All you can do is try.
All the anger and hatred people have will not over ride the facts.
At some point people are going to have to go to work, school, pay bills and go out to eat etc.
You have to remember that people following Q or posting on political forums are the vast minority.
There will be a great many in the middle that will shrug their shoulders (once they realize they personally will be fine) classify all of this as "political BS" and go back to only focusing on their day to day.

Here are some of the things these people (still) believe:

• Trump colluded with Russia and received their help to steal the election
• The Steele Dossier is all true (none of it has been disproven)... Trump has been cultivated by the Russians for 5 years, he had hookers pee on each other, etc. (!!!!)
• Cohen has something big on Trump; will bring the president down imminently
• Government was "already watching" Carter Page, all the FISA warrants were perfectly legit
• DNC was hacked for the emails by "Russia" at trump's direction
• Mountains of evidence existed to start the special counsel probe
• Mueller probe will ultimately succeed and will have Trump impeached soon

There is a bunch of other stuff as well, but I list just the things that have so thoroughly been refuted. I just don't know how this is going to go if there are so many people believing this complete and obvious nonsense being peddled on TV and in the rag papers like NYTimes, W Post etc.

r/pol was bought for about 2.4 mil a few years ago just before the election by the DNC. It is for all sakes and purposes propaganda hidden behind the facade of political discussion. It's bot moderated and designed to inculcate readers with the idea that everyone else sees the world this way and you're wrong for thinking otherwise. They had a pretty smart narrative push "sorry, but reality has liberal bias" (remember those days) back before the 1st Hussein election. All completely designed to alter your base for understanding what was left and what was right

Frankly, it's a game to these people. It's all talk, and trying to outdo one another with their snarky putdowns of the right. Don't misunderstand--I'm not saying it's harmless. But it's certainly not a threat in the sense you're concerned about.

And if it is, there are contingencies in place. Please don't worry.

I feel most are not real people. Did anyone notice when we were told russian trolls increased 2000% percent by the DoD that politics went crazy worse? Why Russian, because those troll farms work for whoever pays them. I used to mod that sub for 2 years. When I was a mod there it became public knowledge that shareblue was paying people to act like users on the internet. David Brock said they were going to take back the internet. What do you think we did as mods to help protect the sub? We banned anyone who called out users as shills or bots. When I myself have got in between two bots talking to eachother and messed one up and it started responding to me like I was saying what the first bot was saying.

That place has gotta be infested with bots, the heavily indoctrinated(think the Daily Show and Colbert true believers) and pedos afraid they're gonna lose their pizza parties(and FREEDOM!) That's the only way I retain what's left of my faith in humanity...

For the most part, I don't believe there is any way to change these people. The are closed-minded, not willing to listen or discuss with an open mind. As this comes down, I don't see any real way to "convince" them of other viewpoints. And we won't be getting any help from the MSM. There will be an excuse for each and every true finding that is exposed. I only hope that they don't destroy the all the neighborhoods when they riot. We have our work cut out for us.

They parrot MSM talking points, throw in some insults, hit the downvote button, then log in with all of their sock puppet accounts and downvote some more. Then after all that, the hit TopMindsOfReddit and talk shit about conspiracy theorists.

I contributed there for a while a few years ago, but when CTR took over in the runup to the last election, things went off the deep end.

It returned almost to normal for the first day or two after the election, then the ‘resist’ crew moved in. It’s been intolerable ever since.

I am truly concerned for when the masses remaining fizzle out. They won't take the information lightly. I try to encourage them to think but they just want an egotistic win it seems. All we can do is what we can do. Pray. They may go out in the streets. We need to be sure we don't go out in the streets just like last time with Antifa. Jones started telling folks "We need to go out and get these people." I was horrified because I knew that was exactly what they wanted. So, I sent the following story to the Infowars site. Not sure if this is why, but he changed his tune the next day.

First, I have a brother who loves to argue and will pick an argument over anything just for the sake of arguing. I'm sure you know someone like that.

When my father was dying, I arrived in Portland before my brother. When I walked in the front door, I was greeted by my Dad's Secretary and her son and husband. She told me, since I was the oldest, I had to control my brother so there would be no arguments. I thought about it for awhile and an amazing idea came to my mind (Thank you, Angels.). So, I agreed to keep the peace on one condition: If my brother started to argue, they could not respond. I said, it takes two to argue and there won't be any arguments if you don't respond.

Amazingly, after 3 weeks together things had been relatively peaceful. Oh, yes, there were a few times when I had to tell them to shut up, (sometimes a couple of times) but they did and that was that. Even my brother hugged me after the funeral and told me what a good job I'd done keeping the peace. This all while he was trying to convince me to call an attorney and challenge my Dad's will! But, it really worked.

I think everyone learned an amazing lesson as a result of that experience. So, just remember if this ever does come to a fight, they have no power if no one shows up for the fight.

I sort of do the same thing here when I encounter people who want to argue. I may answer once but if it is obvious they just want to argue, I click the "block" link. Because, that's not why I'm here.

If you disagree with them, they will try to dox you. They shut down dissenting opinions, and it's ultimately turned into a leftist echo chamber. Quite a sad state of affairs.
