The 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution does not provide for, nor state, that all land is owned by the Federal Government. In fact, the war of 1812 was fought to prohibit this exact action. Real Estate Property Owners have been relegated to paying rent on the dirt below their asset, and yet there is no agreed to ground lease with any State government as the Lessor and a property owner as the Lessee. Can anyone show you or me where the Taxing Entities are the ground Lessor in any Taxing County in the United States such as the Lands of His Majesty King Kamehameha III in Hawaii which date back to 1848? ‘The Wire’ actor accuses school employee of sexually abusing him in 1992

 

An actor who appeared in HBO’s hit series “The Wire” is accusing a Maryland middle school employee of repeated sexual abuse while tutoring him as a child.

 

James Ransone, 41, who played Ziggy Sobotka in HBO’s gritty series on the drug-plagued streets of West Baltimore, posted a lengthy email on Instagram last week that he sent his alleged sexual abuser in March.

 

“Hey Tim,” the email read. “You may not remember me. My name is James Ransone, but you’d know me as PJ.”

 

Ransone accused his former tutor, Timothy Rualo — who now reportedly works as the department chair of social studies at Sudbrook Magnet Middle School in Baltimore County — of sexually abusing him numerous times at the actor’s childhood home in Phoenix, Maryland, over the course of six months in 1992.

 

Ransone said Rualo sodomized him and performed oral sex on him when he was supposed to be helping the youngster with math.

 

“We did very little math,” Ransone recalled. “The strongest memory I have of the abuse was washing blood and feces out of my sheets after you left. I remember doing this as a 12 year old because I was too ashamed to tell anyone.”

 

The alleged abuse led to a “lifetime of shame and embarrassment” for Ransone, who told Rualo his actions propelled him to become an alcoholic and a heroin addict. After getting sober in 2006, Ransone said he was “ready to confront” his past. He later reported the accusations to Baltimore County police in March 2020.

 

A detective then told Ransone in September that prosecutors “had no interest in pursuing the matter any further,” according to his email.

 

The Baltimore County State’s Attorney Office ultimately did not bring charges following the police investigation, the Baltimore Sun reported Thursday.

 

Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger told the newspaper his office declined to charge Rualo last year. The prosecutor said he discussed the child abuse accusation solely because Ransone has revealed the allegations publicly.

 

“It is very difficult, even when you believe the victim, to prove beyond a reasonable doubt,” Shellenberger said of child abuse cases.

 

Ransone told the Sun he was contacted by Baltimore County Public Schools in October, saying he was asked if had been in a relationship with Rualo and why he waited so long to divulge the accusations. Maryland has no statute of limitations for child sex abuse cases, according to the report.

 

“Do you not understand how children compartmentalize?” Ransone told the newspaper while accusing school officials and police of failing to protect children after he reported Rualo.

 

“The entire system allowed him to be around children still,” Ransone said.

 

A spokesman for Baltimore County Public Schools told The Post Friday that Rualo remained employed by the district, where he has worked since 1992.

 

Spokesman Charles Herndon declined to indicate whether Rualo was on administrative leave, citing policy on personnel matters. In general, however, any employees alleged to have engaged in misconduct may be put on leave pending investigation, Herndon said.

 

The principal at Rualo’s school, meanwhile, told parents in a May 17 message that “appropriate and immediate actions” were taken upon learning of the allegations shared on social media, Herndon said.

 

“The principal also assured parents and the school community that the safety and security of students is always the school’s top priority,” Herndon wrote The Post in an email.

 

A message left Friday at a number listed to Rualo was not immediately returned. Attempts to reach him Thursday by email, phone and at a dozen addresses were unsuccessful, the Baltimore Sun reported.

The biggest problems with releasing the Epstein files is that not all visitors can be proven to be guilty.

Unless there is photo or video proof, they could just say they went there on vacation or for a party.

I would assume it would be very hard to prove and there would be floods of lawsuits.

If property valuation were true, requiring a willing buyer and willing seller neither under duress, and cash settled, then the maximum value assigned could only be what the house was built for or what the house was purchased for, until such time as the house is sold.

 

The laws and violations thereof have morphed to the point where the cash grab of the local Taxing Entities (i.e. School Districts) have rendered meaningless all the protections in law that were established to protect the Citizen real estate taxpayers, and this has an extreme fraudulent inflation factor. There are 8 elements of real estate tax in the milk that goes in your cappuccino. Therefore real estate tax fraud on a mass scale effects every person who shops whether they realize it or not. The more elements of tax, the higher the inflation, the higher the fraud.

 

If those protections are going to be ignored (USPAP, State Property Tax Code, State Constitutions and U.S. Constitution), then the net result is the equity stripping of property taxpayers, such that if there is no law, then why pay real estate taxes. In other words, either the law exists, or it doesn’t. Equity Stripping is the compound cumulative effect of paying a fraudulently created overvaluation resulting in over taxation and this means that making money on the purchase of your home has a very low probability of success because the Taxing Entities took your profit by over taxation via the fraud.

 

If those protections under the law are going to be adhered to, then those responsible for violating the laws must be held accountable. The Taxing Entities (i.e. School Districts) are hiding the bond schedules from the public, which would show that the bonds are not being paid off and that the cumulative compounding of debt and interest is occurring. Many school districts will need to be put into involuntary bankruptcy to unwind what debt can be unwound. We have discovered that there are roughly 143,000,000 single family homes in the U.S. which are burdened by roughly $240,000 of school bond debt.

 

Either the law exists, your Honor, or it doesn’t. Please state the obvious which is that the law exists, for the protection of the Citizens, and if not, which has clearly been proven, or we would not be in front of the Appellate Court, then eliminating property taxes in favor of a Uniform States Sales Tax (estimate approximately 15.6%) must be implemented to ensure the protections of the Citizens. Return the balance sheet to Mom and Pop, restore transparency by eliminating the real estate tax fraud, and make the playing field fair for all real estate taxpayers and reduce the fraudulently created inflation simultaneously.

FBI was warned that Jeffrey Epstein was into child porn — but ignored it for 10 years, docs show

 

A former employee of late sex predator Jeffrey Epstein alerted the FBI that he was interested in “child pornography” and that he threatened to “burn her house down” decades before Epstein became an international fixation — but feds apparently did nothing.

 

Maria Farmer, whom Epstein hired to help purchase art, filed a complaint against him on Sept. 3, 1996, but it took nearly 10 years more before the notorious sex abuser began to face significant legal scrutiny.

 

“I’ve waited 30 years,” Farmer told The New York Times when asked about a recently released report showing her complaint, describing herself as “vindicated.” “I can’t believe it. They can’t call me a liar anymore.”

 

“They should be ashamed,” she continued. “…They harmed all of these little girls. That part devastates me.”

 

Farmer has publicly claimed for years that she tried to inform the authorities about Epstein and his madam, Ghislaine Maxwell’s, predatory behavior.

 

Until the latest batch of Epstein files was released on Friday, the FBI didn’t publicly confirm that she had filed that complaint, and Farmer faced accusations from some that she fabricated her story about going to the feds.

 

The Department of Justice just released thousands of documents on Epstein on Friday and Saturday as it was required to under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

 

Farmer’s name was redacted in the complaint that was released in the batch of Epstein files late last week, but she has confirmed it was about her.

 

“Complaintant [stated] that she is a professional artist and took pictures of her sisters 12 and 16 yrs for her own personnel [sic] art work,” the complaint explained.

 

“Epstein stole the photos and negatives and is believed to have sold the pictures to potential buyers. Epstein at one time requested [redacted] to take pictures of young girls at swimming pools. EPSTEIN is now threatening [redacted] that if she tells anyone about the photos, he will burn her house down.”

 

Farmer’s sister, Annie, publicly testified at Maxwell’s trial that she went to Epstein’s ranch at the age of 16 and went into bed to “cuddle” with the late sex predator’s accomplice.

 

Brad Edwards, a lawyer who has repped numerous Epstein victims, demanded an investigation into the “shameful” episode of the government keeping Farmer’s complaint hidden.

 

“There should be a full fledged investigation into every government employee who knew about this document and allowed a narrative to be publicized that it did not exist,” Edwards told the New York Times.

 

Farmer had also filed a complaint with the New York Police Department.

 

The Post reached out to the FBI for comment.
