Since Trump signed the $2.2 trillion "CARES Act" into law, millions of Americans - especially the roughly 1 in 10 who have lost their jobs during the fallout of the coronavirus outbreak - have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of their stimulus payments. While the first round of checks was direct-deposited into Americans' bank accounts over the weekend, the rest of the money will be sent out - either digitally or via paper check - in the coming weeks.

People with children are eligible for an additional $500 per child under the age of 17. The payments aren't subject to taxes and won't impact peoples' tax returns for 2020.

 

Taxpayers who filed as "head of household" in the past will receive the full $1,200 if their income is less than $112,500. Payments will go out to heads of household whose income is as much as $136,500, with people earning less as their income moves closer to the cap.

And if I worked in the wireless industry, I would monitor very carefully how elected officials and communities positioned themselves regarding the wireless health and safety issue. If I had access to every phone call and text that a person ever made, it seems like that would be a pretty powerful tool to rein people in. I would war-game any critics.

What has not captured the attention of the public is those who are staying home and being pummeled by a multitude of wireless signals from neighbors, churches, businesses, and possibly satellites, without relief.

 

The coronavirus has propelled the concept of immunity into the public discourse, with stores setting aside special shopping hours. Society is recognizing that some individuals do not have a strong immune system; but the other side of the coin is that the pandemic seems to be demonstrating that some individuals have an over-active immune system.

 

A society that is very future oriented, very competitive, very fast moving, and consuming stimulants like coffee and energy drinks is not as attuned to states of overcharge, and the health effects, as a culture that is more contemplative and attuned to nature and rhythms of expansion and contraction. For example, will there be spikes in deaths around the dates of the full and new moons, due to their health effects, ignored in the for-profit medical model?

 

If I were involved with the wireless industry or the banking industry or the pharmaceutical industry, I would make sure that every reported outcome of the pandemic supports my industry, with all the data at my disposal.

UK: Hospital Beds Four Times Emptier Than Usual

 

Despite the coronavirus outbreak, NHS hospital beds in the UK are four times emptier than normal and a newly built hospital in the north-east of England may now never be used.

 

“Tens of thousands of NHS hospital beds remain unoccupied amid the coronavirus crisis — about four times the normal number — due to huge ongoing efforts to free up space, and a slowdown in admissions from other causes,” reports HSJ.

 

“Figures from the national NHS operational dashboard, seen by HSJ, show that 40.9 per cent of NHS general acute beds were unoccupied as of the weekend — 37,500 of the total 91,600 relevant beds recorded in the data. That is 4,500 more than the 33,000 the NHS said had been freed up on 27 March, and nearly four times the normal amount of free acute beds at this time of year.”

 

One of the reasons for the empty hospital beds is that people who would normally go to hospital for treatment are avoiding doing so because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Experts have warned that this could cause more serious illnesses and deaths in the long term.

 

Another reason is that a lot of patients were discharged last month early in preparation for the coronavirus surge.

 

Meanwhile, NHS bosses have said that a new Nightingale Hospital built in Tyne and Wear to deal with extra coronavirus patients may now never be needed.

 

“I don’t think we will need to open,” said Martin Wilson, chief operating officer for Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

 

The empty hospital beds will prompt questions as to when the lockdown in the UK will end given that one of the core reasons for imposing it in the first place was to buy time in order to prevent the NHS becoming overwhelmed with patients.

Calif. Governor Announces $125M COVID-19 Relief For Illegal Immigrants

 

SACRAMENTO – (PRESS RELEASE) — Governor Gavin Newsom today announced new initiatives to support the millions of California workers who have lost jobs or wages as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

At the Governor’s direction, the Employment Development Department (EDD) will launch a new call center on Monday that will operate 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Unemployment Insurance Branch will be upstaffed with 1,340 employees, including 740 EDD employees and 600 employees from across state government. The Governor also directs EDD to expedite access to the Work Share program to avert layoffs.

 

The EDD will also stand up a one-stop shop for individuals applying for unemployment insurance and the new federal Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program starting April 28. The PUA will provide federally funded benefits distinct from UI program for certain individuals out of work or partially unemployed due to COVID-19. This includes the self-employed, ​individuals who may be employees but who lack sufficient work history and independent contractors. Federal guidelines include gig workers and California’s gig workers will continue to be protected by our strong laws against misclassification in the administration of PUA. PUA benefits will be issued within 24-48 hours – not the traditional 21 days ​for regular UI claims.

 

“Many Californians are one paycheck away from losing their homes or from being able to put food on their tables, and COVID-19 has only made these challenges worse,” said Governor Newsom. “California is focused on getting relief dollars and unemployment assistance in the hands of those who need it as quickly as possible.”

 

The Governor also announced an unprecedented $125 million in disaster relief assistance for working Californians. This first in the nation, statewide public-private partnership will provide financial support to undocumented immigrants impacted by COVID-19. California will provide $75 million in disaster relief assistance and philanthropic partners have committed to raising an additional $50 million.

 

“California is the most diverse state in the nation. Our diversity makes us stronger and more resilient. Every Californian, including our undocumented neighbors and friends, should know that California is here to support them during this crisis. We are all in this together,” said Governor Newsom.

 

California’s $75 million Disaster Relief Fund will support undocumented Californians impacted by COVID-19 who are ineligible for unemployment insurance benefits and disaster relief, including the CARES Act, due to their immigration status. Approximately 150,000 undocumented adult Californians will receive a one-time cash benefit of $500 per adult with a cap of $1,000 per household to deal with the specific needs arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. Individuals can apply for support beginning next month.

 

The state’s Disaster Relief Fund will be dispersed through a community-based model of regional nonprofits with expertise and experience serving undocumented communities.

 

In addition to the $75 million in state funding, Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrants and Refugees (GCIR), a network of foundations focused on immigration issues, has committed to raising $50 million to support direct financial assistance to families of undocumented immigrants through the California Immigrant Resilience Fund, with initial lead investments of $5.5 million from Emerson Collective, Blue Shield of California Foundation, The California Endowment, The James Irvine Foundation, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and an anonymous donor, among others.

The FBI and the Carlsbad (California) Police Department are asking for the public’s help in identifying potential victims—including individuals younger than 18 years of age—who were sexually assaulted and/or given or administered narcotics by Michael Frederick Fangman.

 

Michael Frederick Fangman—also known as Michael Fangman—age 47, has allegedly been engaging in these criminal acts since 2009 and continuing through his arrest date in Carlsbad, California, on June 7, 2019. Law enforcement believes there are victims from multiple cities across the United States.

 

At the time of his arrest by the Carlsbad Police Department, Fangman was living in Southern California. He currently faces 28 felony charges filed by state prosecutors in San Diego County related to that arrest, including child sexual assault and furnishing a controlled substance to a minor. The alleged victims ages range from 16-22. Fangman remains in custody in San Diego, California.

 

FBI San Diego has been working with local law enforcement in Carlsbad and elsewhere to coordinate the law enforcement effort to identify potential victims in this case. As a result, the FBI has created a central electronic system to collect information in an effort to identify all potential victims in order to fully investigate this case.

The move was made amid a whisper campaign, started in January, that identified Coates as “Anonymous,” the person who wrote the Times Op-Ed and a subsequent book, “A Warning,” claiming to be part of a cabal of “fellow Republicans" resisting Trump and his policies from inside the administration.

 

The Washington press corps has for the most part been uninterested in learning the author’s identity. Deepening suspicions, both Anonymous and Coates boast of being “students of history,” and tend to cite the same historical periods. With a Ph.D.in art history, Coates has written extensively about the rise and fall of Athens. She did so in her book “David’s Sling: A History of Democracy in Ten Works of Art,” and a 2012 column for the conservative blog RedState.com about how the U.S. has “claimed classical Athens as an ideological ancestor."

Andrew Cuomo Now Giving Away Ventilators

 

 

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) said on Wednesday at a press conference that he would start giving away ventilators to other states during the coronavirus crisis.

 

“We’ve stabilized our healthcare situation. New York had one of the earlier curves. There are other places in this country that are now seeing increases in the death rate,” Cuomo said, explaining why he was ready to donate ventilators.

 

Cuomo announced he would send 100 ventilators to Michigan and 50 ventilators to Maryland.

 

Cuomo spent weeks spreading the alarm that there might not be enough ventilators for New York, demanding that the federal government provide him 30,000 to 40,000 ventilators for his stockpile.

 

“You pick the 26,000 people who are going to die,” Cuomo said in a press conference in March, in a strong message to President Donald Trump and the federal government.

 

Trump was widely criticized for challenging the numbers in March, asserting in an interview that Cuomo probably did not need that many ventilators.

 

“I have a feeling that a lot of the numbers that are being said in some areas are just bigger than they’re going to be,” he said in an interview with Sean Hannity. “I don’t believe you need 40,000 or 30,000 ventilators.”

 

Recent Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) models showed that New York would need less than 6,000 ventilators even at the peak of the coronavirus infection. The net change in intubations in New York is now falling at a steady rate.

 

The federal government sent 4,000 ventilators to New York, but Cuomo still acquired another 1,000 ventilators from China and even deployed the National Guard to seize and redistribute ventilators in his state.

The head of the Centers for Disease Control is warning the United States should expect to see a revitalization in the coronavirus pandemic as the weather gets colder toward the end of the year. The Illegal United States and Allied Invasion of Iraq & Syria Reaches Crisis Point

 

The onset of the coronavirus has had a number of consequences in the health and livelihoods of millions of people. There has however, been another consequence that is little remarked upon, and that is the almost total disappearance from the news cycle of the ongoing wars in Syria and Iraq.

 

The western media have long ignored their presumed obligation to report fairly and accurately on matters of significant importance. This is nowhere more obvious than in the ongoing Middle East conflicts.

 

In 2003, fresh from the illegal invasion of Afghanistan in October 2001 (now a war in its 20th year and still the subject of sustained misinformation and outright lying) the United States and its allies manufactured a crisis regarding Iraq. This time it was Saddam Hussein’s “weapons of mass destruction” that allegedly threatened the lives and safety of all of the democracy loving west.

 

Iraq was invaded by the United States, supported inter alia, by its loyal Australian acolyte who has never seen an example of United States aggression, invasions and sanctions since 1945 of which it disapproved.

 

Iraq of course had no “weapons of mass destruction”. That should have been the occasion for heartfelt apologies, reparation for the death and destruction caused, and a rapid withdrawal. In a different world perhaps.

 

Five years ago the United States and its allies decided that President Assad of Syria’s time was up and yet another invasion of a sovereign nation was undertaken. This time the pretext was varied. Assad had “lost control of his country”, was “incapable of defeating the terrorists” ravaging his country, and “killing his own citizens”.

 

The pretext here was a little known and highly dubious legal concept of “right to protect”. It was to be invoked, solely by western nations, to protect the citizens of countries where their own governments were allegedly incapable of doing so.

 

That the terrorists concerned were armed and financed by the same western powers (together with their hangers on like Saudi Arabia and Israel) was not to be mentioned in polite company. Five years later the Syrian terrorists are on the verge of defeat, thanks in no small part to the intervention of Syria’s real friends, Russia, Iran and Hezbollah from the Lebanon.

 

The Americans initially set up a number of military bases in Syria (as they had done in Iraq) and militarily opposed any attempts by the legitimate Syrian government to exercise any form of control over these bases. Such was the utter contempt shown by the western forces under United States control for Syria’s sovereignty they did not even bother to try and justify their intervention in legal terms. Such a justification would in any case have no foundation in law.

 

Also of significance was the fact that one of the areas of Syria that the United States forces controlled was Syria’s oil producing region. United States actions went beyond mere control and exclusion of the rightful sovereign government. They produced oil from those oilfields and exported it, retaining the income thereby produced.

 

There could be few examples of more blatant and illegal theft of a country’s resources. If there is one good thing to emerge from this fiasco it is that we are no longer inflicted with the claim that this is all done in the name of a “duty to protect”.

 

In fact, as far as the Australian parliament and the Australian media are concerned, it is difficult to detect anything at all. That country’s ongoing involvement in three wars, the longest now approaching two decades in total, rarely rates a mention in the national parliament. As for debate? It is now 10 years since Australia’s involvement in the Afghanistan war was last the subject of a Parliamentary debate. The Labor Opposition initially objected to the country’s involvement in the Iraq invasion and occupation but in their six years of government between 2008 and 2014 did absolutely nothing to withdraw Australian troops from that country.

 

As for Syria, it remains the great unmentionable. Were the Australian parliament to actually manifest some degree of principle and integrity and withdraw their troops from United States initiated wars, who knows what terrible retribution might follow. The memory of Prime Minister Whitlam’s’ fate in 1975 when he planned to close the United States spy base at Pine Gap in the Northern Territory still holds successive Australian governments in thrall.

Insane video captures massive paper mill explosion in Maine

A paper mill exploded in Maine on Wednesday – causing ash and debris to rain down, dramatic video shows.

 

The explosion occurred at the Androscoggin Mill in the town of Jay, Maine at around noon, police said.

 

The owners of the mill told Maine State Police that, miraculously, there were no injuries or deaths and that all employees were accounted for, WGME reported.

 

Video posted to social media shows the moments following the initial blast — with enormous plumes of black smoke filling the sky.

 

“F—king mill just blew up! Holy f—k,” a man can be heard saying in the clip.

 

Authorities were responding to the scene. The cause of the blast was not immediately known.

 

Local resident Rebecca Burhoe said she was driving home on Route 140 across from the mill when she heard the blast.

 

“Out of the corner of my eye I just saw this big, huge plume of smoke,” Burhoe told the Bangor Daily News, adding that her husband, a truck driver who was hauling a load of wood, had been on his way to the mill when the explosion happened.

 

The mill, which employs about 500 people, was once owned by the Ohio-based Verso Corp. and was previously sold to Pixelle Specialty Solutions LLC, a paper manufacturer based in Pennsylvania, reports said.

 

Maine Gov. Janet Mills issued a statement urging residents to stay away.

 

“I urge Maine people to stay far away from the scene, to stay safe and to allow first responders to work as quickly as they can,” Mills said.

 

The explosion occurred amid the global coronavirus pandemic.

 

The state has more than 700 confirmed coronavirus cases and more than 20 deaths as a result of the contagion.

IRS during hussein was trying to get me on a return that I had filed and they kept saying they didn't have it. Really weird things happened, so I thought it was a scam. We started getting audited and harassed by the IRS, California where my spouse anon was stationed on active duty orders, and Virginia where we owned our home, all simultaneously.

We were told if you are owed a refund, you aren't obligated to file a return. You are only obligated if you owe them money.

Fuckers at the IRS filed a "return on our behalf" not allowing any deductions, generating an amount owing to the IRS of $12,000 to force us to file returns.

The IRS is evil, and a weapon of the deep state to bludgeon normies.

Income taxes are simply a method of crowd control. There are other more appropriate ways to finance "necessary" services.

It's long overdue to end income taxes AND the IRS collection/information arm for normies.

Let the IRS collect corporate taxes and tariffs.

Get their hands out of the pockets and lives of the normies.
