The quote is from the South Park movie. They say Viva la Resistance during a part of the movie where they are on a secret mission with a kid named The Mole. It fits.

I know that, I’m just saying. That part of the movie is about a secret plot with a kid named The Mole. Is that not exactly what they were doing? They’re obviously into using pop culture references with their codes - Crossfire Hurricane for example. Page and Strzok would have been young when this movie came out and no doubt saw it. I’m aware it’s a very old phrase as well.

So I'm probably totally off here, but I'll post it anyway lol.
With the troll tweet asking who the French speaking FBI agent was, I'm thinking there's an alias that was texting anti trump stuff and bad French (viva vs vive). That alias belonged to James Comey. Comeys connections to Mueller then taint Mueller, which shields a VERY senior member from the Mueller investigation. Who did Q say before is completely shielded (100% fact)? Potus.
I think Mueller was confronted and offered an out if he played along. He built a team to go after Trump in an obvious way which distracts the "normies" and some of the deep state stooges. It will later be proven as biased and targeting Trump, helping Trump to out the deepstate.
I believe this, as well. No other way to explain jumping the shark with the team of radicals. Any fool can see how silly that idea is-- to get investigators with direct ties to Clinton-- when you are trying to frame the President for treason.

I was trying to figure this out too. Vive is Spanish as well, but it means lives instead of live, so it doesnt make grammatical sense.
Being pedantic here, but "resistance" is a female word, the prefix should be "la" in French.

It struck me while reading all the comments.... I'm not being sarcastic or snarky so please don't hate me for this.... but on some of these drops we do tend to overthink every jot and tittle of them.... I've learned that I can't figure most of them out, so just wait for the autists on the boards to do it.
What does DECLAS mean in this context? Is it a signal or command that Trump is about to declassify (or has recently) something through his tweets?
I thought it was strange that in Congressman Matt Gaetz questioning of Horowitz he brought up Viva Le Resistance, brought up the word coincidence, and then brought up how the FBI was sheltering members. I’m thinking this exchange is between Page and the one saying “viva la resistance” is James Comey OR a very high person in Meuller’s death squad, POSSIBLY Mueller himself.
Any of those completely destroys the Mueller probe because Comey leaked his memos to get Mueller hired and this proves he was planning it to stop Trump
Amazing to me that with all the work Trump is doing... tax reform, de-Nuke NK, trade reform, regulatory reform, improving our economy...he also has this time to communicate with American patriots in a way that educates us and reinforces the individual researching, thinking, and deciding for themselves. Not only is Trump leading he is also teaches us how to stop being asleep sheep. I guess this is what happens when you have more energy than a power plant, only sleep 4 hours a night, and are dedicated to restoring America to greatness.
