead to best practices that can be applied around the world."

 

Brainard also signed a sister cities agreement between Carmel, Indiana, and Xiangyang, Hubei, China.

The Ebola vaccine is a live virus vaccine that is administered as a single injection into a muscle. The vaccine contains a weakened strain of the vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) that has been altered to contain a gene from the Ebola virus. As of August 2023, the FDA has approved Merck’s ERVEBO (Ebola Zaire Vaccine, Live) for use in children 12 months and older. The “Ervebo” vaccine, as it’s known, reportedly has a shedding rate of 31%, according to the FDA package insert. This shedding refers to the vaccine virus’s ability to be transmitted to others, including family members or casual contacts. Critics like Bartlett highlight the risks associated with such shedding, particularly when the general public remains unaware of potential exposure.

 

The FDA report indeed confirms that vaccine virus RNA was detectable in some participants’ urine or saliva, with the highest shedding occurring on Day 7 post-vaccination and ceasing by Day 28. The highest shedding rate was observed in participants aged 12 to 17 years.

The Supreme Court decision really works in favor of President Trump. The timing is almost too perfect. Just before the NH primary, there was no talk of the Roe v Wade decision, something that may have changed independents minds. Ted Cruz Slams Left’s Attacks on Leonard Leo as a ‘Full-on Assault on Our Constitution’November 01, 2023

Sen. Ted Cruz blasted the Left’s attacks on Federalist Society Board Co-Chairman Leonard Leo and other conservative friends of Supreme Court justices as an attempt to undermine the Constitution itself.

“From Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s court-packing scheme to the attacks on Justice Clarence Thomas, and from the smear tactics used to defame Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the libels against Leonard Leo, Democrats will stop at nothing to delegitimize the Supreme Court,” Cruz, R-Texas, told The Daily Signal in a statement Wednesday.

Leo, as co-chair of The Federalist Society’s board of directors, helps lead a premiere legal organization advocating for an originalist and textualist interpretation of the Constitution.

Former President Donald Trump consulted with The Federalist Society to select his Supreme Court nominees.

“See these Democrat attacks for what they are—a full-on assault on our Constitution,” Cruz added. “Democrats hate our system of separation of powers, and they are willing to burn down the Supreme Court to accomplish their goals.”

Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin, D-Ill., and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., announced Monday that the Senate Judiciary Committee will vote to authorize issuing subpoenas to Leo and wealthy Republican donors Harlan Crow and Robin Arkley II.

Crow has provided flights and lodge stays for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, and Arkley has hosted Justice Samuel Alito and Leo at his own lodge.

Durbin, who chairs the committee, and Whitehouse, who chairs the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight, Agency Action, and Federal Rights, condemned Supreme Court justices for purportedly accepting “lavish, undisclosed gifts” and thereby enabling “their wealthy benefactors and other individuals with business before the court to gain private access to the justices.”

 

“The Supreme Court is in an ethical crisis of its own making,” the Democrats said.

“Thanks to investigative reporting, we now know that for decades, some justices have been joining billionaires with business before the Court on their private planes and yachts or receiving gifts such as private school tuition for a family member.”

Durbin and Whitehouse referred to a series of articles “exposing” the personal relationships between Supreme Court justices and conservative leaders like Leo.

The opening salvo, ProPublica’s article about Thomas’ failure to disclose a transaction with Crow, a billionaire real estate tycoon, exaggerated Thomas’ mistake, which the justice went on to correct.

The Wall Street Journal’s James Taranto noted that the left-leaning outlets running breathless “ethics” stories on the Supreme Court create a “heads-I-win, tails-you-lose” situation.

“If you follow the rules perfectly, ‘ethics experts’ will fault you for failing to disclose when it isn’t required and for what you disclose when it is,” Taranto noted.

Authorities in Paris, TX have arrested two suspects they believe are linked to the destruction of an Oklahoma radio tower. On Tuesday, the tower for K95.5 (KITX) was destroyed after a guy-wire was cut, collapsing the structure to gain its copper wiring.

 

KITX, licensed for 50,000 watts, serves southeast Oklahoma and northeast Texas, including Paris.

Two major court findings this week in Georgia:

  1. Fulton County admitted that they conducted zero signature verification on 380,000 absentee ballots in 2020. This affects all State and Federal races. None of those absentee ballots are legal. The Presidency and the U.S. Senate were stolen because of this violation of law. Thia t stunning admission was in the Harrison Floyd defense hearing where Fulton County has been ordered to turn over 470,000 absentee ballot request, every signature file, the 380,000 returned absenette ballots, the 140,000 in person ballots, every memroy card, every chain of custody document, every tabulator, every memory card/USB.

 

  1. In the Curling v. Raffensperger civil Federal trial, liberal professor Alex Halderman demonstarted in court how easy it is to hack and change votes in the Dominion and other voting computer tabulators. Judge Amy Totenberg has already determined that Georgia voters were the victim of vote nullification related to the ballot marking devices / QR codes, but this explosive new demonstration shows that every part of the voting computer system from BMD, to e-poll books, to tabulators, to Election Management System is vulnerable to easy hacking.

 

In addition, the Georgia State Election Board continued this week its desperate attempt to hide proven evidence that the QR codes on Georgia ballots in 2020 and 2022 created fake errors (ballot ID mismatch) that sent many scanned ballots into instant and illegal machine adjudication in violation of Georgia law.

Marshall v. Holmes

Marshall v. Holmes, 141 U.S. 589, is an 1891 decision of the United States Supreme Court on equitable relief, res judicata and fraud on the court in diversity jurisdiction. Justice John Marshall Harlan wrote for a unanimous Court that held it unconscionable to allow a state court's decision to stand that had been based on documents later exposed as forgeries. It permitted a federal case seeking to set that verdict aside to go forward.

Next Harlan turned to the fraud claim. Since the forged letter had made the difference at trial, "The case … is one where, without negligence, laches or other fault upon the part of petitioner, Mayer has fraudulently obtained judgments which he seeks, against conscience, to enforce by execution." While it was generally a rule that courts of equity would not reconsider judgements made at law procured by forged or perjured evidence when that evidence had already been considered at trial, Harlan quoted from the Court's1813 Marine Insurance Co.v. Hodgson decision, which held that "any fact which clearly proves it to be against conscience to execute a judgment, and of which the injured party could not have availed himself in a Court of law; or of which he might have availed himself at law, but was prevented by fraud or accident unmixed with any fault or negligence in himself or his agents, will justify an application to a Court of Chancery."[4]
