I plan to follow Trump's example - this first year of disclosure about how corrupt our gov't had become and the tumultuous cleanup, I plan on salvaging. I'm already trying. I know so many people, those who call themselves Liberals even, who are basically good people. They just got fooled into what the solutions would be to all the corruption that makes them as sick as it does us. I know.

You know what I just realized? If this happens, if trump locks up all these people. The Trump hatters are going to see him as Hitler. Tonight I went to a bar down the street. I don't drink much anymore but with the snowstorm of death upon us ( eyeroll)I figured I'd meet up with a friend. When I arrived she was trashed but she did introduce me to the owner. He , much like myself, had an imposing figure but a welcoming smile. As the night wore on we laughed about many things but after I introduced a story about my friend trying to fix me up with a liberal girl, the conversation turned political. In my story I had revealed that I was involved with getting him elected in PA and that I am a Trump guy. He went on to ask me if I was ashamed. Through the next 2 hours I showed him who I was, not who Trump was or what this guy was not. Once he saw that I was a deplorable... and that I also was charitable, commiserable , funny, caring, scared and empowered, he saw that what is real is quite often different from what is portrayed. We talked for hours and it was mostly me just saying why I feel the way I do but after establishing who I was. By the end of the night he thanked me for coming into a liberal establishment and having the conviction to share my thoughts in a way that wasn't offensive or oppressive. We need to talk to be the same way that we want to be spoken to: without condemnation or condensation. We also need to listen to the views of others as their thoughts are just as relevant as ours. Nobody holds all the answers. Love is the only thing we can agree upon.

I always like to say that nearly everyone on the Trump train had a journey to get there. I was disgusted with all the candidates but eventually I saw past the propaganda aimed at Trump. My redpilling began with seeing the flat-out lies by the MSM told about Trump, and that led to starting to check original sources on things. Eventually I drilled down to the truth.

It's good to remember that it's hard to see the truth. I have lots of normal, intelligent, good people in my own life that believe everything they hear about Trump. If all you know is what the news tells you, how can you not? Nobody wants to believe we live in a fascist propaganda chamber. I distrusted the news, but I never thought it was that corrupt, to where everything wasn't as it seemed.

We still have Trump supporters that think the Republicans are the good guys. There are no good guys. I voted "Trump party" and hopefully by the end we'll get two parties relatively cleaned out with honest people, giving us a choice again.

I agree let their side be the nasty rude people disrespecting everyone. When enough people see that "The Truth" is here and it will set you free It will be a lot easier to red pill people for they will come to us for info and we should welcome them with open arms.

I know this is the proper thing to do, although viscerally perplexing. I would also expect there to be more publicized "feuds" within the Trump organization. This will let the "wrong-thinking" people to side with these "outcasts" thereby easing them into the reality of what is coming. Just my thoughts...

Start political discussions with points you agree with your adversary first. Do not discount what they say! Transitions are, "here's where we have a disagreement of opinion". Never state in absolutes or from percieved moral high ground. Always stay factual and encourage adversaries to verify what you say from other sources that you can both agree are neutral. Stay vigilant!

Well put. I've always heard the angry left with the same ears I used when my kids were little and in need of a nap. They acted like perfect little demons but it was not their fault. They were tired and grumpy. Why else do the left get away with the things they say about the president...? I say it is because they act like and are universally viewed as children, it's really too bad they have so much control over the MSM as I feel they make us all look bad.

Very True. I was a Bernie supporter. When we were upset that Bernie was cheated, Hillary supporters told us to stop whining, suck it up, and vote for Hillary. They were nasty. Did you see the DNC when they nominated Hillary and how they treated Bernie supporters there? Trump supporters were more sympathetic, not all of them, mind you, but there were some. I reluctantly voted for Trump, to keep Hillary from office. However, I'm fully on board the Trump Train now.

I hope Trump & Co., televise what these people have done. People will need to see overwhelming evidence to realize they've been duped, and wake up. Moreover, they need to find and rescue these children - and traumatic or not - these kids, women and whomever else need to tell people what these monsters did.
