As pb anon stated, CNBC journalist Kevin Krim, saw his two young children murdered within a few hours of breaking the story. Their “deranged” nanny was blamed. The murder was not covered by any television news shows, only print.

On the eve of the Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank, amid the unprecedented Coronavirus pandemic, the IMF, in partnership with the G20 and World Bank has released an aggressive plan to immediately address this unprecedented global crisis by canceling all debts they are owed by any country that faced a moderate or high risk of debt distress before the coronavirus crisis.

 

In a statement released today, the Executive Board of the Fund said that it feels “compelled” to use the Fund’s influence in this moment to ensure that vulnerable countries are free to direct all public revenues at their disposal to stop the spread of this disease and mitigate the financial crisis.

“As the world's leading finance institution,” the statement continues, “it is vital that we step in to guide the invisible hand of the global market in the right direction.” The Fund acknowledged previous policies that impacted the basic needs of billions of the world’s poor to the dictates of financial institutions’ austerity policies and that the unprecedented nature of the global pandemic demands a shift of The Fund’s policy priorities to stem massive economic repercussions.

“We are humbled by this economic crisis and the role that we have played in precipitating such a scenario. For years, the entire international financial system, created from our Bretton Woods charter, has set countries up for the adoption of free market ideals. By providing loans across the globe, we have helped countries spread their goods and in turn strengthen the bonds and livelihoods of everyday people,” according to the statement. “However, with more and more countries facing the challenge of a global pandemic, we’ve decided to throw our massive weight into this delicate job.”

We are moving forward with a new process that will immediately cancel the debt of the 27 countries facing debt distress. Additionally, all 76 of the World Bank's International Development Association (IDA) countries will receive full debt cancellation. All developing countries categorized either as Middle Income Countries or Low Income Countries who face high debt vulnerabilities will see a full cancellation of debt. In total, this new process will apply to 111 countries. These countries will receive full cancellation of all debts as they wrestle with the COVID-19 Pandemic.

This is horrible news! If the nations get their debts cancelled because of COVID, it provides them incentive to load up with debt again and have their scientists release even more illness instead of paying back the debt. Particularly countries that never really intend to pay back the debt anyway.

The Jews have figured out that if they petition the courts for ANYTHING, and it does not matter what it is, and they run un-opposed, the courts automatically grant it, legal or not. It's not supposed to work that way, but when the judge is a Jew and the petitioner is a Jew and there are enough people in the legislature that are Jews, they simply run the judgement through, legal or not and it then becomes law.

 

True The Vote stopped mail in voting in New Mexico by simply showing up to the court and stating it was not legal and there were no allowances in the state constitution for it. Once they fronted the faintest opposition to the ruse, the courts were forced to say no to mail in voting, even if they were compromised from top to bottom. California To Offer $500 ‘Stimulus Payments’ To Undocumented Immigrants

 

California Governor Gavin Newsom announced today the creation of a $125 million Disaster Relief Fund to assist undocumented immigrants in the state who are struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The fund will disburse a one-time payment of $500 per adult (capped at $1,000 per household) to approximately 150,000 undocumented adult Californians to help with specific needs related to the coronavirus outbreak.

 

In a press release, Newsom said, “California is the most diverse state in the nation. Our diversity makes us stronger and more resilient. Every Californian, including our undocumented neighbors and friends, should know that California is here to support them during this crisis. We are all in this together.”

 

The fund is critical for undocumented immigrants who qualify for neither $1,200 stimulus checks nor the expanded unemployment provisions that increase benefits by $600; both of which are part of the federal relief efforts passed under the CARES Act. Undocumented immigrants play a crucial role in California’s economy, making up 10% of the workforce and paying over $2 billion a year in state taxes.

 

Unlike federal stimulus checks, California’s payments won’t be capped by income and Newsom stated that “personal information will not be required to get those support.” Additionally, the state government won’t be the ones distributing the funds. Instead, it will rely on a regional network of nonprofits who have experience supporting the immigrant community.

 

The $125 million in funding will come via a combination of public funds and private partner contributions. California will allocate $75 million and philanthropies will donate the remaining $50 million. Charities, including Emerson Collective, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and the James Irvine Foundation, have already committed $5.5 million to seed the fund. Laurene Powell Jobs, Founder and President of Emerson Collective remarked, “during this moment of national crisis, undocumented immigrants are risking their own health on behalf of the rest of us, saving lives as health care workers; caring for our loved ones; and growing much of the food we depend on. . . I hope that corporations, foundations and individuals across the country will join us in providing the emergency relief these members of our community need to weather this challenging time.”

Moon's Democrats win South Korea general election in landslide

 

SEOUL – South Korean President Moon Jae-in's ruling Democratic Party won Wednesday's general election, claiming the biggest majority in the National Assembly by any party since the country's transition to democracy in 1987.

 

The left-leaning DP and its satellite partner, the Together Citizens' Party, won 180 seats in the 300-member National Assembly. The main opposition, the conservative United Future Party, and its satellite Future Korea Party took 103 seats.

 

The landslide victory for Moon's party is a vindication of his government's response to the coronavirus outbreak. It also paves the way for him to push on with his agenda, which includes "inclusive" income redistribution policies, reform of the prosecution system, and the Korean Peninsula peace process.

US Federal Judge Invalidates Keystone XL Pipeline Permit

 

A federal judge canceled a US Army Corps of Engineers permit related to the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline due to environmental compliance infractions, a court filing revealed.

 

"The Corps is enjoined from authoring any dredge or fill activities under Nationwide Permit 12 pending completion of the consultation process and compliance with all environmental statutes and regulations", Chief District Judge Brian Morris said in the document on Wednesday.

 

The plaintiff in the case, the Natural Resources Defence Council (NRDC), in a statement after the decision said the invalidation of the permit blocks the Corps from using a fast-tracked approval process for building any pipelines in the US - including Keystone XL.

 

The ruling could block construction "through hundreds of water crossings along the Keystone XL pipeline route", the NRDC said.

 

Keystone is an oil pipeline system that moves Alberta crude oil from the Canadian town of Hardisty to refineries and tank farms in the US states of Illinois, Oklahoma, and Texas. The first three phases of the system are currently operational, however, the construction of the fourth phase, better known as Keystone XL, which is planned to transport oil to Nebraska, has caused a major uproar on both sides of the border.

 

The proposed section of the pipeline is planned to originate in Hardisty, pass through Baker, Montana where US-produced oil from the Bakken Formation would be added to it, and eventually terminate in Steele City, Nebraska from where it would be redistributed to other refineries and tank farms.

Ron Paul: People "Should Be Leery About" A COVID-19 Vaccine

 

Ron Paul, in a Monday interview with host Dan Dicks at Press for Truth, warns that people “should be leery about” coronavirus vaccines that may come out. Further, says Paul, a doctor and former United States House of Representatives member, “right now I wouldn’t think there is any indication for anybody to take them,” noting that “scare tactics” are being used to pressure people into thinking they should take such potential vaccines to protect against coronavirus.

 

Paul supports this conclusion by stressing in the interview the potential danger of a vaccine as well as the overstated threat from coronavirus.

 

Regarding the potential danger from a coronavirus vaccine, Paul discusses at the beginning of the interview how, in 1976 in his first week as a House member, Paul was one of only two members, both doctors, who voted against legislation that helped rush through a vaccine in response to swine flu. Paul describes the results of the push for people to take the swine flu vaccine as follows:

 

They rushed the vaccine through. The vaccine was not properly made. It had nothing to do with the virus that was out there, so it saved nobody’s life from it. It caused a lot of harm. More people ended up dying from the inoculation than died from the flu that year. And that sort of was a lesson, like that’s a little bit too extreme. But, that’s about what happens when governments get involved and you do things for political reasons.

 

There was also, because a lot of people ended up getting the vaccine, I think there were like 50 people or more who got Guillain-Barré syndrome, which is temporary total paralysis and you can die from it but most of them did get better. But, it was a very, very serious complication of a viral injection, you know, a vaccine.

 

Paul also discusses in the interview the overstated danger from coronavirus that is being used to scare people to take actions including to potentially take a coronavirus vaccine.

 

Paul notes that many of the people whose deaths have been blamed on coronavirus are elderly people, including people living in nursing homes, who have multiple other diseases. Further, explains Paul, doctors have “been instructed by [the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] and other politicians that, when the doctors sign the death certificate, if [patients] have four different things but they happen to have a positive test for the virus that is to be put down as the major cause of death.”

 

“The numbers mean nothing,” concludes Paul regarding the daily tabulation of coronavirus deaths.

“This provides grants to our poorest and most vulnerable members to cover their IMF debt obligations for an initial phase over the next six months and will help them channel more of their scarce financial resources towards vital emergency medical and other relief efforts.

 

“The CCRT can currently provide about US$500 million in grant-based debt service relief, including the recent US$185 million pledge by the U.K. and US$100 million provided by Japan as immediately available resources. Bill Gates Tacitly Admits His Common Core Experiment Was A Failure Reminder, 2017

 

It looks like this is as close to an apology or admission of failure as we're going to get, folks. Sorry about that $4 trillion and mangled years of education for American K-12 kids and teachers.

 

Bill and Melinda Gates run the world’s richest nonprofit, with assets at $40 billion and annual giving around $4 billion. They have helped pioneer a mega-giving strategy called “advocacy philanthropy,” which aims to use private donations to shift how governments structure their activities and use taxpayer dollars.

 

Since 2009, the Gates Foundation’s primary U.S. activity has focused on establishing and implementing Common Core, a set of centrally mandated curriculum rules and tests for what children are to learn in each K-12 grade, with the results linked to school and teacher ratings and punitive measures for low performers. The Gates Foundation has spent more than $400 million itself and influenced $4 trillion in U.S. taxpayer funds towards this goal. Eight years later, however, Bill Gates is admitting failure on that project, and a “pivot” to another that is not likely to go any better.

 

“Based on everything we have learned in the past 17 years, we are evolving our education strategy,” Gates wrote on his blog as a preface to a speech he gave last week in Cleveland. He followed this by detailing how U.S. education has essentially made little improvement in the years since he and his foundation — working so closely with the Obama administration that federal officials regularly consulted foundation employees and waived ethics laws to hire several — began redirecting trillions of public dollars towards programs he now admits haven’t accomplished much.

 

“If there is one thing I have learned,” Gates says in concluding his speech, “it is that no matter how enthusiastic we might be about one approach or another, the decision to go from pilot to wide-scale usage is ultimately and always something that has to be decided by you and others the field.” If this statement encompasses his Common Core debacle, Gates could have at least the humility to recall that Common Core had no pilot before he took it national. There wasn’t even a draft available to the public before the Obama administration hooked states into contracts, many of which were ghostwritten with Gates funds, pledging they’d buy that pig in a poke.

 

But it looks like this is as close to an apology or admission of failure as we’re going to get, folks. Sorry about that $4 trillion and mangled years of education for American K-12 kids and teachers. Failing with your kids and money for eight years is slowly getting billionaire visionaries to “evolve” and pledge to respect the hoi polloi a little more, though, so be grateful.

 

Strategic Retreat, or Stealthy Persistence?

While Gates will continue to dump money into curricula and teacher training based on Common Core, “we will no longer invest directly in new initiatives based on teacher evaluations and ratings,” he said. This is the portion of the Common Core initiative around which bipartisan grassroots opposition coalesced, since unions oppose accountability for teachers and parents oppose terrible ideas thrust upon their kids without their input. Gates’ speech reinforces that Common Core supporters are scapegoating their initiative’s poor quality and transgression against the American right to self-government upon its links to using poorly constructed, experimental tests to rate teachers and schools.

 

Agreed, that’s a bad idea that failed miserably, both in PR and in teacher effectiveness terms, but it’s one bad bite out of a rotten apple. Looks like Gates is just going to bite again from another angle. It’s the old rationalization for communism: “Great idea, terrible implementation.” Yes, that sometimes happens, but what about considering whether the implementation trainwreck was caused by a bad idea?

 

In lieu of ramming his preferred, untested education theories through a mindhive of unelected bureaucrats elated to be showered with Gates money and attention, over the next five years the Gates Foundation will spend $1.7 billion on myriad smaller initiatives. “We anticipate that about 60 percent of this will eventually support the development of new curricula and networks of schools that work together to identify local problems and solutions,” Gates says.

 

This curricula, however, will be explicitly tied to Common Core and its cousin, the Next Generation Science Standards (which academic reviewers rate of even more obviously low quality). Similar experiments in New York and Louisiana, the latter of which Gates cites, have yielded uniformity but not uniformly good curricula or proven improvements for student achievement.

Three days after James Comey took over as head of the FBI, he visited Richmond to meet with federal agents, prosecutors and police in a town where he and his family spent many years.

 

“It is wonderful to be back here in this amazing community as I begin my 10-year term,” Comey said on Sept. 9, 2013, during his first visit to any of the more than 50 FBI field offices across the country.

 

Comey, 55, is no stranger to Richmond and, as seen Tuesday, he is no stranger to tough calls with serious political and legal ramifications.

 

At least two former area prosecutors who know him well believe his decision in the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails was reached for the right reasons.

 

In a live, nationally televised address, Comey strongly rebuked the “extremely careless” handling of classified material by Clinton and her former colleagues at the State Department — but he concluded that no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges and that the FBI would not recommend prosecution.

 

John C. Douglass, a professor at the University of Richmond School of Law and, like Comey, a former federal prosecutor in Richmond, knows the FBI chief and said he has a record of not bowing to pressure.

 

Douglass referred to the 2004 episode when Comey, then the second-ranking official in the Department of Justice, resisted White House pressure to resume a warrantless eavesdropping program.

 

“Jim Comey has the toughest job in Washington, D.C., and he’s the best person for it,” Douglass said. “You could tell from his announcement it’s been a thorough, painstaking inquiry by professionals, and he went through it in more detail than is typical because, as he said, it’s a case that warrants that kind of transparency.”

 

“He’s strong-willed and a man of tremendous integrity, and he’s also a person without a political connection that would suggest he had a bias,” Douglass said.

 

U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson, a former Arlington County commonwealth’s attorney and U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, said he believes Comey acted properly.

 

“There is a difference, obviously, in the amount of evidence that you need and the criteria for indictment than what a prosecutor would look to see whether or not a conviction is possible,” Hudson said in an interview.

 

“I think that Jim Comey — who I’ve got a great deal of confidence in — determined that based upon his evaluation of the evidence after years of serving as a federal prosecutor, determined that it was extremely unlikely that any jury would convict her based upon the evidence that he had before him,” Hudson said.

 

Comey is a native of Yonkers, N.Y. His grandfather was a police officer who later became police commissioner.

 

He grew up and attended public schools in Allendale, N.J., and went on to graduate from the College of William & Mary, where he met his future wife, Patrice.

 

After he graduated from law school at the University of Chicago, he clerked for a federal judge in Manhattan.

 

In 1987, he became an assistant U.S. attorney in Manhattan, in an office then headed by Rudy Giuliani and where his caseload ranged from the routine to trials involving major Mafia figures.

In Brennan's Private Sector Stint, a Chinese Connection

 

When Brennan went to work for a private intelligence contractor called The Analysis Corporation, he entered a murky milieu of transnational private spy firms with taxpayer-fueled profits.

 

In that world, Brennan was forced to deal with a situation he would never have faced in his earlier days at the CIA: Brennan's corporate parent was looking for lucrative contracts from Chinese state-owned companies at the same time Brennan's unit worked on sensitive US intelligence issues in Washington.

 

Brennan wound up as an employee inside a multi-layered company with offices in Baghdad, where it sought sensitive security business from the Iraqi government; suburban Virginia, where it sought sensitive intelligence business from the US government: and Beijing, where it sought sensitive security business from the Chinese that involved providing physical security and gathering information about potential security threats for Chinese business interests in Iraq.

 

In 2005, between stints as a high-ranking CIA officer and one of the Obama Administration's top homeland security and counterterrorism experts, Brennan went to work for the little-known Virginia government contracting firm known as The Analysis Corporation. In a convoluted corporate structure, that company was already owned by another entity, and, in 2007, would be snapped up by yet a third firm. During that time, Brennan became an employee in a subsidiary of a London-based security firm controlled by a holding company based in Luxembourg.

 

The Analysis Corporation was founded in 1990 and quickly grew into an intelligence contracting powerhouse. Brennan joined the firm as president and CEO in late 2005, moving into a bland suburban office park in McLean, VA just down the road from CIA headquarters.

 

People familiar with the firm say The Analysis Corporation was highly regarded for its abilities to sift through massive computer databases for information. Contracting documents show the firm worked for the State Department, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the FBI and others. But specific details of that work are hard to come by.

The Comeys moved to Richmond in 1993. Comey told the Richmond Times-Dispatch in 2001 that he initially looked into serving as an assistant U.S. attorney again, but a federal hiring freeze was in place.

 

Instead, he went into private practice with the McGuireWoods law firm and taught at the University of Richmond School of Law.

 

In 1995, he and his wife suffered a personal tragedy when their 9-day-old son, Collin, died from a Group B strep infection. Patrice Comey later wrote about their child’s death and lobbied in support of screening for the bacteria during pregnancy.

“I came to the view that in a way it might be more challenging and more rewarding to be in a U.S. attorney’s office the (smaller) size of Richmond’s, that maybe the feds could have an impact in Richmond that was disproportionate to their numbers,” he said in 2002.

 

He was the lead federal prosecutor in the Richmond division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia from 1996 to 2001 and helped develop Project Exile. The initiative was credited with helping to reduce gun violence in the Richmond area by winning tougher sentences for armed felons.

 

He took over as U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York in 2002, handling terrorism, organized and corporate crime, and drug cases. In 2003, Comey went to Washington to serve as deputy attorney general during President George W. Bush’s administration and stayed until August 2005.

 

In 2004, Comey refused to reauthorize a warrantless eavesdropping program after being pressured by White House officials.

 

Then-Attorney General John Ashcroft was in the hospital, and Bush’s White House advisers were attempting to persuade him to reauthorize the program.

 

Comey and then-FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III went to Ashcroft’s hospital room to intercept the White House aides seeking the attorney general’s approval. Ashcroft said he had concerns about the legality of the plan and deferred the decision to Comey, who refused the request.

 

When testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2007, Comey called the experience “the most difficult time in my professional life,” according to The Associated Press.

 

The program was revised after Comey, Mueller and other top Justice Department officials threatened to resign if it was reauthorized without their blessing.

 

Comey left government work in 2005. In 2013, he was approached and then agreed to succeed Mueller.

 

In June 2013, President Barack Obama cited Comey’s “fierce independence and deep integrity” when nominating him for the director’s job to follow Mueller.g

Top Medical Lawyer Forcibly Committed To Psychiatric Hospital For Criticizing Coronavirus Lockdown Law

 

A leading medical lawyer who criticized the coronavirus lockdown law in Germany was arrested and forcibly taken to a psychiatric ward, where she says she was violently abused by authorities.

 

Beate Bahner, who has won three cases in the Federal Constitutional Court and written five books on German medical law, published a press release on April 3rd decrying the German lockdown laws as “flagrantly unconstitutional, infringing to an unprecedented extent many of the fundamental rights of citizens.”

 

“These measures are not justified by the Infection Prevention Act, hurriedly amended just a few days ago,” she asserted. “Long-term restrictions on leaving home and meeting others, based on high-death-rate modelled scenarios, which fail to take account of actual critical expert opinions, and the complete shutdown of businesses and shops with no proof that they pose any risk of infection, are thoroughly unlawful.”

 

Summit report: Bahner called for a nationwide protest on Easter Sunday to “end the tyranny at once,” before Heidelberg Police announced that they would seek to prosecute her for inciting Germans to break the law.

 

On April 13th, Bahner called her sister from Heidelberg’s Klinik fur Allgemeine Psychiatrie describing what happened to her.

 

After claiming she was “suspiciously” followed by a car, Bahner says she asked another motorist to call the police only for the police to show up, handcuff her and push her to the ground “with massive force.”

 

After being driven to the psychiatric facility, Bahner says she was treated like a terrorist.

 

“I asked to be allowed to sit down and was shown to a bench. Then I asked to have the handcuffs taken off, since it was actually I who had requested police protection,” she recounted.

Eshkol, caught off guard by the tone of the telegram, took seven weeks to assent, and the twice-yearly inspections continued until 1969 when President Richard Nixon ended them.

 

Also revealed in the trove of documents the NSA posted is the origin of Israel’s oft-repeated credo that it would not be the first to introduce nuclear weapons — a deliberately ambiguous statement that left Israel room to develop the weapons, but not arm them.

 

Shimon Peres, then the deputy defense minister who later would lead the country as prime minister for two stints and then become president, improvised the statement when he was surprised by Kennedy during a meeting Peres had scheduled with Kennedy’s adviser, Myer Feldman, who also functioned as the administration’s liaison to Israel and the U.S. Jewish community. Unbeknownst to Peres, Kennedy and Feldman had planned the “surprise” encounter.

 

According to a Hebrew-language Foreign Ministry of Israel account of the April 2 meeting, Kennedy asked Peres into the Oval Office for 30 minutes and questioned him on Israel’s nuclear capacity.

 

“You know that we follow very closely the discovery of any nuclear development in the region,” Kennedy said. “This could create a very dangerous situation. For this reason, we monitor your nuclear effort. What could you tell me about this?”

 

Peres improvised, “I can tell you most clearly that we will not introduce nuclear weapons to the region, and certainly we will not be the first.”

Then there are the hard ones. The questions where anons put the shoe on the other foot/turn the tables on the statements made. Now, keep in mind that 99% of those are shills swipes with no "sting", meaning, they simply didn't read other drops where it was addressed. Other questions, however, are very valid, and some get extremely frustrated with the lack of response.

 

Q monitors this place like a hawk. This Q project, albeit a significant portion of the overall plan of plans, has its own script, too. I'm actually surprised to see more anons haven't suggested this. What I mean, is, Q probably has the next 10, 20, 50, or 100 or so responses planned out (with some fluff posting built in for effect). This would make the most sense. Q can't go off script, either. If they did, it would introduce unneeded unpredictability for the overall timeline.

 

IMAO, I think PM is a gateway type. He's had lots of contributions, and is relatively harmless; if you consider charging 500 bucks to say a prayer harmless. Honestly, I think it'd be neat to get that 500 session just to drill him on some stuff, and see how he reacts, 1v1.

 

Surprised no one's thought of doing that, either.
