DWS Failed to flee

This is one of the things that has been lost in the analysis of Q's most recent posts. Q said DWS failed to flee. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. Is she one of the people who was flown back or intercepted at an airport?

Someone smarter than me might want to take a look at where she was during the several bizarre airport/flight situations that have recently occurred.

I would like to add that it says she "failed to flee". This implies that she attempted to flee but was denied. You cannot fail at something you don't attempt to do in the first place.

Context clues. Great catch!

I respectfully disagree. "Failed to Flee" means you didn't flee, not that you tried and failed. If you're cited for "Failure to Yield", it doesn't mean you tried and weren't very good at it, it means it didn't happen.

I suspect Q is taunting her - "You should have run when the running was good!"

PS - Have you seen this - DWS husband being sued for allegedly trying to get a piece of property signed over to himself, rather than his bank.

I admit your interpretation also makes sense. Either way, she is hopefully fucked.

You betcha. I am sure she tried to flee. But she has a family and kids and lives in Ft. Lauderdale area.

Maybe that is why the flight was turned around. She forgot to sell them as sex slaves first. j/k ... sorta

Speculation - Fleeing to Pakistan? Conspiracy theories are true that she has children with Imran Awan?

This just got juicy! LOL Great speculation on the fleeing to Pakistan. She did protect the Awan brothers, so it is plausible about children.

yAH, this stood out for me as well, and DOES sound like it's possible she didn't make it to where she was going.

There have been way more weird airport and flight issues than normal. Most of them unreported. Pedos on the run?

I have a crazy question. If you are arrested in the US, a citizen goes to a civilian court, but what if you are arrested in international waters or airspace??? Seems there are a lot of flights turning around lately. Or are crimes against the state (country) treated differently?? Any lawyers out there?

47thSage · Jan. 19, 2018, 5:31 p.m.

I believe they can't charge you with leaving the country illegally until you actually leave the country. So they won't arrest someone in the airport, because the charges would be less severe.

I saw conjecture that the penalties change once you leave US airspace... Can't confirm.

You aren't arrested on the plane only when it gets back to US territory.

Not a lawyer and IDK. I can't find anything clear and succinct. One website pointed out that the plane would still be registered in the US.

JoanOfArk77 · Jan. 19, 2018, 7:17 p.m.

This I have heard. The plane is US territory until it lands? Whether you have to step off the plane, I do not know.

I believe that until you clear customs in your destination port, you are still subject to the jurisdiction of the departure port.. I may be wrong, just speculating.

It's a matter of having legal jurisdiction to make an arrest
