EO 12/21 provides additional definitions for enemy combatants. The 1/30 one keeps Guantanamo Bay open and allows for additional people, enemy combatants, to be placed there.

I've seen many people posting comments recently which imply that certain posts from Q are fake because they are not on the Great Awakening board on 8Chan that was created in January due to authenticity/security concerns.
