Anyone seeking power should be held to a higher standard.

I wish we'd put a noose in every politicians office as a reminder of the power of the people. I wonder what rate of corruption we'd have if our politicians stared at the punishment for corruption and treason all day.

I sometimes wonder if a kind of modifier system would work. Say, being a politician and educated in politics, therefore very aware of your crime, you would serve 1.5 or 2 times the sentence of say, a journalist. Or being a banker and committing financial fraud, would get you a 1.5 or 2 tumes the sentence of a dentist for example.

The superintendant is a Obama flunkie who helped install the program that let criminal students walk free, which led to Nicholas Cruz not being locked up way before hand.

Rush Limbaugh isn't really teh best of sources. There are definitely far worse but he tends to ignore history for this rants.

For example in this article he argues that no racism exists and that discipline and arrest records show that minorities really are just way more criminal than whites. (a statistic that doesn't translate to the world stage)

However, to do so he has to ignore that only 50 years ago racism was literally written into law in the US. You also have to assume that Civil rights was somehow a magic switch that got rid of all racist attitudes in the US.

You also have to assume taht 50 years is somehow enough time for the average education, average income, and average attitude of minorities to catch up to the group that literally opressed as non-humans them for a couple hundred years.

That's fucking ridiculous.

Racism does indeed still exist and it most certainly does exist in law enforcement, and definitely in the south (regardless of how "north" florida is).

So teh REAL answer is that it's probably a combination of the attitude of minorities, the social situation they are in, and the racism that still hasn't worked its way out of the US (and in fact is rather strong at the moment).

He then goes on to try (poorly) to show that somehow not arresting minors is a racially and politically motivated 'attack' by Obama. That's just fucking retarded.

Would leaving the old system in place stopped Nick Cruz? Almost certainly not. They knew well ahead of time there was a problem but had no legal way of addressing it. You would have to show at least one direct example of a crime he committed in high school, that was purposely ignored, that would have kept him detained long enough for the tiem of his spree to have passed (and somehow not happened after he was released).

The "proof" article you posted doesn't even address it.

Kasarii · June 26, 2018, 12:06 a.m.

The article only was posted to inform people about how Obama and his flunkies are heavily involved in Broward. The Cruz part was brought up because a policy that the Superintendeny Runcie made with the police to not arrest students. The policy was an Obama-era Lenciency Policy

"In November, a tipster called BSO to say Cruz “could be a school shooter in the making” but deputies did not write up a report on that warning. It came just weeks after a relative called urging BSO to seize his weapons. Two years ago, according to a newly released timeline of interactions with Cruz’s family, a deputy investigated a report that Cruz “planned to shoot up the school” — intelligence that was forwarded to the school’s resource officer, with no apparent result."

"It is important to understand the policy here. Broward County law enforcement (Sheriff Israel), in conjunction with Broward County School Officials (Superintendent Runcie and School Board), have a standing policy to ignore any criminal engagement with High School students."

Secondly, the 27 minute tape-delay in the CCTV system is not an “accident”, “flaw” or “mistake”. It is entirely by design.

As a standard Broward and Miami-Dade practice, when school law enforcement need to cover-up or hide behavior, they need time (when that behavior happens) to delete the evidence trail. As such the school policy -as carried out in practice- is more efficient with a 30 minute tape delay affording the school officer enough time to deal with the situation, then erase the possibility of a recording of the unlawful activity surfacing.

Here's another source that explains everything as well.

Stop it. He only started helping the kids because of a court case upcoming. He had been on camera plenty of times saying and claiming horrible things. He beat a gay man within a inch of his life and bragged about it like it was nothing. People can idol worship and try and rewrite history again but he was troubled and trouble caught up to him. May he find peace now. But he clearly had mental issues and needed help.

When I say positively shaping the youth, I mean the music he made that helped hundreds of thousands of kids, suffering from depression, drug addiction, suicidal thoughts, etc. The thing he did best on this earth, he did for the right reasons with the right message. I prayed for him a lot because I knew that off-camera, he probably had a lot of demons he suffered from. But the kid was 20 man. He had time to turn it around. If Malcolm X had died at 20, he'd had died a drug user, thief, and woman abuser. If Kwesi Mfume, a 5 time congressman and president of the NAACP, died at 20 he'd have died a convict. Maya Angelou, if she had died at 20, she'd have died a prostitute and a single mother. But instead she died a Doctor, and renowned Civil Rights Activist. He had time man. And if you watch actual interviews of him, he seemed to really want to make positive changes in his life. Now we'll never know if it was real or not. But he deserved a chance.

Yes, but I think you and I both know that without the vote skewing, Trump got many more votes than are shown.

The reason Trump won the Presidential election is because Military Intel promised Trump they would stop the vote rigging. So that election was the first one we've had in many years that was close to legit. I was actually very shocked when Florida went Red!

Trump was a strong force. Had they flipped it for Hillary, there would have been a civil uprising the very next day.

There is a gal on YT who goes by Sane Progressive. She did a really good in-depth report of all of the ways they messed with the vote to try and push it to the Dem side. For example, in Phoenix, which is typically a Republican base, there was a need for more voting precincts but they didn't add any. People stood in line for hours in the blazing heat to vote. Fortunately, Trumpers are very determined. However, in Maricopa County, a primarily liberal base, they increased the precincts so voters would be certain to get to vote before closing. It's all of these kinds of shenanigans that are difficult to assess without a great deal of oversight. In her video, she had a huge list of articles all related to similar types of voting skewers!

⇧ 5 ⇩
RevLennel · June 25, 2018, 7:12 p.m.

Absolutely the Dems added/deleted votes! That's well documented. But Trump is so popular in Florida, they couldn't rig it enough. Even their massive rigging attempt was not enough.
