Epstein continuing illegal construction on Great St. James despite stop-work order, threat of fines

Multimillionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has been forging ahead with building activity on the island of Great St. James, flouting efforts by the V.I. government to force him to comply with the territory’s environmental protection laws.

Jean-Pierre Oriol, commissioner nominee for the V.I. Department of Planning and Natural Resources, said Tuesday that the department’s division of Coastal Zone Management issued Epstein a stop-work order on Dec. 21.

Despite that order, construction activity on the island has been ongoing and includes “an excessive amount of additional roadways that have been carved out on the island, there have been two jetties, fill material has been placed into the submerged lands, so there’s evidence of work going beyond what was initially applied for. The exact amount of things is still yet to be determined,” Oriol said.

Oriol said the department, which regulates building activity in environmentally sensitive areas and issues permits for planned construction, is limited in its ability to make Epstein stop violating the territory’s laws.

I was actually in the BVI in the middle of summer in 2010, and, saw 2 HUGE rod shaped ufos fly down past the horizon. In hindsight, could they have been going to the island? Yes, quite possibly.

I have been looking at the flight data from the Epstein flights 1997-2006 and what if we are looking at the data all wrong? Q says that the "flight logs reveal many hidden artifacts." I was looking at BC and there are times that he is round trip, but there are often times he is left in a location and not heard from again. Look at May 22, 2002 where they pick him up at the Navy base in Japan and leave him in Brunei after traveling from Hong Kong to Shenzhen to Singapore, to Bangkok to Brunei? What was BC doing in Japan and did he meet someone else in Brunei for a ride home? July 13, 2002 he is picked up by Epstein in Morocco then goes to Portugal/Azores and then JFK. I may dig into BC's schedule from that time period to see if he was on CF business or other or not. I also noted that he came into Columbus, Ohio a couple times but never was Leslie Wexner (or any of the Wexners) aboard his plane. Wondering more and more if the flights were never about the passengers but maybe about cargo.

These looks like flat-panel Microwave dishes, which are used in narrow band Communications links over short distances (30-50 miles). These are used for high speed internet where optical fiber is unavailable, and a cellular network/satellite is not available or unwanted.

You will notice they are both pointed in very specific directions. This is because Microwave Communications links work in a very tight radius. Imagine the dimensions of a normal drinking glass, where the 'signal' must be directed in this radius from the sending position to the receiver.

The struts on each are for reducing vibration in windy conditions, and for ensuring integrity of the band position over time. In simple terms, reliability of the internet connection.

Based on the positions, the perpendicular dish is likely getting a signal from either Great St James, or St Tomas. If its from Great St James, they may be routing the signal here then re-routing to Little St James. The other dish 45° to the front face of the building looks to be routing to another part of the island, or St John.

A group of anons has been searching for the meaning of those geometric shapes on the platform of Epstein island temple as well. We thought for a while it could have something to do with the moon phases and is linked to the moon labyrinth. But that didn’t match well.

A couple of days ago, there was an anon posting one picture in the general thread of a “Mosque Plaza” as he called it. Look carefully, it’s identical to what we have in Epstein island. He said he couldn’t remember the name of the place where he saw them.

Been looking for that mosque for 2 days now, couldn’t pin it. But did find a SIMILAR one in Aleppo, Syria called the Great mosque of Aleppo. It’s built during the Umayyad caliphate. I’ve been looking around at the architectural designs from that era and it’s the same style. I’ve also looked a bit into the Abbasid era (the one following the Umayyad), nothing there, it’s very different in architectural style. The Umayyad caliphate extended all over the Middle East, northern Africa and even went into Spain. So we’ve got a lot of geographical space to check and plenty of mosques. I’ve even checked out bath houses from the era and they are built in the same style of walls and floors. I don’t know if the “Mosque Plaza” picture that anons posted is a newly built Mosque imitating Umayyad style or it’s an old Mosque built during that time.

Nothing in symbolism really struck me as being important. We know these statues MUST have meaning. So I kept digging on these specific statues. These statues seem to be displayed in pairs.

I took the drone flyover video and downloaded it in 4k, created images from the aggregated video, then made some enhancements.

They're the type that I've always thought would've been used in both the 'Satan' temple and the eastern 'Lucifer' blue pavilion building.

Let us clarify the count of entrances and conclude that some of the squared structures are to be considered to serve a role of maintenance/ventilation equipment unless proven otherwise.

1) Entrance 1.jpg represents backdoors (notice the size which seems to be small enough but at the same time it looks prepared). Compare it to the box with doors on the background, which is in Entrance 2.jpg While the first set of doors looks more "solid" and plausible to be considered a proper reserve entrance/emergency exit, the second may just be a place where supplies or equipment is kept.

2) Entrance 3.jpg is down one of the roads, located on the southern side of the island (if north is geographical North; sounds retarded but hope you get the point). No proofs to if it is an actual entrance, but I cannot think of a reason why one would set up a roof/cover for something that is not one.

3) Entrance 4.jpg is right in front of the landfill. Dubious if it is not just a convenient place for sightseeing.

A correct and up to the point question would be, "Where is the main entrance?" The answer is that the temple with owls is the one! At least it seems so. First of all, there is a sign JE on the left wall, which would be reasonable for (((Jeffrey))) to have to symbolize the significance of the entrance.

Now recall that there is a) a system of tunnels underneath the island; b) (((Epstein)))'s "assistant manager" Ghislaine Maxwell has a submarine license and successfully once gave Stephen Hawking a ride (https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/science/stephen-hawking/11340494/Stephen-Hawking-pictured-on-Jeffrey-Epsteins-Island-of-Sin.html). I think that the starting point may not necessarily be the pier on the main (((Jeffrey)))'s island. It also has a pier and it also has a number of structures suitable for living and doing dirty kike things. Still, there should be enough depth around the main island's pier to let a submarine freely get lower hence making the pier suitable sending expeditions.

Now back to the maintenance/ventilation boxes.

Photos _0001_11, _0001_16, _0001_18, _0001_23, and _0001_24 show same green squared boxes with doors, but this time they do not seem to lead to any kind of tunnels. Instead, there are wires and cables going through the wall down to the ground. _0001_11.jpg in particular is full of pipes.

I saw one other anon made the connection that the statues that were on top of the temple aren't owls at all, but cockatiels. Epstein had them repainted and moved elsewhere on the island.

/8upl folder is more general and contains the central part of the island and everything that we have already seen in droneanon's videos. Notice _0061.jpg file which has another proof that green boxes may be connected with maintenance/ventilation than with anything else. Also, the antenna has already been described in either thread #9014 or #9008. Several are present on top of the temple entrance. They are used for communications and Internet connection in particular since fibre or any other type of wired cabling is not an option. Pics _0059 and __0060, I assume, are a local theatre or place for gatherings.

/517 folder is exclusively about the construction works in progress on the island on the north, its north-western part. At least one stone building is already up, what is being constructed remains unknown. It is written AB on one of the tanks with water/concrete/whatever is there. If someone can see what is written under AB, would be nice.

/629 (June 29?) folder is mainly about the pier side of the main island and a little bit about the temple. Stuff covered with cellophane(?) looks like carpets or palms.

/62819 (June 28?) folder covers the temple and other northern island's shore (notice white buildings and a small pier with no cover.

Little Saint James Sundial & Sacrificial Stone?

Yes, it does at first glance look like there’s something ‘funny’ with the huge horizontal sundials cast shadow and the shadows of the palms. However if you take a moment to think about it the palm trees are naturally vertical while the gnomon of the sundial is at an acute angle of close to 42 degrees, which is the latitude. It’s the dark line over the top of the stone while its cast shadow is the line to the right of it. In addition the gnomons vertical support strut casts a shadow that matches the palms shadows.

Why is the gnomon over the edge of the stone? So that even in summer when the sun reaches midday the shadow will always fall directly upon the flat stone beneath, and any sacrificial victim laid out upon it.

I expect Epstein had the sundial custom designed and calibrated for the location to be as accurate as possible.

Also the two boulders in the intersection appear to be the same type of rock as the sundial stone so possibly using local rock/stone and not a specially imported ancient sacrificial stone.

The second image has information on the magnetic variation/declination of the US Virgin Islands as it applies to the sundials orientation along with other general sundial information.

The third is a theory supplied by either another anon, either 4 or 8chan which makes very good sense. It’s that the sundial is on top of a buried water tank.

This would be perfect for supplying not only the buildings on the island with good water pressure but the underground facility as well.

If you look at the second image the magnetic declination (True North) at the location is -13.42deg from Magnetic North. Compare the angle of the sundials gnomon to its shadow and you’ll see around the same angle. The gnomon over the stone is angled the -13.42deg from the indicated Magnetic North. The sundial is laid out correctly.

Maybe there are online sundial programs like the astro programs which do actually give you the daylight hours (suns position) along with the stars from a specific location/time, but not the shadows as far as I know.

If, as it is believed, they worship the stars, sun and moon and perform child sacrifice then it really does explain the sundials size, the seating arrangements and of course, the stone.

Examples… I have none. Without knowing what specific dates are important to (them) how can I compare that date to say, flight logs? One can take a guess from the Satanic calendar I suppose, but that's not something I've done so far.

What's your hypothesis?

My chronology image shows that I noted when the Court first appears damaged is well after the Hurricane. I think it was disassembled and excavated. They may have dug something up from the ritual site, then left it in shambles for months before removing the rest of the clay materials and turning the soil.

The "Tent" and fake Tennis court hypothesis is a misreading of the satellite images. The center of the Tennis court used to be the Highest point on the island, maybe 30-40 feet higher than where it is now. The Google algorithms stitch the satellite images using older topography data. I believe the image of the Tennis court always appear distorted because the AI is trying to map the image without accounting for the new topography.

The shadows are relatively consistent with shadows of trees. The real give away of this being a photoshop composite job is the lack of transparency on especially the far side fence which is colored the same green as rhe court's surface instead of showing through the dirt.

Based on GE images, the "tennis court" underwent changes from 8/14/2009 and 2/13/2013. That's before the CCTV photo.

Not much changed between 2/13/2013 and 7/29/2013. The Satellite images available show a change from brownish to greenish but not much, if anything, in the way of structural changes. Some landscaping – additional of trees or foliage.

The fence appeared later. That may be of interest, or not, however it is irrelevant to the period of our focus regarding finding context for the July 2013 CCTV images. Perhaps relevance can be found? Would be interested.

Structural changes did occur on the Sundial between 8/14/2009 and 2/13/2013 by which time it was installed. During the interval between 2/13/2013 and 7/29/2013 the gnomon was altered.

She is a daughter of Syrian and the Umayyad architecture is all over the place there. Just check out the old Khans and the old baths houses. It’s even in Lebanon. You can see it in Mosques and every structure built during the Umayyad era. So it’s natural for her to be inspired by it. It’s not natural for the person who designed the temple at Epstein to be inspired by the Umayyad dynasty. She lives there and sees such stuff every day, for her, that design is Syrian. It’s all over the place there.

An Italian would be inspired to use older Italian architectural design to design new houses, right? Just like a Japanese modern architect would be inspired by ancient Japanese architecture when designing a new skyscraper. This is how each country influences their own designers, it’s perfectly normal. I strongly believe the person who designed the Epstein temple knows about what is hidden in the Umayyad square in Damascus, and to gain that knowledge he must be terribly high in the ranks.

I’ve tried to make sense of the SYMBOLS of the temple of Epstein island. Would this thread give me a chance to tell my take on it? Up until now, the only element that escaped me was the geometrical designs on the platform of the temple. Now that I know they are designs from the Umayyad era, it makes more sense to me; but I still got to figure out how they combined all the elements together because each is from a different culture and a different civilization; it’s totally nuts.

Oh and anon, does anyone have an idea what the “rock” is made of? The composition of the island rocks: are they hard to break, does it need heavy equipments to drill tunnels in them?

Has anyone been able to find the list of ownership for St. James Island(s)? I'm curious who has previously owned the islands and how much they were sold for… and if the the sale prices was vastly more or less than surrounding property.

I have a theory that perhaps there's more to the island… not just Epstein and his involvement / building.

Is it possible that Little Saint James is not unlike Oak Island in Nova Scotia… a small island that has had lots of excavation over its history which would make working underground considerably easier to fashion the rooms on multi-levels and run electric, water and HVAC without a whole lot of scrutiny?

Is there any history of piracy connected with these island? could there have been a long standing "vault" already dug there? Is it possible that "sacrifices" have been conducted on the island periodically over hundreds of years?
