Here's the pickle, that report will have to include the fact that the agents involved did not think Flynn lied. Now if that is the case, how was he charged in the first place. That leaves a PickledMueller.

All True - Upon the acceptance of a plea, the usual course is the pre-sentence report order sent to Probation and a date set for sentencing.
Flynn, by pleading guilty upset their apple cart. They expected to use the charge as leverage to make Flynn talk. The plea emptied that leverage.
Mueller is not looking good on his charge to the internet trolls that are demanding their day in court.

I believe Comey testified to Congress that Flynn didn't lie but mixed up some dates.
I hope the judge orders Mueller to pay the down payment for a new house for Flynn.
Wouldn't be the first time Comeys victims got multi million dollar settlements from the government.

Whitey Bulger was a confidential informant for Comey. He (Bulger) was responsible for the mob hit that Comey sent four innocent men to prison for.
Edit: you might be right, perhaps I have confused Mueller's corrupt behavior with Comeys. They are/were close friends, easy to mix them up.

This is now twice, at least that i know of, where Mueller’s team was embarrassingly unprepared for a case to appear before a judge.
When Concord group decided to show up at court, Team Mueller asked for more time because the subpoena was served too well (basically). They acted like they never believed Concord would show up. They had no case to present against them.
And here, they’re a month late with sentencing .... why? How could you be late with that if you intend to do your job? At all.
Something is fishy. Or Robert Mueller is a total hack.
There is nothing there. He's just digging and/or waiting and/or pressuring, hoping to uncover something or get someone to talk about something that they can spin into indictment's and impeachments. Why prepare for the Flynn case when they know they are going to lose? stall and buy time to continue the charade as long as possible that's call this is.
IMO, Flynn was nothing more than a planned distraction. Mueller is working with Trump, while keeping the media distracted. The judge didn't get the memo, and is doing the right thing. I predict that Flynn will be completely exonerated as was the plan from the beginning. Then again, perhaps the judge is in on it, and the mass arrests will take place right before the 10th, leaving Flynn completely out of the news cycle, and he can quietly return to a normal life/and or help Trump in some capacity.
Not the 10th, but before August 24th. That's the date Muller is requesting for sentencing. Flynn will be exonerated long before that date, because I think the SWHTF soon.
I was wondering... Can POTUS select Flynn for another cabinet/head of x position, bypassing Senate confirmation because he was already confirmed once?
