HUGE DEVELOPMENT! Joseph Mifsud – The Man Who Deep State Used to Set Up Papadopoulos – Is Missing and PRESUMED DEAD

Joseph Mifsud is a Maltese academic, with high level connections to the Russian state and UK politicians. Mifsud is a former employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malta, a former principal in the London Centre of International Law Practice, a professorial teaching fellow at the University of Stirling in Scotland, and director of the Diplomatic Academy of London.

Mifsud went missing after his connections to George Papadopoulos went public.

George Papadopoulos, the lower level campaign worker for the Trump campaign, appears to have been targeted by three individuals with ties to British and/or U.S. Intelligence: Joseph Mifsud, Alexander Downer and Stefan Halper.

Mifsud and Papadopoulos obtained positions at an organization named the Centre for International Energy and Natural Resources Law & Security. Papadopoulos was a ‘nobody’ and the Centre sketchy at best. Mifsud vanished in early November 2017, shortly after Papadopoulos was in the news and indicted. His whereabouts are still unknown.

Although the common story is that Mifsud is a Russian Agent, many ties seem to lead [him] back to UK Intelligence. Julian Assange put out a Twitter thread noting the connection between Mifsud and UK Intelligence.

NYT Says Op-Ed Investigation Would Be "Blatant Abuse Of Power"

Looks like the editors of the Grey Lady have been rattled by President Trump's threats.

President Trump's demands that Attorney General Jeff Sessions investigate the New York Times over its publication of a scathingly critical anonymous op-ed allegedly penned by a "senior administration official" have clearly rattled the grey lady. That much is made clear in a statement issued by the Times Friday afternoon where the paper's editors said they're "confident the DOJ understands that the First Amendment protects all American citizens and that they would not participate in such a blatant abuse of power."

Michael Grynbaum, a former New York City Hall reporter who now covers media, TV and politics for the paper, tweeted the statement:

In response to a question from a reporter aboard Air Force One on Friday, Trump said he believes Sessions and the DOJ should launch an investigation because the president believes that whoever wrote the op-ed represents a serious national security threat.

"Yeah, I would say Jeff should be investigating who the author of this piece was because I really believe it's national security," Trump said, according to CNN.

Asked whether any legal action would be taken against The New York Times, Trump demurred: "Well, we're going to see."

[…]

"We're going to take a look at what he had, what he gave, what he's talking about, also where he is right now," Trump said. "Suppose I have a high level national security and he has got a clearance – we talk about clearances a lot recently – and he goes into a high-level meeting concerning China or Russia or North Korea or something and this guy goes in. I don't want him in those meetings."

Trump also railed against the op-ed's anonymous author during a rally in Montana Thursday night, where he said that "for the sake of our national security, the New York Times should publish his name at once…I think their reporters should go investigate who it was - that would be a good scoop."

For its part, the DOJ has chosen to maintain an ominous silence, with one spokeswoman refusing to confirm or deny whether an investigation has been launched.

Justice Department spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores declined to comment on the mater, saying "we do not confirm or deny investigations."

Nike’s agreement with Kaepernick includes his own apparel line, video ads, billboards with his image, and a contribution to the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback’s Know Your Rights charity, according to reports.

Nike faced backlash on social media after it released Kaepernick ads featuring the slogan: “Believe in something, even if it means sacrificing everything.”

Merritt said Saturday that it’s difficult to compare an athlete’s sacrifice to that of a soldier’s.

“The word ‘sacrifice’ in the military members — it’s something severe,” Merritt said.

Nike’s use of Kaepernick in its ad campaign flies in the face of those who might believe the former quarterback’s stance is offensive, Merritt said.

Linda Sarsour Calls For People To Stop 'Humanizing' Jews, Report Says

Far-left Islamic activist Linda Sarsour made strong anti-Semitic remarks during a speech this month at the annual Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) convention in Houston, Texas — calling for the dehumanization of Israelis.

The Algemeiner reported that Sarsour shamed Muslims for not being more politically active and said that if Muslims are not promoting the Palestinian cause then they are part of the problem, saying, "you as an American Muslim are complicit in the occupation of Palestinians, in the murder of Palestinian protesters."

"So when we start debating in the Muslim community about Palestine, it tells me a lot about you and about the type of faith that you have in your heart," Sarsour continued. "If you’re on the side of the oppressor, or you’re defending the oppressor, or you’re actually trying to humanize the oppressor, then that’s a problem sisters and brothers, and we got to be able to say: That is not the position of the Muslim American community."

Sarsour, who has a long history of anti-Semitism, received a ringing endorsement from Democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez this week after she was arrested for disrupting Judge Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation hearing.

Ocasio-Cortez's endorsement of Sarsour should not come as a surprise as she has also used similar language toward Israel.

In July, just a few weeks after she pulled off an upset winning the Democratic nomination for New York's 14th Congressional District, Ocasio-Cortez appeared on PBS's "Firing Line" where she called Israel the occupiers of Palestine.

Some 600 people have enrolled in a private basic income experiment in Switzerland, less than a week after it was announced. The trial apparently aims to find out what the citizens are going to do if granted over $2,500 monthly.

Some 590 people in the Swiss town of Rheinau have reportedly agreed to receive a monthly universal basic income (UBI) of 2,500 francs ($2,570) for a year. The practical experiment needs 650 participants – half the population of Rheinau – before it can go ahead.

The woman behind the experiment, Rebecca Panian, says she needs minimum half of the town’s population to be involved before the project can move onto the fundraising stage. The 3 to 5 million francs needed for the 12-month experiment is going to be raised from crowdfunding or donations from institutions.

Participants who earn more than 2,500 francs will be required to repay any money received during the 12-month period. If the experiment goes ahead, Panian plans on documenting its progress with a team of researchers including sociologists, an economist and a media linguist.

The deadline from Panian’s experiment in September 17th, but only Rheinau residents who moved there before June 5th are eligible to take part.

The concept has been trialed recently in Finland, Canada, California, Spain, and Kenya. A Silicon Valley UBI experiment plans on giving 1,000 people, $1,000 per month for three years, and 2,000 thousand people $50 for five years.
