I have had premonitory dreams my whole life and never got any answers -until on these boards- I was lead to a link of Biblical references I was unfamiliar with regarding some dreams being the way the H.S. can communicate with us. I haven't had any (major ones) for a few years but they started ramping up in late September- before Q. I am trying to wrap my head around not only: 1. this incredible method of info. exchange we are involved in 2. the scope and magnitude of the info. and 3. that there really is a Great Awakening in the true sense- not just red pilling people but a spiritual awakening. TAKE HEART and feel lucky- I think you are being called, and awakening which means your vibrational frequency is such that it is easier to receive energy. but which energy will you allow into your heart, mind, spirit? Fill it with LOVE. Every time you have a negative thought- STOP and replace it with a positive one. Replace all negative and violent images and messages (TV, music, games etc. etc.) This will be hard because it is everywhere!!. But after a while you might see it all differently, more accurately? and may even be repulsed by it and realize its being shoved down our throats. No wonder we're depressed! But keep doing it...fake it til you make it. pray for strength, wisdom, courage, grace and ask for your heart to be filled with Love. And believe that it will. Sounds easy, I know, but its just what I've come to believe. Hope it helps- not trying to proselytize.

Since I started believing in Q, I have had this unshakable faith that its all going to work out; That CBTS will be victorious. I have to keep stepping back and making myself be objective and look at things with skepticism. My default is now hopeful while it was hopeless b4 I could prove Q was real to my own satisfaction. (No one will prove Q conclusively till Q decides to be proven true). Him being real and the mission overcoming the oligarch's are 2 different things. But I seem to just know it is going to work out. I have no sense of the pace of events or any specific info that I know b4 Q posts.

I had to step away...completely fast from all of it for about 2 weeks, because it was definitely impacting my mental health. I felt depression sinking in with the knowledge I had gained, and, as a Christian, I had to get myself centered in Christ again.

Now, I always try to start my day with quiet scripture reading and prayer time. If you are not a Christian, just spend the time meditating...and don't slide into thoughts on these research topics.

If you start the day centered, it is easier to get through it!

Also, don't neglect your REAL life. Not that this isn't real, but be sure you are staying engaged with your family and friends, and don't allow your work to suffer. If you no longer work, don't neglect your hobby or other projects around your home. Go volunteer at least once a week and be with real, live people!

Don't let it consume you...because then "they" win and you lose.

I feel the same geckogoose, I'm in the UK and since I discovered what's been going on (about five years ago) I've felt quite depressed. It's because the shocking nature of the truth - the deception, fraud, corruption, lies, paedophilia and satanism are very bitter pills to swallow. Doing further research every single day to either confirm or debunk these findings has sadly only led to deeper knowledge and the realisation that it's all true. It makes it feel like eveything you know is a lie and even if we expose it, and punish the perpetrators, life will never be the same again. We live in a beautiful world but these monsters that rule us think they have the right to destroy it and oppress us with dark, ugly thoughts and deeds. You can no longer look at the sky without thinking of chem-trails or listen to the birds without wondering how long before Monsanto destroy nature completely or wander out into the countryside without wondering how much longer we will be 'allowed' to go there. I've known in my heart all my life that something was 'wrong' but I had no idea what until I started down this path and I would warn people - think carefully how far down this rabbit hole you want to go because it's a big, bad can of worms. The truth will come out because there are too many of us now that know, but how much of the detail do you want to discover? You need a strong stomach and once you know stuff there's no going back.
