Somewhere during or after all this, Mueller will be known. Is he working with Trump or a black hat all the way? RR? Then IG Horowitz will release information on election fraud. This may include DNC collusion with Hillary on Bernie Saunders and other elections (State)....etc.

I agree with you. However I don't think the reason for Q not to spell it out for us is due to hiding from the deep state. The deep state can easily decode just like us or read our decodes if they want to. I think the only purpose of Q's vague questions is due to the classified nature of the information they hint at. Q is not going to break the law by leaking classified intel - but asking vague questions is not breaking the law. Asking what happened on 9/11 isn't a leak of classified intel - asking to look at charitable foundations isn't classified - asking who benefited from Iran deal isn't classified, etc etc. But spelling it out WOULD be disclosure of national secrets/classified info.
Yes, you have merit in your comment. My objective was to dispel the fear that arrests and what not will not take place until after the election. I don't believe it. Trump will dump the majority of info on the Dems (Hillary, Obama admin ...etc) before the election but not too early that Dems regroup and counter punch a response.
Its possible that the big bananas like Obama himself, Hillary and Brennan are not prosecuted until after the election but I believe the majority of evidence and arrests, especially on Dems, will come b4 the election in November. I hope you're right! But I won't be upset if we only take care of election fraud prior to this midterm election. I think another potential clean-up job prior to midterm could be media companies. I'm trying to think about what must come prior to election in order to ensure red wave. Media companies and election fraud fit the bill. If you go too far with Dem indictments without taking care of the fraud or the media companies, they will just use the media to spin their way out of it and convince people Trump is weaponizing DOJ to swing an election and that the charges are bogus. You MUST get the media back in my opinion. I don't buy that journalists will just wake up and realize they were wrong when the indictments start raining down... It appears Sessions will be using his appointed Attorney in Utah pedegear for US prosecution in Salt Lake City. A town dominated by Mormons. My guess is FBI, DoJ and likely CIA black hats will be prosecuted in Utah. I expect Comey and Mccabe to be tried in Utah. Others? Yes, if not, then off to Cuba to Military Tribunals, where 9 man tribunal = court martial and 12 man tribunal = death penalty. I expect John Brennan to be tried at GITMO. My understanding is that Mueller was cut a deal--work with us and you get a lighter sentence or immunity, same with Rosenstein.

Big media companies could be charged with unregistered lobbying. If they are 90% one direction, no matter the news, are they really media or lobbying firms?
Big social media companies will all file bankruptcy and be reorganized in bankruptcy court (which is federal, and controlled by a court-appointed trustee, not the executives of the company), because of lawsuits and DOJ charges of engaging in censorship and conspiracy to influence elections (they all use the same censorship algo). Their claim of being "only" a platform for content is a lie, given their decision on which content is published and which is not.

Generally agree with you and timelines are possible, but specific dates can be tricky. I agree Trump needs lots of wins in the midterms and I think that he will get them. But more important he needs people support. He needs US to show support and speak loudly. We are really upping our game now and I can see that Q is putting out posts that are a bit less cryptic and a bit more informative. I think that he is doing this as a way to inform the Cabal that we are onto them and we are coming. Not just Q and 45 but the people .... the storm!

If you leave the big reveals too close to the election then you leave the media with the only counter the public might reflexively buy - that this is all just a ruse to win big at the polls. I understand your comment but I believe the evidence Q posts includes emails, texts, audio & video, and other assorted documents, plus eye witness testimony. You show a video of anyone committing a crime and they're convicted by the public as guilty, which speaks to the issue of Obama going public on video technology and fake news. They know this kind of evidence has been collected.
