According to more, "The Israeli official also said Netanyahu was unhappy with the fact that Harris criticized Israel publicly for the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and for killing civilians, especially at the current timing amid the hostage deal negotiations."

 

But an aide to the vice president said he has no idea what the Israeli side is talking about and emphasized the private meeting between Harris and Netanyahu was "serious and collegial."

Was thinking about the attempted Trump Assassination and the water tower theory. Was this a “Watch the water” moment? Interestingly, when I search Q drops for Watch the water, 3 drops showed up. A federal appeals court has hampered the latest attempt by special counsel Jack Smith to save his classified documents case against former President Donald Trump that was dismissed earlier this month by U.S. Florida District Judge Aileen Cannon.

Politico reported that Smith’s bid to revive the case is on life support after the 11th Circuit Appeals Court announced it would give both sides until mid-October to submit briefs for a case that is now certain to remain unresolved before the November election. The announcement comes less than a month after Judge Cannon ruled that federal law is ambiguous about whether Smith, a Justice Department representative, was properly appointed by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland. After all filings are in, the appeals court would hear oral arguments, with a decision expected weeks or months later.

The decision is a major blow to Smith, a favorite foil of Trump who has feuded with Cannon, a Trump appointee, over perceived biases in the case. In April, the prosecutor demanded that Judge Cannon rule expeditiously on jury instructions related to the Presidential Records Act so that he may appeal the ruling if she decided that defense attorneys would be allowed to argue that all documents in Trump’s possession were declassified during his time as president. Cannon responded by unsealing a series of documents showing that Smith and DOJ prosecutors threatened the attorney of a Trump defendant and coordinated with the U.S. National Archives to keep Trump’s attorneys out of the loop as they prepared for a raid on Mar-a-Lago. President Trump has previously highlighted a document showing that FBI officials who conducted the raid were given permission to use deadly force.

No return date set for Starliner crew, NASA says

NASA and Boeing leadership confirmed Thursday that a return date for the Starliner crew awaiting voyage back to Earth has yet to be set.

Steve Stich, manager of NASA’s Commercial Crew Program, and Mark Nappi, Boeing’s vice president and program manager of the Boeing Commercial Crew Program, provided updates on the Boeing Starliner mission and the two astronauts who are on the 49th day of what was supposed to be eight days in orbit at the International Space Station.

Stich confirmed there is still no return date for the Starliner crew and said NASA’s top priority is to bring the astronauts back to Earth safely.

 

Engineers last week completed testing on a spare thruster in the New Mexico desert to try to understand what went wrong during docking and to prepare for the trip home.

Five thrusters failed as the capsule approached the ISS on June 6, a day after liftoff. Four have since been reactivated.

“The last several weeks have been really helpful in understanding the helium and thruster anomalies and how to address these problems for future flights,” Nappi said.

“That’s been the real goal here, is to be able to address future flights and gain the confidence that we needed for this mission.”

 

The Starliner capsule has been docked at the International Space Station since June 6. It should have returned with its NASA test pilots by mid-June, but thruster failures and helium leaks prompted NASA and Boeing to extend its stay.

Boeing had previously said that astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams could use the Starliner to return to Earth immediately if the situation demands it, but that’s not the case. Both Wilmore and Williams said they were confident they’d return home safely despite the delay.

NASA and Boeing said the capsule’s batteries are performing well despite the extended stay.

 

“I feel confident that if we had to, if there was a problem with the International Space Station, we could get in our spacecraft, and we could undock, talk to our team, and figure out the best way to come home,” Williams said in a press conference last week.

Although Sunday was the end of the 45-day stay the mission was approved for, NASA and Boeing reassured the public and astronauts it was safe to stay in the capsule at the ISS past the mission’s initial window.

Starliner was plagued with issues before it even launched. The spacecraft’s launch was scrubbed twice, including one right before liftoff. Helium leaks were also reported.

Both agencies did not indicate when the astronauts will return to Earth but are hopeful for a return in the coming weeks. There also has been no word on whether the agencies plan to use another spacecraft to get the astronauts home.

Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody on Thursday announced civil and criminal court victories over abortion activists attacking pregnancy centers.

Last March, Moody sued members of the violent anarchist groups Antifa and Jane’s Revenge for vandalizing three Florida crisis pregnancy center buildings and threatening their staff and clients in the wake of a U.S. Supreme Court landmark ruling on abortion.

After the Supreme Court’s decision was leaked to overturn Roe v Wade in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, pro-abortion activists and members of “criminal organizations sought to silence and intimidate crisis pregnancy centers’ workers and clients nationwide by vandalizing or even setting fire to their buildings,” Moody said at the time.

Two Antifa and Jane’s Revenge members, Caleb Hunter Freestone of Miami and Amber Marie Smith-Stewart of Ocoee, participated in at least three attacks against Florida crisis pregnancy centers, The Center Square first reported. Moody’s office also filed a civil action against additional defendants Annarella Rivera and Gabriella Victoria Oropesa, alleging all four defendants violated the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, or FACE Act.

On Thursday, Moody announced her victory securing a settlement, with several defendants pleading guilty to felonies in federal court. The settlement results in a civil judgment and a permanent injunction. Restitution will be ordered to compensate the victim clinics. One defendant will be ordered to pay a $10,000 civil penalty. The defendants who plead guilty face up to 10 years in prison.

The defendants are also permanently banned from being physically present within 100 feet of any crisis pregnancy center.

“We will not allow radicals to threaten and intimidate women seeking help from crisis pregnancy centers or the counselors and health care professionals serving these women and their babies,” Moody said. “In Florida, illegal actions have consequences, and I am proud of the work our attorneys did in this case to make sure these extremists were held accountable.”

The FACE Act provides for civil and criminal penalties against anyone who “by force or threat of force … intentionally … intimidates or interferes with or attempts to … intimidate or interfere with any person because that person is or has been … providing reproductive health services.”

According to the complaint, in May 2022, the defendants damaged the property of South Broward Pregnancy Help Center in Hollywood, including spray painting threats on its property stating, “If abortions aren’t SAFE then neither [sic] are you.”

In June 2022, defendants damaged the property of LifeChoice crisis pregnancy center in Winter Haven, spray painting their facility with threats including “YOUR TIME IS UP!!”; “WE’RE COMING for U.”

In July 2022, defendants damaged the property of Heartbeat of Miami pregnancy center in Hialeah, spray painting threats on its building, including “If abortions aren’t safe the [sic] neither are you.”

The centers offer free counseling, pregnancy testing, and ultrasound examinations to expectant mothers.

After the Supreme Court’s decision was leaked, dozens of incidents of “arson, vandalism, property theft, and property destruction,” as well as protests, bomb threats and assaults were initially reported against churches, prolife organizations, and individuals.

In June 2022, Jane’s Revenge called on activists to disrupt society, saying “we need the state to feel our full wrath … We need them to be afraid of us” and “whoever you are and wherever you are, we are asking for you to do what you can to make your anger known … To those who work to oppress us: If abortion isn’t safe, you aren’t either. We are everywhere.”

After 19 attorneys general requested the U.S. Department of Justice investigate violence being committed against pro-life groups in June 2022, the FBI said it would investigate the attacks being committed against prolife and faith-based groups.

It remains unclear when the FBI’s findings will be published.

The attached video is a view from the second story window of the AGR building in Butler, Pennsylvania. The rooftop it overlooks is where Crooks fired on Trump. This room was the overwatch view where a Butler County SWAT sniper team was stationed at the direction of the Secret Service for the Trump rally.

 

The Secret Service is responsible for stationing all protective teams for the President. Local and State law enforcement officers go where they’re told.

 

The snipers in this location should have easily been able to engage Crooks before he ever came close to scope site of Trump.

 

Yet, Crooks was able to fire that day without anyone engaging from this position. Why?

 

That answer is total and complete incompetence from Secret Service.

 

There was a three man SWAT sniper team located in this position. One member of the team went home early — not sure how this was allowed but it happened. The remaining two snipers positioned in this room were notified that a suspicious individual [Crooks] was lurking outside the building. One team member left his position to investigate, leaving just one sniper with overwatch of the roof.

 

The investigating team member found nothing and in the process of returning to his position realized he had forgotten his access card into the building. The last remaining sniper with overwatch LEFT [!!!] the position to retrieve his team member locked outside.

 

Crooks crawled across the roof and fired on Trump while this fully-equipped sniper nest with a perfect view of Crooks assassin position was left completely UNMANNED.

 

Obvious infuriating questions:

 

  • Who was running command that allowed this fatal tactical error?

  • Who gave the order to abandon post?

  • How was there not an officer on the roof who could engage Crooks directly?

  • Why was there not overwatch from the water tower - a far superior position than this?

Akima lands $480 million Space Force contract to modernize Satellite Control Network

The U.S. Space Force awarded Akima’s subsidiary Five Rivers Analytics a $480 million 10-year contract to support and modernize the Satellite Control Network — a decades-old system of 19 globally distributed parabolic antennas spread across several locations worldwide.

Akima, an Alaska Native Corporation-owned defense contractor, won the contract dubbed STORMS (Satellite Control Network Tracking Station Operations, Remote Site and Mission Partner Support).

 

The STORMS contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement.

This type of contract allows the Space Force to procure services as needed over a specified period.

It succeeds the previous $445 million CAMMO (Consolidated Air Force Satellite Control Network Modifications and Maintenance Operations) contract won by CACI International in 2016.

 

The Space Force in June announced the first task order under STORMS, valued at $205 million, with a performance period from June 2024 to February 2030.

The Satellite Control Network supports the launch, tracking, control, and maintenance of U.S. government satellites, ensuring they can transmit and receive data effectively and remain operational.

In operation since 1959, the SCN is running out of capacity and in dire need of modernization, the Government Accountability Office warned in a report last year.

 

“Akima plans to integrate emerging technologies to enhance SCN’s operational efficiency and resilience,” the company said in a news release July 25.

“This aligns with Government Accountability Office recommendations for improving SCN capacity.”

Five Rivers Analytics, the Colorado-based Akima subsidiary, will be responsible for SCN maintenance, management of transportable assets, cybersecurity measures, routine system administration, and communications security functions.

Vice President Kamala Harris may want a word.

Mayor Adams pushed Tuesday for the appointment of a “national czar” to oversee the federal government’s response to the country’s migrant crisis —seemingly overlooking the fact that Harris has already been tasked with that responsibility.

Speaking during a news conference at City Hall, Adams said he arrived at the czar solution after visiting El Paso, Texas, this past weekend to get a first-hand view of the border city, which has turned into an epicenter of the migrant crisis.

“The city was overrun,” Adams told reporters. “It was unbelievable how we undermine the foundation of that city as they’re grappling, like many of us are, with real problems— and so there must be a national czar.”

He continued: “We should treat this the same way we treat any major disaster or major crisis that should be coordinated with the Border Patrol, coordinated with our cities, our states, to make sure that we as a country absorb this national issue, and that’s what I learned when I was on the ground there.”

President Biden tapped Harris in March 2021 to serve as the federal government’s point person on policy and enforcement related to the tens of thousands of Latin and Central American migrants who cross into the U.S. from Mexico every year in hopes of obtaining asylum.

Harris has drawn criticism from Republicans for only visiting the southern border once since taking on the border czar job. Democrats like Adams, on the other hand, have generally not criticized her handling of the issue, instead slamming Republicans in Congress for refusing to consider legislation to reform the country’s immigration laws.

White House spokespeople did not return requests for comment on Adams’ demand for a border czar.

Adams’ Texas trip came as New York City continues to house and provide services for more than 26,000 asylum seekers who have arrived since last spring. Most of the migrants fled violence and poverty in their home countries and ended up in New York after being bussed from the U.S. southern border by federal and state authorities who say they can’t accommodate them.

In his Tuesday press conference, Adams said it’s “wrong” for the Biden administration and Republican governors like Texas’ Greg Abbott to place the burden of helping migrants on a handful of large cities like New York, Chicago and Houston.

Instead, the feds should step in and make sure cities, both large and small, “take a portion” of the migrant influx, Adams said.

“If we all take a portion, it won’t overwhelm a city,” he added.

Though he has predicted his administration could shell out as much as $1 billion on migrant response this fiscal year, Adams said he is not weighing the possibility of lifting the city’s longstanding “sanctuary” status, which precludes local authorities from assisting federal agencies with immigration enforcement in most instances.

“That’s not on the agenda at all,” the mayor said. “Jesus, he was faced with ‘no more room,’ but there was a place that was found, and that’s what we do. We have no more room, but we’re still finding spaces and accommodating, and we’re going to continue to do that.”

That message contrasted comments Adams made while in Texas. “New York cannot take more [migrants] … There is no more room,” he told reporters in El Paso on Sunday.

His insistence that New York cannot welcome more asylum seekers has drawn backlash from immigration advocates and progressive Democrats, including City Comptroller Brad Lander, who accused the mayor of “reinforcing a harmful narrative that new immigrants themselves are a problem.”

Asked Tuesday about Lander’s criticism, Adams said the comptroller should stay in his lane.

“He’s a comptroller. He should be concerned about our fiscal stability,” Adams said. “For him to say that it’s just, you know, that’s just a political commentary. We’ve got to fix this problem.”

U.S. Navy JAG investigators arrested physician Kevin O’Connor last week after he admitted he had never seen or medically examined the actual Joseph R. Biden in his professional career, JAG sources told Real Raw News.

 

O’Conner is an American physician and retired U.S. Army colonel who ostensibly became Biden’s doctor on January 25, 2021. His accomplishments are impressive: 22 years of military service that included time spent in the 82nd Airborne Division and U.S. Army Special Operations Command. He began working as a physician in 2006 under the Bush administration and, three years later, was appointed physician to the vice president.

The 1992 New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine graduate seems to project professionalism and patriotism, but his enduring ties to the Biden family raised red flags among White Hats in July 2022, when he first diagnosed Sleepy Joe with COVID-19, prescribed Paxlovid, and ordered him to self-isolate in the basement. White Hats had two reasons for doubting the diagnosis: They believed—but could not prove—that O’Conner’s patient was Biden body double actor Arthur Roberts, and Biden’s Delaware home was vacant at the time, White Hat surveillance records show.

White Hats that August requested an “interview” with O’Conner, who by then said Biden had tested negative for COVID-19 and was in perfect physical and mental shape, but he declined the invitation on four separate occasions. Our source said White Hats had insufficient evidence to detain or arrest O’Conner but kept him on their radar.

“I’ll admit at times we have a slanted bias giving former military the benefit of the doubt. We don’t like thinking our own could turn into a Deep State collaborator. But, as you know, it happens too often for our liking.

 

He added that O’Conner had been the target of thousands of man-hours of boots-on-the-ground and electronic surveillance, and not once between 2022 and 2024 had he given Biden a physical—anomalous because a president’s personal physician’s responsibilities include performing annual exams and going with a president on all trips foreign and domestic.

The bizarreness reached a tipping point last week when O’Conner diagnosed Biden with COVID-19 while they were in Las Vegas and said Biden would be returning to Delaware to self-quarantine until his “mild symptoms” abated. Our source said O’Conner couldn’t have made the diagnosis in Vegas because he was not in Vegas to begin with. Instead, O’Conner was attending an osteopathic seminar at Meridian Health Mountainside Medical Center in New Jersey as news of Biden’s fresh case of COVID-19 became a matter of public record. Moreover, his schedule showed he wouldn’t return to D.C. until July 20.

Given the highly unusual circumstance, the JAG investigators tailing O’Conner in New Jersey requested permission from superiors to detain him. Having received a greenlight, they, on July 19, stopped O’Conner outside a restaurant in Montclair, NJ, and told him they wanted to have a cordial chat about his relationship with Joseph Biden. O’Conner, our source said, was less than enthusiastic about the idea, arguing that JAG had no authority over him and that his and Biden’s affairs were classified, protected by doctor-patient confidentiality, HIPPA, and aggressive non-disclosure agreements he had signed in 2021. The investigators, though, cared less about his pact with the Deep State than eliciting a confession, and they affably encouraged O’Conner to cooperate—or get fast-tracked to Guantanamo Bay.

“Well, they told a little white lie—that they were interested in Biden only, that if O’Conner cooperated, he’d get full immunity. They didn’t have permission to put that kind of offer on the table, but we grind what grist we must,” our source said.

Still, O’Conner lied transparently.

When asked how he had confirmed Biden’s alleged case of COVID-19, he said “Dr. Stuthelpsthucp” at the UMC Trauma Center in Vegas had made the initial diagnosis and forwarded him the results.

JAG quickly learned no doctor by that name had ever practiced medicine at UMC Vegas. Real Raw News later spoke with a UMC Vegas receptionist, who said, “That’s a unique name. No, we don’t have a Stuthelpsthucp on staff.”

It’s unclear why O’Conner told an easily disprovable falsehood.

By then investigators had taken a reluctant O’Conner to a nearby motel room and handcuffed him to a table.

According to our source, the investigators “put the screws to” O’Conner, “interviewing” him for six hours before he finally started to crack. The story he gave them seemed implausible and absurd. He said he didn’t know if Biden had COVID-19; he couldn’t possibly know because he had never evaluated Biden for any malady, nor had he ever held a stethoscope to Biden’s chest.

He revealed he had once evaluated “a man who looked” like Biden but was actually someone else.

Col. Nick Hague and his crewmates from the NASA SpaceX Crew-9 mission met with Airmen and Guardians at the Sands Space History Center outside of Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, July 23.

The Crew-9 mission is scheduled to launch from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center to the International Space Station later this year.

Hague and the rest of the crew, Cmdr. Zena Cardman, Mission Specialist Stephanie Wilson and Roscomos cosmonaut Mission Specialist Aleksandr Gorbunov, attended an event at the history center to speak with and give thanks to representatives of military units who make manned spaceflight missions possible.

 

While Crew-9 is a NASA mission, Hague recognized that it would not be possible without the support of military units from Patrick Space Force Base and Cape Canaveral SFS.

“I can't overstate how crucial the Airmen and Guardians of Space Launch Delta 45 are to making human spaceflight possible,” Hague said.

“It is this giant team that is all interconnected. Everybody that works at Patrick, everybody that works at the Cape, needs to know that they're riding on that rocket with us.”

 

At the event, military members were able to speak to and take photos with the crew members.

Representatives also read statements to the space-bound crew regarding how their particular units provide support for missions like Crew-9.

It was a unique opportunity for the crew members to hear firsthand about the diverse group of units that contribute to the success of launch missions.

 

Hague came away from the meeting with a deeper appreciation for the service members that are necessary to get crews into space.

“I've got a new collection of faces and names that I'll be thinking of as I'm riding the elevator up to the top of the launch tower, as I'm strapping into that seat, and as the clock starts ticking towards zero,” Hague said.

“The opportunity to come and meet everybody has been phenomenal.”

 

The units and organizations in attendance included:

• 45th Space Launch Delta Staff Agency

• 45th Comptroller Squadron

• 45th Force Support Squadron

• 45th Contracting Squadron

• 45th Logistics Readiness Squadron

• 45th Weather Squadron

• 45th Security Forces Squadron

• 45th Civil Engineer Squadron

• 45th Medical Group

• Assured Access to Space

• 5th Space Launch Squadron

• 1st Range Operations Squadron

 

Guardians often provide support to launches, but this would be the first time one of their own would be aboard.

Hague is slated to be the first Guardian to travel to space on his way to the ISS. He spoke to the significance of this moment.

“It's a huge honor because of what I represent,” Hague said. “I represent all those Guardians around the globe. It's a thrill to be a part of that and to represent that going up.”

 

After reaching the ISS, the crew will begin conducting operations and research experiments during the course of their stay in orbit above planet Earth.

The Crew-9 mission is scheduled to launch aboard the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft later this year.

When that day comes, members of Patrick SFB and Cape Canaveral SFS will be prepared to utilize their skills and make history as they assist in getting a Guardian into space for the first time.

President Joe Biden put Vice President Kamala Harris in charge of the U.S. response to the influx of migrants that has overwhelmed shelters along the border with Mexico.

 

Biden made the announcement at a White House meeting Wednesday with two officials responsible for dealing with a growing number of migrant children: Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra.

 

By tasking Harris with the problem, Biden is signaling to lawmakers and the public that he’s treating the issue seriously. The move comes as both Democrats and Republicans in Congress warn of a burgeoning humanitarian crisis.

 

It’s the first issue that Biden has publicly asked Harris to lead, and the move was meant as a display of trust in her leadership, according to a senior administration official who discussed the matter on condition of anonymity. Harris’s law enforcement background as the former attorney general of California was an important factor in the choice, the official said.

 

In the coming weeks, Harris is expected to meet with leaders in Mexico as well as those in Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador – three countries that make up the Northern Triangle most migrants travel from. She’s also been asked to help develop strategies to stop the flow of migrants and address the root causes of migration by addressing lack of jobs and corruption in Central America.

 

The surge of migrants has forced Biden to take on immigration policy a bitterly divisive issue as he seeks to rally support across the nation for his virus relief plan and build enthusiasm for another major spending bill.

 

A delegation of White House officials is also visiting a temporary HHS facility in Carrizo Springs, Texas, along with several members of Congress. A television camera will be allowed to cover the tour. Previously, the government has blocked news organizations from entering the facilities, citing the potential spread of coronavirus.

DAF stands up Integrated Capabilities Office to advance Operational Imperatives

In an effort to codify the success and significant gains made in line with the Operational Imperatives, Department of the Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall stood up the Integrated Capabilities Office July 19.

Driven by the need to rapidly modernize the DAF to meet emerging challenges in an era of Great Power Competition, the ICO seeks to institutionalize the speed, agility and rapid innovation that the Operational Imperatives have brought to the force.

“The Integrated Capabilities Office will directly support the Department of the Air Force senior leadership team as we develop our integrated modernization plans for the Air Force and Space Force,” Kendall said. “China, our pacing challenge, is modernizing its military with the intent to defeat U.S. power projection capabilities. We will not let that happen.”

 

The Operational Imperatives were born out of necessity. Upon his arrival in 2021, Kendall ordered a series of studies and analyses that identified key capability gaps within the force.

Seven areas of need were determined imperative to meet the pacing challenge: Resilient Space Order of Battle and Architectures, Joint All-Domain Command and Control, Moving Target Engagement at Scale, Next Generation Air Dominance, Resilient Forward Basing, B-21 Long-Range Strike Family of Systems, and Readiness for Wartime Posture.

 

Initiated under the DAF’s optimization for Great Power Competition, the ICO is a Secretariat-level office that will continue the work of the Operational Imperatives.

Prior to initiation of GPC, the Operational Imperative teams operated mostly ad hoc, which allowed for innovation, speed and agility.

The ICO will facilitate agile Integrated Development Campaign Teams led and staffed by operational experts from the newly formed U.S. Space Force Space Futures Command and U.S. Air Force Integrated Capabilities Command, and acquisition professionals from Air Force Materiel Command’s Integrated Development Office and Space Force acquisition organizations.

 

The campaign teams will work imperative problem sets and provide data-driven solutions and recommendations.

The ICO will incorporate these results into prioritized recommendations for modernization and will collaborate with other organizations to integrate these priorities, along with other portfolios, into the budgeting process.

The ICO will remain in a primarily advisory role but will have direct access to the Secretary and senior leadership, with the ability to make highly collaborative and unfiltered, recommendations to ensure emerging capability opportunities get a voice in the enterprise.

 

Many of the current Operational Imperatives will graduate to existing programs of record and stakeholder teams.

The ICO, in conjunction with the Integrated Capabilities Command and Space Futures Command, will optimize capability development through assessment, development, integration, and fielding of future capabilities that will rapidly modernize the DAF and preserve the advantages U.S. forces have benefited from for decades. The ICO is on schedule to be fully staffed and resourced by the end of 2024.

If you guys were to actually bring policies to the table, right, that you could stand behind and that you align with, then we can have an actual civil discussion and informed, an educated discussion.
