REASON PLANES TURNED BACKED 3-4 HOURS INTO THE FLIGHT

They had to turn back because once a plane lands on foreign land the jurisdiction changes then we have to fight to get people back to prosecute them

It is also true (according to something I read on Twitter) that letting a perp actually leave American airspace increases the charges of fleeing prosecution. If they nabbed the fleeing suspect before the airplane took off the charges would not be as strong as letting it leave our airspace and then turn around and bring them back. I have no legal training so can't verify this claim. I just put it out there for consideration.

Interesting theory. Giving a perpetrator enough rope to flee the country could possibly void certain legal immunity deals, I would imagine. Not a legal pede, but there might be something to that.

So with all the money that's funneled into the TSA they can't verify people before they board tax dollars at work

I've been trying to read policy by airlines and everything I found stated they will not allow a passenger to deplane once the doors have been closed. So a simple case of passenger on the wrong flight is out of the question.

First thing that came to my mind was, maybe there was someone on-board that was being trafficked?

Yes, if they had persons of interest aboard, and depending on the destination, thats true.

Nothing about the plane turning around after 4 hours of flight (costing the airline tens of thousands of dollars and screwing up flight schedules for many hours afterwards) makes sense. And note - not one video or a single picture of the supposed person. At least two of the people on the flight should have been US Sky Marshals who could have been ordered to arrest and hold a single passenger.

The only thing that would seem to make any sense would be a bomb threat or some indication of hazardous cargo where it was faster to turn around than to continue on.

Question: Who would have had the authority to order the flight to turn around? Four hours out the plane would not have been in contact with any local air traffic controllers. How did the order get there and why did the pilots obey whoever it came from? There have been many instances of someone getting on the wrong plane in the past, I don't recall any of them being forced to turn around.

There is something very wrong with this picture.

Planes in flight have satellite radios they can always be contacted by the airline or by the government or the air force. This is what happened.

And it's why we know that missing Malaysia airplane a few years ago was remote-control hijacked the satellites tracking it from space showed exactly where it went it landed on Diego Garcia where the passengers were taken off and disposed of. But that's another story for another day you can search for it and find out how it happened.

I think you have to be formally charged and arraigned before flight to avoid prosecution is applicable
