What gets me about the derp state fuvkers is that as dumb as they are they have managed to halt actual discussion on teh internetz with censorship and bots.

GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) — Actor Hayden Panettiere died from an accidental overdose of several drugs, including fentanyl, and had been in rehab just weeks before, according to a coroner’s report obtained by The Associated Press.

 

Panettiere, 36, was found unresponsive in an apartment in Greenville, South Carolina, on Aug. 16. Her on-and-off boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach Hickerson were at the home.

White Hats tasked with guarding President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago headquarters detained a Deep State spy disguised as a caterer Wednesday evening, after catching her rummaging through the president’s personal belongings, Real Raw News has learned.

Days after President Donald Trump announced a security agreement with Greenland and Denmark, Greenland Mines applied on Sept. 21 to double the size of its rare earth mine to supply magnet metals needed for electric vehicles, wind turbines, and defense systems on the island.

The North Carolina-based company’s Sarfartoq rare earth district in southwest Greenland would expand from 74 square miles to about 175 square miles if approved.

“This application is about building Sarfartoq at district scale,” said Bo Moller Stensgaard, president of Greenland Mines in a statement.

Greenland Mines is developing a rare earth neodymium and praseodymium project that could reduce the Western Hemisphere’s dependence on China for the magnet rare earth minerals. China-based processors control at least 75 percent of the global market for all rare earth elements.

The Greenland Mines project is expected to produce about one-third of the world’s neodymium-praseodymium oxide refined outside of China, serving as a key source of the rare earth ingredients needed for energy, transportation, and defense technologies.

China’s export restrictions on rare earths have driven prices up in the past year. The Trump administration has focused on supporting and investing in domestic rare earth operations, but a supply of ore is still needed, according to Greenland Mines.

With the signing of the security agreement, Trump said no U.S. adversary could “make sensitive investments [in Greenland] without our express written approval.”

“Greenland hosts some of the largest known undeveloped rare earth deposits in the Western world, and a framework that screens adversary capital out of the island makes those deposits more clearly available to allied supply chains,” the company stated Tuesday.

The city of Los Angeles is now reporting an outbreak of the disease Typhus. It is connected to fleas on rats which are flourishing in the city’s numerous homeless encampments.

Typhus, a flea-borne bacterial disease, is on the rise in Los Angeles County, with the latest localized case reported in the Wilshire Center neighborhood, public health officials said Tuesday.

The disease is spread to humans by infected fleas that commonly live on rats, opossums, stray cats and other animals. Common symptoms include headaches, chills, muscle aches and rash.

The Wilshire Center case is the second localized typhus outbreak this year, according to the LA County Department of Public Health.

There were at least seven symptomatic cases linked to the outbreak, health officials said. Six of the seven patients had to be hospitalized at one point. All have recovered, the department said.

So far this year, 109 flea-borne typhus cases have been reported in Los Angeles County.

A federal judge in Washington, D.C., has ordered the Trump administration to restore White House access for journalists from CNN, MS NOW, and Politico, ruling that President Donald Trump’s ban on the outlets was likely unconstitutional.

U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly, a Trump appointee from 2017 and the same judge who forced the White House to give CNN’s Jim Acosta his pass back in 2018, signed a Temporary Restraining Order in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The outlets only had to post a laughable $1 bond.

The order directs administration officials, excluding President Trump personally, and those acting with them to return and reinstate the affected passes. The order covers credentials revoked on or about September 18.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Wednesday that Judge Kelly appeared skeptical during a hearing on Trump’s media ban.

A lawyer for the outlets accused the Trump Administration of banning the news organizations “completely out of the blue” and urged the judge to immediately restore their access.

“I think it is fair to say that process … wasn’t followed here, talking about predeprivation process,” Judge Kelly said, according to CNBC.

Judge Kelly concluded the hearing without issuing a ruling but said he will rule ‘soon.’

President Trump said he expects to lose the case even though it is assigned to one of his appointees.

“…We’ll go for appeal because Fake News people and publications that only write negatively, and who violate our National Security by writing false and defamatory stories with unknown “sources” shouldn’t be allowed access to the most important Office…” Trump said.

And he is right.

Early Thursday, Kelly’s ruling rests on the outlets’ Fifth Amendment due process claim. He found they were likely to show that their passes were revoked without prior notice or an opportunity to respond, and that the White House had not established clear standards beforehand for conduct that could lead to revocation.

The administration argued that the ban was justified by national security concerns. But Kelly said the record offered little factual support for that claim, including no explanation of how the cited reporting damaged national security or how restoring the passes would endanger it.

The ruling is temporary.The restraining order lasts 14 days while the case continues, and the court plans expedited briefing on whether to issue a preliminary injunction. The order requires the plaintiffs to post a $1 bond by October 1. It does not resolve the full lawsuit or finally decide every claim.
