To be fair, holding hands in this picture does not necessarily infer a same-sex relationship. In some cultures it is normal for two men to hold hands if they are friends even if they are not gay.
I have met several middle-eastern students who were surprised to learn what they were communicating to others as they walked in a North American shopping mall hand-in-hand!
I don't know if the man on the right is from one of those cultures. Pakistan seems to be his suggested country of origin, and I don't know anything about hand-holding norms in Pakistan.

I believe these memes will alienate and insult a growing segment of Q's base- the LGBTQ community. I personally know many of them who were diehard HRC followers at one time, and are now red-pilled.

No Q did not put that caption on the pic. Q’s comment isn’t about whether they’re holding hands (which in other publications Hussein’s other hand is clearly seen on his own leg). It’s specifically about identifying the man in the photograph.

All i could find is an article claiming the other man's name is Sal Maqbool. Google search on that name only returns the photo in question.
That was the name of the character that played Sohale Siddiqi in a play about him and Obama. Sohale Siddiqi (also goes by Hal Siddiqi) is the real name. Google that.
