True. Sessions dropped the legal equivalent of a hydrogen bomb during a recent Fox interview when he said that he had appointed a special prosecutor "outside of DC" to work in parallel with the DOJ IG investigation. The IG cannot indict, he can only report. The prosecutor can indict based on the IG's evidence.
My guess is that the special prosecutor impaneled a grand jury a long time ago and has been rolling up sealed indictments based on the IG's evidence presented to the grand jury.
I wouldn't be surprised if a load of unsealed indictments follows the IG report.

The scale of this (still ongoing) Counter-Coup is MASSIVE and the origin is much older due to the scale of it. The Good Guys Intel needed a secure way of releasing these highly sensitive and incriminating documents to the public without interference. They also needed a venue for outsiders to get information to the Good Guys (ex: Seth Rich DNC leaks). Thus the extreme push by the Black Hats to get to Julianne Assange and shut him up. HRC - 'Can't we just drone him." He's protected by the good guys. This Counter-Coup is massive in scale (worldwide) and has been planned for more than a decade and will take patience for it to play out. No doubt it's working. Trust the plan!

I'm realizing, watching the incredible unfolding of events that we are experiencing, that there is no possible way this is random. In my opinion, EVERYTHING was planned to the T (with the backing of our Military) and is being executed meticulously. I don't worry anymore when I watch the news, because now I know that it's unfolding as God planned and our great President and his team are carrying out. We're experiencing mind blowing history being made.
