SAN BERNARDINO, CA: "Five people have been arrested in the investigation surrounding six bodies found last week at a remote dirt crossroads in the Southern California desert in a dispute over marijuana, sheriffโ€™s officials said Monday. Authorities discovered the bodies in the Mojave Desert outside El Mirage after someone called 911 and said he had been shot, San Bernardino County Sheriffโ€™s Sgt. Michael Warrick said. Five bodies were found late Tuesday and a sixth the following morning. Five suspects were arrested after deputies served search warrants Sunday in the Adelanto and Apple Valley areas of San Bernardino County and the Pinyon Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles County, Warrick said at a news conference.

โ€œWe are confident that this appears to be a dispute over marijuana,โ€ he said.

Warrick said all the victims were likely shot to death and that four of the bodies had been burned together. A fifth victim was found inside a Chevy Trailblazer, and the sixth was discovered in the desert a short distance away, he said.

The scene showed a โ€œlevel of violenceโ€ reminiscent of drug cartels, but investigators couldnโ€™t immediately confirm that cartels were involved, officials said."

Schumann Resonance: Does Earth's 7.83 Hz "Heartbeat" Influence Our Behavior?

 

The ionosphere is the region of the Earth's atmosphere that stretches roughly from 30 to 620 mi (50-1,000 km) above the surface and, along with the upper atmosphere, forms a boundary between Earth's lower atmosphere and the vacuum of space.

 

Between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere is a cavity containing a total electrical charge of 500K Coulombs. There is a vertical current flow between the ground and the ionosphere. The atmosphere has a resistance of 200 Ohms and a voltage potential of 200,000 Volts.

 

It means that there is a great deal of electrical activity between the surface of the Earth and the ionosphere. Some of this is in the form of standing waves of electricity. These standing waves are known as Schumann Resonances. So what are these resonances?

 

Each lightning burst creates electromagnetic waves that begin to circle Earth in the cavity between Earth's surface and the ionosphere. Some of the waves โ€” if they have just the right wavelength โ€” combine and increase in strength to create a Schumann resonance. The 'sweet spot' for creating this resonance is when the wave is as long or longer than the circumference of Earth. This is an extremely low-frequency wave of up to one hundred thousand times lower than the lowest frequency radio waves used to send signals to your AM/FM radio. As this wave flows around Earth, it hits itself again in such a way that the crests and troughs of the wave are aligned and act in resonance with each other to increase the original signal.

 

The base atmospheric electromagnetic resonant frequency is 7.83 Hz. This means our atmosphere is continuously resonating with a radio frequency of 7.83 Hz, along with progressively weaker harmonics at around 14.3, 20.8, 27.3, and 33.8 Hz. These oscillations are called the Schumann resonances.

The performance-enhancement pills, touted for increasing vitality and sex drive, have been found in the luggage of tourists and in international mail, according to South Korean authorities.

 

They said they had confiscated nearly 17,500 of the human flesh capsules since last August, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.

 

South Korean authorities warned that the pills could be dangerous to human health.

 

"This is gross, as well as creepy," said Dr. William Schaffner, chairman of preventive medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, who consults regularly with the Centers for Disease Control.

Jordan had opened the scoring just before halftime before Iraq responded with a 68th minute goal to Saad Natiq before Hussein gave his side the lead in the 76th minute.

 

It was a massive moment in the match that got a whole lot bigger after Hussein celebrated with his team, before sitting down and mimicking Jordanโ€™s celebration from earlier in the match.

 

After their goal, several Jordan players sat down and pretended to eat the grass โ€” an act Hussein replicated in the 77th minute.

 

But referee Alireza Faghani wasnโ€™t having it, giving the striker a second yellow card and leaving his side a man down.

 

However, there were plenty of questions over the decision considering Hussein didnโ€™t remove his jersey, which since 2004 has been considered excessive celebration and results in a yellow card.

 

Players must also be cautioned if they climb the perimetre fence or approach spectators in a way that causes security issues, are time-wasting, โ€œgesturing or acting in a provocative, derisory or inflammatory wayโ€ or covering their head or face with a mask or their jersey.

The ongoing conflict between Moscow and Kiev is the result of a series of mistakes made by the US and its NATO allies, former Czech PresidentVaclav Klaus, told the World Economic Forum in Davos in a speech published on Friday.

 

The Westโ€™s blatant disregard for the geopolitical context led to this โ€œtragic historic eventโ€ that โ€œcould and should have been avoided,โ€ Klaus, who led the Czech Republic between 2003 and 2013, said.

 

โ€œThis war started on 4 April 2008,โ€ Klaus said, referring to a NATO summit in Bucharest, where the US-led bloc members decided to support Ukraine and Georgiaโ€™s โ€œaspirations for membership,โ€ saying both nations โ€œwill become members of NATOโ€ at some point in the future.

 

Recalling the event at which he was present,Klaus said the decision was โ€œa tragic mistake.โ€He said he had personally opposed the decision and โ€œtried to argue against it,โ€ but it was โ€œpushed through by the US and the UK.โ€

 

Most other NATO members, including Germany and France were also against it at the time, he said, adding that many of the attending presidents andprime ministers stayed โ€œirresponsibly silentโ€in the face of pressure from London and Washington.

 

The West remained oblivious to the nature of Ukrainian statehood, Klaus argued, calling thecountry an example of an โ€œunsuccessful and unfinished transition from communism to parliamentary democracy and market economy.โ€

 

Ukraine, he said, was not โ€œa consolidated countryโ€ as it had major differences in ethnic composition and political preferences between its northwest and southeast.The country had already been in a state of โ€œcivil warโ€ since 2014, long before the current escalation, Klaus said.

 

Following the US-back 2014 coup, the then-Ukrainian regions of Donetsk and Lugansk, known as Donbass, refused to accept the new government, which increasingly embraced nationalist ideology. The regions proclaimed their independence andKiev responded with a violent military campaign that prompted a years-long conflict.

 

โ€To pretend that this was not the case and to discuss the current war โ€ฆ as if it were taking place in a vacuum is neither helpful nor productive,โ€ Klaus argued, adding that it was โ€œa big mistake not to pay attention to this fundamental splitโ€ within the country.

 

Klaus also argued thatMoscow had not intended to occupy Ukraine when it launched its military operation in February 2022, but merely sought to prevent it from joining NATO. Russian President Vladimir Putin also recently pointed to NATOโ€™s 2008 decision as making conflict inevitable, having โ€œdrastically changed the situation in Eastern Europe.โ€ Moscow has repeatedly said that preventing Ukraineโ€™s accession to NATO is one of the key reasons for its military campaign.

 

Now it is clear that โ€œall sides in the conflict have miscalculated,โ€ Klaus said, adding that the frontlines remain โ€œfrozenโ€ and no end to the conflict is in sight.He called on the West to change its approach and engage in meaningful dialogue with Moscow.

Globalist Plan to Control U.S. Land & Resources Through NACs WITHDRAWN After Pushback

 

In a major victory to protect Americaโ€™s land and resources, an SEC proposed rule to authorize the creation of a completely new investment class known as a โ€œNatural Asset Companyโ€ (NAC) was withdrawn, after pushback from congressional representatives, state authorities, and the public.

 

The Natural Asset Company scheme aimed to monetize and maintain management authority over Americaโ€™s natural assets, enabling private entities โ€“ including globalist organizations and foreign adversaries โ€“ to invest in NACs for the purpose of driving U.S. natural resources, which contribute to the food, water and energy supplies that sustain Americaโ€™s economy and our citizens, out of production.

 

While the withdrawal of the SECโ€™s proposed rule is a significant win for our freedom and security, the battle against globalists and foreign powers aiming to take down America and its people from within continues.

 

The Background

The Rockefeller-founded Intrinsic Exchange Group (IEG) in partnership with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) โ€“ which is an investor in IEG, submitted a proposal for the creation of Natural Asset Companies, after which the SEC issued a proposed rule for the authorization of this new investment vehicle.

 

Natural Asset Companies, as defined by the SEC, are โ€œCorporations that hold the rights to the ecological performance of a defined area and have the authority to manage the areas for conservation, restoration, or sustainable management.โ€ By definition, Natural Asset Companies manage and control natural assets for sustainability, which restricts the productive uses of natural resources on lands enrolled into NACs.

 

โ€œCritically, activities not allowed [on lands enrolled into NACs] would include anything considered unsustainable, things such as mineral extraction, industrial agriculture โ€“ which really means agriculture that uses traditional fertilizers and machinery, oil extraction, grazing, hunting, and other recreational activities not considered sustainable,โ€ Utah State Treasurer Marlo Oaks explained.

 

The proposed rule would have authorized federal and state public lands as well as conservation easements on private lands to be enrolled into NACs and would have given management authority of the assets within the NACs to their corporate boards.

 

Meanwhile, the Biden regime has taken steps to prepare for the enrollment of federal lands into NACs, including the establishment of conservation leases under the Bureau of Land Managementโ€™s proposed conservation rule, which could have prohibited oil and gas production as well as cattle grazing on millions of acres of public lands leased by the federal government.

 

If the Bureau of Land Management issued conservation leases to NACs that took precedence over leases for economic activity, such as oil extraction or grazing, then โ€œnot long thereafter, all non-sustainable activity ceases on the land,โ€ according to Utah State Treasurer, Marlo Oaks.

 

More than 23 million acres of public lands and 12 million acres of public waters were under lease by the oil and gas industry as of 2022. And the Bureau of Land Management oversees leases for livestock grazing on 155 million acres of federal lands.

 

The plan to unconstitutionally cede management authority of federal lands to NACs was in conjunction with a broader initiative by the Biden administration, referred to as 30ร—30, to conserve at least 30 percent of all U.S. lands and waters by 2030.

 

โ€œItโ€™s an international agenda to permanently protect 30 percent of the worldโ€™s land and oceansโ€ฆ These are lands that are off limits to human use. Thatโ€™s the ultimate objectiveโ€ฆ This is all based on the climate crisis narrative,โ€ remarked Margaret Byfield of the American Stewards of Liberty.

 

Margaret Byfield estimated that when 30ร—30 was initiated in the United States, about 12 percent, or approximately 300 million acres of American lands were highly protected, while the administration seeks to add another 400 million acres by 2030 to achieve their goal.

 

According to Byfield, the lands that make up the first 12 percent include โ€œnational parks, state parks, wilderness areas, national wildlife refuges, and importantly โ€“ conservation easements on private land.โ€ American Stewards of Liberty has warned farmers and ranchers that enrollment of their lands into conservation easements is a โ€œprimary tool to move private lands into the 30ร—30 program.โ€

Its a good theory, and I believe most of the stuff happening now is directed by us for sure. The likelihood of recusal just increased.

 

The explosive allegations that could possibly sink Fulton Countyโ€™s RICO case against Donald Trump, et al. โ€“ that she is having an ongoing affair with Nathan Wade, the Special Prosecutor she appointed to persecute Trump โ€“ have now been corroborated.

 

On January 8, attorneys for defendant Michael Roman (who faces various charges for challenging the 2020 election) filed this motion, alleging (in part) that Willis and Wade must be disqualified from the case due to ethical violations and prosecutorial abuses due to their affair. Specifically, the attorneys for Roman alleged that DA Willis and Wade:

 

โ€œhave traveled personally together to such places as Napa Valley, Florida, and the Caribbean and the special prosecutor has purchased tickets for both of them to travel on both the Norwegian and Royal Caribbean cruise lines.โ€

 

Those were serious allegations. And they were very specific as to the locations they traveled and Wadeโ€™s purchase of the tickets. Itโ€™s one thing to hear gossip from the Fulton County DAโ€™s officeโ€ฆ but how could Romanโ€™s attorneys know all the particulars?

 

Because there are receipts.

 

They all come from Wadeโ€™s Cobb County divorce proceedings with his soon to be ex-wife, Joycelyn Wade. Joycelyn has sought to depose Willis as part of the divorce case, alleging that Willis has an ongoing affair with her husband and that Willis would have insight into Nathan Wadeโ€™s actions and the marriage itself โ€“ knowledge that would help the divorce court divide the marital assets and calculate spousal support. Willis sought a protective order to prevent her deposition and gave implied threats that Joycelyn was obstructing the DAโ€™s investigation of Trump. Yet Willis never denied the affair.

 

And so attorneys for Joycelyn Wade dropped todayโ€™s bomb, which included her husbandโ€™s credit card statements where trips were purchased for Willis. You can read it here.

 

Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade has, according to his credit card statements, taken trips to San Francisco and Napa Valley, Florida, gone on a Caribbean cruise, Australia, Panama, and Belize. These trips all took place after he filed for divorce. And Willis โ€“ the boss of Nathan Wade, the woman who enriched him by appointing him as Special Prosecutor โ€“ joined Wade some of (if not all) of these trips.

April 25, 2023: Nathan Wade purchases Delta Airlines tickets for himself and Fani Willis. As part of this trip, they apparently traveled to Napa Valley and stayed at the Doubletree hotel.

 

October/November 2022: Reservations for a Norwegian Cruise and for the Aruba Hyatt Regency.

 

October 2022: Two reservations for Royal Caribbean Cruises and three American Airlines tickets to Miami for Nathan Wade, Fani Willis, and Clara Bowman (identified as Wadeโ€™s mother).

 

Letโ€™s be clear - this is just the start of the documentation of the affair between Wade and Willis. Not only will more of Wadeโ€™s credit card statements be released, but there is a real possibility (we estimate at 70-30) that Fani Willis will be deposed as a witness in the divorce proceeding. Sheโ€™ll be under oath, and her answers could very well force the recusal of herself and Wade from the Trump case.

 

As we previously reported, there is a glaring ethical violation in Wadeโ€™s appointment, as it has served to pay for domestic and international trips for Willis, his supervisor. Compounding the violation is that Wade has been overpaid - his office allegedly receiving nearly $1 million since he was appointed to the case - and that he is, by all accounts, unqualified to prosecute this case.

 

The Georgia Supreme Court agrees, observing a conflict of interest can โ€œarise where the prosecutor has acquired a personal interest or stake in the defendantโ€™s conviction.โ€

 

Willis and Wade have by February 2, 2024 to respond to the motion by Romanโ€™s attorneys. The court has set an evidentiary hearing on the matter for February 15, 2024. If Iโ€™m Romanโ€™s attorney, Iโ€™m calling Fani Willis and Nathan Wade to the stand. There could be fireworks - if the court allows their testimony.

 

Assuming they recuse themselves or are disqualified, whatโ€™s next?

 

We figure it most likely that Fulton County, which has an expressed interest in prosecuting Trump, assigns the case to one of the other attorneys currently assigned to the matter. This would allow the case to go forward.

 

Or, thereโ€™s the potential that an outside lawyer is appointed. That would be the best chance for dismissal, as there are serious concerns with using Georgiaโ€™s RICO statute to target Trump and the rest of the defendants. After all, Georgiaโ€™s RICO law emphasizes that it should be used to prosecute financial crimes or those involving injury to another - not for challenges to an election. Jonathan Turley explains: โ€œSome prosecutors would likely balk at the tenuous connections used to sweep Trump into this grand conspiracy theory, which many critics believe Willis has pursued for political purposes.โ€

 

Weโ€™re not sure Fani Willis would allow that. Itโ€™s a certainty that sheโ€™s already thinking of ways to have this case survive if she has to recuse.
