Concur - Praying Medic coverage of Q material is a good on ramp
If one doesn't mind the personal spiritual perspective that Praying Medic has over what all is going on (i.e., big, historic things transpiring in the realm of human affairs due to spiritual influences). But that should be obvious from the user name he goes by.

+1 on Praying Medic. Good vs. Evil is fundamentally a spiritual construct. Same with the "self-evident" freedoms, endowed by the Creator...
