Court Awards Judicial Watch $21,578 in Fees and Costs in Fani Willis Lawsuit.

The Superior Court in Fulton County, GA, issued an order granting $21,578 “attorney’s fees and costs” in our open records lawsuit for communications Willis had with Special Counsel Jack Smith and the House January 6 Committee. The order followed a previous order finding that Willis was in default in the lawsuit.

Judical Watch filed this lawsuit in March 2024 after Willis falsely denied having any records responsive to our earlier Georgia Open Records Act (ORA) request for communications with Special Counsel Jack Smiths office and/or the January 6 Committee (Judicial Watch Inc. v. Fani Willis et al. (No. 24-CV-002805)).

After finding Willis in default, the court ordered a hearing on December 20, which resulted in the latest order finding Willis liable for fees and expenses that “shall be paid within two weeks of the entry of this Order.”

Maybe the value today is $30 million. They go to rebuild it. If it was not, if they couldn't transfer the tax basis, you're looking at like $400,000 a year that they would have to pay”

Gavin Newsom, a plan more modest than far-reaching housing efforts in recent years but sharply criticized by officials in some cities as an overreach on decisions that should be left to local communities.

Newsom also signed a bill allowing more housing density in areas near public transit. Both bills will take effect Jan. 1 but neither is likely to produce the supply of new housing that experts have said California needs to erase years of pent-up demand.

“The housing affordability crisis is undermining the California dream for families across the state, and threatens our long-term growth and prosperity,” Newsom said in announcing his approval. “Making a meaningful impact on this crisis will take bold investments, strong collaboration … and political courage from our leaders and communities to do the right thing and build housing for all.”

He couched his response, “it depends on some of the language and expectations that Trump broadcasts in the last couple days here as to what he’s going to do,” Biden told reporters at the White House. “There’s still consideration of some folks, but no decision.”

Now, think carefully about that response to the question. Biden handing out more pardons depends on what Donald Trump says he is going to do.

What exactly is the negotiating factor here? If Trump says he will hold people accountable for the weaponization of government, then Biden will preemptively pardon them. However, if President Trump does not say they will be held accountable, then no preemptive action is needed.

No where in that type of thought process is the weaponized targeting and behavior a factor, only whether they will be held accountable for it.Put another way, the activity is admitted as corrupt, the decision now rests onwhether they can avoid accountability for their corruption.

There will be more pardons. It doesn’t matter what President Trump says or does not say.Psychologically, they are admitting to the wrongdoing. The issue is now about how to avoid the consequences. There will be more pardons; they are simply negotiating who gets them.

My opinion is none of these people will get away with the treason, insurrection and coup they all committed; when Trump takes office; and the full military investigation of the election of 2020 is released, proving it was stollen by Bidan et. al, is fully exposed. DHS also issued a final rule to expand the H-1B visa program to allow U.S. employers to hire more foreign workers for “specialized” jobs.
