In today's SCOTUS hearing, The Federalist- Number 23 was brought up, specifically pertaining to Executive Branch powers of Foreign commerce. So this brings up a couple of questions:

 

According to the Constitution, congress has the sole authority to levy taxes.

 

Also according to the Constitution, the Executive Branch has sole authority over foreign commerce.

 

Has Congress ever levied (brought to the floor, voted on, and passed) tariffing tax a foreign country for their commercial goods?

Fed Insider: “The Next Round of Money Printing is About to Begin!”

The next round of money printing is about to begin.

 

It’s not a question of “if,” but a question of “when.”

 

On the surface, everything seems hunky dory in the financial system. Stocks are at all-time highs. Bonds are stable. And the $USD appears to be finding its footing after losing 11% during the first half of the year.

 

However, “beneath the surface” things are beginning to unravel.

 

Since 2023, the Fed has drained some $2.38 trillion in reserves from the financial system via its Quantitative Tightening (QT) program. As a result of this and other recent developments, reserves (cash available for overnight/short-term lending) in the financial system have fallen to their lowest levels in FIVE years ($3 trillion).

 

That sounds like a lot of money, but it’s in fact quite low for what banks require to keep things running smoothly in the financial system. As a result of this, banks/ financial firms are turning to the Fed as a kind of “lender of last resort” for short-term liquidity/ financing needs. And not by a little: in the last two weeks, demands for overnight funding from the Fed have skyrocketed from nothing to over $50 billion.

 

I realize this sounds like a bunch of financial jargon, so let me put it this way… the issues that led to the 2018 market collapse are beginning to resurface again. At that time, stocks nose-dived 20% in the span of a few weeks before the Fed was forced to panic and reverse course.

 

So, while things look great in the financial system as far as stocks are concerned. The reality is that if the Fed doesn’t act quickly things could get UGLY fast.

 

In light of this, I fully believe the Fed will be forced to launch a new Quantitative Easing (QE) program in the next six months.

 

I’m not the only one.

 

Lorie Logan is the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. As such she is one of 12 Fed Presidents. This is an extremely high-level insider at the Fed. And she just said the following…

China Orders State-Funded Data Centers Not To Use Foreign AI Chips

 

Yesterday we said that with Beijing giving Trump a list of 4 "red lines" he should note cross (including i) Taiwan, ii) democracy and human rights, iii) China’s political system, and iv) development rights), the countdown to the end of the trade truce has started because there is no more certain way to get Trump to do something than to tell him he shouldn't.

 

And in a move that will only accelerate Trump's anger, the Chinese government issued guidance requiring new data centre projects that have received any state funds to only use domestically-made artificial intelligence chips, Reuters reported.

 

In recent weeks, Chinese regulatory authorities ordered such data centres that are less than 30% complete to remove all installed foreign chips, or cancel plans to purchase them, while projects in a more advanced stage will be decided on a case-by-case basis, the Reuters sources said.

 

Some projects have already been suspended before breaking ground as a result of the directive, including a facility in a northwestern province that had planned to deploy Nvidia chips, one of the sources said. The project, being developed by a private technology company that received state funding, has been put on hold, the source said.

 

The move could represent one of China's most aggressive steps yet to eliminate foreign technology from its critical infrastructure amid a pause in trade hostilities between Washington and Beijing, and achieve its quest for AI chip self-sufficiency.

 

China's access to advanced AI chips, including those made by Nvidia has been a key point of friction with the U.S., as the two wrestle for dominance in high-end computing power and AI. Trump said in an interview aired on Sunday following talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping last week that Washington will "let them deal with Nvidia but not in terms of the most advanced" chips.

ive watched as society has been effectively addicted to msm, apps, social media, games, music, all propaganda and the moment you try to open anyone eyes. you. are. shunned.

being dumbed down, weakened and groomed for passivity and stupidity through food and their addictions. like calf literally being fattened for a slaughter.

 

and with all the race war propaganda and pizzagate possibility, i became suicidal because i cant stand that no one will open their eyes and are being manipulated hard.

 

i hope with all of my heart that Trump is going to make good on his promise to maga and clean the swamp. ive been thinking about joining the navy for corpsman greenside, and i would love to serve under a Trump administration if he really does clean swamp, (will try to join regardless no openings for corpsman right now though). I hope that what OPanon says is true. i will be praying for OPanon and all who risk their lives, for safety and that the Lord will guide them. and praying that what he says is true. and will be praying for the spiritual edification of God for Trump and for his complete safety in all of this. The pieces are coming together for me. and if this is true, those working with him are absolute geniuses because i would have never imagined their would be any way possible to take the monster of corruption that has overtaken this country.
