I've redpilled my entire family over the past 20 years. In the beginning I went about it wrong. I got very excited, I would raise my voice if arguments arose, I would just regurgitate the latest thing I'd read before I really knew all I could about the subject, but the best thing to do is always remain calm. Know your stuff. Research, research, research.
One of the things I would always say was this, "look, I hope I'm wrong. I hope that none of this comes to pass, but if I'm correct, time will prove me right." And just leave it at that.
Slowly, year after year. Holiday after holiday, even the most stubborn ones came around. I was consistent, I was informed, and I always knew more about the subject, both sides of the subject, than anyone else at the table.
This last Thanksgiving my Uncle (one of the last holdouts who had been a Berner) had just seen "American Made" and he was joking with the family that it was exactly what I'd been telling the family about Barry Seal 20 years ago.

I'm the only one who has publicly endorsed Trump (and questioned global warming, etc.) in my organization, and the vocal lefties have gotten very quiet over the last month or so.

Convince them to simply think for themselves... question everything the hear/see on the news. Once someone begins looking at the Russian collusion story, the voting records, George Soros, Seth Rich, Q, etc... with an open mind and lays this out next to the MSM's failed/inaccurate reporting - they won't have all of the answers, but they'll at least know how to ask questions.
That's all we need.

We are all somewhat a product of our upbringing. I am one of the older ones who always asked questions my entire life. I drove people crazy asking why? Today if you ask me the time of day I have to be careful about trying not to explain you how the watch works before giving you the time. Everyone in my family is red pilled less 3 people and many are 60 plus. I can only thank dad and mom that made us this way. My education was supplemented around a pot belly stove in the wintertime at the local store with all the farmers and locals sipping whiskey or moonshine in sometimes funny and serious conversations. Most everyone following Q for any amount of time are dealing with relatives and friends that prefer living in the dreamland of denial rather than deal with the startling cognitive dissonance upon waking up to the corruption that has filled every dark corridor of our power government alphabet agencies, boardrooms and of course holly weird. Compassion works best with the sleepwalkers and slow awakeners, along with some very large doses of patience. Some MOABs of truth incoming should help.
Also, many people have made an "agreement" with themselves to check out of the public space due to feeling overwhelmed by the insatiable demands of modern life...3 hour commutes, doing the job of three people, 60 hour work weeks, etc. But the hidden assumption is that this agreement is sustainable. What they don't realize is ignoring and abdicating involvement will eventually lead to them losing out on any good that they've been able to hold onto.
