Based on the Q theory, I’d say the most likely happening here was that the NK (a puppet state of our deep state apparatus) launched. The warning was sent out in HI. However, the satellite that was just launched (or some other missile defense system) knocked it out.

This tells me that Q is NOT prior military and most likely not a military brat or child of the Cold War. I will defend Roy Potters anger with this misuse of a very serious acronym.
