Kash Patel’s appointment as FBI director seems to be coming with conditions: He wants to live part-time in Las Vegas and work remotely, far away from FBI headquarters in Washington.

 

Why Las Vegas? Patel has long called the city home, but what’s most intriguing is his actual place of residence. The FBI director lives at a home owned by Michael Muldoon, a Republican Party megadonor who runs shady time-share companies, reported the Nevada Independent earlier this month. Muldoon has been sued over allegations of running a “bait and switch” scheme in his time-shares, where “owners” didn’t actually own their properties and were gouged for fees at the same time.

 

Muldoon appears to have a history of cozying up to law enforcement officials. He has donated a lot of money to the political campaigns of former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt, whose office received multiple complaints about Muldoon’s businesses but never pursued them. And apart from sharing an address with Patel, Muldoon also has intricate business dealings with him, utilizing the same incorporation and legal services.

In January 2016, now-retired U.S. Navy chief petty officer Tim Clark says he was in Las Vegas with his wife — also a veteran — for a wedding when a solicitor for Starpoint Resort Group approached them “at the 50-yard line of the Strip” and urged them to buy a timeshare in the Jockey Club, the building directly above their heads.

 

Clark recalled that his wife’s family had thoroughly enjoyed timeshares they’d acquired through a different company years before. Yet Clark said the couple found themselves ambushed by a bevy of costs and complications quite at odds with the glittering promises in the sales pitch — but familiar from countless complaints against Starpoint and its affiliates on the Better Business Bureau website, Facebook groups, Reddit forums, Yelp reviews and a 2019 class action lawsuit that accused the company of running a bait-and-switch scheme: rapidly escalating maintenance fees, poor accommodations at other resorts they could only escape by buying an “upgrade,” an incomprehensible “points” system for booking and the stunning discovery that they actually did not own their timeshare at all.

 

“Fraud (intentional misrepresentation) was used as the method to maximize profits,” the suit alleged. “Defendants knew that this was unlawful and have continued to use such means as fraud, misrepresentations, and omissions.”

‘MAHA’ Update: Here Are RFK’s Latest Moves On Big Food And Big Pharma

 

Kennedy is set to meet with executives of major food brands on Monday.

 

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is continuing to advance his “Make America Healthy Again” movement this coming week, reportedly meeting with top executives from major food brands.

 

Kennedy, as highlighted by The Daily Wire, has already impacted the food industry and made several vaccine-related moves as HHS secretary.

 

RFK is expected to meet with executives from General Mills, PepsiCo, and other big-name brands on Monday, according to a report from Politico. The meeting was apparently encouraged by the White House — President Donald Trump reportedly wants department heads to meet with leaders from the industries they oversee.

 

Kennedy has voiced concerns about seed oils, dyes, preservatives, and other ingredients often found in processed foods and sugary drinks. Reports suggest food companies will be on board with some related changes, though it’s expected there will be a lot of pushback over axing seed oils, since they are so inexpensive and versatile.

 

Additionally, there’s been a stronger push from state reps and the federal government to limit sugary and highly processed food and drink options for government food benefits, called SNAP. Specifically, Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R), as well as lawmakers in Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, Texas, and Wyoming, are looking to restrict SNAP.

U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins has also previously said she’s working with RFK to advance the MAHA movement, and specifically mentioned restricting SNAP. Though, according to The Wall Street Journal, President Trump is skeptical of restrictions or bans since they are typically unpopular with the public. And, notably, Trump himself is an avid lover of Diet Coke.

 

On vaccines, Kennedy has indicated that he’ll effectively be reviewing the childhood vaccination schedule. As the head of the “MAHA Commission,” Kennedy said he’ll investigate vaccines, as well as pesticides, food additives, microplastics, and antidepressants, to see if they have contributed to a rise of chronic illness.

 

The HHS secretary has also halted the CDC’s “Wild to Mild” campaign promoting the flu vaccine. Kennedy wants advertisements going forward to promote the idea of “informed consent” in vaccine decision-making, which would include giving people information about the adverse events associated with vaccines.

Additionally, citing conflicts of interest, RFK is preparing to remove several members of the external committee that advises the FDA and CDC on vaccine approvals and other key public health decisions. Recommendations from that committee, known as ACIP, are almost always followed by HHS and could impact the childhood vaccination schedule. Kennedy has postponed ACIP’s first panel to “accommodate public comment in advance of the meeting.”

🚨Emergency Update!!!!!!!

 

I was going to wait until Monday for this but things are developing rapidly so I must inform the public now in a series of tweets. Here is what’s happening:

 

On Tuesday (SOTU) a House staffer gained entry into one of the House office buildings that leads to the U.S. Capitol. That staffer was in possession of a gun. He was eventually caught and arrested. What makes the problem even worse I’m told the staffer asked (after his arrest) what the problem was with this as no one said anything to him about him bringing the gun in the previous day.

 

This is the fourth instance of a gun being brought in a building policed by USCP Chief J Thomas Manger since Trump was elected President. What is frightening to me is that both dates that President Trump attended events at the Capitol it was on a date where a gun made it in one of the buildings and I’m told one of the guns made it in a room where President Trump was actually in and only feet away from him.

 

This can’t happen!!! I’m still getting more information on this and I’ll have another tweet tomorrow.

Great minds think alike, because when I scanned the Catalog and saw the title of this bred, I grabbed a link to this song, and it turns out it's the same one you posted.

I used to listen to this all the time at my very first job many years ago, and though I haven't enjoyed very much music with lyrics for the last few decades (unless it's worship music that I can sing badly to our Lord and Savior), I still enjoy the songs from the 1970s because they remind me of those simple days, working at one of the best jobs ever to exist.

The house the NY Post claims is MiniFJB's is not the house on the hill in Santa Monica that was identified as his 2 years ago. That house had a hilltop view, a house with wall along a long driveway and a house next door for the SS detail. The NY Post house has a short driveway with a close gate, bushes, not a hilltop view, no room for the pool and no house for SS.

If that is MiniFJB's house he's probably scamming the federal disaster relief. Otherwise the NY Post got it wrong. I remember the GPS coords for the 1st house were posted here.

Brad Sigmon Executed

Brad Sigmon, 67, was an American convicted murderer who was executed on March 7, 2025, for the 2001 double murder of his ex-girlfriend's parents, William David Larke and Gladys Gwendolyn Larke, in South Carolina.

He was convicted of battering the Larke couple to death with a baseball bat.

Sigmon chose to be executed by firing squad, a method not used in the US for 15 years, over the electric chair or lethal injection, fearing the alternatives would cause prolonged suffering.

He was pronounced dead at 6:08 pm on March 7, 2025.
