You are going to have to change the laws pertaining to the rights of illegal immigrants once they arrive on our soil. They are going to fight you on that; saying that if they are under our legal jurisdiction for trials/crimes etc then they are "under the jurisdiction of". You are going to need a completely separate subsection of law classifying migrants' rights as separate or qualifiers for them to have the rights they are afforded right now.

ie: if you came through a proper port of entry and declared asylum or refugee status upon entry at an official port of entry then you are afforded migrants' rights/"are under jurisdiction of the US". If you cross illegally then you are considered an illegal invader and then have given up your rights and are not protected by the US in anyway, will he treated as an enemy combatant, will be deported from the country.

Mafia Hitman Is Primary Suspect In Jailhouse Murder Of Whitey Bulger

Hours after news of the jailhouse murder of notorious Boston crime boss James 'Whitey' Bulger leaked to the new media, rumors began circulating that the slaying of the 89-year-old, wheelchair-confined Bulger may have been carried out with the possible tacit approval of federal authorities, who were worried that Bulger - whose long-rumored status as a government informant was laid bare during his 2013 trial - might expose corruption at the highest levels of the FBI's witness cooperation program.

Authorities initially said a "mafia-linked" suspect was under investigation for his role in the killing. But amid an official information blackout, TMZ and the Daily Mail reported the grisly details of Bulger's death. After being transferred to the USP Hazelton facility in West Virginia on Tuesday, Bulger was released into the general population.

But before he could even be officially booked into the prison, the former Irish mob boss was whacked by three prisoners, who reportedly wheeled him to a secluded area and savagely beat him with combination lock stuffed in a sock, before attempting to gouge out his eyes - an old school organized crime gesture of contempt for 'rats', or criminals who give information about their underworld associates to law enforcement.

While those reports were based on anonymously sourced accounts, the Boston Globe appeared to confirm these accounts when it reported late Tuesday that a notorious New England mafia hitman is the prime suspect in the slaying of Bulger. Fotios "Freddy" Geas, 51, who is serving a life sentence for his involvement in the 2003 assassination of Springfield, Mass. mob boss "Big Al" Bruno, is believed to be behind Bulger's slaying. And according to the Globe's sources, he hasn't disputed his role in the killing to authorities.

Geas' friends weren't surprised to hear that he may have been involved in the killing.

"Freddy hated rats," private investigator and Geas’ friend Ted McDonough told the paper. "Freddy hated guys who abused women. Whitey was a rat who killed women. It’s probably that simple."

Even Geas' former lawyer, who represented Geas in his Mafia murder case, said he wasn't surprised to hear that his former client had refused to dispute his role in the killing and had refused to identify any accomplices.

"He wouldn’t rat on anybody," said attorney David Hoose. "And he had no respect for anyone who did."

Meanwhile, the Massachusetts prosecutor who convicted Bulger offered no words of remorse for a man whom he once described as one of the cruelest killers in the criminal underworld, per CNN.

A statement Tuesday from Andrew Lelling, the US Attorney for Massachusetts, was brief. It made no mention of Bulger other than he had died.

"We received word this morning about the death of James "Whitey" Bulger. Our thoughts are with his victims and their families," the statement said.

As Geas' involvement is looking increasingly likely, nobody in the Bureau of Prisons, or anywhere else in the federal government, has bothered to explain why Bulger was left in such a vulnerable position after a seemingly arbitrary transfer from his previous facility in Florida.

‘Khashoggi Way’: Activists want to rename street at Saudi embassy in D.C. after murdered journalist

Activists and friends of slain Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi are calling on officials in Washington D.C. to rename the street in front of the Saudi embassy ‘Jamal Khashoggi Way’.

Khashoggi disappeared on October 2 after entering the Saudi consulate in Istanbul and is suspected to have been killed by Saudi agents who were waiting for him inside the building.

A Change.org petition, which has been signed by more than 1,500 people, says that the renaming of the street would act as “a daily reminder to Saudi officials that such behavior is totally unacceptable.”

Speaking at a memorial service for Khashoggi on Monday night, Nihad Awad, the executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, supported the idea of renaming the street.

“Imagine if their mail had to be addressed to Khashoggi Way?” Awad said, referring to Saudi officials in Washington. “That their business cards included such an address?”

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has denied any involvement in the killing and Riyadh has claimed the journalist died after a “fist fight” inside the consulate got out of hand.

The US has revoked visas from a number of Saudi officials but is still mulling a full response to the incident, which could include sanctions. US President Donald Trump has said that calling off arms deals with Riyadh would result in the US losing“massive amounts of money” which would not be acceptable to him.

It could prove more difficult, however, to convince authorities to rename the street in front of the Saudi embassy, which is located between the Watergate Hotel and the Kennedy Centre — away from the city's so-called embassy row. Given the cozy relations between Riyadh and Washington and the White House's reluctance to let the Khashoggi case damage US-Saudi relations, it's unclear if the city authorities would be eager to facilitate the name change.

The petition will be presented to the D.C. Council when it reaches 2,500 signatures. According to the rules of the council, a street can be named after a person only after they have been dead for two years or more, but activists are urging the D.C. mayor to “make an exception” in Khashoggi’s case.

In 2017, D.C. officials renamed a piece of land in front of the Russian embassy 'Boris Nemtsov Plaza' in a symbolic gesture to honor the Russian opposition politician who was shot dead in Moscow in 2015. Five men from Chechnya were sentenced to prison terms between 11 and 20 years, confessing it was retaliation for his anti-Muslim comments.

Republican Representative Mark Meadows sent a letter this week to the FISA Court encouraging the secret court to investigate the FISA abuses that took place under President Obama’s FBI by love birds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

This week, Rep. Mark Meadows, the conservative firebrand who, along with Rep. Jim Jordan, has driven the once reluctant House leaders to dig for much of the aforementioned evidence, sent his own missive to U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer. She is chief judge of the FISC.

His letter asked the obvious question: As a separate and equal pillar of government from Congress and the executive branch, does the judiciary have concerns with the FBI’s and DOJ’s conduct?

“Based on our investigation and open source information, the FISC may have not lived up to the Constitution’s protections against unreasonable searches and seizures in approving U.S. citizens targeted without probable cause,” Meadows wrote. “We write to encourage you to investigate the possibility that FISA has recently been weaponized for political means.”

It is not unprecedented for the usually secretive court to speak. In recent years, it has released documents — usually self-reported violations from DOJ and the FBI — so the public can see when the process has been abused.

Solomon continues by discussing the silence coming from the Chief Justice and the FISA Court.

Crimes were committed but there is no evidence that the courts are doing anything to ensure justice for the protection of the courts and future Americans who will be abused as well if this is not addressed.

In short Meadows states that the FBI left our pertinent information in their FISA Court applications for warrants to spy on Carter Page and therefore President Trump, due to the types of FISA warrant requested. In addition, Obama’s FBI, and its participants Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, hid information and were involved in a campaign to manage the media. Also, Strzok had a relationship with a FISA Court judge and both should have recused themselves from this process.

Meadows agrees with the President in that he provided everything asked by the Russia investigation and there is no collusion on behalf of the Trump team.

Brett Kavanaugh Turns Down Over $600K Raised By GoFundMe Page

On Tuesday, it was reported that Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh declined over $600,000 that had been raised for him and his family after the brutal treatment of Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearings.

Kavanaugh cited judicial ethics concerns as he turned the generous offer down, stating that he appreciated the sentiment but ethics rules precluded him accepting the funds. Travis Lenkner, a former clerk of Kavanaugh’s, sent the statement from Kavanaugh ten days ago, but John Hawkins, the well-known conservative who organized the GoFundMe campaign, said he didn’t publish the letter immediately because he needed time to arrange an alternative destination for the funds.

Kavanaugh’s statement read:

Justice Kavanaugh did not authorize the use of his name to raise funds in connection with the GoFundMe campaign. He was not able to do so for judicial ethics reasons. Judicial ethics rules caution judges against permitting the use of the prestige of judicial office for fund-raising purposes. Justice Kavanaugh will not accept any proceeds from the campaign, nor will he direct that any proceeds from the campaign be provided to any third party. Although he appreciates the sentiment, Justice Kavanaugh requests that you discontinue the use of his name for any fund-raising purpose

Benedictine Abbey in Minnesota: 2 Missing Persons and About 230 Victims, Evidence of Financial Misconduct and Luxurious Living – No Apostolic Visitor

Edit: despite about 230 victims of sexual misconduct, not including predation upon vulnerable adults and college students, and two missing persons in the vicinity of St. John's Abbey in Collegeville, there have been absolutely no arrests and no convictions.   The Sheriff's department has been overtly hostile to  one of the victim's relatives, and no wonder, the Sheriff is a St. John's Abbey alumnus.

At approximately 11:00 pm and midnight on November 9, 2002, leaving Metten Court, a dormitory on the north end of St. John's University campus in Collegeville, Minnnesota, Josh Guimond disappeared.  His clothes, his wallet and car were all undisturbed.  He has been missing for 12 years this November.

Joshua Wetterling also disappeared on October 22nd, 1989 in close by St. Joseph.   Pine Curtain draws a connection between the Wetterlings and the a monk named Tom Gillespie.  The concerned monk consoled the Wetterlings when their son disappeared.

We're posting this to draw attention again to the evident corruption at one of the most famous Benedictine Monasteries in the world, if not the largest, and despite the ample evidence of serious corruption and negligence on the part of the monks, to say nothing of a singular indifference and hostility to the Catholic Faith which they claim to hold, there is not the slightest hint of an investigation, no calls for the resignation of the abbot, or the seizing of its assets by an Apostoilic Visitor.

Not even the local community has been moved to do anything about this resident evil.

Pakistan - Violent Religious Protests Erupt As Supreme Court Clears Christian Blasphemy

Earlier this year we told you about the Christian mother of 5, Ms Asia Bibi, who had asked the Pakistani Supreme Court for a pardon after her neighbors had stated she had insulted Islam (a crime for which in Pakistan she would soon be hanged).

Despite strong opposition from national and international human rights groups (and without any actual proof), Ms Bibi was sentenced to death in 2010 under Pakistan's controversial blasphemy law after her neighbors allegedly heard her saying something bad about the Islamic religion. She spent the past 9 years in jail.

Today, the court overturned that sentence and she was freed.

Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar. said in his opinion on the verdict: “The appeal is allowed. She has been acquitted. The judgment of the high court, as well as the trial court, is reversed. Her conviction is set aside.”

Mr Omar Waraich of Amnesty International reacted jubilantly: “This is a landmark verdict.”

“Despite her protest of innocence, and despite the lack of evidence against her, this case was used to rouse angry mobs, justify the assassinations of two senior officials, and intimidate the Pakistani state into capitulation. Justice has finally prevailed.”

However, in what is sure to be a first major test for newly elected Prime Minister Irman Khan, violent protests have erupted all over the country after the decision of the Supreme Court became clear.

Supporters of the Islamist political party Tehreek-e-Labaik (TLP) condemned the ruling and blocked roads in major cities like Peshawar, Lahore, and Islamabad, pelting police with stones.

The TLP's leadership called for the death of the chief justice and the two other judges on the panel.

Party spokesman Ejaz Ashrafi: "The patron in chief of TLP, Muhammad Afzal Qadri, has issued the edict that says the chief justice and all those who ordered the release of Asia deserve death."

Saudi Coup "Imminent" As Crown Prince's Uncle Arrives To Oust "Toxic" MbS

The youngest brother of Saudi Arabia's King Salman has returned from self-imposed exile to "challenge" Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MbS) "or find someone who can," reports the Middle East Eye.

Prince Ahmad bin Abdulaziz is reportedly hoping to oust his 33-year-old nephew in the wake of an allegedly state-sanctioned murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. MbS has virtual control over Saudi Arabia after a June 2017 shakeup in which King Salman removed Muhammad bin Nayef as heir apparent.

The septuagenarian prince, an open critic of bin Salman (MBS), has travelled with security guarantees given by US and UK officials.

“He and others in the family have realised that MBS has become toxic,” a Saudi source close to Prince Ahmad told Middle East Eye.

"The prince wants to play a role to make these changes, which means either he himself will play a major role in any new arrangement or to help to choose an alternative to MBS." -Middle East Eye

Prince Ahmad has reportedly been meeting with other members of the Saudi royal family living outside the kingdom, along with "figures inside the kingdom" who have encouraged him to usurp his nephew. According to MEE, "there are three senior princes who support Prince Ahmad's move," who remain unnamed to protect their security.

According to Saudi dissident Prince Khalid Bin Farhan Al Saud, he expects a coup to be orchestrated against King Salman and MbS, as reported by the Middle East Monitor, which reports that a coup is "imminent."

"The coming period will witness a coup against the king and the crown prince," said Prince Khalid while commenting on the Khashoggi murder.

Khashoggi, a 59-year-old Washington Post journalist who had criticized the Crown Prince, was murdered on October 2 after entering the Saudi consulate in Istanbul to obtain paperwork ahead of his upcoming wedding. His body has not been found, but is believed to have been dismembered after he was reportedly choked to death.

Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz, 76, has been living in the UK for several years after serving as Saudi Arabia's deputy minister of interior between 1975 - 2012, and briefly as minister of interior in 2012. Ahmed was seen as a potential candidate to succeed King Salman in the early 2000's, however he was sidelined in March 2014 amid one of several shakeups within the House of Saud.

On November 4, 2017 bin Salman began arresting as many as 500 Saudi princes, government ministers and businessmen - detaining them in the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Riyadh. Private jets were grounded to prevent people from fleeing, while over 2,000 domestic bank accounts and other assets were frozen as the government targeted up to $800 billion in wealth that was reportedly "linked to corruption."

Prince Ahmad was protected from the purge, as MbS was unable to touch any sons of King Abdulaziz, founder of the modern Saudi state.

CNN Says Biggest ‘Terror Threat in US is White Men’ and ‘We Have to Do Something About Them’

Demonstrating a complete failure to grasp the concept of ‘irony,’ CNN’s Don Lemon urged Americans not to “demonize” each other, and in the same breath called white men “the biggest terror threat in this country.”

Speaking with co-host Chris Cuomo on Monday night, Lemon discussed a fatal shooting of two black people in a grocery store in Kentucky, a raft of pipe bombs mailed to Democratic figures, and Saturday’s shooting dead of 11 worshippers at a Pittsburgh synagogue. The Kentucky and Pittsburgh shooters were white males, while Cesar Sayoc, the mailbomb suspect arrested in Florida last Friday, has identified in the past as Native American.

Lemon’s initial message was one of tolerance and openness. “I keep trying to point out to people and not to demonize any one group or any one ethnicity,” he told viewers.

Then, as if completely forgetting the last sentence, Lemon switched to what sounded a lot like open racism.

“So, we have to stop demonizing people and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right. And we have to start doing something about them,” he said. “There is no travel ban on them. There is no ban on — they had the Muslim ban. There is no white guy ban. So, what do we do about that?”

Predictably, Lemon’s ‘blame whitey’ monologue rankled conservatives on Twitter.

Brexit deal should be done by Nov. 21, UK’s Raab says

LONDON (Reuters) - A Brexit deal is now firmly in sight and should be finalised by November 21, Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab said in a week-old letter to a lawmaker published on Wednesday that briefly sent sterling sharply higher.

The United Kingdom and European Union have resolved most differences, though the issue of Northern Ireland remains, Raab said in the letter, dated Oct. 24 and sent to Hilary Benn, chairman of parliament's Brexit committee.

"I would be happy to give evidence to the Committee when a deal is finalised, and currently expect 21 November to be suitable," Raab said, in response to a request to appear in front of lawmakers.

"The end is now firmly in sight and, while obstacles remain, it cannot be beyond us to navigate them. We have resolved most of the issues."

Asked about Raab's remarks in the letter, a spokesman for Prime Minister Theresa May reiterated that Britain wanted to clinch a Brexit deal as soon as possible.

Austria Follows Trump and Withdraws from UN Migration Treaty to Preserve Sovereignty

Citing concerns over the protection of national sovereignty, central European nation Austria has announced its withdrawal from the United Nations (UN) Migration Compact, which claims mass migration is “inevitable, necessary, and desirable”, and that it will not be signing the treaty.

Austria’s Conservative-Populist coalition government announced the move Wednesday, which follows both the United States and Hungary which have also said they would not be signing the UN document when it is ratified in December.

The so-called Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration, which has been much criticised by anti-mass migration politicians as being massively disadvantageous to first world migration-target nations, is made up of 23 goals which states worldwide are expected to sign up to. Some 17 of those goals are unacceptable to the Austrian government, reports best-selling national newspaper Kronen Zeitung, which is “seriously concerned about the content and objectives of the UN Migration Compact.”

Speaking earlier this month, conservative Austrian Chancellor Kurz said: “We view some of the points in this agreement very critically. We will, therefore, do everything to maintain the sovereignty of our country and ensure that we as the Republic of Austria can decide for ourselves on migration issues.”

Vice-chancellor of Austria and leader of the nation’s populist, anti-mass migration Freedom Party (FPO) Heinz-Christian Strache attacked the UN plan, explaining why the government was against signing it, saying: “Migration is not and can not be a human right. It can not, therefore, be the case that no distinction is made between legal and illegal migration flows.”

In December, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations explained President Trump’s decision to withdraw his nation’s support from the compact, remarking: “…our decisions on immigration policies must always be made by Americans and Americans alone… We will decide how best to control our borders and who will be allowed to enter our country.

“The global approach in the New York declaration is simply not compatible with US sovereignty.” President Trump himself characterised the plan as a blueprint for a world where there are “no borders, everyone can come in.”

Central European conservative nation Hungary followed the U.S. months later, calling the compact a “threat to the world” when it withdrew its support. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban himself called the UN treaty “dangerous” and claimed it bore the hallmarks of looking like it was “copied from the Soros Plan… in spirit, it’s exactly the same.”

Hungary’s foreign minister Péter Szijjártó, meanwhile, said of the UN’s plan: “In its current form, the Global Compact for Migration is an African migration package, the beneficiary of which is Africa… The victim of which is Europe, and as result of which Europe’s population, if things remain unchanged, could change radically.”

Follow central European populist nation Poland is also expected to withdraw support for the plan, with interior minister Joachim Brudzinski saying in response to the migration compact that “we want Poles to be safe in their country.” The United Kingdom is still due to sign and support the plan when it is presented in Morocco in December, and goes before the UN General Assembly in 2019.

Nearly nine months after Politico first reported that interest payments stemming from nearly $70 billion in frozen assets formerly belonging to the regime of deceased Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi had been paid to opaque accounts belonging to the Libyan Investment Authority, UN investigators are finally looking into where the money went. But Brussels-based Euroclear, which had custody of four of the regime-linked accounts, chose not to halt the interest payments flowing out of those accounts. That's because in the EU, where national governments were charged with enforcing the sanctions, it was decided that only the assets themselves would be frozen, not the interest payments stemming from those assets.

Judicial Watch Lawsuit Seeks Records on Hillary Clinton’s Security Clearance

(Washington, DC) — Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. State Department requesting all records regarding the security clearance status of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and four of her top aides during her tenure at the State Department.

Clinton’s security clearance reportedly was withdrawn at her request on August 30 – which is nine days after Judicial Watch filed an August 21 FOIA request seeking information on the former Secretary of State’s security clearance status.

Judicial Watch filed its lawsuit (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (1:18-cv-02496)) in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia after the State Department failed to respond to the August 21 FOIA request seeking:

Any and all records concerning, regarding, or relating to the security clearance status of Clinton, Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, Jacob Sullivan and Phillipe Reines.

In a September 21 letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley, Acting Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs Charles S. Faulkner said that, at her request, Clinton’s security clearance was “administratively withdrawn” on August 30.

The letter added that, on September 20, security clearances were “administratively withdrawn” for Clinton aide Cheryl Mills and four other redacted names who “had been granted access to classified information through a request made by Secretary Clinton designating them as researchers.” The letter also suggests that Mrs. Clinton and her aides may have been cited for “valid security incidents.”

An October 12 news release from the Senate Judiciary Committee said that the news on Clinton’s security clearance was part of an update from the State Department of “its ongoing review of the mishandling of classified information related to the use of Clinton’s non-government email server…. Department authorities are continuing to review tens of thousands of documents for classified content.”

“The State Department needs to provide the full truth on the security clearances of Hillary Clinton and her top aides and why the agency allowed Mrs. Clinton to keep her clearance despite her mishandling of classified information and related false statements,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said.

Former TV CEO Says U.S. Should Ban ‘Straight White Males from Voting’

WASHINGTON – Steven Clifford, author and former CEO of the King Broadcasting Company and National Mobile Television, told PJM that the federal government should “prohibit straight white males from voting” in U.S. elections as a way to “save” democracy.

“I think it’s the only hope for democracy in America and I will be leading a great movement to prohibit straight white males, who I believe supported Donald Trump by about 85 percent, from exercising the franchise and I think that will save our democracy,” Clifford said during an interview after speaking at the forum “Destroying the Myths of Market Fundamentalism,” which was organized by the Center for Study of Responsive Law – a group former independent presidential candidate Ralph Nader founded in 1968.

Clifford, author of the book CEO Pay Machine: How it Trashes America and How to Stop it, urged Democrats to explain their policy proposals to voters rather than focus on the reasons they oppose President Trump.

“I’m not a campaign consultant and I think they have to get off the fact that Donald Trump is Donald Trump. Every voter knows that Donald Trump is Donald Trump. Hillary Clinton spent $450 million to say every day that Donald Trump is Donald Trump,” Clifford said, referencing the 2016 presidential election campaign.

“I think they’ve got to tell the voters why they’re going to be better off with a Democratic House or a Democratic Senate rather than just say Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump every day… 'Anti' doesn’t get people out to vote enough,” he added. "It's got to help me."

During the forum, Ralph Nader suggested that public schools teach contract law and tort law to students, given the rising rate of Internet use among young people.

“Young people have to sign these agreements, fine-print agreements, or click on to Facebook and so on, Instagram. It’s not like it’s foreign to their experience, and we don’t teach it so I think we’ve got to make lawlessness a political issue – an election-year issue because in a state of lawlessness, the people who have the most money and the corporations with the most raw power are going to run the country into the ground as they already are,” Nader said.

“Half the country’s population is poor,” he added. “Forget all the other statistics, half of the county’s families are told to make it under $50,000 per year gross for a family of four – that’s before deductions – two parents, two children, in the land of the free and the richest land in the world.”

DNA Evidence: Migrant Arrested After Sex Assaults on Women, Animals in City Already Rocked by Migrant Gang Rapes

German police in Freiburg, Baden-Württemberg, have arrested a migrant male after DNA evidence linked him to several sexual assaults and cases of animal welfare abuse committed over the course of two years.

The arrest in the south-western German city was triggered after officers conducted what a police press release praised as “meticulous” forensic work in matching DNA samples taken from several crime scenes. In the first of three sexual assaults linked to the arrest of the unnamed 28-year-old Eritrean migrant, a 30-year-old German woman was attacked in late May of 2018.

A second case took place in mid-June, when DNA evidence was again found at an attempted sexual assault on a 31-year-old woman in the city. The most recent incident came in July, when a 20-year-old woman was attacked in a house with “sexual intent.”

Yet the investigation took an unusual turn when the assaults were also linked to a farm attack near the town. The 2017 contravention of the Animal Welfare Act saw sheep and goats “sexually targeted,” with DNA evidence left behind by the suspected perpetrator which was subsequently matched by the police database to the Freiburg attacker.

Witness and victim statements helped identify a suspect, leading to the arrest on Friday of the Eritrean suspect who has now been placed in pre-trial detention, Germany’s Welt newspaper reports.

The German city of Freiburg was rocked by unrelated anti-migrant rape protests this Monday, after more arrests last Friday of a further eight men who stand accused of gang-raping a local woman. Seven of those arrested are Syrian citizens, and one has German citizenship.

Breitbart London reported on Saturday that German media had claimed to have identified the alleged ringleader as wanted Syrian criminal ‘Majd H’ who was pictured in his homeland wearing a camouflage combat pack and carrying a belt-fed machine gun.

The victim of the attack told police that she had her drink spiked in a nightclub, and traces of the drug were subsequently discovered by investigators. Some 15 men in total are believed to have then taken it in turns to rape the 18-year-old in a wooded area adjacent to the club over the course of four hours.

The mayor of Freiburg called for “peace” as 500 protestors organised by the anti-mass migration political party Alternative for Germany (AfD) marched against migrant sexual assault, and were opposed by around 1,500 pro-migrant counter-protestors who accused their opponents of exploiting the attack to build anti-migrant sentiment, Deutsche Welle reports.

DARPA Seeks FAA Approval For Military Drones Over American Cities By 2030 – At The Latest

Just a little over 10 years after drone surveillance inside U.S. borders was declared a conspiracy theory, it is now an indisputable fact of life. So, too, are military grade drones along the “border,” which in reality constitutes a 100-mile-wide swath that encircles the continental United States and 2/3 of its population.

According to a new report from Defense One, this level of access is still seen as a restriction by the DARPA-directed military apparatus. As new forms of autonomous aircraft take to the skies such as the latest Blackhawk helicopter drones that could be ready by 2019, DARPA and aircraft developers want permission to fly over large cities as needed. Utilizing a new artificial intelligence system that is literally called MATRIX, developers see an opportunity for more flexibility in potential use. Of course, surveillance isn’t mentioned among those uses:

And if that bet pays off, it will radically transform the way cities, citizens, and law enforcement interact.

As I recently reported, new A.I. algorithms are being devised that look for emotional indicators in an attempt to predict crime and social unrest. The “Eye in the Sky” system, developed by Cambridge University, seeks to use small Parrot drones to identify “violent poses” in crowds.
