Shadow boxes โ†’ This is GIMP's Shadow Box filter. You can adjust the size, opacity, diameter, then if it doesn't fit stretch it a bit (which I did). Yeah, i like the effect & use it a lot. Have a hotkey for it :-) I never learned Photoshop but GIMP is very sophisticated shareware on Linux. Free. Hard to learn. Really powerful.

I am using Shutter for screencaps. Really like it. Automatically puts them in a specified directory and you can edit them on the fly if you need to, and drag them into other apps. Easy. Powerful.

We now know that he met with POTUS in November at the Forbidden City. A deal was made and apparently he's holding up his end of the bargain. He also launched the non-nuclear missile at Hawaii which triggered the BDT. The whole time he continued to play the role of a dictator intent on developing a nuclear program, a missile system to launch the nukes, and the ability to basically hold the U.S. hostage.
