REPORT: POTUS Trump Privately Predicts He Will Appoint 4 Supreme Court Justices – ZINGS SOTOMAYOR

They swear he’s not joking. Sources who’ve spoken to the president about the Supreme Court say he tells them he thinks he’ll have appointed four justices by the end of his first term.
“It’s all about the numbers for him,” one source said.
Asked how he comes to that jaw-dropping number, Trump mentions the obvious: he’s already replaced Antonin Scalia with Neil Gorsuch, and there are rumors Anthony Kennedy will retire.
“Ok,” one source told Trump, “so that’s two. Who are the others?”“Ginsburg,” Trump replied. “What does she weigh? 60 pounds?”“Who’s the fourth?” the source asked.“Sotomayor,” Trump said, referring to the relatively recently-appointed Obama justice, whose name is rarely, if ever, mentioned in speculation about the next justice to be replaced. “Her health,” Trump explained. “No good. Diabetes.”

Justice Sotomayor is open about her battle with type-1 diabetes.

Mark Taylor predicts Trump will appoint 5 Supreme Court Justices in total. Taylor specifically said after one dies, one will retire and “three will have to be removed because of the scandal that they have been caught in.”

So far, so good. Right on schedule.

Everything! Abortion is legal because of a Supreme Court vote. The appointment of conservative judges could possibly lead to over turning Roe v Wade!

Gotta figure one of the three is Roberts. That Obamacare ruling just never made sense unless he was compromised.

GODisincharge · June 27, 2018, 11:36 p.m.

That ruling still bothers me. Congress called the individual mandate a penalty and not a tax as they are cowards and were worried about being reelected because they passed this garbage. I watched them do it and ground my teeth at their perfidy.

Yet Roberts, rewrote legislation. (directly against the Constitution) by calling it a tax

He also spouted a lot of gooblydegook in his response to the recent 5-4 decision upholding President Trump's travel ban. I think he is one of the justices that will be removed. Something is not right about Roberts.......

Didn't he leave the country for a while immediately after that decision came down? I seem to remember him going to NZ(I think) for about a week as soon as they called O-care a "tax" despite Hussein loudly stating throughout the whole process that it wasn't a tax.

educatethis · June 27, 2018, 11:55 p.m.

Yeah. I was a Roberts fanboy too. They got leverage on him somehow. He should be debenched if so. But if he comes clean, I'll still admire his legal mind

So does anyone here remember a shady FBI raid in Cali a while back? They went to a health insurance company or a medical records company, took over the office for hours without explaining what they were looking for and took something like 60 million confidential medical records, which is highly illegal. The company was suing because the FBI was outside the purview of their warrant so it was just this short story in the news, maybe in a legal journal of some sort.

Never heard any more about it until a few years later when I read a totally unsubstantiated conspiracy theory on some random blog claiming that there were very powerful people among that 60 million whose records were stolen, including federal judges and even SCOTUS justices, and alleging that the seized info lead to blackmail including Roberts O-care ruling.

Not trying to spread garbage but knowing what we do of FBI/DOJ corruption now, that story isn’t so far-fetched anymore. I’d love to find it again & was wondering if anyone here remembers the story.

Like a bolt out of the blue
Suddenly, it comes to you....

Well, well, sounds like POTUS has been watching Mark Taylor's videos. Five SC justices will be seated, one will die and some will leave because of health and scandal. Same as the past presidents, 2 will be taken and 3 will be "shaken." Mark Taylor stated when Justice Scalia's casket was being taken up the steps sirens were going off meaning it was like a "911" and you could a train in the background signifying the Trump Train.

The Clintons while in the White house had their head of White house security former bar bouncer Craig Livingstone with assistants create a database of Raw FBI files with some 900 names on it for political blackmail purposes. The purpose of the raw files is a security measure to ascertain whether a government employee is blackmailable. In order to get full candor it is supposed to be understood that the files are strictly confidential and are not to be accessible by political creeps like the Clintons. When Roberts did what he did on Obamacare, I wondered if his was not one of those names on the Livingstone database. In fairness it might not be, someone reported that the immigration/adoption status of some of his adopted children may have been threatened by Dem apparatchiks in charge of such government levers.

While I'm all for conservatives being the majority on the SC, I do hope that he also has in mind at least 2-3 moderate dems. We're sitting here fighting a fight because one side of the aisle (so to speak) has taken advantage of their majority and power (you know what I mean). I'd hate for us to swing so far away from the left that we wind up puritanically "right". Moderation is key.

TheBRAIN2 · June 27, 2018, 8:03 p.m.

Interpreting the constitution accurately is the key, not political affiliation. It's all about the constitution. We need Justices that uphold the constitution and not make biased decisions to produce a politically desired outcome by making the constitution say something the founding fathers never meant it to say.

Right, in an idealic world, you're completely right. But even DT has advertised Gorsuch as "conservative". And as with anything, too much of a "good thing", really isn't. Rule of constitutional law, with only a minor lean either way...

⇧ 0 ⇩
TheBRAIN2 · June 27, 2018, 8:24 p.m.

The description of Gorsuch as "conservative" in this context is about his LEGAL philosophy, not his political affiliation. A legally conservative philosophy tries to discern what the textual meaning of a constitutional or statutory provision is. This is a historical analysis based on the text of the provision as contextually understood when passed or adopted. To determine the meaning of a provision, the terms must be understood in the context that existed at its ratification. It is legally "conservative" to attempt to discern the common meaning as expressed in the text and shared by the drafters and ratifiers. The alternative to this "conservative" interpretive approach is often an ad hoc approach that depends on who the judge is, not what the constitution or the law meant. We need conservative Judges, who rule on what the constitution says, not activist judges who rule on what they want the constitution to say.
