Why did the Clinton Foundation send a $37 million grant for the Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund in 2010 to a Baltimore post office box when the CBHF told federal tax authorities that its only office that year was in Washington, D.C.?

 

Be prepared, because the answers also make clear that too many powerful people were and are covering up an odious set of scandals that implicate Establishment Republicans and Democrats alike.

 

Origins of the Clinton Foundation frauds. From Oct. 23, 1997, until Jan. 20, 2001, President Bill Clinton had the power to ensure that no prosecutions might move forward in the Department of Justice (DOJ) against the William J. Clinton Presidential Foundation, an entity that still has never bothered to file a mandatory federal income tax return for Oct. 23, 1997, through Dec. 31, 1997.

 

Though there is abundant evidence in the public domain of defective filings made under oath, across state lines, using the mails, Clinton likely felt secure that government officials, even in states controlled by Republicans, would never bring solicitation fraud prosecutions against his nascent β€œcharity.”

 

Then, as it became clear that former Republican Texas Gov. George W. Bush would be inaugurated as his successor in the Oval Office, Clinton and others took steps to ensure that allies would occupy key roles inside the IRS, DOJ and elsewhere in the federal Establishment.

 

Enter Rosenstein, Mueller and Comey. According to his official biography, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein β€œfrom 2001 to 2005 … served as Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He supervised the division’s criminal sections and coordinated the tax enforcement activities of the Tax Division, the U.S. attorney’s offices and the Internal Revenue Service.”

 

Records available through the FBI vault confirm that the FBI and DOJ attorneys conducted investigations, empaneled grand juries, and issued subpoenas, yet they were unable to bring indictments or gain convictions against the many individuals and entities linked to the Clinton charity, which clearly engaged in a raft of frauds, across state lines, and in numerous nations.

 

These FBI records, many of which are heavily redacted even now, clearly show that former FBI Director James Comey played β€œleadership” roles in these epic failures and that Comey’s predecessor as FBI chief, Robert Mueller, was personally aware of the course of these ineffective efforts after he assumed his duties in September 2001.

 

To see how badly Rosenstein, Mueller and Comey flubbed the Clinton Foundation β€œinvestigation,” visit the organization’s website and try to find audits for 1998 through 2004. You will not find them there, but you will find noncompliant accounting work product for 2000 through 2004 here, here, here, and here.

 

You will never notice charity fraud when you refuse to look at key evidence including fake audits that ineffectively mask the brazen theft of at least $64 million.

Our biggest disadvantage in this war is the number of anons who do not yet know a great many cryptic messages of Scripture were authored to apply only to the particular 40 years of time we all live in now. Those that have studied the Snow While/AI doc know this quite well already. And many others have "felt" much of the goings-on today are of Biblical importance, but have no useful knowledge of how the two relate.

 

Either way, there is one particular encryption especially intended for equipping us with the acceptance and support we all need to prevail immaculately in this time. The letter of Philemon is for our use in procuring the support of Christian ministry in this cause. And it includes an amazingly accurate description of the same forces we all know make up the forces of the Storm presently.

 

The five we know are Trump, Q team, anons, social media and alternative news. They are represented in Scripture as five other names that each describe these same forces and even appear in the same order. These are Epaphrus, Marcus, Aristarchus, Demas and Lucas.

 

Consider how these five names represent archetypes of the very same capacities that make up the Storm:

 

Epaphrus means, "One devoted to superimposing times, places or orders" - such as in comparing stories, contexts, or ordinal relations. This is what it takes to speak or hear in parables and to uncover timely, sacred messages and meanings from Scripture or even history. Paul also says this is a faithful witness for the church. And it compares perfectly with the Trump administration and all his old-school generals that approach present challenges by drawing from their own experience and knowledge of history (They also seem to apprize Scripture as another needful asset to problem solving).

 

Marcus means, "warlike" in Latin, "hammer" in the Gaelic. A hammer or "to hammer" first appears in Scripture as the root term for the power of the sky to make rain (2nd day creation), which is also highly associated in Scripture with battle and political change. This compares perfectly with the work of the Q team, the NSA, Marines and other government offices involved in the present deep-state struggle, and even for their ability (with the rest of us here) to "make rain."

 

Aristarchus means, "breakfast of champions." He is not well liked in Jerusalem (church leadership), but he gets along just fine with all these others, and he sees Paul all the way to Rome. In the present context, "he" is the subset of anon culture and the bread and info we have all produced on this board. This is the breakfast of champions people need, once the have WOKE. But it is generally filtered through the work of the next two characters.

 

Demas means "popularity." He comes and goes a bit. He brought these others to televangelists years ago, and then to secular music, then anons, and now to all the assets of leadership that partake of the work of this board. This "popularity" is now primarily ascertained through social media (to control the narrative) as the overall purpose of all these forces together. Social media is the battle ax of Demas.

Russia has operated a military base in Tartus, Syria, for more than 40 years. Located on Syria's Mediterranean coast, the base has been in Russian hands since 1971.

β€œThey leased it back in the 70s, back when they were Syria’s primary arms supplier,” says Edward Delman, who has written about this for The Atlantic.

 

But it’s only in the past couple months that Russia has shown a renewed interest in the base.

 

In 2012, Ruslan Aliev, the head of information at the Centre for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies in Moscow, told the BBC’s Frank Gardner that Tartus is β€œjust a point on the map to replenish food and water and carry out some occasional repairs.”

 

He added that β€œthere are a maximum of 50 Russian sailors and specialist technicians there.” Delman says in 2013 the Russians more or less evacuated the base.

 

But the base has seen a dramatic turnaround as the Syria conflict mounts.

 

β€œThere are now about 1700 active personnel at the base who are working to modernize it and repair it,” Delman says.

 

Russia’s renewed interest in the base could be tied to its recent involvement in Syria. But Delman says a look at the country’s history shows it has always wanted to have bases in warmer waters.

 

β€œRussia is not a landlocked nation but if you look at what it’s owned historically, its oldest port is Arkhangelsk [also known as Archangel], which is on northern coast of Russia β€” [and] St. Petersburg,” he says.

 

Both of these ports, before the invention of icebreakers, were closed much of the year, because of ice and cold weather. That’s why Russia showed great interest in warmer waters in the Mediterranean.

 

β€œThe sweep of Russian history throughout the 18th century can in many ways be seen as a sweep south, towards the Black Sea in order to gain access to warm water ports,” says Delman.

 

Plus, Russia wants to project power. According to Delman, Russia wants to be respected as a great power in the world and one way it can do that is by revamping its port in Syria.

 

β€œHaving a presence in the Mediterranean so you can play in the same court as NATO and everyone else is absolutely a priority to Russia, both from a military perspective and a symbolic [one],” says Delman.

 

Meanwhile, Russia is increasing its military presence at a second port in Syria, in the city of Latakia, north of Tartus.

Arizona Senator John McCain, who supposedly visited the CIA’s al-Qaeda mercenaries in Syria earlier this week, said on Thursday that weapons sent to the radical Salafists will not fall into the wrong hands.

 

β€œWe can identify who these people are. We can help the right people,” McCain told CIA asset Anderson Cooper, an anchor at the Pentagon’s psychological operation headquartered at CNN.

 

McCain defied reality and said only a small portion of the so-called rebels are radical jihadists fighting to convert Syria into failed state dominated by Sharia law. In fact, the CIA sponsored β€œrebels” are largely radical Sunni Salafists who behead Christians and feed them to dogs.

 

Remarkably, McCain said al-Nusra only accounts for 7,000 of the 100,000 mercenaries inside Syria. In fact, al-Nusra and al-Qaeda dominate the effort to topple al-Assad. β€œEvery single day, more and more extremists flow in… They’re flowing in all the time, these extremists. But they still do not make up a sizable portion,” he said.

 

β€œNowhere in rebel-controlled Syria is there a secular fighting force to speak of,” the New York Times reported in April. β€œThe Islamist character of the opposition reflects the main constituency of the rebellion,” the newspaper stated, explaining that this fact is due to β€œthe failure of more mainstream rebel groups to secure regular arms supplies,” in other words negligence on the part of the United States as it has supposedly failed to more actively support the Free Syrian Army, initially a hodgepodge of secular Syrians who were woefully ill-prepared to fight al-Assad’s well-trained army. Earlier this month, it was reported that FSA mercenaries are defecting to al-Nusra and the radical Muslim groups in record numbers.

 

Despite McCain’s delusions, the man he supposedly met with – Gen. Salem Idris, the leader of the Supreme Military Council of the Free Syrian Army – has teamed up with Arhar al-Sham, a partner of al-Nusra Front, recently designated as a terrorist organization by the United States.

 

β€œIdris claims his group doesn’t work with Al-Nusra, but the two have fought side by side and shared arms in their battle to overthrow Bashar Assad,” writes Bob Livingston. β€œThe question is: Why isn’t McCain on his way to Guantanamo Bay wearing an orange jumpsuit, handcuffs and shackles?”

 

Finally, it is something of a stretch to believe that a U.S. senator would venture into a dangerous war zone. The event appears to be another loosely orchestrated establishment media fantasy created for propaganda purposes as neocons and other globalist warmongers in the United States, Britain and France prepare for a more active and murderous role in a conflict initiated by the United States as part of its β€œArab Spring” operation to install a new round of dictators – this time, under the banner of the Muslim Brotherhood – throughout the Middle East.
