it's not the gov fault.

if you look at all the spending and all the ppl intertwined then you can see the gov wasn't the problem. the problem was the system was being used with excess spending to things they chose.

the gov had issues yes but it got to the point that ppl everywhere was.. and i ran into many who used it and called themselves queens for being able to do it.

when you have people doing the opposite and not doing for it gets quite hard to keep a household clean, fixed up and in good shape.

talking about corrupting ones mind by introducing racism and many other things to hurt them it seems as tho trying to corrupt them in a way they can no longer fuction as one group and participate in things that matter most.

so the states took advantage of the federal gov and so did corporations.

people forgot the things important and clearly focused on themselves and their needs and not the needs as a whole.

but this is speculating on my behalf.

Ukraine unlikely to join EU in the near term – Merz

 

Kiev’s membership will not happen before the bloc’s current financial cycle ends in 2034, the German chancellor has said

 

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has downplayed the prospect of Ukraine joining the EU in the near future, saying it is unlikely to happen during the bloc’s current budget cycle, which runs through 2034. Some EU officials had suggested the country could become a member much earlier.

 

Ukraine made EU accession a national priority in 2019, formally applying in 2022 shortly after the escalation of the conflict with Russia. It was granted candidate status later that year, with the European Commission suggesting Kiev could join by 2030 if it made sufficient progress in areas such as political and judicial reforms, as well as in combating organized crime and corruption.

 

Merz made the remarks on Friday during a press conference with Romanian President Nicusor Dan in Berlin.

 

“For us, the absolute top priority is, first and foremost, to do everything possible to end this war,” he said, adding, “then we’ll talk about the reconstruction of Ukraine.”

 

That process, he said, would take “a number of years” and likely fall outside the EU’s current medium-term financial outlook.

 

EU membership requires the unanimous approval of all 27 member states. While Brussels supports Kiev’s bid, some of the bloc’s nations – including Hungary, Slovakia, and Poland – remain opposed, arguing that Ukraine’s institutions and economy are unprepared and that membership would place an unbearable financial strain on the union.

 

Moscow strongly opposes Ukraine’s NATO ambitions, but initially took a neutral stance on EU membership. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in March that Kiev had the “sovereign right” to join, as long as the bloc remained focused on economics.

 

However, amid a broader drive among European NATO states to boost their militaries, Russian officials have grown more critical.

 

In June, the EU redirected approximately €335 billion ($390 billion) in Covid relief funds towards military uses. The month before that, Brussels introduced a €150 billion debt and loan instrument to back its members’ armed forces and military industrial sector. The funding will also be made available to Kiev.

 

Russia has condemned those steps, accusing both NATO and the EU of “rabid militarization.”Former President Dmitry Medvedev said the EU now poses “no less of a threat” to Russia than US-led NATO.

Ukraine offered Russia timeframe for talks – Zelensky

The two sides have held two rounds of peace negotiations so far this year

The secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), Rustem Umerov,has proposed holding a new round of talks with Russia next week, Vladimir Zelensky has announced. A source in Russia’s negotiating team has confirmed to RT that the offer was received.

 

The two sides have held two rounds of direct negotiations in Istanbul so far this year, with Umerov leading the Ukrainian delegation. At their most recent meeting in June, the negotiators exchanged draft proposals outlining their visions for a peace deal and agreed on further prisoner exchanges. Moscow has since confirmed its readiness to continue the talks.

 

“The pace of negotiations must be increased. Everything must be done to achieve a ceasefire,”Zelensky stated in his Saturday evening remarks. (Trump gave him the mandate, after what Tulsi revealed.)

 

Last month in Istanbul, the Russian delegation offered a conditional ceasefire, saying Moscow would agree to a truce if Kiev took meaningful steps to deescalate, including suspending deliveries of Western military aid. The proposal was rejected.

 

Russian President Vladimir Putin also accused Ukraine of seeking a pause in the fighting to rearm and regroup its forces. Moscow has warned that it will not accept the presence of NATO troops in Ukraine, even if they are deployed in the guise of peacekeepers.

 

Zelensky once again sought a personal meeting with Putin “to truly ensure peace – a really lasting one,” saying that Kiev is ready for such a summit.

 

The Ukrainian leader’s presidential term expired last year, and Moscow considers him illegitimate. In June, Putin said he was open to meeting with the actor-turned-politician, but suggested that Zelensky lacks the legitimacy to sign binding agreements.

 

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova recentlysaid that Zelensky was pushing for one-on-one talks in an effort to defend his legitimacy and resist Western attempts to remove him from power.

Over 100 British spies and commandos exposed in data leak

 

The breach and the government’s response to it areprojected to cost up to £7 billion

 

The identities of more than 100 MI6 spies, British special forces operatives and other military personnel were compromised in a massive data breach which was subsequently covered up, multiple media organizations reported on Thursday.

 

The fallout from the massive British Defense Ministry Afghanistan leak was kept from public view under a court-imposed superinjunction for years. That gag order was lifted Tuesday by a High Court judge, allowing the media to report on the incident.

 

Days later, several news outlets revealed that UK military and intelligence personnel were among those exposed.

 

The names of more than 100 British officials were in the leaked data, including members of MI6 and special forces, the BBC admitted on Thursday.

 

The UK Defense Ministry had originally leaked a spreadsheet via a mistakenly sent email in February 2022 containing then personal details of nearly 19,000 Afghans. These individuals had worked with the British during the decades-long US-led war in Afghanistan and had applied for resettlement in the UK, fearing retaliation from the Taliban.

 

The data breach resurfaced the following year, when someone in Afghanistan posted part of it on Facebook and threatened to publish the rest. This prompted London to scramble to put a gag order on the matter and create a secret relocation scheme for those affected. The individuals were not informed of the leak “despite the risk to their safety,” according to the BBC.

 

The total costs of relocating thousands of Afghans and their families to the UK and housing them, “could be assumed to run into several billion pounds,” according to Judge Justice Chamberlain, who lifted the superinjunction. A total of 4,500 people have been moved from Afghanistan to the UK under the scheme to date, the BBC reported on Thursday.

 

UK Defense Secretary John Healey has issued a “sincere apology” on behalf of London to those whose information was compromised in the data breach. He said he was “unable to say for sure”whether anyone had been killed as a result of the leak, according to the BBC.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard who unearthed and released the declassified documents on Friday described it as an "egregious abuse of power" that amounts to a "treasonous conspiracy."

Closer to the mark are other serious crimes. They include conspiracy to defraud the government and deprivation of rights under the color of law. That is, using knowingly false or fabricated evidence to support a case against Trump and to obstruct or impair a lawful government function such as an election.

Not surprisingly, the genesis of the plot began with Hillary Clinton. On July 26, 2016, she allegedly approved an illicit scheme to sully her political opponent for colluding with Russia to rig the upcoming presidential election. The bogus smear was intended to distract from her own burgeoning email scandal. Hillary’s campaign commissioned and funded a dossier that was little more than a collection of lies supplied by Clinton confederates.

 

The CIA discovered what Hillary had done and immediately alerted the Obama White House. In two successive meetings on July 28 and Aug. 3, 2016, then-CIA Director John Brennan briefed the president and other top officials, including Vice President Joe Biden, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and FBI Director James Comey.

 

Brennan’s handwritten notes from the Situation Room show how he recounted Clinton’s plan "to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service." From that point on, it was a closely guarded secret.

It was all a hoax, and the above-named participants well knew it. Yet, none of them had the integrity to step forward to tell either Congress or the American people the truth.

 

Instead, they watched in silence as Comey and his FBI acolytes launched a dilating investigation of Trump dubbed "Crossfire Hurricane." They shamelessly weaponized their authority and contorted the law to persecute Trump. As planned, the fake collusion narrative was leaked to the Trump-hating media.

 

Almost from the outset, the FBI had debunked the dossier and later fired its author, Christopher Steele, for lying. The ex-British spy had been a paid source for the FBI. By concealing this vital information, Comey sought and obtained surveillance warrants from the FISA court on a Trump campaign associate, Carter Page. No evidence of wrongdoing was ever discovered because none existed.

 

When the Russia hoax failed to prevent Trump from winning the presidency, the same malevolent adversaries doubled down on the Clinton-inspired scheme.

 

The new documents released by Gabbard show that a Dec. 8, 2016 draft of the President’s Daily Briefing (PDB) assessed that "Russian and criminal actors did not impact recent US election results by conducting malicious cyber activities against election infrastructure."

 

But that conclusion, compiled by top intelligence agencies, did not conform to the Trump collusion narrative. Comey and others apparently scuttled the PDB and concocted an alternative plan.

The next day, Dec. 9, Obama convened select cabinet officials, along with Clapper, Brennan, and FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. A new Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) was ordered that would undermine the PDB and perpetuate the Trump-Russia collusion fiction.

 

The replacement narrative would claim that Russia intervened in the 2016 election to help Trump win the presidency. It didn’t seem to matter that it was not true.

 

Brennan and Comey ensured that the discredited dossier was incorporated in the ICA, which was rushed to completion before the new president took office. Why the urgency? So that Comey could use it to entrap Trump into a false confession before his inauguration.

 

On Jan. 6, 2017, the FBI director traveled to Trump Tower armed with the ICA that deceptively alleged Russian interference in the campaign and also confronted the president-elect with salacious accusations in the dossier that the bureau knew were untrue. Comey’s unscrupulous gambit failed when Trump vigorously denied the allegations as utterly preposterous, which they were.

 

Meanwhile, there is still more damning evidence that must be declassified —some of it sealed for nearly a decade and buried in the bowels of the FBI and other intel agencies.

None of that deterred Comey and his minions at the FBI. They escalated their investigation of Trump and propagated the collusion lie. Clapper leaked the dossier to CNN, as reporters and pundits spent the next year happily convicting the new president in the court of public opinion without a shred of plausible evidence.

 

When Comey was eventually fired, he purloined FBI documents on his way out the door and promptly leaked them to a friend in the media to trigger the appointment of a special counsel who just happened to be his former colleague and mentor, Robert Mueller. In the end, of course, Mueller and his team of partisans —try as they may— could find no evidence of a criminal collusion conspiracy.

 

Those of us who fairly and honestly covered the faux scandal knew it all along. In my 2018 book titled The Russia Hoax, I wrote on page one that "there was not a whiff of credible evidence to legally justify the probe" initiated by Comey. I described it as "a clever feint for a covert criminal investigation in search of a crime, reversing and bastardizing the legal process." I laid out the facts which still hold true today.

 

In my follow-up book the next year, Witch Hunt, I offered more incriminating details of exactly how malign actors aspired and conspired to evict Trump from office: "Evidence against him was invented or embellished. Laws were perverted or ignored. Trump was framed for a ‘collusion’ conspiracy that had never existed. They knew it was untrue."

 

The newly constituted FBI has already opened a criminal investigation of Brennan and Comey. That is a good start. But they were not the only ones who should be held to account. The list is a long one, and it goes right to the top —Obama and Clinton.

 

It started with the collusion hoax, but it didn’t end there. Trump appears to have been the victim of an ongoing criminal conspiracy that stretched for nearly a decade. It eventually evolved into the specious prosecutions brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith that were engineered by the Biden administration and simultaneous coverups of suspected illegality by the Biden family, many of whom received preemptive pardons.

 

On that basis, the FBI is reportedly examining the possibility of bringing a "grand conspiracy" case that would encompass many of the above-noted acts that were intended to unduly influence three presidential elections, 2016, 2020, and 2024.

 

The advantage of adopting this legal avenue is two-fold. First, it would extend any expired statute of limitations to the date of more recent overt acts such as the raid on Mar-a-Lago and events thereafter. Second, it would allow any prosecutions to be brought in a venue other than Washington, D.C., where the endemic bias of jurors make it nearly impossible to gain convictions.

 

Meanwhile, there is still more damning evidence that must be declassified —some of it sealed for nearly a decade and buried in the bowels of the FBI and other intel agencies. But even without it, there is little doubt that top officials at the FBI, CIA, Department of Justice and the White House abused their authority for political purposes. Armed with immense power and often lurking in the shadows, they were capable of uncommon corruption.

 

Their allegiance was not to the Constitution and the rule of law but to themselves. Personal animus and a voracious appetite for control motivated their zeal. Trump was their obstacle. He jeopardized their hold on power, so they schemed to destroy him by any means and at any cost.

 

The only cure for lies is the truth. And the only remedy for lawlessness is justice. The pursuit of what is right depends on both principles.

"You know, if you have something really important, write it out and have it delivered by courier, the old-fashioned way," he said.

Never before in American history has a departing president connived to sabotage and destroy the man who would replace him.

Newly revealed documents show that in 2016 then-President Barack Obama and his national security team "manufactured and politicized" phony intelligence to help frame Donald Trump as a Russian asset when they knew it was untrue.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard who unearthed and released the declassified documents on Friday described it as an "egregious abuse of power" that amounts to a "treasonous conspiracy."

Treason is a strong term with an exceedingly high legal standard. So, too, is seditious conspiracy. The use of violence or force is often a central element for both.

Closer to the mark are other serious crimes. They include conspiracy to defraud the government and deprivation of rights under the color of law. That is, using knowingly false or fabricated evidence to support a case against Trump and to obstruct or impair a lawful government function such as an election.

Not surprisingly, the genesis of the plot began with Hillary Clinton. On July 26, 2016, she allegedly approved an illicit scheme to sully her political opponent for colluding with Russia to rig the upcoming presidential election. The bogus smear was intended to distract from her own burgeoning email scandal. Hillary’s campaign commissioned and funded a dossier that was little more than a collection of lies supplied by Clinton confederates.

The CIA discovered what Hillary had done and immediately alerted the Obama White House. In two successive meetings on July 28 and Aug. 3, 2016, then-CIA Director John Brennan briefed the president and other top officials, including Vice President Joe Biden, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and FBI Director James Comey.

Brennan’s handwritten notes from the Situation Room show how he recounted Clinton’s plan "to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service." From that point on, it was a closely guarded secret.

It was all a hoax, and the above-named participants well knew it. Yet, none of them had the integrity to step forward to tell either Congress or the American people the truth.

Instead, they watched in silence as Comey and his FBI acolytes launched a dilating investigation of Trump dubbed "Crossfire Hurricane."They shamelessly weaponized their authority and contorted the law to persecute Trump. As planned, the fake collusion narrative was leaked to the Trump-hating media.

Almost from the outset, the FBI had debunked the dossier and later fired its author, Christopher Steele, for lying. The ex-British spy had been a paid source for the FBI. By concealing this vital information, Comey sought and obtained surveillance warrants from the FISA court on a Trump campaign associate, Carter Page. No evidence of wrongdoing was ever discovered because none existed.

When the Russia hoax failed to prevent Trump from winning the presidency, the same malevolent adversaries doubled down on the Clinton-inspired scheme.

The new documents released by Gabbard show that a Dec. 8, 2016 draft of the President’s Daily Briefing (PDB) assessed that "Russian and criminal actors did not impact recent US election results by conducting malicious cyber activities against election infrastructure."

But that conclusion, compiled by top intelligence agencies, did not conform to the Trump collusion narrative. Comey and others apparently scuttled the PDB and concocted an alternative plan.

The next day, Dec. 9, Obama convened select cabinet officials, along with Clapper, Brennan, and FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. A new Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) was ordered that would undermine the PDB and perpetuate the Trump-Russia collusion fiction.

The replacement narrative would claim that Russia intervened in the 2016 election to help Trump win the presidency. It didn’t seem to matter that it was not true.

Brennan and Comey ensured that the discredited dossier was incorporated in the ICA, which was rushed to completion before the new president took office. Why the urgency? So that Comey could use it to entrap Trump into a false confession before his inauguration…

Trump’s U.S. Special Envoy for Special Missions, Richard “Ric” Grenell, is accusing Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA)of lying regarding California’s plans to engage in a “land grab” in the Pacific Palisades and other areas devastated by the Los Angeles wildfires. The allegations come as local residents are raising the alarm about what they say is a plan being pushed by Newsom to use some of the land under fire-damaged properties to build low-income housing.“[Gov. He said he wouldn’t grab the land where homes burned down in the Palisades to build low-income housing facilities – but he and [Los Angeles Mayor] Karen Bass just did,” Grenell wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

 

He continued: “They are changing the character of the Palisades and Malibu to fit their woke agenda. They don’t care what residents want. They can’t even deliver building permits properly.”

 

Grenell, who also serves as President of the Kennedy Center, added: “But this fight is not over.

This follows a prior move by Newsom to sign a proposal that rolls back environmental regulations that had previously blocked multi-unit housing construction in urban areas.In addition, the California State Senate adopted a measure creating a new government entity that can use property revenues to purchase fire-impacted lots for low-income housing development. However, State Senator Ben Allen (D) announced on Wednesday evening that he was pulling his bill before it could reach the State Assembly, stating that it required more time for public consultation.

 

Notably, the legislation, along with Newsom‘s maneuvers, is sparking intense public backlash, especially in light of prior promises to assist residents with rebuilding. This included pledges to streamline permit approvals and clear other regulatory barriers that have yet to materialize.

A criminal referral submitted by William Pulte, Director of the U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), to Attorney General Pam Bondi, accuses Sen. According to a report published on July 17, Pulte’s referral is based on findings from Fannie Mae financial crimes investigators and outlines what he describes as a “pattern of possible occupancy misrepresentation” connected to Schiff’s handling of real estate holdings in Maryland and California from 2003 to 2019.“

 

Based on media reports, Mr. Adam B. Schiff has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms, impacting payments from 2003–2019 for a Potomac, Maryland-based property,” Pulte wrote in the referral.At the center of the allegations is Schiff’s repeated declaration of both his California and Maryland residences as “primary residences” on mortgage applications. This move would violate federal rules permitting only one primary residence designation at a time.

 

The referral cites instances in 2009, 2011, and 2013 where Schiff refinanced his Maryland home while simultaneously identifying a California condominium as his principal residence.

 

According to the referral, this dual-claim arrangement was not corrected until 2020, when Schiff reclassified the Maryland property as a secondary residence.

 

“Primary residence mortgages receive more favorable loan terms, including lower interest rates, than secondary residence mortgages,” Pulte stated in the referral. He further alleged that Schiff financially benefited from these misrepresentations through more advantageous refinancing rates and a property tax reduction on his California home totaling approximately $7,000.The referral also draws broader connections between Schiff’s alleged misconduct and ongoing concerns about mortgage fraud involving Democratic Party officials.
