New Mexico authorities have descended on Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro Ranch in New Mexico after a campaign to investigate the “macabre and strange” claims about the property.

The pedophile millionaire plotted to use the ranch as a baby factory to seed the Earth with more perfect humans, according to reports. He also allegedly buried the victims of deadly sex games there, filmed horrific child porn and had a bizarre labyrinthine garden that is now a massive hole in the ground.

Despite the horrifying claims about Zorro Ranch, there had never been a thorough search of the property by law enforcement.

Much of the new push to turn over the 33,000-square-foot compound came from a local radio host who received a horrifying tipoff in November 2019 — just three months after Epstein killed himself.

Eddy Aragon has spent the years since investigating the claims about Zorro Ranch, and he believes the secrets the property holds will horrify the world.

“This is way beyond just burying bodies at Zorro Ranch. This is something far more macabre and strange than you think or have thought of,” he recently told the Santa Fe New Mexican.

“These are things if I were to say them would make me seem crazy or conspiratorial, and it’s not,” he added.

He was the one who received the anonymous email about the compound.

“Did you know somewhere in the hills outside the Zorro, two foreign girls were buried on orders of Jeffrey and Madam G?” the message said, referring to Epstein’s paramour Ghislaine Maxwell.

“Both died by strangulation during rough, fetish sex,” the email added. “What is damning about Jeffrey Epstein is yet to be written.”

Maxwell, who is serving federal prison time after she was convicted of sex trafficking charges, has not been charged of any crimes related to deaths at the Zorro Ranch.

The letter — claiming to be written by a ranch employee “that has been there and seen it all” — didn’t include further details about the deaths, however, instead demanding Aragon pay one Bitcoin, worth about $6,500 at the time, to an anonymous digital wallet within a day in return for a USB full of damning information.

Aragon didn’t pay, but forwarded to the FBI saying that it “could be real.”

It remains unclear whether the FBI ever investigated the tip, but on Monday — more than six years later — Zorro Ranch was swarmed by New Mexico police in one of the first major searches of the property since Epstein’s lascivious world was exposed to the public.

Abuse of Power? Director Kash Patel is building a criminal case in one operation, and planning the declassification of two others so Congress can be informed of abuses by previous administrations targeting Trump and hundreds of supporters with lawfare.

 

resident Donald Trump and his supporters were targeted by four consecutive FBI code-named counterintelligence investigations over the last decade that secretly subjected hundreds of innocent Americans to privacy-invading tactics and essentially treated the man twice elected president as a national security threat for most of the first nine years of his political career, according to interviews and documents reviewed by Just the News.

 

FBI Director Kash Patel has personally led the effort to review the operations code-named Crossfire Hurricane, Round River, Plasmic Echo and Arctic Frost that stretched from summer 2016 to January 2025, uncovering evidence of a far-reaching dragnet that in some cases may have been predicated on false, misleading or uncorroborated justifications, officials said.

 

Many of the investigative files were hidden from view, even from most FBI agents, because they were marked "prohibited access" and controlled carefully by FBI leadership.

 

Patel's search has been aided by whistleblowers inside his agency, a handful of senior bureau executives close to the director and some members of Congress, particularly Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.

FBI's work hijacked by politics, invading citizens' privacy

 

Those who have seen the records told Just the News they chronicle how the FBI's expanded counterterrorism and counterintelligence missions after the Sept, 11, 2001, terrorist attacks eventually became hijacked by politics and led agents to deploy tools meant for terrorists and spies against everyday Americans in a bid to find a way to bring criminal cases against Trump.

 

One whistleblower this month told the FBI that surveillance and monitoring of Trump figures continued right up to the president’s January 2025 inauguration, according to multiple interviews.

 

Few inside Trump’s orbit were spared from targeting by their stature: a dozen members of Congress and their staffers, his future chief of staff Susie Wiles, journalists, campaign advisers, defense lawyers, and even Patel himself had their privacy pierced by warrants, wiretaps, FISA surveillance, phone record analysis, FBI assessments, or grand juries.

 

Many targets and subjects fell under the bureau’s definition of special circumstances targets because they have recognized constitutionally protected privileges – like lawyers, members of Congress, journalists, and political figures.

 

Even a political consultant turned documentary filmmaker who investigated Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings before joining Trump’s 2024 campaign was recently notified he was targeted in a criminal investigation that only recently was shut down, according to letters between Congress and the FBI reviewed by Just the News.

 

Michael Caputo had his emails and communications seized in 2023 by a “classified subpoena” issued about two weeks after he joined the Trump campaign and the email account the bureau penetrated “contained correspondence on The Trump Campaign’s private strategies and deliberations,” the correspondence stated.

 

Patel’s FBI has informed Congress that probe has been shut down. But the question of how so many Americans were targeted remains open.

 

At least 1,200 people that fall into the categories of special circumstances targets or subject were investigated under assessments by the FBI between 2018 and 2024 during Wray’s tenure, an explosive recent audit report to Congress revealed.

Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon recently told Just the News that criminal charges are indeed possible if federal officials intentionally violated civil liberties in politically weaponized investigations.

 

"The Department of Justice is at the heart of considering these issues right now, so I can't really talk about the specifics, but in general terms, yes, the Civil Rights Division and the DOJ generally does have the tool of a criminal conspiracy statute for conspiracy against rights," she said. "And this dates back to the start of the Ku Klux Klan."

 

"I would say all of those things are on the table for lawyers and DOJ officials and others who conspired with them at the state level, state prosecutors, state police and so forth, who conspired to violate civil rights, and it could also include executive branch officials from the first administration who knowingly conspired and orchestrated a violation of federal civil rights," she added

 

Just the News has confirmed that federal prosecutors lin Miami, led by U.S. Attorney Jason Reding Quiñones, are investigating the weaponization of intelligence and law enforcement against Trump and his allies as they build a potential grand conspiracy case spanning 2016, 2020, and 2024.

 

Evidence in the first and last of the counterintelligence operations is well known and mostly released: Crossfire Hurricane, which probed now-disproven Russia collusion allegations, and Arctic Frost, which looked at Trump’s effort to offer the Senate alternate electors ahead of the 2020 election certification on Jan. 6, 2021.

 

Documents declassified last year show, among other things, that the Obama administration and its intelligence officials misled Congress and others when claiming that the discredited anti-Trump Steele Dossier was not used in the 2017 U.S. intelligence community assessment on Russian meddling.

 

The Arctic Frost probe alone targeted nearly 400 conservative groups and individuals associated with Trump, according to evidence recently released by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

 

But officials said the two middle operations – which are just beginning to be declassified so Congress can be fully read in – may produce some of the most troubling abuses uncovered by Patel and his team and are the focus of ongoing criminal investigations into former FBI and DOJ personnel.

 

For instance, the Plasmic Echo investigation that explored whether Trump illegally took classified documents to his Mar-a-Lago home after his first term has already turned up evidence that FBI agents believed did not meet the legal standard for a search warrant. But agents raided the president’s home anyway in August 2022 after being overruled by DOJ, according to a bombshell revelation recently from Patel.

 

“[We] continue to pass versions back and forth after our pause and concern about [probable cause] for any of the locations outlined…” an agent wrote to the team. “What is the guidance for continuing to work on this document without any new information?”

Biden directly linked to lawfare against Trump

 

The Biden White House was also directly linked to the classified documents investigation into Trump, despite its denials, records show. Then-Attorney General Merrick Garland said he “personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant” for the FBI’s unprecedented raid of Mar-a-Lago.

 

Patel and a small team of inner circle agents also have found proof that the bureau, under former Director Chris Wray, obtained Patel’s own phone records, as well as those of Wiles, after Trump announced he was running in the 2024 presidential election and reportedly recorded a call between the future White House chief of staff on the pretense that her defense lawyer consented. Wiles’ lawyer has issued a statement adamantly denying he ever consented to such monitoring, raising the possibility false representations were made to a court for phone monitoring and the now infamous raid on Mar-a-Lago.

 

"If I ever pulled a stunt like that, I wouldn’t – and shouldn’t – have a license to practice law," the unidentified lawyer told Axios. "I’m as shocked as Susie."

 

Sources told Just the News that the FBI has an intensive criminal probe ongoing and the first decisions on whether indictments are warranted could be made in a few weeks.

Punishment for asking about Biden family's Ukraine exploits

 

Meanwhile, the Round River investigation may prove the most troubling of all the counterintelligence probes targeting the Trump universe, though at present it remains mostly classified.

 

Agents only recently discovered the opening memo and files for the probe, which was started in the bureau’s Pittsburgh field office by targeting Trump lawyer and former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani for his efforts to investigate Hunter Biden’s and Joe Biden’s exploits in Ukraine, but it then expanded to look at numerous public figures who spoke out about Biden family corruption concerns.

 

Early whistleblower evidence from that case has raised grave concerns inside Congress about potential civil liberty violations, specifically that people in that investigation may have been targeted solely by virtue of their speech. Lawmakers fear the standards for who was targeted were simply talking points deemed by FBI counterintelligence to be "Russian disinformation."

 

In other words, reporters, lawmakers, moviemakers and lawyers who made certain allegations or raised questions about the Bidens’ dealings in Ukraine may have been assessed to be national security threats aligned with Russia worthy of investigation and treated as purveyors of disinformation interfering in elections, sources said.

 

Sen. Grassley's staff has played a critical role in helping the FBI search for records, passing along information from agency whistleblowers who sought protection from Congress during the Biden years long before Patel took over. One of Grassley's letters in 2022 appears to refer to the Round River operation, without naming it, and raised serious concerns about its constitutionality.

"The information provided to my office involves concerns about the FBI’s receipt and use of derogatory information relating to Hunter Biden, and the FBI’s false portrayal of acquired evidence as disinformation," the senator wrote. "The volume and consistency of these allegations substantiate their credibility and necessitate this letter.

 

He added: "Based on allegations, verified and verifiable derogatory information on Hunter Biden was falsely labeled as disinformation."

The files also show the bureau may have targeted the Pittsburgh office as the launching point to impede an effort by then-Attorney General Bill Barr to ask his federal prosecution team in the same city to investigate why an FBI informant report alleging Biden family corruption was not fully investigated when it first came in.

 

Grassley and Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., previously told Patel that, in August 2020, “we were provided an unnecessary briefing by the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force that was designed to undermine our investigation into the Biden family.”

 

Most of the files on Round River, Plasmic Echo, and Arctic Frost were buried from Patel’s view when he arrived in what were known as prohibited access files, a tactic used during the Wray-era of the FBI to shield from view politically sensitive cases inside the bureau’s case management system known as Sentinel.

 

That left only certain officials aware of their existence, often in hidden files in secure storage areas known as sensitive compartmented information facilities, or SCIFs.

 

Patel has assigned a small team of agents to hunt for the files and uncover abuses, and he has been assisted greatly by a handful of senior executives who can navigate and find well hidden evidence in the bureau's storage system.

 

Another complicating factor is that the bureau just lost the man who produced much of the most explosive evidence to Congress over the last 14 months, Congressional Affairs Office Chief Marshall Yates, who was widely popular on Capitol Hill for achieving a level of transparency after years of stonewalled congressional requests, announced he was stepping down.

 

Deputy Director Andrew Bailey has been taking the lead in organizing the approach going forward, but he ruffled feathers internally and in Congress with comments some took to suggest he was going to slow the amount of damaging information being sent to Congress to thwart demands to fire agents who were involved in abusive investigations.

 

Bailey allayed those concerns with a memo Friday stating that production of evidence to Congress and to DOJ investigations was “imperative,” according to officials who received or saw the memo.

Prime Day FOMO: Taking Advantage of September’s Spike in Government Spending

With the U.S. government’s fiscal year ending in September, there is an annual spike in contracts and spending. This increased funding interval represents a unique opportunity for organizations looking for new contracts.

 

“Prime Day”

 

Amazon thinks it’s got Prime Day on lock, but those who work on government contracts know that they don’t hold a candle to the kind of “Prime Day” that happens every year on September 30th. Obviously, this is a bit tongue-in-cheek, but there is no doubt that August and September demonstrate the biggest spike in government spending by a significant margin. Large portions of this funding are executed on the final day of the government’s fiscal contract year—September 30th.

 

A few weeks ago, I posted on LinkedIn that we are in the midst of the peak number of RFQs released for the GFY22 buying season, with just under 1,000 new SEWP V opportunities posted that week alone:

 

I wanted to follow this up with a longer blog post that goes into more detail about why this is happening and how companies can take advantage of it. This glut in funding availability represents a unique opportunity for companies working with government contracts to broker new contracts or increase contract budgets. We’ll get into that more later, though. First, let’s set the table.

 

What is a “Prime”?

 

In reality, no one actually refers to September 30th as Prime Day, but the terminology is still relevant. In government contracts, a “prime contractor” works directly with the government and manages subcontractors. They are responsible for overseeing the subcontractor’s work as defined in the contract. Prime contractors hold key positions in their relationship with the government and are the ones held accountable for the delivery of goods and/or services, regardless if they provide them alone or use subcontractors.

 

There are a lot of hoops to jump through to become a prime contractor, which makes it prohibitive for many companies, especially small-and-mid-sized businesses. The working relationship between a prime company and subcontractors is symbiotic. The prime contractor gets to have control and leverage over the contracts. The subcontractors don’t have to go through the rigorous process of becoming a prime contractor while still having access to government contracts.

 

The best kept secret in Washington

 

So, that covers prime contractors. Next, let’s take a look at why there’s such a significant spike in government contracts starting in August and really heating up in September. Something a lot of people probably don’t know is that the U.S. government has a fiscal year that runs from October 1st of one calendar year through September 30th of the next.

Like the government, many large business entities run their fiscal year off the standard calendar year January 1st to December 31st because they can plan out budgets in a way that allows them to choose the start and end dates that better align with their revenue and expenses. This means a fiscal year can help present a more accurate picture of a company's financial performance. So, the federal government's fiscal year runs from October 1 of one calendar year through September 30 of the next.

 

Now, that doesn’t specifically explain why spending suddenly increases so dramatically in the last two months of the government’s fiscal year. For that, we’ll need to take a deeper dive into the parameters around government spending. Any government agency that doesn’t spend all its funds over the course of the fiscal year ends the year with a surplus. From an economics perspective, that should be perceived as a good thing, right? Any company that spends less that it “makes” or is allocated will be seen as efficient, effective, and valuable in the market. However, this is different with the government.

 

If a government agency doesn't spend its allocated budget funds over the course of the fiscal year, they no longer have access to those funds in the next year. They cannot spend that money past September 30th because it gets reabsorbed back into the national purse. This causes the “use-it-or-lose-it” mentality that drives such an increase in spending in the final two months of the fiscal year. Additionally, agencies are under pressure to spend their full budget because they run the risk of having their budgets cut by Congress the following year. At some level, this is a logical outcome. If an agency was granted a budget of $10, but only spent $8, then it stands to reason that they only needed $8 and will only need $8 moving forward into the next fiscal year.

 

The loss of their surplus funds, combined with the threat of a decline in future funding, is a recipe for serious fear amongst government agencies. Hence why they hit the panic button in August and September to spend.

 

While the iron is hot

 

As I mentioned in my LinkedIn post, there were just under 1,000 new SEWP V opportunities posted that week alone. The peak of opportunity posting happens sometime between the end of August and the middle of September, though there are still thousands of opportunities that get posted all the way to the last few days of the fiscal year that will still be reviewed and awarded before the ‘clock strikes 12’ on September 30th. (This obviously doesn’t include opportunities that are posted with due dates after 9/30 that anticipate using the following year's budgets). Kash Crisis: What is the FBI Hiding?

 

FBI Director Kash Patel has repeatedly vowed to bring accountability and transparency to the agency, but his tenure at the top is increasingly looking like business as usual. Judicial Watch has been warning about trouble at the FBI for months. In June, we reported that conservative insiders were alarmed by signs that Patel and then-Deputy Director Dan Bongino had been taken hostage by the Deep State consensus. Conservative distress in recent weeks has mounted over Patel’s moves to shut down a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit over records in the death of January 6 victim Ashli Babbitt.

 

In July came bombshell news—Patel had discovered a cache of Russiagate documents in “burn bags” in a “secret room” at FBI headquarters.

 

A few burn bag documents were released to the public, but most were not. Along with newly disclosed material from the CIA and the Director of National Intelligence, the documents, Judicial Watch noted, added weight “to charges that starting in 2016, top government figures, including then-President Barack Obama, then-Vice President Joe Biden, [FBI Director James] Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, Hillary Clinton and others conspired to protect the Clinton presidential candidacy, defame candidate Donald Trump, and later destroy his presidency.”

 

Discrepancies soon began to creep in to Patel’s descriptions of the discovery of the documents. In June, teasing their upcoming release, Patel told Joe Rogan, “Just think about this. Me, as director of the FBI, the former ‘Russiagate guy,’ when I first got to the bureau, found a room that Comey and others hid from the world in the Hoover Building, full of documents and computer hard drives that no one had ever seen or heard of. Locked the key and hid access and just said, ‘No one’s ever gonna find this place.’’

 

By December, the story had shifted. Patel now told Fox News that there was not “a room” but multiple rooms—secret rooms “hidden away from the map” of the building, rooms no one had access to. And many burn bags. “And once we got into those rooms,” Patel said, “we found more information related to the Russiagate hoax from prior FBI leadership. Information that was in burn bags that they wanted to have destroyed, but for whatever reason, no one ever got around to it, or they thought we would just never find it.”

 

The mystery deepened. Was it one room or many rooms? How many rooms? What was the history of the secret rooms? How many burn bags were there? What exactly was in the burn bags? Where did they come from? Were there other documents, perhaps not in burn bags, in the rooms?

 

These are not incidental questions. The FBI has a long history of burying inconvenient information.

 

Judicial Watch started seeking answers.

 

In June, we sent a FOIA request to the FBI seeking “all documents” related to the room, all FBI communications between Patel and Bongino about the discovery of the documents, and all directives sent to FBI offices about handling the documents. The FBI ignored the request—a clear violation of FOIA law.

 

In November, we sued the Justice Department for the secret room information. “We know Comey was spying on Donald Trump,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “He was the Obama administration’s go-to guy, trying to set Trump up to be toppled from the campaign and then from office. These hidden-room documents may contain additional smoking guns.”

 

Also in November, we filed a second FOIA tightly focused on the burn bags.

 

The FBI again ignored the lawful request.

 

In February, we sued again. The second lawsuit contains important new details. It zeroes in on a court filing, Document 138-12, which notes “an original referral by the Central Intelligence Agency to former FBI Director James Comey” containing “certain intelligence related to the 2016 U.S. presidential election campaign.”

Millions in tax-deductible donations to IDF, illegal settlements

 

An Australian charity receiving over $200 million in tax-deductible donations is ignoring international law, while the Government looks the other way.

 

Jewish National Fund Australia (JNF Australia) has remitted more than $125.4m to Israel since 2009, according to financial records, while receiving $213m in tax-deductible donations since 2013.

 

In 2024 alone, the organisation reported $12m in donations and bequests, with $10.4m transferred to Israel.

 

Despite JNF Australia’s assertion that it operates independently of its Israeli parent, Keren Kayemet LeYisrael (KKL-JNF), an investigation by MWM has revealed that tax-deductible donations raised by JNF Australia have been directly transferred to KKL-JNF. Some of these funds have been used to support IDF soldiers and fund illegal settlements.

JNF Australia has repeatedly stated that it operates independently of KKL-JNF in Israel.

 

In 2017, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu demanded that KKL-JNF transfer 80% of its revenue to the Finance Ministry to help fund state-run infrastructure projects or risk losing its tax-exempt status.

 

Following the announcement, JNF Australia declared that it was a “separate independent entity” from KKL-JNF. They stated that “funds raised by JNF Australia go directly towards these projects, with not one dollar used to fund KKL”

 

In 2021, KKL-JNF’s board voted to officially permit the purchase of private land in the occupied West Bank for settlement expansion, a decision that was criticised as an open violation of international law.

 

Shortly after the decision, JNF Australia’s president and CEO again attempted to distance the organisation from its Israeli parent, stating that the Australian body was “an independent entity from KKL”.

 

“JNF Australia only applies donor contributions towards JNF Australia projects and priorities [and] is therefore unaffected by any changes to KKL’s priorities and policies, whether in respect to land acquisition or elsewhere,” they said, adding that the organisation “has no representatives on the KKL board, nor is it involved with or bound by any of their decisions”.

 

However, our analysis of Israeli financial filings shows that JNF Australia has transferred millions of dollars directly to KKL-JNF (also known as the Israel National Fund) since making these statements.

 

Although the sources of foreign donations were redacted in Israel National Fund’s 2024 financial report, financial reports lodged in previous years identify Australia as a source of overseas donations.
