I think what is beginning to unfold is a two headed monster.

 

One is the Political Coup via the prior administration to weaponize the DOJ/FIB/CIA to stop Trump and his Nationalist agenda.

 

The second IMO is a Massive RICO Operation using kickbacks, money laundering and NGO schemes from taxpayer money to line the pockets of many in DC where people from BOTH sides have very dirty hands.

 

Why do these go hand in hand?

 

Because Kickbacks, money laundering, NGO schemes, etc are all conducted best under the cover of Globalism, which has been sold to Americans as the US β€œhelping the rest of the world” when in reality it was funding and lining the pockets of the elite Globalists ringleaders to fund their mission and agenda.

 

They snookered so many regular Americans thinking Globalism was the means to β€œbetter the world.” It was their means to personal wealth and power.

 

With greed their is no party boundaries.

 

It explains why so many Republicans are RINO’s and actually support Globalism. It explains why there is very little outrage by R’s about the riots, the virus, the trampling of citizens rights, etc.

 

My guess is you must first show that key DC people are complicit and have worked in tandem with the weaponized DOJ/FIB led Coup.

 

Once that is shown then one can go after the RICO Operation.

 

Now we can only hope that Durham figured this out months ago and thus the RICO expert he brought in.

Facebook and Instagram Delete Roger Stone’s Accounts Leading Up to his Incarceration

 

Facebook and Instagram have deleted the verified personal account of Roger Stone on Facebook, his media outlet Stone Cold Truth, and even his Instagram account ahead of his July 14th surrender date to a Coronavirus infested prison in Georgia. Stone is currently appealing Judge Amy Berman Jackson’s decision to deny him a reprieve due to concerns over his history of respiratory health problems and the fact that the federal correctional institute that he has been assigned has a history of Coronavirus.

 

Stone was given no explanation as to why his accounts were banned and called it a β€œrailroad job” meant to silence him as he fights for a pardon from his longtime friend President Donald Trump.

This Gateway Pundit contributor was also removed from Instagram and had his publication Central Florida Post, which has been actively advocating for a pardon of Roger Stone also permanently deleted from social media. American Contractor Pleads Guilty to Stealing Government Equipment on U.S. Military Base in Afghanistan

 

An American military contractor pleaded guilty today to his role in a theft ring on a military installation in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

 

Acting Assistant Attorney General Brian C. Rabbitt of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney G. Zachary Terwilliger of the Eastern District of Virginia, and Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) John F. Sopko made the announcement.

 

Larry J. Green, 43, of Chesapeake, Virginia, pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Douglas E. Miller to one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States and commit theft of property of value to the United States worth over $300,000; one count of theft of property of value to the United States; and one count of aiding and abetting the submission of false statements. Sentencing is set for Nov. 19, 2020.

 

Green admitted that, between April 2015 and July 2015, he and others conspired to steal and did steal property of value to the United States including generators and a truck. Green negotiated the sale of the stolen property with a third-country national middleman, who facilitated the sale of the items to unknown persons off of the military installation in Kandahar, Afghanistan. In order to effectuate the theft of a truck, Green admitted that he drove the truck off the military installation.

 

Green also admitted that, in order to effectuate the theft of generators, he aided and abetted one of his co-conspirators, a security badging and escort pass supervisor, in creating false official documents to facilitate both the entry of unknown and unvetted Afghan nationals and their vehicles on to the military installation, and the removal of the stolen property from the installation. The falsified documents were used to deceive security officers and gate guards and compromised the security of U.S. military and civilian personnel on the military installation.

 

SIGAR investigated the case with help from Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID) and the 939th Military Police Detachment of the Indiana Army National Guard. Trial Attorneys Sasha N. Rutizer of the Criminal Division’s Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section, Rosaleen O’Gara of the Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph Kosky of the Eastern District of Virginia are prosecuting the case

It had been commonly thought in the past, and not without basis, that tyranny could only exist on the condition that the people were kept illiterate and ignorant of their oppression. To recognise that one was β€œoppressed” meant they must first have an idea of what was β€œfreedom”, and if one were allowed the β€œprivilege” to learn how to read, this discovery was inevitable.

Vaccine Bait & Switch: As Millions Pulled From WHO, Trump Gives Billions To Gates-Founded GAVI

 

In mid-May US President Donald Trump announced that the US would be ending their financial support for the World Health Organization (WHO) and COVID-19 relief. The move was lambasted in the mainstream press as an out of touch politician pulling funding from a vital global health organization during the middle of a pandemic. To Trump’s supporters the decision was met with the typical cheering and celebrated as another Trump victory against the β€œglobalists.” To understand what is actually going on we need to examine Donald Trump’s actions, not his tweets or media statements.

 

Let us start by looking at the funding provided by the US government to the WHO in previous years. The latest numbers from fiscal year 2018 (numbers are not available for 2019-20) show an estimated $281.6 million to the WHO from the US. The records indicate that after the US government, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance, are the 2nd and 3rd top financiers of the WHO. The US defunding the WHO actually tightens the technocrats already firm grip on another global institution.

 

This means when Donald Trump stated the US will no longer fund the WHO, the Gates Foundation and GAVI stepped into the top financial role. Additionally, GAVI was founded by and largely funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in 2000. Either way, Bill Gates is the top donor and will continue to expand his influence and dominance of global health policy. As reported in Part 2 of my Bill Gates investigation, in 2010 the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation launched the β€œDecade of Vaccines” and called for a β€œGlobal Vaccine Action Plan.” Since that time they have only grown their network and influence on WHO, GAVI and other organizations in order to shape public health policy in a way that reaps profits for the Gates themselves.

 

While Trump’s supporters viewed the US withdrawal from WHO financing as a win for nationalism or a black eye to the globalists, the truth is a bit more nuanced.

 

In early June, the Trump administration declared support for GAVI to the tune of a $1.16 billion USD donation. Trump’s support for GAVI came via the first ever virtual Global Vaccine Summit. At this summit GAVI surpassed the goal of $7.4 billion, instead raising $8.8 billion USD and securing commitments from most major nations around the world. GAVI even received a $5 million dollar donation from the Rockefeller Foundation. GAVI stated that the funding will go to β€œroutine immunization programs” and will also help the public-private partnership β€œplay a major role in the rollout of a future Covid-19 vaccine.”

The U.S. Supreme Court Wednesday ruled employers with religious or ethical objections can opt out of federal rules requiring them to provide access to free birth control in a 7-2 decision written by Justice Clarence Thomas.

 

Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor dissented. Justices Elena Kagan and Stephen G. Breyer wrote a separate opinion siding with the majority.

 

The decision means as many as 126,000 women could lose contraceptive coverage, the government has estimated. Birth control pills can cost $50 a month, with attendant medical coverage pushing costs to as much as $800 annually.

 

β€œWe hold that the [administration] had the authority to provide exemptions from the regulatory contraceptive requirements for employers with religious and conscientious objections,” Thomas wrote.

 

The case now goes back to lower courts to vacate the nationwide court order blocking the exemption.

 

The decision came in a lawsuit filed by Little Sisters of the Poor and Sts. Peter and Paul Home, challenging the provision in the Affordable Care Act that required employers to provide access to free contraceptive services as part of a mandate to provide preventative health services and screenings for women.

US Senators Introduce Bill to End Birth Tourism, Highlighting Large Numbers From China

 

Senators Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) and Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) have introduced a new bill to stop foreigners from traveling to the United States with the intention of obtaining U.S. citizenship for their children, an act commonly known as β€œbirth tourism.”

 

β€œOver the last two decades, birth tourism has grown to be a sizable industry. Each year tens of thousands of people exploit this immigration law loophole. Our nation’s citizenship is not for sale to those who pay to come here and give birth,” stated Blackburn in a July 6 press release from her office.

 

Chinese and Russian nationals especially engage in this behavior, with roughly 10,000 birth tourists from China in 2012, according to the press release, citing an estimate by an online platform for monitoring and rating confinement centers for Chinese women giving birth in the United States.

 

The bill, named the Ban Birth Tourism Act, will amend the Immigration and Nationality Act and ban birth tourism as a permissible basis for obtaining a B nonimmigrant visa.

 

According to the senators, the new bill would codify a rule change put forth by the U.S. State Department back in January.

 

The rule change, which went into effect on Jan. 24, stated that birth tourism is not a legitimate reason for obtaining the B nonimmigrant visa, which is typically for travelers wishing to visit the United States temporarily for pleasure or recreational activities. Consular officers were instructed to deny temporary visas to aliens whom they believe are visiting the United States for such purposes.

5 indicted in Manhattan federal court on drugs, firearms charges

 

NEW YORK – Pursuant to an investigation by ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) unsealed an indictment Monday of five individuals for various drug and weapons charges.

 

The indictment alleges Jose Sergio Martinez-Aguilar, 39; Vladimir Pulstilinkov, 44; Miguel Lovos, 31; Sebastian Ramos, 29; and Ricardo Ruiz-Salinas, 43; were members of an international drug trafficking organization. The government charges Martinez-Aguilar of Thermal, California; and Lovos of Indio, California, with three counts of narcotics conspiracy and one count of firearms possession in connection with drug trafficking. Pulstilinkov, also of Indio, is charged with two counts of narcotics conspiracy and one count of firearms possession in connection with drug trafficking. Ramos and Ruiz-Salinas, both of Brooklyn, New York, each are charged with one count of narcotics conspiracy. If convicted, the accused could face 10 years to life imprisonment.

β€œAs alleged, Martinez-Aguilar and his crew funneled highly addictive drugs across the southern border and from coast to coast, seeking to make a hefty profit off those addicted to his product,” said Peter C. Fitzhugh, special agent in charge of HSI New York. β€œThis case makes it clear that HSI’s capabilities across borders and across the country leaves no one safe from the long arm of the law, and justice will be served.”

 

β€œAs alleged, Jose Sergio Martinez-Aguilar led an international drug trafficking organization that imported potentially lethal drugs from Mexico and distributed them throughout the U.S., including right here in New York. Now, thanks to the efforts of HSI, Martinez-Aguilar and his co-defendants are in custody and facing serious federal charges,” stated Acting U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss.

 

The investigation, which included court-authorized intercepts of the drug trafficking organization’s communication, revealed that Martinez-Aguilar, who led the operation, oversaw the importation and distribution of large quantities of cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine in cities across the United States. Charging documents also allege the organization discussed moving its operation closer to the U.S.-Mexico border to increase the ease of moving its products between the two countries.

 

While executing a June 26 search warrant of a California stash house operated by the drug trafficking organization, law enforcement officers arrested Lovos and recovered heroin, methamphetamine, and other suspected narcotics, as well as multiple handguns and assault rifles.

A total of 1.5 million people died from TB in 2018 (including 251 000 people with HIV). Worldwide, TB is one of the top 10 causes of death and the leading cause from a single infectious agent (above HIV/AIDS).

In 2018, an estimated 10 million people fell ill with tuberculosis(TB) worldwide. 5.7 million men, 3.2 million women and 1.1 million children. There were cases in all countries and age groups. But TB is curable and preventable.

In 2018, 1.1 million children fell ill with TB globally, and there were 205 000 child deaths due to TB (including among children with HIV). Child and adolescent TB is often overlooked by health providers and can be difficult to diagnose and treat.

In 2018, the 30 high TB burden countries accounted for 87% of new TB cases. Eight countries account for two thirds of the total, with India leading the count, followed by, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh and South Africa.

Multidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB) remains a public health crisis and a health security threat. WHO estimates that there were 484 000 new cases with resistance to rifampicin – the most effective first-line drug, of which 78% had MDR-TB.

Globally, TB incidence is falling at about 2% per year. This needs to accelerate to a 4–5% annual decline to reach the 2020 milestones of the End TB Strategy.

An estimated 58 million lives were saved through TB diagnosis and treatment between 2000 and 2018.

Ending the TB epidemic by 2030 is among the health targets of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Tuberculosis (TB) is caused by bacteria (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) that most often affect the lungs. Tuberculosis is curable and preventable.

 

TB is spread from person to person through the air. When people with lung TB cough, sneeze or spit, they propel the TB germs into the air. A person needs to inhale only a few of these germs to become infected.

 

About one-quarter of the world's population has latent TB, which means people have been infected by TB bacteria but are not (yet) ill with the disease and cannot transmit the disease.

 

People infected with TB bacteria have a 5–15% lifetime risk of falling ill with TB. Persons with compromised immune systems, such as people living with HIV, malnutrition or diabetes, or people who use tobacco, have a higher risk of falling ill.

 

When a person develops active TB disease, the symptoms (such as cough, fever, night sweats, or weight loss) may be mild for many months. This can lead to delays in seeking care, and results in transmission of the bacteria to others. People with active TB can infect 5–15 other people through close contact over the course of a year. Without proper treatment, 45% of HIV-negative people with TB on average and nearly all HIV-positive people with TB will die.

 

Who is most at risk?

 

Tuberculosis mostly affects adults in their most productive years. However, all age groups are at risk. Over 95% of cases and deaths are in developing countries.

 

People who are infected with HIV are 19 times more likely to develop active TB (see TB and HIV section below). The risk of active TB is also greater in persons suffering from other conditions that impair the immune system. People with undernutrition are 3 times more at risk. There were globally 2.3 million new TB cases in 2018 that were attributable to undernutrition.

Netflix show will feature transgender character who is 9 years old

Netflix has announced that it plans to allow a 9-year-old transgender child at the center of a bathroom controversy in Texas to star in its upcoming series, "The Baby-Sitters Club," and that the character played by the child will also be transgender.

 

The child, who was born male and named Joseph but who now identifies as female and goes by the name Kai Shappley, was at the center of a legal fight back in 2016. When he was just a kindergartner, Shappley's parents insisted that in spite of the fact that he was just 5 years old, he was actually trans and should be permitted to use the girls' restroom. Shappley's mother said at the time that her child had claimed to be a girl since the time he was 2 or 3 years old.

 

The Pearland, Texas, Independent School District offered to allow Shappley to use private, gender-neutral restrooms, which were located in each kindergarten room on the school's campus, but Shappley's mother insisted that the child should be allowed to use the girls' restroom. When the school district refused, Shappley's mother moved the family nearer to Austin in order to hopefully find a more pliant school district.

 

Now, the younger Shappley will be playing the character of "Bailey" β€” a trans female character β€” on the upcoming Netflix show. According to KPRC-TV, Shappley's mother said, "I got a Facebook message from someone in LA that there was a spot for a trans girl on The Babysitter's Club and they asked if she wanted to play the part of Bailey." The family then flew to Vancouver, Canada, a week later for filming.

 

Shappley has already been the subject of a documentary produced by the ACLU called "Trans in America: Texas Strong," and also hopes to have other future acting opportunities. According to KPRC, Shappley is already involved in another filming project.

Yuli Edelstein attends party hours after declaring coronavirus regulations

 

Organizers claimed that 48 people had attended the celebration.

 

Health Minister Yuli Edelstein attended his wife's birthday party mere hours after announcing the new coronavirus guidelines last Thursday, according to The Jerusalem Post's the sister publication Maariv.

If people follow all of the conditions that were said – masks, fever check, no one is part of a risk group, and I do it outside and I put everyone separated… so I decided to do it anyway."

Attendees were required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and maintain confidentiality regarding the party. "I asked everyone to see before they came that no one has symptoms, and unfortunately I should have taken some people who said they did not feel well down, I unequivocally told them not to come.

"But at the end of the day I decided that we cannot know when the coronavirus will end, and I want to have the opportunity to see my friends, so I decided not to cancel," Nevzelin admitted.

Judicial Watch and Daily Caller News Foundation Sue for Joe Biden Senate Records at University of Delaware

 

Judicial Watch announced today it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit on behalf of itself and the Daily Caller News Foundation against the University of Delaware for former Vice President Joe Biden’s Senate records, which are housed at the university’s library (Daily Caller News Foundation v. University of Delaware (due to COVID-19 case number to be assigned)). The lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware.

 

The university said it will not release the records until two years after Biden has retired from public life.

 

The Daily Caller and Judicial Watch filed requests on April 30 for all of Biden’s records and for records about the preservation and any proposed release of the records, including communications with Mr. Biden or his representatives.

 

Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit after the University denied its April 30, 2020, FOIA request seeking:

 

All records regarding the proposed release of the records pertaining to former Vice President Joe Biden’s tenure as a Senator that have been housed at the University of Delaware Library since 2012. This request includes all related records of communication between the University of Delaware and any other records created pertaining to any meeting of the Board of Trustees during which the proposed release of the records was discussed.

All records of communication between any representative of the University of Delaware and former Vice President Biden or any other individual acting on his behalf between January 1, 2018 and the present.

 

On April 30, the Daily Caller News Foundation submitted its FOIA request to the University seeking:

Sheriff’s Custody Assistant Arrested For Having Sex With Inmates

 

A Los Angeles County sheriff’s custody assistant has been charged with having sex with at least two female inmates at the Century Regional Detention Facility in 2017 and 2018.

 

Roy’ce Bass, 29, was charged with four counts of having sex with an adult confined in a detention facility.

 

On July 8, 2017, Bass is accused of sexually assaulting a female inmate in her cell. Bass also allegedly had sex with another female inmate in January 2018.

 

If convicted as charged, Bass faces a possible maximum sentence of five years in state prison.

 

The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Internal Criminal Investigations Bureau.

Florida Family Charged Federally For Selling Bleach as Fake β€œMiracle” Cure for COVID-19

 

Duo Allegedly Attempted to Avoid Government Regulation by Selling Products Through a Company They Deceptively Named Genesis II Church

 

Miami, Fl. – Federal prosecutors in Miami have charged four Florida residents who allegedly marketed β€œMiracle Mineral Solution,” a toxic bleach, as a cure for COVID-19, with conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to violate the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, and criminal contempt.

 

Ariana Fajardo Orshan, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, and Catherine Hermsen, Assistant Commissioner of the FDA’s Office of Criminal Investigations, made the announcement.

 

According to the criminal complaint affidavit, Mark Grenon, 62, and his sons, Jonathan Grenon, 34, Jordan Grenon, 26, and Joseph Grenon, 32, all of Bradenton, Florida, manufacture, promote, and sell Miracle Mineral Solution (β€œMMS”), a chemical solution containing sodium chlorite and water. The Grenons allegedly directed their customers to ingest MMS orally, which causes the solution to become chlorine dioxide, a powerful bleach, typically used for industrial water treatment or bleaching textiles, pulp, and paper. FDA has received reports of people requiring hospitalizations, developing life-threatening conditions, and dying after drinking MMS.

 

According to the affidavit, the Grenons claim that MMS can treat, prevent, and cure COVID-19. The FDA, however, has not approved MMS for treatment of COVID-19, or for any other use. Rather, in prior official warning statements, the FDA has strongly urged consumers not to purchase or use MMS, explaining that drinking MMS is the same as drinking bleach and can cause dangerous side effects, including severe vomiting, diarrhea, and life-threatening low blood pressure.

 

The affidavit also alleges that, before marketing MMS as a cure for COVID-19, the Grenons marketed MMS as a miracle cure-all for dozens of other serious diseases and disorders, including cancer, Alzheimer’s, autism, multiple sclerosis, and HIV/AIDS, even though the FDA had not approved MMS for any use. The Grenons allegedly sold tens of thousands of bottles of MMS nationwide, including to consumers throughout South Florida. They sold this dangerous product under the guise of Genesis II Church of Health and Healing (β€œGenesis”), an entity they allegedly created in an attempt to avoid government regulation of MMS. According to the charging documents, Genesis’ own websites describe Genesis as a β€œnon-religious church,” and Defendant Mark Grenon, the co-founder of Genesis, has repeatedly acknowledged that Genesis β€œhas nothing to do with religion,” and that he founded Genesis to β€œlegalize the use of MMS” and avoid β€œgoing [ ] to jail.”

Not a lot to report right now. Continuing to watch for some suspected tankers that will try to bust the Venezuela oil embargo, as well as tracking some suspect yachts.

 

ULYSSES (Graeme Hart's research/pleasure yacht) has docked in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The Adriatic Coast is becoming popularized as a resort area but it's still a human trafficking hub, so that just has a creepy vibe to it.

 

A few yachts from a comprehensive report a month or two ago have moved recently, but mostly just change of ports. My suspicion is that most of the bad guy boats are being used as vacay rentals right now because they will never let an asset lose money if they can help it. The port shifts are to the usual places you would expect in the Med, Carribean, Asian and US Coasts. BREAKING: Shepard Smith Joins CNBC As Evening Anchor

Former Fox News anchor Shepard Smith is joining CNBC as an evening anchor, the Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday.

 

Smith’s newest gig will be an hour-long evening program titled β€œThe News with Shepard Smith.” It will air beginning this fall during the 7-8 p.m. slot on CNBC, according to the WSJ.

 

The former Fox anchor said he is β€œhonored to continue to pursue the truth, both for CNBC’s loyal viewers and for those who have been following my reporting for decades in good times and in bad.” Smith added that the network has a β€œvision for a fact-based, hourlong evening news program with the mission to cut through the static to deliver facts, in context and with perspective.”

 

This move is Smith’s first in many years, as he was an early hire at Fox back in 1996. The former anchor of β€œShepard Smith Reporting” left Fox News in October following issues within the company. The anchor was often criticized by President Donald Trump and some viewers at the network.

 

β€œRecently I asked the company to allow me to leave FOX News and begin a new chapter. After requesting that I stay, they graciously obliged,” Smith said upon leaving Fox News. β€œThe opportunities afforded this guy from small town Mississippi have been many. It’s been an honor and a privilege to report the news each day to our loyal audience in context and with perspective, without fear or favor.”

An investigation has uncovered tens of thousands of webcam photos and desktop screenshots were captured from student-issued notebook computers in the Lower Merion School District.

 

Lower Merion School District attorney Henry Hockeimer says an internal investigation found that 56,000 shots were captured to find 80 missing computers over two years.

 

The district admits students were most likely photographed inside their homes, but that none of the images appear to be inappropriate.

 

The Robbins family supplied one of the alleged photos to NBC Philadelphia last Friday. It shows 16-year-old Blake Robbins sleeping in his bed. The Harriton High School sophomore claims 400 photos were taken over a two-week period including shots of him partially dressed.

Covid, Commies and Common Core

 

I was researching again on the Covid vs Rioting correlation and was amazed to find that the same states that claimed there was no correlation in the rise of cases vs size of riots are the very states where riots and huge spikes in covid are present. Rioters, young enough to have no fear of Covid, spread the disease. I began to wonder how many of these rioters were teens released from school back when the rioting and Covid regulations started. From a range of news sources, the consensus is that under 25 years old is the majority of all protesters with the 18 and younger as the largest segment out of all age groups. If they were in school the riots would be much smaller. Keep that in mind as we roll towards election day. The rioters stated that it was about George Floyd but quickly turned it into a Socialist vs Capitalist movement with the majority of the group’s leaders stating in interviews that they are Marxist (communist) and were intending to create a movement long before George’s death. In short, Marx wrote his theories about the violent overthrow of governments without ever having actually run one and never did in his lifetime. His writings are solely about the process of removing other forms of government and replacing them with a small elitist group that cannot be removed through any form of voting or otherwise, a totalitarian rule. One of its main aims is the elimination of all religions. This socialism/communism is always destructive and millions die, every time. Anyone claiming to be a Marxist would be planning this method. So, the question must be asked: Where would a group of teenagers get these ideas? Why would a group of socialist/ communists grow up within our midst without our knowledge of it happening? What happened during their upbringing that was so different than ours? In 2010, President Obama introduced Common Core. Schools were tasked with implementing this program. Although no laws were passed to enforce its use, it was forced upon schools or federal funding would be denied. This was in a time when federal regulations closed forests to logging, sent manufacturing jobs across borders and overseas and shut down mining and oil production, ultimately leaving schools with very little income from county and state taxes. They would use Common Core or they would lose their jobs. Anyone who remembers the implementation of Common Core will know that it consisted of removing all the old books from schools and bringing in these paperback workbooks. Students were without actual books and no electronic version replaced them. The workbooks were found to be very poor curriculum but also seemed to teach alternate versions of history and especially politics. Earlier today, I didn’t know exactly when Common Core was released and while looking for it came across an article from 2020 about it recently being removed by President Trump. The link to this Forbes article is below and describes how several states are continuing its use and its curriculum regardless of its complete failure as a teaching system. Then I came across a quote in the article that stood out like a sore thumb. Note that the author of the article is a specialist in schooling and you can see this in the title at the top of the article. The quote is describing what he hints at as being an extremist view that should be considered incorrect and crazy:

 

β€œLikewise, many opponents of the Core developed a picture of it that was not closely related to reality (”Common Core will turn your children into anti-Christian commies”).”

 

Common Core was claimed by many to be the beginning of the revisionist-history movement. For ten years it was used in schools to influence the developing minds of our newest generation. A generation that now speaks of socialism and communism as though it was a grand new idea that would save the world. Communism and socialism are known to fail after destroying their own countries in the trying but somehow a generation seems to be completely convinced that it is better than living in the most highly sought after and revered home in the world, the USA. Looks like Common Core didn’t fail after all. It did exactly what it was intended to do.

 

This article was published in Forbes on Jan 30th of this year, 2020, before George’s death. Within months of its release, the mocking quote he touted as β€œnot closely related to reality” marched onto the streets to burn down several major US cities.
